I have always had a great experience here & they always do good work. They strive to give a great customer experience. They also have the most comfortable chairs in town!

I got in and said i wanted a new full set. the tech sat me down, i showed her what i wanted and told me to go and sit with a different tech which was fine. no problem. the new tech starts to file my nails with the drill and i thought he was going to take the ones i already had on which is what i requested but he didn’t. i had one broken nail and he filed the original nail under and glued the new one on even though i requested a NEW SET. he got the acrylic powder for the nails i showed that i wanted and as he starts to apply it he takes it off and starts again. he continues with the other nails and it is one of the worst powder applications i have ever seen, they where not even, one of them had a big dent in the middle, the edges were not covered with acrylic, they were too thick from the top, too wide from the sides, it was just bad. so, he finally finishes one hand and i finally go can we stop, i don’t like it and he starts saying he needs to file them but i don’t like them so i just stop. i then ask if i can get all of my nails taken off and he turns away but i can see that he rolls his eyes at me. very rude. he took them off and he was very harsh i had to jerk my hand a couple of times because he was hurting me with the drill. it was a good space, clean, good, but they need more experienced people. at the end i still have left over acrylic that won’t leave my skin and it’s bothering me. sadly, do not recommend.

Very clean, very pleasant,the pedicure was amazing,hot towels, hot mask and massage was out of this world.It was a total body experience of relaxation!!

This is what I got when I asked for a shimmering black gel polish... First, the nail technician used the Dremel to take my shellac off, did not properly soak them off, damaging my natural nails. Secondly, he started polishing my full nail as opposed to the French tip that I asked for which very obviously irritated him. Thirdly, I had a broken nail and asked for a layer of acrylic, then after supergluing my nail he could see that I was very upset so he actually put dip powder on. Lastly, I asked if he could make the color darker and he just completely ignored me and continued putting the top coat on. When I told him that it was the wrong color he just got mad and walked away. Very disappointed.

HUY was the worst nail technician. If you go here avoid him. He is rude and has poor customer service.

They did a great job with the gel on my nails and were happy with the results. The atmosphere here is completely clean. It is great to be pampered by women who seem to be in love with life. Lets experience it together.

This is the worst place I’ve even gone to get my nails done. I had SNS on my mails that I told the lady to take off she took half of it off and then put the new acrylic on. The acrylic was all over my skin even after she shaped and filed. I couldn’t even let her finish I had to get out of there before she even put the color. I paid her for the so called job she did. But I am sure not going back there.

I have come to the right place, and they beautify my nails. The staff here work very hard. and the way they treat me very happy. I really like them. and I think this place will be a place for me to beautify myself. Everyone please visit this place to experience !!

I am very impressed with this place! I never had someone spend so much to make sure my nails were even and leveled. I almost always have bumpy nails or more glued nails on one side. I was in the area to work but lived 45 minutes away and would drive back.deserve a 5 star rating

First Nail is my favorite nail salon in Austin. Of all the times Ive visited (so much), Ive never been disappointed. Their salon is not only beautiful but also incredibly clean. I like the concept of sitting in the bar to complete your foundation. Drinks are also a nice touch - anyone? With friendly staff, very excellent owner competitive prices and quality products, I wont go anywhere else.

I needed a nail change and I was surprised at the variety of options available. The staff did a great job, and really took the time to make my nails and hands look better. I want my nails to look super nice, which I dont want because not everyone can do the job well, but the girl did it perfectly. This has definitely become my new favorite place. I recommend that you experience it !

Chairs were okay but there was no pressure on the scrubber, water was cold, and the mood was gloomly!! I needed a pedi but not here again!!

I used to love this place. Tom and Cindy are the only quality nail techs here. Went to get a fill and pedicure yesterday and unfortunately they were both on vacation. I had to just go with whoever else was available. Never again. Polish job on both are less than mediocre. Pedicure was so basic, youre really paying to have your legs rubbed and soak your feet in water. Polish on my hands is so spotty. Younger nail techs that are working there obviously dont want to be there nor care about their clientele and it shows. Sad to say but its time to search for a new nail shop.

Worst manicure and toe polish Ive ever had...SERIOUSLY. TWO of my SNS nails broke the very next morning after the manicure! Nice establishment....poorly skilled nail techs. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This place is great! Super sweet and gave me a mask when mine broke! Didnt rush me or anyone when ppl walked in and just took their time with who they had. They even have sheilds between you and the nail tech. Everything was sanitized after each person and ppl sat a whole chair away from one another. Saw 2 friends that sat next to each other but they put the clear shield between them to keep them safe. I will always come here from now on! The Mani/pedi felt great and looks amazing. Dont pass this place up.

Today, I received an invitation from my sister. the way they work so professionally on my nail set. and they designed the colors for this happy new year. My feeling they always deserve a Great place!

Today I and my daughter came back to experience it. they serve me and my children very well. Gentle talking staff cute. and they do well in their work. and I think this place will be a permanent place for my family.

Worse nail place ever, my daughter got her nails done. She wanted coffin (medium) shaped nails. They cut ONE too short, then nail tech went back and shaped all of them short, when my daughter mentioned it was too short nail tech said I would have to charge you to take them off and start over. I Had a bad experience before with a pedicure and I though I’d give it another chance, biggest mistake ever.Definitely go elsewhere this place is horrible.

