Rani, you didnt help me find my last apartment. It was listed through your site and you just sort of hovered when I went to go visit. After that I just dealt with them. The process was sadly similar when I purchased my home and I really regret having you as an agent. After signing that contract you were barely engaged. Bringing ego and self aggrandizing behavior to the table is not the same as bringing real value or assistance to your clients.

Rani Alowairdi really cares about his clients. He knows the market very well and make sure his clients are not overpaying for their investments. Its very hard to find someone in this business that makes his job so personal. He sent reports with detailed information about the cons and pros of each property. I cant say enough about Ranis services! Hes AMAZING! He contacted me immediately, he was prepared with Several options for me to look at that were All awesome options. He was courteous and receptive to courtesy. He followed through with me contacting the owners and stayed in contact with me all the way until I got the keys to the property.
