I called in advance when this place opened at 930 to confirm the truck specifically a 2017 blue Chevrolet Silverado Z71 thatI saw on the website was available as I have an hour drive. The sales associate that answered the phone said yes and I let her know that I would be there in 1 hour. To see it. When I get there there the truck is nowhere to be found. She said sorry my mistake I thought it was the blue 2wd. Maam your level of incompetence cost me just over 2 hours of my life and waisted gas money. I advise everyone to stay clear of this place due to the piss poor customer service

My experience is not very good, first I trusted the sales executive who said that my car was in good condition, I have been with the car for almost 2 months and I have several problems. In addition, you see that I am responsible for an error from the executive regarding the insurance information of this company. later, another executive called me insistently to find out if I had full coverage insurance. In truth, customer service leaves a lot to say and they sell me a car in bad condition that has only produced more expenses. I recommend? really NO!

They use the pretty Dignoli to get you to buy...but then Hugo lets you know that everything she told you was just a pretty lieAlejandra is the only truthful one. Buy from her if you must come to this dump.

Worse customer service, havent tuned up the car sold it to me like that had so many problems with the car and I even had to come out of pocket to fix it when they can do it them selves, car is in such bad shape and they just keep saying its fine well look at it and dont do nothing about it. They bug for payments and when you wanna pay they say there closed tried to pay the car Saturday and they repo it the same day when I called them and they said they closed at 4 when they close at 5 worse place ever. I called the dealership a few months back asking about a truck. this morning one of the employees added me on Snapchat, then swore at me and called me insensitive when I called him out for it by googling his username and finding his Instagram where he advertises vehicles this dealer currently has for sale.

Disrespectful Harrassment text msgs after hours. Accusing me of being like those who dont pay from the beginning. Its been one year now, and im still being disrespected.My Vehicle 2011 Hyundai Tuscon is Lovely ive never had any problems and if I did The Service Center who is very understanding has always fixed the Problem. I really appreciate all United Cars has done for my Family and I. I dont appreciate the harrassment or lack of respect calling early Saturday morning or late at night text.

Had a great experience @ the Burnett road location today. Service engine light came on downtown & I made it there around noon. Chris the service manager was friendly & helpful. Got my car fixed up with new spark plugs & coils for about $200 & I was out of there by 3:30pm. Everywhere else I had stopped along the way wanted me to drop the car off for the day because they were too busy. But I was able to get in & out of here fairly quickly.

Sales lady Alexandria did not give all of my paperwork didnt tell me that I was financial for $7,000 for the vehicle. The car only had a air bag problem and that my car had a three month warranty its only been 2 months and Im having a lot of problems with this car they tried to charge me extra money for car care when they should already have these cars service before selling to me

Experience. It was my first car, so it’s in my dads name. Long story short, they sold us a car for double of the price of the actual car with the highest interest rate. Our fault cause we didn’t do our research but they took advantage of us. In the first month, I had problems with the car which they fixed. Now, I did “insurance claim” to get everything fix from the outside, nobody hasn’t replied to me even when I keep asking. I told them that I wanted a confirmation number but didn’t get anything. Sadly, I lost my keys this week, and I called them to see if they have the copy. Could you believe they say yes but they can’t give it to me? Yes, I’m still paying a small car! Almost done with this nightmare. I still have to pay 3,000 nothing compare to the amount of money I already pay, but still they cannot give me the key. I offered to pay cash, and not, they won’t give a discount or lower the interest.This experience has made me say many times, I’ll never get a car from any dealer.Stay away from this place !

BUYER BEWAREIf you are looking for a new used car THIS IS NOT the place to go to. They are helpful and accommodating for u when u first purchase it, after that, ur on ur own, they sold me a car that had hail damage on it, unfortunately I wasnt able to c it and Hugo Camacho didnt inform me that it had hail damage, and when I considered buying it after Ive had it for about a year, I was told I would have to pay all of the futures interest that will have accrued for the remainder of the lease which is about ($15,000) in total for a hail damaged 2014 Kia Forte5 with 101,748 miles on it!! Now why in the world would I pay interest on a monthly payment that does not exist anymore?

Dont do business with these guys, they do the old bait and switch on you. They post pics of cars for sale on Facebook but when you show up to look at the car, it was either mysteriously sold the day before or it was sent to their other location, and if you happen to go to the other location, they will tell you that because of the Covid19, they only do repairs out of that shop and all the cars are sold at the other location.....the one you just came from.

I bought a car payed over 4000 dollars in two weeks. Today I had to go get a lawyer because I travel and need to put my car in storage because I don’t drive it but I still wanted to keep the car. I never missed a payment was never late on a payment. So when I put it on storage insurance my roommate need to use the car, I told him as long as he put the Insurance on it he can use the car. My roommate put full coverage insurance on it and the company did not like what I did and went to pick the car up and told me I can not have it back they was gonna resale it. Mind you I never missed a payment because I put storage insurance and my my roommate had full coverage when he was only using it for a week. They also picked it up a week after I payed for the next month.If you go to this place and you are 2 dollars late they will come pick it up and tell you the only way to get it back is pay the hold car off. Also they keep a copy of your keys with out it being in your contract to pick your car up then charge you a 250. Dollar towing fee. I have two other cars and this is the first time that I have ever been repoed for having to much insurance on it and for paying on time.