Do not go here. I made a appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Within 2 hours of getting my nails done they started to chip. I called the next day to get them to fix them. I asked for a appointment and they could not get my in. The quality of work is poor and the people who work there are not about customer service. With all the nail shops there are better ones around town.

I have had service at this facility on several occasions. In general the service there is average but the shop is usually clean and for the most part the staff is, generally, pleasant. The nail service was normally passable even though I often had to point out flaws, like my nails were sometimes uneven after failings or parts of my nails didnt get polished, often missing polishing the sides. These are things you would think you wouldnt need to point out to someone who was doing nails for a living.The final straw was when woman that manages the shop was just finishing my manicure when she stopped my service, went over and greeted two women who had just walked in, setting them at her station and make them comfortable. She then returned to me and told me that she would not be able to finish my pedicure, and ask me if I could return the next day and she would finish it then because she was going to start on this other two women. I was in the pedicure chair with my feet already soaking, so she had someone get a towel so I could dry my feet.I reminded her that Id waited for almost an hour before the they started on me and now she was not going to finish my service because she was going to do these other two womens nails...I was done! Not my definition of good customer service.

Just left there, Tom did my nails. He was in such a rush, talked me out of getting regular polish, pretty much insisted I get shellac. I told him once that he was going too fast and he said yeah youre nails grow fast. Not what I said. Anyhow. Polish job is bad, you can totally see my natural nail through the polish, some nails are darker than others, my pinky nails is already lifting (I get acrylic). I asked to speak to the manager, guess what, Tom is the manager. I just walked out.

They give the most horrible nail service I got my nails done on Sunday and it is Friday and I have 3 nails broken!!

I came here a while back like in 2016, someone was giving me a pedicure and cut my toe to deep in. Ever since that day I’ve had an ingrown toenail that won’t go away. I’ve had four surgeries on both toes in total. The money I’ve wasted trying to fix my ingrown toe nail. If I’d known that my “pedicure” would have turned out to cost more then $52 I would have never gone.

This place was just ok for me. I wont be going back. They did my nails the way they wanted, not the way I wanted. And I felt they used a language barrier as an excuse for not understanding what I was asking for. I even showed them pictures. So naturally I decided not to get my brows waxed, I was too scared. My nails did come out nice, but after a couple of days you can see some of them lifting at the bottom. My pedi was good no complaints there. This is not a place to go if you want any kind of designer nails. Plain Jane is all they got here. On to the next shop.

This place is always busy, they do a good job for me, this time they burnt my leg with hot steam towel. I guess since English is not so good they couldnt understand what l was saying. Other than that they are great.

I love this salon. The price is great and the staff is great too. The salon is clean and cute.

I go here every two weeks or so. i like their technique. they are efficient. and worth it. they dont hurry thru the service and just slap stuff on my hands and feet

Sat there for 30 minutes having my feet soak before anyone came up to me. Four technicians were there and had 8 people (including myself) sitting in chairs. One lady was even doing her own nails because her wait was so long! When I was about to get up and leave, a lady FINALLY sat down with me.Definitely would not recommend this salon to anyone, nor will I be back. Dont take on more than you can handle.

Customer service is horrible! Not only were they rude, they kept asking me tons of questions and to hurry up and choose a color. Didnt feel comfortable at all & knowing a bit of Vietnamese I understood what they were saying, which included cursing and talking horrible about customers including me! Dont waste your time going here!

I dont write reviews and am not a complainer, but Im blown away and nt at all in a good way. (See pics). This is how I walked out after having a pedi, which dried while I had a mani. I didnt even wear my shoes to the car; I didnt scrape the paint off. This is just the way the paint was applied. Only one coat of color was applied and the blue on my pinky toe you see is the color I last had, which the tech failed to remove. Idont know what happened with my other pinky toe, but its bent backward rather than clipped. (See both pics) What the heck...?

Worst SNS and pedicure I have ever encountered in the area ! The lady literally cut into my skin not once but twice, she left the shortest nails possible! My pedicure is so bad I took the polish off myself at home. The person in charge never even apologize or helped with the issue. I paid the full amount $60 dollars for them to do the worst job ever. I advice you to please go else where!

Dont go here. Got a full set and pedi here 2 weeks ago and my toe nail polish has chipped and nails have broken 2x. Despite getting gel nail polish that was recommended.

I love the way my nails turned out and they are always so nice.

The owner is just awful. He is just incredibly rude and makes you feel like you are nothing more than an inconvenience. He fixed my broken nail and then when he used the wrong color tried to convince me that it was just because one was new and one was old...seriously?!?! They were completely different colors. And when he realized I wasnt going to just be ok with two different colors he just walked off and left me sitting there to wait for someone else to redo it. After an hour I just left!

Came here for the first got a pedi and a full set the lady did nothing to my feet the polish was great but did not get a full treatment a pedi should be and my full set love the color but he did not clean up my curticles and he left a big gap between my cuticle and the acrylic nail pissed me off! Do not waste you’re money!!!

Gross ! I went to get a pedi there and one of the workers was using the nail equipment to clean her ears . AND she put it back in the box with the rest of the stuff . Then when I got up to dry my toes there was a big bug by my shoes . bad experience for first time being there.
