First time waxing. Employees were all great and very helpful. Walked me thru the process. Answered all questions. Very comfortable. Clean and well managed.

Absolutely would not recommend coming here. it’s cheap for a REASON! within one week of my Brazilian, my bikini line looks like i just got done shaving it with lots of ingrowns and prickley-ness. she didn’t even get all my hair off. for 24 hours after my wax, my area felt raw to touch. i’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere else. never coming again.

I was visiting out of town and back where I live all Waxing places are currently closed due to Covid protocols. I dont go to The Pretty Kitty back home but I know some friends who do so when searching in this area I knew this would be a good place to come. I had only been sugared before so this being my first experience getting strip wax and it wasnt as bad as I thought! I had Darlene and she made everything comfortable and a great conversation during the whole Brazilian session. She also took her time plucking any hairs that were missed. Great experience all around! I def recommend her and this establishment.

I’m new to the Texas area so I am depending a lot on location, ease of access to said location and overall google reviews. Finding a place to be serviced for a Brazilian is tricky! But I am so happy I went with TPK. Scheduling wasn’t as fluid but the service made up for that. It was fast, friendly and a lot less painful than I have previously experienced. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I went to pretty kitty for my first Brazilian wax and have been coming every since they are very friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Called on Monday and got the last appointment for Tuesday. To my delight, it was with Darlene. This was the least pain waxing I have ever had. If it is possible to have a good experience while having a waxing, then I highly recommend The Pretty Kitty.

The Southlake location has friendly, helpful staff, who go above and beyond to make sure the client is appreciated and taken care of. The waxes are NO PAIN & the extra amenities they put on your skin prior makes it comfortable during and after the wax. This is so much more than what youd get at another salon! If youre nervous or scared, dont be! This place is the BEST Ive ever been to! Thank you Pretty Kitty!

Recommended it at work as preferred place over the European Wax Center. Price was just about what I would pay at my old regular spot. The recovery time was much faster than I expected. Nice atmosphere but the walls were a bit thin. I wish they had a location closer to where I lived but Ill probably be back for my next Brazilian.

Had an appointment here and was driving from Denton. I called to say I was running a few minutes behind but was hurrying to get there. They called me 6 minutes past my appointment and said they were going to have to reschedule because I was late. I told the girl I was about to turn into the parking lot and she said what amounted to “too bad” and that I would have to reschedule. I have a 7 week old baby and was fitting this in between feedings, I don’t have time to reschedule and drove 30 min to get there. I have never had a service so inflexible and uncaring. Will not return to this location again.

This is my 3rd time however I kept coming back because from the first time she has been fast & very helpful by talking so I dont have to sit there and endure the pain awkwardly. Also has been my least painful experience compared to other waxing places Ive been to.

Best place to go for a wax!! Youre in and out in less than 15 minutes.