I was fortunate enough to stop at United Auto Groupwhen i needed a car. I had no credit and some bad credit. Every dealership i went to before only had cars that were way high miles. Tc and Dean was the ones that sold me my car and they were both understandingAnd helped me stay in my budget. A week after my purchase one of my head lights went but i took it back to them and the fixed it no problem.

Before I pulled off the lot, my brake light was not working. Drove it home, steering wheel rattled the whole time, brakes squealed, no air conditioner, serpentine belt was no good. All of this was noticed within 24 hours. Took it back to have it fixed, they gave me a loaner. As I drove off with the loaner, I was 2 inching away from ramming into another car at a red light because there were no brakes on the loaner. Took it right back, they switched it out with a luxury car. ha,Fast forward, I go pick up my fixed car, as I was driving out of there lot once again, my car cuts completely off. All the same issues continued expect the air conditioning was fixed. Other than that, every problem consisted. My payment was due on a Saturday, they came and towed my car that Friday night around 11 at night. The owner (T.C) was nonchalant about it and told me he wouldnt be able to help until Monday and kept promising to call back. Never heard from them again. I still have the keys to the vehicle to this day. This was a few months ago. $1000 down payment down the drain. If I could give them no stars, I would. Stay away from them. Majority of their cars have 90,000 plus miles on them. Not worth it. Plus, all the cars stink. ALL OF THEM! RUN AND RUN FAST!

This company is so unprofessional and will talk to you like your not a customer at their establishment. (Hint) Without customers you wouldn’t have a business so I suggest you treat them with respect. Oh and don’t be late on 1 payment they will come and tow your car. They sell you cars with problems and will act like nothing is wrong with it until something happens and then you have to pay for it. If you have another choice make it else where. If this was my business I would take action on your customer service and the janky cars you sell.

After reading all these poor reviews its hard to say but I actually really was satisfied with the Customer Service and level of professionalism at the Airport location. I went in and walked out with the exact vehicle(Dodge Challenger) I had been searching for, for a little over aver 2 months and it runs GREAT and at an AWAESOME price. Hugo really worked with my down payment and assisted me with any questions that I had. I would refer anyone here that I thought was searching for a second chance on financing a vehicle. Well hopefully my review will change some opinions on future business with United Auto Group, and if so ask for HUGO!!!

Update: After 4 long months here Ive had to replace the polly, belt, engine mount, and a battery (all these things arent covered in my warranty). Ive spent over 1,000$ fixing my car along with making my payments, I would advise anyone to not come here. Also I found out today they have a different car registered in my name that is collecting toll fees but its not the car I am leasing from them.Update: I’ve been with this company for a year now, I’m paying 600$ a month on a 2013 Hyundai Veloster (priced way above market value, could of got a 2016 cheaper). They will hit you will max interest, company only care about money not about helping customers. They sell unreliable cars, stay away from here. Plenty of good car companies that will give you better deals and better prices.

I bought a car here last year. They over charged me for the car which is my fault I should have done more research but when one of my blinkers went out the wiring was a nightmare. My mechanic said who ever had worked on the car had done a terrible job. The reason I know these guys at the very least knew about the state of the lights is because when i bought the car one of the headlights was out. The dealer had me take to his other shop. The mechanic there said he had to drop the bumper to work on the lights. So again at the very least they had to know the shape of the wiring but probably were the ones who did the work in the first place. Awful disappointment I would never use this place to purchase a used car again.

So this is my experience. I was treated well and got the car I wanted with a reasonable price. I was paying my bills on time for multiple months straight. Got behind by one bill and they threatened to repossess my car. No payment arrangement offer or anything. Just went straight to the repossession process. Not to mention I got the car with no radiator fluid and brake problems. Sorry, just being honest.(Excellent Customer service when purchasing a car, buy from then on bad customer service)

This dealership is not worth it sure they can get you approved but that’s all they can do, my vehicle needed to get a lower control arm and strut replaced and it took them at least 2 months to fix, I consistently called for any updates and no one seemed to know anything and they transferred me department to department and the service department kept telling me in a few days and it went on for weeks, Facebook page says all vehicles have warranty’s but when I got fed up and told them I no longer wanted vehicle they told me it they don’t have any warranty when I left review on Facebook account and posted what happened I was blocked immediately, I told them I no longer want vehicle and it has been around 3 months already and they’ve been telling Creditbureau I have not been paying so my credit has went downhill tremendously please save the convenience of getting approved and go to a different dealership who has customer service
