I have been living at Oakville since May 2019. Initially everything was wonderful; Our unit had been completely renovated and the pricing was great. The management team at that time was exceptional. Always on their A-Game and ready to take care of you at all times. However, since the change of management I feel like everything has been handled poorly from documentation to maintenance issues. When we renewed our lease it took the team WEEKS to handle our paperwork. We also added a separate car garage a few weeks later and it also took WEEKS to receive our fobs. I received one fob and had originally requested two. I had to call to request the additional fob and then received an email stating it [fob] was ready a couple of days later. I immediately went to pick it up and to my surprise it wasnt even ready. I have also submitted the same maintenance request for lack of A/C flow to our guest bedroom/bathroom multiple times and the issue has not been fixed properly. Each time they come by they say its weird that it doesnt flow, close other vents in other rooms to help the flow, and still nothing. Weve encountered so many issues. Now on our third month in to our renewal we are still being charged for renters insurance by Oakville when we had already sent our updated privately purchased renters insurance. To say that the customer service has really slacked at Oakville is a huge understatement. It is very frustrating and disappointing that we have to deal with these types of issues with no resolution. Like many others I absolutely despise needing to get into contact with anyone at the front office because I know my issue wont be taken seriously. Somethings got to give.

Hi! We havent even been residents for a month but I can already say once our lease is up I would be thrilled to sign again! So far everything has been wonderful. Leslie, our leasing agent is amazing! Shes kind, professional, knowledgeable and no matter what will make it happen for you! The process of signing a lease and the approval process can be daunting but not here! Leslie did it with ease for us! What a treat she is to this community! The entire staff is amazing! Ive had the chance to meet and have maintenance come in for some small fixes and theyve done it right away and with the utmost respect and professionalism and they do the job well! The community here is wonderful and our lab LOVES the dog run/park! You wont regret moving here I promise and if youre looking, trust me youve found home here at Oakville! Thanks to everyone for helping us feel right at home and for maintaining such a wonderful property/community!

I moved in to Oakville about a month ago and have found the entire staff to be extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Leslie was absolutely wonderful to work with as she helped me find the right apartment, get the lease signed, provide storage for my stuff until the move-in date, and repair some minor cosmetic stuff in the apartment. I love having Rattan Creek park right next to us and look forward to using the pool over the summer. Only complaint I have is that despite it being a dog-friendly complex with several stations around the complex to throw away your dog poop, residents still leave their dog poop in the grass. Thats not cool.

When I first signed, I had relatively no issues that werent immediately addressed. But these past few months, it has been a nightmare. Its like pulling teeth trying to get any information out of management, including the basic paperwork regarding lease renewals. I have had to go in office multiple times to get the basic renewal email because they kept sending me someone elses lease even after I corrected them multiple times. In fact, that lease paperwork wouldnt have been sent if I hadnt contacted them saying that I have yet to receive anything even though the 60 days needed to appropriately NOT resign had passed. I shouldnt have to tell management how to do their job, if so, at lease reduce my rent. I still have not received an email regarding my lease and its been 6 days, incredibly unprofessional. The only thing this apartment has going for them is the relatively low rent prices compared to other places which isnt really anything special since they are attempting to increase mine significantly. You cannot increase rent in units that have received 0 upgrades, that makes no sense.

I live currently at the Oakville apartments and it is one of the worst places that I have lived. The management is not good at communicating. I have had problems with them since I have moved in I have had nothing but issues. When I asked to speak to someone higher like a regional because it feels like who ever is running the office doesnt know what they are doing. They sende the mangers email that I have already been communicating with. Actually she was the one whe sent me her own email to me. Its just been not good. I wouldnt recommend this place. I cant even give it a star. I am disappointed and ready to move out. So if I am taking the time to do this thier is definitely a reason. No stars if I could.

