Came on a Thursday at 1100 and there were only a few customers, which was nice-- I hear theyre slammed during the afternoons. We had a lovely experience doing a gel manicure and organic spa pedicure with hand and hot stone massage, scrub, lotion, and paraffin wax. Also got a delicious Vietnamese ice coffee. My nails look amazing and I feel so relaxed!!!
This is happened right after leaving Ombré nails. It was my fist time and will never go back. The nail polish was probably too old. But the reason for the one star is because they were very unprofessional, the lady was on the phone the whole time and and before my nails were dry she asked for payment and to my surprise she asked to go into my wallet because my nails were still wet. Anyways I let her but it was extremely intrusive. Do better.
Okay, so Ill be the first to say Im critical of customer service and after waiting almost 45 mins. (My sister and I were walk ins)I was ready to leave and have only negative things to say about this place. However, Tony was nothing but professional, relatable, and very nice. He did an awesome job on my pedicure!!! Shout out to Tony who took his time even though it was almost closing time when he got started. He made sure I left happy and my feet were looking right! I look forward to coming again in a few weeks. Not to mention the was place was very clean, it felt luxurious with its tall ceilings and they served us wine in chilled glasses!😍 Happy customer here!
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, this salon is amazing. I got my first ombré manicure and it is gorgeous. I got right in on a Saturday morning and they were so nice and professional. It’s a beautiful space and I had a wonderful experience. Very relaxing and clean. Will definitely be back!!

They were able to take me as a walk-in very quickly and sue was absolutely amazing. I got the signature pedicure (I’m not sure if I’m saying the right name for the service but it’s their highest pedicure option) because my poor feet were a hot mess and it didn’t disappoint! I actually had to cut my appointment short (I believe it was the final lotion step, I had opted out of polish) because I started to feel ill due to lack of food and an 18 hour drive from Florida and Sue tried to find ways to accommodate me so I could finish the full service. If I ever find myself back in Austin I will definitely be back!

I will not be returning. When I first came in, I came without an appointment and asked if they could fit me in for a pedicure and manicure. The place was pretty slow, so it made sense they were able to fit me in. In the span of the next 45 minutes, however, at least 8 customers came in within minutes of each other (some with reservations and some without - the staff didnt check or care) and the place became slammed. It was obvious they were short-staffed for the amount of people they had accepted, but that didnt stop them from continuing to accept even more people and promising to give them whatever they requsted. Because of their scrambling to satisfy all of these clients, I felt my experience was very rushed and my manicure was done poorly. Conveniently enough, they made me pay and tip before my manicure started, so I still gave them a good tip for a mediocre job. I got my nails done on Saturday and by Monday afternoon they had chipped. I was hoping they would last at least through the next weekend as I had a wedding to attend, but Ill probably have to redo them. There are better nail salons in Austin that are managed more thoughtfully. Ill be taking my business there in the future.
First timer here, and my sister and I both got manicures and we absolutely loved them. the atmosphere was very nice, the establishment itself was very clean and neat. will definitely be returning!
Salon looks upscale but More like a cattle call and you are just another body in the queue. they don’t care if you have an appointment. They seat you and make you think you are up next, only to make you wait 30 min or more sitting in a barely warm foot bath. Hoping you sit there and not complain while you watch the clock since your feet are already submerged. Why would you leave when you’ve come so far? Very unprofessional. Don’t accept appointments if you can’t honor them. Do walk in service and tel people what the wait is. The 2nd time this has happened. So annoyed..too many other salons to be subjected to this.*I will say that they do nice pedicures, when they finally start working on you. Just don’t believe them when they tell you that you have an appointment.
I got the dip powder manicure and ALL of the nails fell off within a WEEK. Waste of money and time. Usually the dip nails last 4 weeks so I will not come back here. I tried calling to explain and they refused to give me any money back.

My daughter and I had a late appointment. They never made us feel bad for staying past closing time to finish our nails. Heidi was awesome! She was very patient with my daughter who kept fidgeting the entire time. We came in with pictures and she did a great job with our nails.
Pedicure great. Worst acrylic job I have had. First, the dremel tool lost control and cut my finger. Now a week later, my nails look awful. The acrylic is peeling up from the bottom. This place was expensive and now a waste of money.
Mary was really sweet and thorough with giving me a pedicure (as it was much needed after working so I had) and an eyebrow waxing! It’s been super hard to find someone who can do a good, quick eyebrow waxing and Mary was perfect! I will be coming back and requesting her for her services !
Ive been to many nail places over the years and this is the best experience Ive ever had. I found the nail place I will go to regularly now. Its affordable, you get complimentary drinks, and an arm and neck massage! I usually have to remember to push my cuticles back before I get my nails done and usually forget but my technition actually did it! I highly recommend this salon.
I am only giving this two stars because when you actually get your nails done they do a decent job on dip but if you ever make an appointment just know it means nothing here. For a basic pedi and dip manicure I have consistently spent 2 or more hour here and at least 30 of that was waiting in between services. They have no time management and appointment are useless so if you are even in a crunch or have plans on 2.5 hours then don’t go here.
My nails looked great afterwords! Unfortunately, which seems to be a trend in nail salons, I waited almost an hour when I was told I wouldnt wait long as I had asked ahead.In their defense, theyre busy and I could have left. Also, there was another customer who had made an appointment that was also waiting far past her appointment (she ended up leaving) BUT my nails did look great!

