I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have never been unsatisfied. That is why I am still a customer. The nail techs are always so nice, so efficient and very good. They all do a good job at manis, pedis and waxing.

Been going here since I was 15. Never had bad nails like I did Monday. I had to drill them.down myself and repaint. Going back to get them redone

Terrible service, she rushed through my manicure, they charged me $5 extra to remove my previous color and made me pay (including tip) before she even painted my nails. I will not be going back. I could have painted my own nails and saved myself $25 bucks.

My First And Last Time There Wouldnt Recomend To Anyone Got Over Charged For A Full Set Of French Tip Nails (short) Got Home Called Asked What Was The Price And She Said 25 When I Got Charged 45 So I Told Her The Situation She Said To Go Back So I Did And Didnt Get The Difference Back In Fact They Were Very Mean About !

I only get my facial wax done by Victoria other then that I’m not a big fan of there SNS powder nails I got them done last Thursday and there already chipping off.

I am always greeted with a smile from staff. I have been coming here for the last year and love it. I recommend all my co-workers and guest and clients to visit this location. I love the service especially the owners in the first 2 chairs. Very friendly staff and great service!

I wanted acrylics and when I called they said 25$ but when I went in and mentioned it she couldnt seem to understand me and wound up just getting gel. I asked her to file them into points at least Like acrylics and She cut them very short then tried to file them. BUT she did however deal when I wanted to change colors which I appreciated. They are fine gel nails but not what I wanted. The gels cost 25 and I left a tip so very good prices but again not what I wanted

Victoria is the only person who has touched my eyebrows (besides myself) in the last decade or so. She has never let me down and always does a great job! I do typically call and set appointments or try to get to the shop when they first open to avoid a possible wait but if I have to wait its always worth it! Its only $7 so I always tip as well. I have never had any other services done there but my friends have and recommend them as well!

This was very disappointing because the Google reviews threw me off. I was expecting good quality and a good job, and that did not happen at all. I had refills and color polish for my grandmas funeral. It looked like my 5 year old niece did my nails. She had me pay before the job was even done and I did and I also left a $10 tip. A day later one of the refills started chipping off. The nail polish she painted on there was all over my cuticles and skin. I also had refill material I was peeling off my skin for the entire next day. This was a rip off!

I went on Friday and today I picked up my backpack and it completely came off. They are to thin and brittle

Come here if you want to wait for an hour and a half n have a man pulling and pushing hard on your arm. I just wanted a simple polish change and I was waiting way too long. Then, when it was my turn I was being rushed. I decided I didn’t want anything done after the man kept being so rough. He couldn’t understand anything I was saying. I do not mind he doesn’t speak English, but at least know what the customer is asking for. Victoria was rude and does not know how to prioritize her list of customers waiting.

Great salon! Definitely make an appointment because they’re always really busy but I get right in when I have an appointment. They’re very nice and do a great job.

I had been going here to get my nails done for 4 months now. The last 2 appointments I made with TINA, she left me sitting there for 30 minutes while she worked on someone else. This last time she told me she still needed to do a wax after I had already been waiting 25 minutes. I left because I had to get back to work. When I called her to complain her only solution was to make another appointment with no guarantee on the time. No explanation or discount offered. Dont go here unless you have all day and your time is not important.

My SNL went here this past Thursday and got a gel manicure before going to Cancun for the weekend. Her nails were really nice at first. But as she was vacationing the nails started spitting and breaking. Some even breaking down to the skin. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

So Im going to be honest I havent even had my nails done yet. I called in an hour in advance asking if they would have room for me. The answer was yes and now it looks like a half hour wait.Water was ice cold now that Im hopping in for a pedicure. The place is filthy. Looks like it hasnt been swept or mopped in weeks.

I went here when I turned 12, and it’s awesome. The people r nice, and the service is great.

I have been going to this place for years and Nick is the absolute best! He takes his time and keeps my natural nails growing and healthy. This place has been around for years and have very affordable prices on the latest trends i.e. powder dip, gel manicure, etc. Victoria is another person I highly reccommend especially for eyebrow waxes and is there a lot more throughout the week. Nick is only there on the weekends and is usually booked with appointments so I would call ahead if you want to schedule with him.