Experienced sinus problems for two months until discovering black mold in the vents. Never received a follow up from the office after the vent was replaced. Photo attached.Other cons-They gave me an apartment that looked nothing like the photos online. I expressed my concern and was told to apply for a new apartment by submitting a 2nd application and pay an additional $100.  Why would I have to pay an additional $100 for an apartment I thought I was moving into in the first place? After 6 days, I decided to go with the new unit. By that time, the leasing office had already rented the unit to someone else.-Was not provided mail key or trash can (for pickup services) until 8 days into my lease. Washer and dryer installation took 11 days. The complex actually has onsite washer and dryers in a laundry room, which they failed to tell me during this period of limbo. When they did install the washer and dryer, I was informed after the fact, as they entered my apartment without letting me know. Because the staff had to enter my apartment, they also changed the code allowing me to get in. I was then locked out when I got home from work. Only then did I find out that residents had access to a smart-phone app to receive newly generated codes. I never received the code to enter my unit when I first moved in; the office was closed so I had to wait several hours until maintenance got back to me.-Their pro rated rent prices seem reasonable initially. You dont end up getting that great of a deal when after adding the additional fees (car port, trash service, pest control, payment processing service fees, etc).-They dont give you a gate key and randomly close one of the two gates depending on how much external dumping is happening. They send text messages about communal events but dont inform residents when there is an important update, like when one of the gates has been closed or then there has been incidences of crime.-Dog feces is practically everywhere. The leasing office replies to many of the low rated reviews, encouraging former residents to reach out to their office to discuss their issues further. I already gave this feedback in a Google form they sent out and never heard back.

I am delighted with my apartment. Feels like a house/home. Floor plan is great and roomy. Location to the park could not be more convenient. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. The staff is outstanding. Leslie, Jodie, and Angel have been so friendly and quick to respond to any request. Jodie has received my many questions and been so patient and kind. All the staff make you feel appreciated as a tenant....not another person to be dealt with. I am so grateful I found Oakville.

Staff is friendly and usually work quick on service requests, but they are letting the pool go down quick. Last time it was cleaned was a month ago when the management organized a pool party. Walls in the pool are moldy, light is completely out and is an electrical hazard. It is a shame, especially because they say they are fixing the pool area but they’ve stopped working on it since the pool party.

We have lived here for almost a year and a half and at first all was well. The issues we ran into after about 9 months have to do with management and maintenance. Our apartment has been flooded with issues of water pressure in all showers but maintenance comes each time (at least 4 times to check the Same issue) with no resolve. When you submit a maintenance request they will also Mark it as complete even if you’ve never seen or heard anyone in your apartment or if the issue is not resolved. They will also tell you they will get it fixed but here we are with still zero water pressure. It seems like no one on their team has a clue as to what’s going on.Management is just as bad- we have gone through the channels to get assistance but you can email, leave a voicemail, talk to every person in there, and they still will not reach out. I have never been contacted by the office after I’ve reached out by leaving messages to be contacted again.I would also suggest taking pictures of everything. At this point they don’t answer their office phone or emails so you will most likely have to go into the office to get anyone’s attention.Would not recommend for long term Living because they are not able to keep up with issues that may arise and are terrible at communicating. Their only response has been “that the whole complex is dealing with issues and their maintenance is on top of it all”- not true guys.Lastly, they have been working on the apartment above ours and the team ends up working until the late hours- this week it has been after midnight that we are still hearing thumping and loud drops on the floor. Not ideal for sleeping.Water pressure issue as of this morning 1/16/2021:

Update -- Oakville apartment is a very nice place to live at. Ive been here almost 1 year. The management team is very professional and always respond promptly. If you send a request, usually it can be solved just within a couple of hours even during the pandemic time. The common area is taken care of very well, very clean, nice looking. They trim plants regularly and add more resting chairs etc. in the community. I love lots of trees here. I enjoy looking at squirrels jump on the trees from my balcony. Its adjacent to Rattan Creek park, which is a huge plus. Also, I feel its very safe here. The package locker system is smart and convenient. If a package is delivered at the front door, it wont get lost. The swimming pool and gym is nice. The staff is holding community get-together events ( free food/ wine) pretty often. So, I highly recommend here!Just moved in during weekend. The apartment cabinet and floor is nice. Patio is spacious. I particularly want to thank Leslie who is very helpful and professional. She is very patient to answer all my questions, showed the apartment to me a couple of times, provided me all the information to set up accounts to move in. She is always there. I would highly recommend her! Other staff are professional and helpful too. The only thing is there are still some chemical smell lingering when I move in. I have a little concern about it and I hope it will disappear soon.

Before I toured Oakville Luxury Apartment homes I was getting frustrated by the application process for other apartments. I was referred to Oakville not expecting anything different but was fortunately surprised to have Leslie as my leading agent for the day. She gave me a tour within an hour of contacting her and was very personable. She’s genuine and you can feel her authenticity when she speaks about the property. Of course, I applied as soon as I got home and I never make decisions so fast (I’m a Libra 😉). The process to apply was easy and quick-no headache. My mother wanted to come see the property as well after she got off work and Leslie stayed and gave my mom and myself another tour. I am very appreciative for that because it really put my mother’s heart at ease. Thanks Leslie, I look forward to living at Oakville in the future.