Would jot recommend! I went maybe 3 days ago for a refill and polish my toes, all of my nails are chipped or broke and my toe polish is all chipping off. A waste of money!

Very very dirty and unprofessional. Staff was overwhelmed and when I addressed the owner about the issues at hand, I was basically told that I was lying and was told to “respect myself”. Please do not waste your money here, this place is not worth it, the staff is less than mediocre and the owner Sandy should not be allowed to run a business.
I’ve visited this location multiple times and they are always very nice. I fell in love with this nail salon the first time I came. My nail tech Sandy is great and she does the best nails ever. They have different options for pedicures and foot massages as well. If you’re ever in Austin, Texas please stop by ahow them some love and see for yourself.
20 minute pedicure massage! So many SNS colors to choose from, I had a tough time deciding. Free drink during your service, and it was super relaxing. They cared about the job they did and it was apparent. I’m so happy to have a great nail salon so close to where I live, and happy to support a great, new, local business.
WORST experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon, that we literally had to walk out before they began service due to their rudeness!One. She yelled at us saying “I can’t have you both together (my cousin and I) it’s going to take too long and we get busy at 4” ...keep in mind we were there at 12:30 and had an appointment a week in advance.I was going to get an eyelash perm and as I layed there my cousin stepped out to take a phone call, and the lady slammed the door behind her complaining and yelling AGAIN “she can’t come back, I won’t keep opening and closing the door.” So rude, I just got up and left before she even started.Two. They are not covid safe, no temperature check, and she didn’t change the table cover which I layed on to get my eyelash perm.The lady that’s rude is the one with the horrid looking tattooed on eyebrows. This place they definitely will talk about you in their language behind your back, because they did as soon as we got there when we said we’d like to get Maine pedi there together. Change your attitude lady AND your eyebrows.You couldn’t pay me to go back.
I was so disappointed with this place. I called before arriving and asked what precautions they were taking for COVID and they said everyone was required to wear masks, so I thought okay good. When I arrived one of the employees came up to me without a mask asking what I needed. Then when we were seated the lady working on my husbands pedicure was without a mask- these two interactions made us uncomfortable. The service was mediocre, the young man who worked on pedicure was nice, considerate and kept his mask on the whole time, he even acknowledged my call about their procedures. I felt he was trying to give his coworkers a hint when asking if I was the one who called asking about their procedures, but the others didn’t seem to care they had a “I can do whatever I want attitude, although they had signs everywhere that it was mandatory for everyone to where a mask.” I will not be going back nor recommending this place to anyone.
Went there for the first time and didn’t have a very good experience.I had to wait for someone to assist me for over 20 min after they sat me down and filled up the water in a tub even though I had an appointment. The water got really cold and uncomfortable and after the lady was done with my friend next to me she started on me. One of the employees was about to start on me but then a girl walked in the door and asked if they can do her nails right now, so she abandoned me and went to help her.The quality of the service was alright, I thought they could pay more attention to detail and the skin around the nail and how straight the nails were cut.Probably not going back, even though it’s right next to where I live.
For anyone reading this review on this business. I recommend doing your due diligence before using this service. I have been an Austinite for 28 years and this was the worst pedicure I have received. $32 for a basic pedicure for a male customer as they tried to upsell me with using the foot file for $8 more dollars.For new customers inquiring about this business allI ask is that your read the small print and ask the questions and speak up if something isn’t right. Feel bad being brutely honest but I want to give advice to this business to help them.