I PAID $40 for a full set of gel nails last Friday the 25th it is now Wednesday the 30th and 2 nails have fallen off, The guy did not ask me what shape I wanted or how long I wanted them or what nail I wanted painted the glitter I choose he jus did his own thing and they are ugly very disappointed. Now I gotta spend more money for a whole new set! 😡

My daughter told me about this place love her nails so I went there and tami did good job on my nails and padicure

Came in for a pedicure the lady continuously cut the skin too short and laughed off the bleeding. I paid full price and I didn’t even continue for polish and my toes were still swollen for a week around the cuts. Left super annoyedFast forward made an appt to meet my friend here I took a cab made it 5 minutes early and they took someone else right as I walked in. Annoying. Total waste of my time and money, place looks dusty anywaysLol OK so UPDATE: my friend went back a couple weeks later and they overcharged her. They charged her $90 on her card but her receipt shows $65! The said bank is refunding her money in 10 days. Sketchy sketchy.

I have been going here for years and I have never had a problem. I recently just got a full mani and pedi for the Christmas season, something went wrong and my nails started chipping and I ended up being unhappy with the look. So I went in hoping they could do something for me and they gave me a new fresh set with no hesitation! I spend a lot of money here and tip very well and they show their appreciation back! I recently moved so this location is kind of out of my way but I refuse to go anywhere else. they always greet me by name and remember any story Ive told them checking up with me about it the next time I come in. love these ladies, nick, and the man I always end up getting! recommended for sure!

Great place for eyebrow waxing I will only allow Victoria or Nick do my eyebrows because they do an amazing job every time since I am very particular on how my eyebrows look but I do recommend the his place.

Ive been disappointed only 2 times until yesterday, Sunday September 23, 2018when I attempted to treat my youngest 3 Grandsons to a Pedicure; I prepaired them.. advised them to just lay back & let the Technician spoil them with their feet soothing in the waves of the current in the water, the angle & lower leg massages...told them to turn on the neck, back & body massagers. Just lay back & enjoy. Their appointment was @ 4:00 pm..I stepped out for a few minutes...got back @ approx. 8 minutes after 4:00 pm. One older Female Tech had emptied the water in one station & the two other female Techs were drying off my other two Grandsons feet & told them they were done. I told the Techs no...youre not done...they all said, Yes they are done if no Polish. I paid the same amount for each of their Pedis as the other two women that were still being treated with their Pedis who were there when we came. When we were leaving one ladies Tech was just starting to lotion one of her legs. Victoria must have been off & Nick was there earlier when I told them I was bringing my Grandsons back @ 4, but I realized after we left.. I didnt see Nick....I called today to voice my disappointment & that we were cheated, an 8 to 10 minute Pedi ???What??Nick said he had stepped out. The Techs took advantage since Neither Victoria nor Nick was there.I knew I needed to be there, I had to check on my Granddaughters who were near by cause there were a lot of Officers in the area. $69.00 wasted. If anyone know of Techs that truly give a much better job to EVERY CLIENT...Pls. let me know. My Grands werent given the true Service & they werent too thrilled. ☹Nana (Betty D)

Do not recommend. They are very sloppy with their work.The one star was for Kim who did an amaz😜ng job, out of the many times i keep giving them a chance. The place is filthy which probably means they dont sanitize their equip… Which is scary as hell and besides, I always feel rushed. There are too many nail salons out here than to keep wasting my money with this health hazard.

Christy did my manicure and pedicure today, and I am SO IMPRESSED! It took me several calls before I found a salon who would do SNS nails! When I came to US Nails, and spoke to Christy, she said yes, that she does them, and could do it right away. She did so well that I decided to get a pedicure, too. Great prices, too! I wish I could find someone back in Lubbock who would do such a great job!

Im very particular about my nails. Im rough on my hands because I do hair and Im constantly washing my hands. Ive been there a few times but today, Kim did my nails and they came out PERFECT! Ill definitely be going back to her.

They are great at what they do, i would highly reccoment victoria she always remembers her customers and knows what the customers, want. she shapes your eyebrows just the way you want them.

Nick is by far the best one to get your eyebrows done by.

I went in on Friday and had eyelashes done by Samantha. Well by Sunday they were falling off. I had to go ahead and remove them myself! Needless to say I wont be back to this crappy place!