I moved into the Oakville apartments in June 2019 and I had an issue with my first unit I moved into but the Oakville staff team (Candice, Jeremy and Robert) went above and beyond, they hired movers to move me into another unit. Since then I haven’t had any issues. The units are great, they do have two different styles though. The ones on the website are their newer renovated units but both styles are nice. We just had the locks upgraded to touch key pads and our thermostat have been upgraded so they could both be controlled from by an app for your phone. Which is awesome because I never remember if I locked my door or not. The maintenance staff is awesome, I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with them not assisting me within a timely manner or something else going wrong. They remodeled the Front office, club house, gym and the pool which look amazing! The gym has all the workout equipment I need so I cancelled my gym membership. This property is very family oriented and dog friendly! I really wanted that in a community I live in. The office staff will throw events/hh here and there. I’m very satisfied with my decision to move here from South Austin, I’m hoping to resign my lease here again.

There are more complex with better people, better price and more comfortable.

I want to start with Leslie at the office has been great. Other than that this whole process has been issue after issue. Upon move in (7/24/20) the carpets were stained and dirty. It took multiple calls to the office and finally an email to the property management company to get them cleaned so we could move into the bedrooms. Other issues at move in were the vinyl flooring peeling up and the balcony door hanging off the hinges. They informed us of these issues at move in and let us know they would be taken care of early the next week. Move in was 7/24, as of 8/6 the door is still hanging off the hinges and the floor is still peeling up. Maintenance and upper management are seriously lacking here. For 1600 a month the apartment should at a bare minimum clean and in proper working order. This apartment was dirty and generally busted up. For the price point, it is a financially unwise decision to rent at Oakville or any KnightVest Community.Edit 9/1/21 - After one year, I can say not much has changed. The office staff is even less responsive than when I moved in. Calls will go unanswered and voicemails will not be returned. So far in 2021 service has steadily declined while general issues such as animal waste in common areas, pests, and maintenance response time is trending heavily upwards. The office staff is also generally combative when presented with issues or concerns. I will not be re-signing at the end of this lease, and would advise prospective renters to look at other apartments in the area that do not have these same issues.

PRIOR TO MOVING IN TAKE PHOTOS OF THE APARTMENT AS WELL AS PHOTOS ON MOVE OUT.Was charged for carpet replacement due to stains and animal concerns that was previously marked in a pre-move in damage sheet even after they had the carpet steam treated. I never payed pet deposit/rent due to having a service animal and I knew in the back of my mind these charges would be pinned on me in the end. For this reason (which carpet issues have been stated by other tenants prior to me) I am rating 3 stars. And for a tenant who signed a 13 month lease living almost half of that there and less than that half with a service animal that was located in another city, its ridiculous to even think that these stains were on my end and I know they werent.Other than that living at Oakville was OK. Maintenance staff was a great group of guys which were timely and enjoyable to talk to (Easy 10/10 for their professionalism, sense of urgency, and attitude), Management was nice but regarding any pay disputes itll always be some sort of an argument (Leslie and Jody were nice, professional, and amazing). Gates never worked and parking is always maxed out in the complex. If you plan on leaving after 8-10PM good luck finding a spot or anything near your building. Gym was nice and clean. Cockroaches were very common in my apartment. Ac went out for a week during the summer and never cooled properly (family owns one of the top HVAC companies in Texas so Id know). Stairs and hallways were presentable when I first moved in, but became trashed and dirty the longer I stayed with people never putting trash bins up with stained or floors with cigarette butts. A lot of tenants smoke weed especially at night so that was pleasant. On the bright side, I can recall plenty of times when APD cruisers would drive through the complex. Complex has lots of events for families which is a plus.I also ended up signing with a roommate midway through who stayed less than 2 months and left to another apartment that had a higher quality of living for the price. In the end I signed due to being short on time and needing a place to stay with my line of work and Oakville was the one with apartments available. But In my opinion, there are plenty of other apartments that offer nicer amenities (like included washer & dryer) and nicer apartments/complexes for competitive prices (just drive 5 minutes up and down Parmer and you can choose from another handful of apartments).

