Im so happy with my nails. I dont get my nails done very frequently. They were very transparent about the pricing and made sure to put me with a tech who had the skill to do what I wanted. Helen listened to all my requests and made sure I was happy with the shaping and color before moving on with anything. I was so happy with the result and will go back when I get my nails done again. On top of it all, Helen was so nice and fun to talk to. It was a great experience.

Made an appointment for Sunday morning.... I dont know how this place was rated best of Denton County 2020. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for the majestic spa pedicure. Tech was talking to other employees and watching TV the whole time, not even paying attention to my feet. Polish job was sloppy and she forgot the base coat. My mom and boyfriend were with me... my moms tech kept walking off between every thing she did. Boyfriends tech gave him a short short massage so he was waiting like twenty minutes for us to be finished.

I use Anna for my pedicures and she does the best job! Her massage is great!

Jessie is the best! Im hard on my nails and they always last with her! Shes amazing!

This was my first time at Grand Lux. I loved it. It was clean, people were friendly and I received a great pedicure. Mon was wonderful and gave me one of the best leg and feet massages I’ve received in a long time. I will be back.

Walked in on a Friday at 4, and they were able to get me right in and get started! Lynn did an amazing job on my pedicure, great massage, attention to detail, and very friendly. Cindy did my manicure, very sweet and listened to what I asked for. Perfect for this mamas day off!

I felt rushed from the moment I walked in. I only wanted a pedi and manicure with my mom and they were rushing the whole thing. I asked first if its okay to walk in and they said yes. I should of walked out when they were rushing us but they are very money hungry.The techs were not so friendly, and it is rude to talk in a different language in front of your customers. It makes us feel like you are judging us.At the end they were asking whos paying and they looked mad/upset. I was confused to why they reacted that way when me and my mom havent said a single word before.As a service we tipped them but now got me thinking we shouldnt of because there was hardly any good service done. One of them just took the money and left, didnt even help my mom get out of her seat, and I was helpless because my shoes were in my way.Terrible service, greedy management, over priced, rude employees. Dont recommend.

First time here. Not very impressed. Happy at first since I was seen immediately with an appointment. Unfortunately the end result was not very satisfactory. The nails r very uneven and the shaping is off. There seem to be strange specks in the dip powder. My friends nails look much better than mine do so I’m not sure why and how the subpar service was not corrected.

My friend recommended this place to me a few months ago because it is closer to my new job. My mom and I go together and weve been probably 5 times now. We both have zero complaints. I think they are so good! We get in and out in about an hour or less (our last salon was a whole 2 hour process normally). I get a different nail tech each time and they have all been amazing! So disappointed in the management that has taken over- they are uncaring, inconsiderate, and rude. I booked an appointment days in advance to get my 6 year-old’s nail’s done for her birthday. She was so excited, but they adamantly refused us service when we got there because “a cut and polish is not an expensive enough service and they need to save the chair for more expensive walk-ins.” This is despite the fact that I was also going to be paying for a gel manicure and pedicure for myself. We’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem, the old management was so sweet to her and we never needed an appointment before. We will never be back.

Awesome salon, very big and spacious and they do a great job! I love that they can do manis and pedis at the same time to cut down on total time spent. Super friendly team. I had Kim and she spent a lot of time focusing on the details of my nail designs which turned out great!

Since they are under new management and ownership their prices went up and they do not to the wax on the grandlux pedicures, (you pay more abs get less). They no longer accept their coupons either. So disappointed. I have gone to this spa since it was open. I do not plan on going back.

Update: Oct2019: I would recommend this nail salon location to anyone that needs professional service in a timely and efficient manner. The prices are about standard for the area.Tony, the manager and the nail technicians are always professional in the completion of both of our nails, toes, hands and feet. I brought my wife here to get her nails and toes done today before she leaves for work on Monday. Tony, the manager is always great and a very caring person who gets us in to the shop as needed. Tina who is out of the shop right now, normally does my nails, but Cindy does my toes. Both of these technicians always do an awesome job and will correct any mistake immediately when brought to their attention. Even while were in the shop, we are offered frozen drinks, wine, and the massage chairs for each customer.Sept2018: First time here with my spouse who paid for the gift. It was good. My second visit was significantly better to warrant another star! Cindy and Lynn are great and care about doing a great job. There were multiple televisions on in the salon during the time of our visit that were on various channels to watch.