Im not from austin nor do i live here but.. i went in for a fill and the lady that did my nails was not very nice. She was also rough and made me bleed and said notning about just kept going😒 them asked me if i wanted a third coat(i got glitter gel color) then said its gonna be thick like ahe was annoyed. It took 20 mins for a fill which she did VERY good job! She was just mean lol
I asked for 3 colors to get blended in like an ombre style but it looks like it’s just 3 colors separately slapped on to my nail:(
I’ve been to this place like 3 or 4 times now and they’ve done a pretty good good most times I’ve gone. I went with my friend yesterday and it was her first time. So we walk in and my friend goes to look at the prices... the guy at the front desk IMMEDIATELY covers the paper that had the prices on it and goes “oh nooo... that’s for later.” I was like okay? That’s a little weird because some people what to see how much each service cost and then go off that. They sit us down, they offered a drink, everything was good. I tell my friend that because it’s her first time there she can get 15% off (a day before I had looked on their website and saw that deal.) So she tells the same guy at the register about the discount and he starts talking to the people doing our nails and suddenly the discount became 10% off. At the end of our service we checked out I paid the original amount without a discount because it wasn’t my first time there. But when my friend reminded the guy checking us out about the discount he was like, “are you sure it’s your first time here?” She said yeah but he charged her for the original amount. I say this because I completely understand that they have money to make but the whole interaction was just unnecessary. If you are going to offer a discount make sure you give it to people and if not then just don’t advertise discounts.. it’s as simple as that.
No respect for your time- even with a reservation. I had a 4 o’clock reservation- was asked to sit in the chair. At 4:15 nobody had even acknowledged me. I asked how much longer and was told 10 mins. I ended up walking out at 4:35.
This was my first time in and I was very pleased with my experience! I will be back. Customer service was excellent.
Everything was so nice! They have complimentary beverages that are amazing. The actual service was so good. I’ve never had the paraffin wax before and I loved it. Everyone was extremely sweet and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.
Had a pedicure done and they cut too far on my cuticles multiple times, probably because the lady seemed distracted. ended up getting am infection from it. expensive cost for a low quality pedicure.

Ombré nails is a great nail salon. The nail technicians were very good and nice. I got the milk and honey pedicure. It included hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towels. Lots of attention and relaxation.

This is the one and only nail place in Austin that you NEED to visit. Not only do they do an amazing job (see pics - thank you Jennie), but the staff was so incredibly friendly and nice. They can do almost any design or Pinterest idea you might have! The place is sparkling clean, and prices were extremely fair. Not only were the prices fair, but they were running all kinds of promotions as well which got me 10% off of everything and a free pair of flip flops!! I will 100% be back soon, and have now made this the only nail salon I am visiting in Austin! OH and did i mention they have free alcohol?!?! The mojito is my absolute fav, so fresh and not sweet at all! Thank you guys!!

This was the worst nail experience that I can remember. The nail esthetician cut my finger and also made my nails shorter than requested. On top of that, my nails are extremely thick and don’t look good. I wish I went somewhere else to get my nails done.As bad as the service was, I was in shock how I was treated during checkout. Their yelp page offers a $2 discount if you check-in. I tried to claim it but the cashier told me the $2 discount is only for people that leave five start reviews (not for a check-in). I showed him the offer on the yelp page and the cashier said that yelp made a mistake and didn’t post the offer correctly. The cashIer was flat out lying to me. The cashier literally made me post a five star review in front of him before applying the discount. It was disgusting. Yelp would never advertise a deal that would offer a discount for a five star review. This place is dishonest and I do not trust them. I will never go back.

Got a full set, SNS dipping powder a few days ago and they already have cracks in them. I am not hard on my nails at all, I work at a computer all day. The woman who gave me the set was very forceful, she cut multiple fingers because she was filing WAY too hard and also felt like she was stabbing her own nails into my fingers! I told her I wanted a short set, almond shaped multiple times. I left with my nails too long, 2 nails that look crooked, and cut up because I got tired of telling her what I wanted.Ladies do not go here!!!
Allen was amazing, I’m honestly picky and he was super attentive and never made me feel annoying. He def went above and beyond! I never write reviews but I had to, cause he made me so happy with my nails! 👏🏽

Just been there and they are sooo good! I had classic pedi and sns manicure with ombre nails... and the results are great! What is even more important to me that they are so friendly and helpful and everybody smiles :) you should definitely visit this place.
Exceeded expectations! Sandy and the rest of the Ombré staff are attentive and customer service oriented. Here are some of the highlights of my first visit:-gorgeous clean space-15 pedicure massage chairs new, immaculate with jacuzzi setting-all tubs with plastic liners and sterile equipment used.-The employees are professional, skilled,- and steady handed-I requested champagne it was a great, dry refreshing brut. (I hate when they give moscato at other places) they also have a full cocktail menu and espresso and lattés!!! 😱-floor to ceiling windows on entrance and exit with nice sunlight-the staff provide excellent complimentary shoulder rubs-I usually do regular pedi but opted for the gel and I love it! I also got a French gel manicure-you can park along the street or the garage
The nail esthetician cut my finger nail line and make my nails thick. I wish I went somewhere else to get my nails done.

Great experience every time I have gone! Best quality manicure I have found here in Austin and especially for the price. Have had quality work each time, only complaint is sometimes they are busy and not too forthcoming about how long the wait is so make sure to ask.