Candice Eberhard, Jeremy Mullen and Jose Dominguez are running such a great show at this place these days! Since Knightvest took over last year, it has been a clear and obvious change in the right direction. They are kind, efficient and genuinely care about this community and property and the residents. Jose (maintenance supervisor) has been around for a few years, even before the takeover, and always maintained an incredibly high level of work ethic. He is very helpful fixing all issues that arise and all of my requests are handled within 24 hours, consistently, with a smile. Candice is a FANTASTIC property manager. I have never seen such improvements and efficiency in the 8+ years I have lived in this complex. She is the BEST and I would probably move if she left. Jeremy has been a rock to the property, as well, since before the takeover. He is always happy to help with any questions or issues with a smile and a sense of urgency. It is very rare for me to leave a good review on an apartment complex. I usually find myself going at odds with the staff. But Oakville apartments is the complete opposite of that. Not only is their staff very accommodating, they are kind. They do fun little activities every month, including giving out little goodie bags, food, and even cash prizes (I actually won a cash prize once myself from riddles). I never used the gym, maybe I will before I depart, but it is very nice and COLD. They have an extremely nice area where your packages are delivered. This 100% was the best thing to have during Covid when I needed to order things in for my job. Its like Amazon boxes but better. Pool is also so great for kids. My daughter could swim in the 3 foot area with no issue. We used it heavily and thought that area was just overall very charming.I loved my apartment. Of course I had the smallest size (a one bedroom), but I loved the way the apartment is designed with the fixtures. Though you can hear your neighbors above you, I am not sure if that can be helped.**Picture is of the trail right when you come in**The trail is absolutely the best part of living here. It is literally only a 50 yards from where I am. If you like to hike trails but dont like having to drive to them, 10/10 would recommend this complex.

Actually choosing to move here wasnt a bad decision. transferring apartments proved to be foolish, however. the 500 dollar transfer fee doesnt exist, although its the figure they throw around. if you chose to transfer understand that they will likely not disclose a fee triggering policy while they walk you through the transfer process which ends up not being a transfer at all.We ended up resolving the above matter amicably. One thing that has - without a doubt - kept me living here all these years is a man who works here as a manager named Jeremy. Over the years, I’ve had maybe a dozen problems or so that required that I speak with someone at the complex. I always make an effort to speak with Jeremy specifically because he’s helped me every time I’ve needed it. I can’t think of a single request I’ve made that he has failed to accommodate and on top of being helpful he’s also a super friendly guy. I hope he’s around for the long haul because I’ll probably keep living here for as long as he’s available.

The apartments are pristine and beautiful, the managers are professional and willing to help out as much as their ability and responsibilities allow. The BIG downside is the parking as you might read in some of the reviews. Therere just not enough parking lots to accommodate all tenants, something they could easily fix by letting people park on the covered areas, but they charge extra for those and as result, a lot of the empty parking lots are just covered areas waiting to be reserved by some of the wealthier tenants. My advise is to just free them all until someone decides to rend a fixed covered parking spot, then you can mark it for people to know to not use that one in particular.

I wouldnt give this place one star...because of the lack of service they provide.I moved there for a year....longest year of my life...i was expecting to get the same service as i did at their Southwest apt complex on slaughter....it was anything but that...to start off their maintenance is so behind orders, they dont clean dog waste fast enough, neighbors some are nice others are rude, what bothered me the most is their management staff only one girl is polite there...all of them have attitude problems....to top it off i was misinformed actually not informed at all of my lease statement charges on my last day was June 3 but she didnt inform me i was still going to be charged those 3 days had i known that i would have left sooner, when i try talking to one of their staff Jimmy to dispute the charges he didnt provide much help and basically made it seem like he couldnt change anything....i dont mind paying, they can keep my money i will never live there and i wouldnt recommend this place at all...