Need to be respectful of peoples time. Had an appointment and was still waiting 30 minutes later. I had to tell them I was still waiting, I was just being ignored. They made excuses that two staff members had to leave. So why not call and let people know!!!

This nail salon has the best customer service around! I go every month to get my nails done. Steven does my nails and does an excellent job. I go every few months to get a pedicure, and my favorite is the one with the hot wax. They also include a nice leg massage, which is great!

Wow! If I could give 6 stars I would. Went to GrandLux Nail Salon in Flower Mound and had the best experience. This place is always clean, friendly and does a stellar job, but todays experience was next level. I came in with an idea (a typical insta photo of nail art) and my nail tech Kim, made it look not only just like the photo but better. Intricate detail, amazing shape and truly made my day! Sophia was outstanding at pedicure and even with my crazy design idea they executed it with out hesitation! I highly recommend this nail salon and truly appreciate the staff. Very covid complacent with sanitizer and temperature checks. If you have a chance check them out!

I went there today just for a regular manicure, the lady was very rude from the beginning. I asked her from the beginning I didn’t want my nails too short, and I wanted oval shape. She did the complete opposite. I had to correct her the very end to salvage what she did. Felt so rushed the entire time to. Just horrible. Have been going there for years, but not anymore. The business could have continued to make hundreds out of me, will take my money elsewhere!

Just had a great pedicure couple days ago. I dont remember exactly the name of the Pedicurist, i think his name is Tony or Tommy, his massages are very professional and very strong, making me want to fall asleep, I have never had such a good pedicure before and also i came here for the nextgen last month and he was the person that had done my nails too, it looks great and im satisfied on both, ill be back in the future.

Stopped in today (as a walk in) while I had a break in my work schedule and they got me right in! Alex did my nails and he was great! He was pleasant to talk with, quick and paid attention to detail (one nail was not cooperating...theres always one wonky nail!) Usually when I get my nails done I always end up filing them a little afterwards to touch up ..but not today! Great first impression!

Just had to share. Young lady did my nails. Even though the service was of poor quality she continues with service instead of correcting the issues. When I spoke with the front desk guy he scheduled another appt. but said the new technician refused because my nails were to hard. I have been going to this nail shop for 4 years and that was the first time I heard it was too hard. I received service from a gentleman who corrected the mistakes. I paid, gave 50% tip but since my nails were too hard and quality of initial service is lacking.Also because the practice was to blame the customer instead of owning that the first technician lack expertise. I will take my business elsewhere and tell my story along the way.

I had an appointment with Mimi for nexgen nails with tips. This woman, yall. Omg. She was so focused on making sure her nails are perfection. They came out incredible! She has the lightest touch and I never felt any discomfort or pain. Other nail techs at other salons have left my fingers feeling sore from aggressive filing, but Mimi did such a great job!

He does INCREDIBLE work every single time and my nails always look perfect and last longer than they ever have before! I have weird indented nails and he makes sure they’re always perfect and i get SO many compliments. I get the dip powder by the way.Also, the nail salon as a whole has great service, and the owner, Tony is so so nice! 10/10 recommend Kevin for nails if you’re looking for someone who cares about quality:) He definitely “nails” it every time🤪

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional and prejudice. I was getting my nails done and paying top dollar. All of a sudden one week when getting my nails done they we’re not done right and falling off. I wanted them redone. They were rude said the would charge me full price even though I had just paid. The manager yelled at me and said he doesn’t care if people come back. He also said he didn’t are about “black people” like me. I have never been treated so poorly over trying to get my nails fixed when I had just paid them $75. Terrible establishment!

