Fantastic costumer service. If the your nail tech cant do what youre asking for, theyll get you to someone who can instead of BSing it like so many other places. Reasonable price and fantastic nails!

Ive only received a manicure (no polish) at this location, but I will definitely be returning soon for more services! Ive found that many places rush through a basic manicure, but the woman who did my nails paid great attention to detail. My nails look amazing and I couldnt believe the price when I saw the receipt! You receive great quality for what you pay for and I cant wait to get my nails done here again!

I have been a client of Best Nails for at least 15 years. Lee and his staff are friendly, caring and professional. I feel I am among friends when there. The space is always clean, superb massage chairs for pedicures, and a great selection of polishes. Best Nails is a neighborhood salon with a cult following in Northwest Hills. have recently moved out of state, and make it a point to visit Best Nails every single time I am back in Austin. Mai and Lee are truly wonderful and excellent at what they do.

Excellent nails and pedicures! Most of the nail stylists have been there a really long time (5+ years) and do great work! They are taking all the right measures right now with Covid! I definitely feel my safety and theirs is being taken seriously!

I was in Austin for the week for a class and desperately need a pedicure... The excellent reviews are absolutely TRUE... The folks are super nice, not uptight... Dont rush through it... Had a deluxe pedicure and the lady took the full 45 minutes!! Would definitely come back here!!

The pedicure was great, but the manicure was sadly lacking. Too expensive for what you get. Not worth it if youre getting a manicure. The gel proved to be too much of a challenge.

Rushed my nails, changed my skinny coffin shape and two nails have popped off in 2 days. Don’t go here. It’s not worth the price for cheap work.