The apartment itself is ok. Nothing really wrong with that. But the parking here stinks! Nowhere to park ever! Especially after 6/7 pm...you have to park far away. Second, if you have ANY issues with your neighbors or anything don’t expect the office staff to help. They won’t. Third, the trash people have been slacking, they say put your trash out at 8pm and sometimes they never come by! What am I paying $25 dollars for?! There are many apartments in the area that are bigger and offer a better deal. I wouldn’t move here personally.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!Find somewhere else..anywhere else has to be better than this place. They are beyond rude to younger renters..as soon as my lease was up I was out of there. Parking is an absolute joke. If you park in the front(which you will have to do if you get home any time after sun down) and you keep you car parked there for two days or more and dont move it theyll tow you(they have no signs posted about towing..only for inside the gates). When I asked them why they had no valid reason and did nothing about it only gave me an apology for having my car towed. Their sales/management staff is an absolute joke as well talking to them is like talking to a first grader...I dont even know if I want to give them that much credit. The maintenance people also park in the closest spots to the office and take up a space during the day/evening when they know they barely have any parking as is...they drive golf carts and can literally park next to the curb, sidewalk or even in the garage their carts are kept in over night when not in use. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG FOR DAMAGES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT ESPECIALLY IF THEY KNOW YOU ARE YOUNGER(when I say young I mean mid 20s so I feel bad for anyone younger than me that they have or will take advantage of)Brief story about the move out..pretty much they said I had to pay $1000 because the carpet needed replacing in the entry hallway..so they decided to rip up all the carpet in all four rooms and then the living room..and charge me for that and then continue to tell me that there was 44 months left of life in the carpet..which is about 3 and 1/2 years.WHAT EVEN?? I lived there for a year rarely had company and had no pets and apparently I got 4 years of use out of the carpet in one year..thats impossible. I even paid to have it steam cleaned before they did a final walk through. This place as I have said is a joke and their staff is even worse than the apartment. I could go on for days about all the horrible experiences I had..but based off my review and many others Im sure(I HOPE) youve been persuaded to rent elsewhere. If I could give no stars I would but sadly you have to rate them so one star it is.

Best apartment when compared with the neighboring apartment. Value for money experience, specially if you are looking for built in garage apartments which are more roomy and quiet surroundings (except for the Parmer Road facing apartments)- Most 2 bed room apartments easily fit Master bed even in Guest bedroom- Rent renewal for next year was less than 1%! (Love It!)- If you have kids, you can choose apartments even on 2nd floor that only have garage underneath. No noise problems to neighbors!- Good sunlight. No need for artificial lighting during day time- Maintenance is prompt and convenient. No unnecessary charges- Staff is very courteous- Valet trash is a plus- Connected to Rattan Creek park and Day Care- Close proximity to HEB, eateries, etc

The BEST thing that ever happened to Oakville is the new team there. When it was Bell Tech I got to the point where I was depressed coming home! The minute this team hit the ground the improvements started. The lights on the property, extra courtesy patrol, cracking down on residents who were a nightmare to live with, getting the garbage situation under contro, the amazing, renovations inside and outside make you feel like you live somewhere decent and pretty. Where was this team all my life? Roberto is a Rock Star! I hope they never lose him. Jeremy the assistant gently and persistently stays true to his word and will spend time doing anything. What a treat Candace the new manager is! Go in and talk to her, she will actually take the time. Jose, and the new maintenance team I know are under pressure with time but they are never too busy to help you. That counts if you are a gal in distress! Sssoo happy this property finally has a team who is here for the residents. I have made bad reviews before but when this change came about, I have to say KUDOS!! (For folks who complain about parking, there is hardly a property without this issue especially late nights and weekends when there are visitors)

This is the WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in. Unprofessional management, sketchy neighbors, over charged for fees, and their “system” is always down.I could literally write a novel about how horrible my experience was here, but I’ll try to break it down for the sake of this review. To start Jeramy, the assistant manager is a the most condescending person I’ve ever spoke to. Don’t let him fool you, he’s so arrogant and unprofessional!First I decided to transfer apartments because we were wanting to add roommates to our lease and get a bigger place- they were so unorganized with all the paperwork and communication through out the office that this whole process took us over a month to complete JUST THE PAPER WORK. The lease agreement had to be re-written several times because they either wrote our names wrong, had the wrong move out date or tried to charge us more for rent “on accident”- then my former marine boyfriend has two support animals, and Jeramy accused us of fraudulent certifications to prove they were in fact support animals. After we brought THREE different papers, proving to him, in THREE different ways that these legally are his support animals he had the audacity to say “well it’s still really odd that he has two support animals”. He was beyond insulting!!!- after we finally moved, we paid a transfer fee of 500, no big deal. But then 3 months AFTER. They tell us “oh we charged you guys on the wrong account” and requested us to fork out another 500 AGAIN! They also tried charging me fees from the other apartment, stating that I had cats. But in fact my boyfriend didn’t move in, with his support animals until after we transferred to the bigger apartment. It was a never ending fight with the management here, to just get our paperwork filed correctly and for them not to over charge us.Also Jeramy would literally walk to our apartment everyday, to check to see if we forgot to bring our trash bins back inside, and ever time it was just a minute over 9am he would charge us the 25 trash fee.Moving out - was the best feeling ever, and guess what they CHARGED US AGAIN, For apparently “3 months of water charges that their “system” missed back in December. Jesus this place is a JOKE.NEVER MOVE HERE, as long as Jeramy is working there, good luck with being charged correctly and getting you deposit back.