Okay, so I came here last Sunday with my cousin. I had never been here before but I was excited because the salon was nice and the people were polite. I went in for dipped nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was great, the guy was nice and polite. However, the woman rushed through my nails and messed them up. It hasn’t been a full week yet and you can already see my regular nail underneath the dip. She was also, way too rough with my cuticles and now my nails look damaged and that has never happened before. I rarely get my nails done so when I do, I expect good service. She also demanded I pay before she finished my nails which I found a little odd because I’ve never been required to pay before the finished product but I did. I even tipped and I honestly shouldn’t have. My nail technician was awful.

I dont get my nails or toes on a regular basis, but our office decided for Christmas to take the staff out for a little pampering. I got the GrandLux combo just a basic Mani and Pedi. They called in staff from another salon to help with our group of about 30 plus their regular customers so there was no wait time. Awesome. The foot massage was incredible and I was very pleased with the techs concern for my comfort such as the temperature of the water, towels etc. My only suggestion for improvement is telling people who make appointments in the phone to bring sandals or flip flops to wear home so the Polish doesnt smudge before it dries completely. I did not bring any because this is a service I dont get done regularly and honestly it never occurred to me. Keep up the good work

I’ve been a customer since Grand Lux opened, almost 6 years, they provide excellent service. If you have an accidental break they fix it, at no charge. I’ve called last minute in need of an urgent appointment and they always get me in.Managers are always very friendly and professional.

Ky is the best!He took his time and every few moments would ask if I was okay. He did a phenomenal job on my French tip pedicure. I will definitely ask for him only for my future visits.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! My nail tech, V, truly has a gift. My gel manicures last for literally an entire month with no chips, peels, and or breakage! In addition to my french pedicure -- my polish has last for over a month and my feet are still soft! This is the best nail salon ever!

This salon looks nice. I went in to get a pedicure for myself and cuticle trim for myself and my son. Most places charge $5 to add a cuticle trim. They said they HAD to charge $15 and do a full manicure for us both. I think that is a fairly odd policy just meant to upsell customers. Even though it is a bit of a drive, I will be returning to Legacy nails in Coppell.

They have repeatedly messed up. They always cut my nails too short. They have messed up on matching polishes so so many times. They don’t do good coats. A five year old could do better.

Love Grand lux! I’ve been going here consistently for about 9 months and love the quality of the pedicures and next gen. I always get compliments on my nails. If you want ombré or “Pinterest worthy” nails I’d recommend making an appointment and letting them know.

Never again - my pedicure left me wanting to ask the manager for my money back...... polish looks like a 10 year old painted my nails as well. Will have to go get a polish change at my regular salon tomorrow.

Horrible experience! I always try to give a place the benefit of the doubt, but I could not find it here. First of all, I had to wait 45 minutes with my feet in cold water for a pedicure. I ended up getting up and putting my shoes on because I had to be at another appointment. As they saw me getting up they rushed over and basically demanded I stay put and someone would be with me shortly. I wasnt upset or anything as I was leaving, I just simply had to go! I wish I would have listened to my gut becaus this was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. They dont use the callous metal grader, so if you have a lot of build-up like me and and want more than a 1 minute scrubbing, this is not the place for you. The pedicure was so extremely rushed, I really could not even believe it. The lady was pushy and slapped the polish on (which chipped 2 days later.) For my nails, I got dipped nails because apparently this is better for your nail, if resulting in paper thin nails is better for your nail then this is the place for you! I was extremely disappointed with the dip nail. Two nails broke not even 3 days of having them done. I went back to have it fixed and they MADE ME PAY for this. I couldnt believe it. I had just spend $80 in there not even 3 days ago and they made me pay AGAIN for the chipped work. Needless to say, I will NOT ever be back here. Horrible experience with a few rude, pushy staff members.

Pedicure was okay. After my toes were polished she sent me on my way. No drying time no drying area that i could see. Just wet toes ready to be smudged. Wont be back