When my roommates asked about staying another year in a different unit, they were told that one of them didnt qualify because of their credit problems from years ago... First of all I never post reviews on anything but I felt I just had to respond to some of the negative post on this site. I became aware of this when my friend who I referred to Bell Tech told me of some of the negative post. Ive lived here for over two years and have nothing but high praise for Jimmy and his staff. The parking situation cannot be blamed on Bell Tech, if you want to blame some one you should blame the city of Austin. The population boom has been out of control. Ive lived at three different apartment complexes before moving here and Im here to tell you that the parking was terrible at each and every one of them. ( I purchased a parking space )After living here for over two years two things stand out to me, Jimmy is a stand up guy. I called the office and talked to Barbara and then Kendra, informed them that someone had spilled some kind of chemical or something in front of my door. One hour later I hear someone outside my door scrubbing. I opened the door and there was Jimmy scrubbing the floor. I said, Jimmy why are you doing this and not your maintenance crew, Jimmy looked at me and said they are busy and some one had to do this. To me this is above and beyond what a property manager should be doing. FIVE THUMBS UP JIMMY !!!!!There was another incident where my washing machine started leaking from the rear. This was after midnight and I called maintenance thinking they would probable come out the next morning. Fifteen minutes later they were knocking on the door. He fixed my problem in ten minutes.Listen I realize that things happen and not always work out for the best, but I stand behind Jimmy and his crew here . FIVE STARS !!!!!!

Forget about renewing your lease as they increase rent amount by almost $200-$300 (for same apartment, for same duration). Month to month rent was almost $600 more. So try to get best rate when you move in.4. They never respond to your phone calls.5. Worst thing - They overcharge when you move out without giving any supporting bills.

I have had multiple issues regarding this apartment complex. This past year has been the worst. From noisy neighbors, to domestic violence issues, calling security, violence, and no sleep. When I have addressed the office they tell me its a process and theres nothing they can do. I have gone above and beyond trying to protect a place I call home. The walls are paper thin, so if you like to sleep, this place isnt for you.In January, they had a lease special of free rent going on to get more people and families in the door. What ended up happening is the wrong crowd of people now currently somehow have passed a credit check. It feels more like HUD housing than anything. They also started construction on the property in January as well. The staff did not notify residents regarding work being done on the buildings. My second bedroom was damaged with holes in my wall yet they provided no money off my rent. My second bedroom was useless. Why would I pay for a mistake they made?!It took over a month for my second bedroom to be re-done and the company did a crappy job. Ive also had two horrible neighbors in a row. Smelling weed coming through my vents all day and night and watching drug deals go down is not necessarily something I want to be doing. When I addressed the office they tell me I need to call Wilco Co. I have never had to deal with a leasing office nor call security or Williamson co. as much as I have living here. This is definitely not hassle free living as they claim to live by.I can no longer enjoy the comfort of my own home and I no longer feel safe at this place of residence.I am so dissatisfied by the way that they are treating good neighbors. They do not value their good residents or people who actually moved here to call a place home. They get to go home each night and relax at their places, but they fail to understand that this is a home to us and some of us cant relax, or have to deal with cops on most occasions. My whole building has moved out due to the changes in atmosphere to say the least. I will not be renewing here and you shouldnt either.

First of all, I am giving this community one star because I cant give it zero stars. As far as the physical space is concerned, this place is average. There is nothing particularly terrible about this complex, but there is certainly nothing exceptional. The difference is made by the management and maintenance team. I have never once complained to an apartment manager for any reason until the team at Bell Tech Corridor took over. They will do things like:-Not notify you when they enter your home.-Leave fans and lights on in your home.-Turn your A/C on 70 degrees in June and leave it running while you are out of the state.-Leave a dehumidifier running in your apartment with absolutely no explanation.-Require you to receive renovations even if you dont want them.-Leave broken materials, screws, and other debris on the floor after these unwanted renovations.-Spend a year attempting to fix the access gates-Close the pool area for repairs every two weeks for a yearSeriously, stay away from this shithole. The management is simply not interested in providing reasonable service to anybody.

I definitely havent had the hassle-free living experience they claim to provide. In my time at Bell Tech Corridor: my heater has been inoperable on two separate occasions--both during 29 below weather. The part they needed to fix it wasnt available so my dog and I were forced to sleep in freezing temperatures multiple days in a row; a slate on my blinds fell and when they fixed it, it would no longer turn-- I was told theyd replace the entire set and that never happened; when I signed my lease I was told parking was ample--it isnt. Youll have to pay for a reserved spot if you dont want to park across the property and walk back in the dark; when a package was stolen off my front porch, the front desk woman told me it wasnt their issue and there was nothing they could do about it; the gates to the secured property are always left open; I stopped receiving package notifications from the front office; and, lastly, the hot water in my apartment is out for the second time. When Ive called to voice my concerns or follow up on maintenance requests, the male Ive spoken to talks over me so I cant express a single thought. Im moving out in April and, from what Ive heard based on my neighbors experiences, I expect to be battling over fees and deposits. I honestly regret not moving into the complex down the road. For the over $1,000/month I pay for their smallest unit, I expected more. Im extremely disappointed.

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years-we just signed a new lease with Bell Tech. We lived here when it was run by IMT, and has there been a few bumps in the road from the transition to Bell Tech? Yes. Are they getting things in shape and are things getting better as time goes on? Yes. The manager, April, is always very helpful with everything, the maintenance staff is just as helpful, and we love the location and our apartment in general. Very spacious, nice looking, quiet, and we have the nice dog park plus the Rattan Creek Greenbelt right behind us. The only complaint weve ever had is the trash service-not that they dont pick it up, but it does get a little messy with leaks in bags at times, but weve always called the office and within a week theyve sent someone to power spray it all down. If it was a horrible place to live, believe me, we wouldnt have signed on for another year. We like it, and for the space we get for the price, its a pretty good deal. I recommend these apartments for sure.

Worst place Ive ever lived. No one ever answers their office phone, so if you need anything you ALWAYS have to go up to the office. As far as maintenance goes, no matter how many times Ive told them to please call or let me know before they come over, they are banging on my door at early morning hours, trying to unlock the clearly locked door for 10 minutes or more?!Oh and dont get me started on parking...they tell you everything is peachy, when literally all of the parking spots are taken, including the front office ones, that are outside of the gates (:( After seeing many vehicles park in the handicap due to no parking what-so-ever, I park there one time...and my vehicle gets towed! They are more anal about where you park, if your car tags are up to date, then vehicles that belong to people who actually live there...Ive never seen an apartment complex tow more of their own residents cars, its horrible. On top of all that, we have the worst neighbor who leaves his dog poop in a bag EVERYWHERE!! Many neighbors have complained and they even sent out a resident email to everyone explaining that this was not allowed, and yet there are still GIANT poop bags everywhere. Its gross, annoying and uncalled for. This place nickle and dimes you to death! I have never encountered the fees and non-refundable deposits, that this place throws at you. Even after I moved out they sent me a bill for $342.32 in fees and charges such as admin fees, pest control fee, trash fee, 4 months of water bill. They very politely told me when I called to question it, I can either pay it or it gets sent to collections and will adversely affect my credit report. Aside from this, the back side of the complex is subject to the horrid odor from the always filthy and overflowing trash dumpster. There are very few open parking spaces unless you pay for one, guests that come to visit you might as well park on the street and walk in. The maintenance department responds quickly, however, the quality of the work done is lacking. I had a 3rd floor 1 bed apt. I loved being on the 3rd floor because I had vaulted ceilings, that is the most positive thing I have to say.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Staff is always extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. The property is always kept clean and looking great. If you dont have a garage or covered parking spot, parking will be an issue for you because there are very few available spots. Since there is no valet trash on the weekends, residents tend to pile their garbage up by the trash compactor which can become an eye sore and smell really bad in that area, however, this is always taken care of first thing on Mondays and speaks more to how inconsiderate some of the residents are than the actually property itself. My only complaint about the property is how much noise the windows let in. Units along Parmer will hear constant white noise from the traffic speeding along the street. Other than that, Im enjoying my stay at Bell Tech Corridor.

Im currently still living in this slum, waiting for my lease to expire. I cant hardly ever park in the neighborhood. You have to instead park outside the gate - so the idea of living in a gated community isnt so appealing. The Dumpster / trash compactor area is constantly overflowing. There are mattresses / garbage bags / boxes / various filth littered all around it. Cats / vermin and a horrible smell combined with the eye sore thats almost always there is so embarrassing if you want to consider inviting company over (I just opt to not invite anyone over, since they wouldnt be able to park and would have to pass the disgusting garbage scenery).Dog waste is never picked up from the grass, if you want to live here and walk your dog, get used to cleaning your shoes in your bath tub.Customer service example : The Air conditioning went out on us a couple weeks ago. It was out the entire day. Thermometer read 90 degrees, fiance had to work that night (night shift nurse) I was calling to ask about updates, the staff was rude and degrading (if they actually pick up the phone which 90% of the time they dont answer the phones). Ive lived in a lot of different apartments, never have I seen an air conditioning issue take so long to get fixed - and the disturbing thing was it was evident they didnt care in the slightest. They called their vendor, who was on the other side of town and busy, and that was the extent of their effort... that and excuses and basically stop bothering us asking about how long it will be until the air is fixed.Literally theres one person that works there named Abby who is worth a darn and pleasant to talk to. The other staff are either incompetent, lazy, or a scary combination of both. There is no supervision to the grounds and maintenance. If you get a package in the mail they dont notify you, it just goes into a closet and you have to check daily to see if it came in.I just cant even describe how poor the management is... The buildings are nice, I mean in terms of construction. There is potential, if they fired everyone but Abby and brought in a management team worth a darn. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, but lack of parking, lack of cleanliness, offensive lack of customer service are all enough to make you want to break your lease and just run away from the hell hole that is bell tech corridor.

Consequently, I had my wife go into the office and had them call my banker, forcing them to work. These are just examples among many incidents of utterly horrid customer service.

I signed a short duration lease (less than 12 months). The first few months went without incident. Parking became a nightmare, so we paid for a reserved, covered parking spot. The property has placards posted to contact a towing company if someone is parked in your assigned spot. When we called the towing company, we were told Bell Tech had given instructions to the towing service that only Bell Tech management could authorize them to tow. Bell Techs office hours were until 6 pm and each incident of persons parking in my spot occurred after hours. I was dissatisfied having to leave a message for an on-call agent to address what the property has inferred can be handled by the tenant.Part way through our lease term, the office informed me they had lost my lease documents and requested I re-sign the documentation. The office followed up often to make sure I had not forgotten to sign and return the documents they had lost. They became a nuisance. We received packages periodically. One specific event comes to mind where the office stated they were going to send back a very large package that was taking up too much space in the office. Not only was the box in question small, but we wound up giving the contents to an office employee as they found the decorations to their liking.Upon moving out, my access to pay my final bill online was terminated. My wife went into the office on a weekend to settle the balance and dispute the late fee the property had added. She was told she could not pay by credit card nor cash and needed to return during the week when the accounting staff would be on-site. The office staff made sure to notify us that we were going to be sent to collections if the payment was not made by end of day and an additional fee would be added to the collection amount. So for the 4 days rent we owed for the month ($150) which we had attempted to pay, the property had already added $50 for a late fee, and was threatening another $100 and sending us to collections.I am still auditing my paperwork, as I believe I prepaid my 4 days of rent in advance (15 days early). I had made every other payment early. Our request to waive the late fee was met with wrote its our policy, we cant. As another prior resident stated, I was not provided my amount due until I received it in the mail with a late fee added. I will be requesting their paperwork supporting my final amounts due. *Update* I was informed my three payments in one month were used for utility bills that took 6-8 weeks to process. So by paying 3 times in one month (for prior utility periods) I wasnt done with payments in arrears. I was told I should have logged in and paid a 4th time in one month due to the timing of utility processing. The property is located very near to large employers. My wife, who often coordinates relocation and temporary housing for her firm, will now be recommending other propertys to those potential residents. The property is missing on customer service.

This place is horrible. Marvin Wright has been a leasing veteran for 7 years that has no understanding of what the word service means. He cannot assist my step daughter with getting her place after they clearly took her money and failed to communicate properly. Julia Pineda his boss left him in position to do absolutely nothing. He has called 6 property contacts for an emergency situation and cant resolve the situation. I have never seen such an unprofessional environment. Bell Partners should terminate Julia Pineda and her entire team. My step daughters property had massive leaks in her roof and we managed to get her another unit in the complex, but shame on us for allowing that to happen. Julia Pineda has scared this 7 year veteran.
