I’ve just recently moved in and it’s a wonderful place to live. They offer great amenities like a pool, dog park, dog wash, car detail and gym. Maintenance gets things done in a very timely manner. There are really only two complains that I have. 1. The parking situation is terrible after 6PM. It’s impossible to find a parking spot near your building. You have to park half way across the complex. 2. The gate has been broken since I moved in. I was told upon move in that it had just broke due to a vendor hitting it but I have yet to see it be fixed.
We had a leak under our sink that was getting pretty bad. I placed a request with the office over the app, and a maintenance worker was able come right away and fixed it within minutes. I believe his name was David. We are extremely thankful he was able to fix it so easily.
David Garcia has been an incredible help. Him as well as the rest of the maintenance team here at the Bexley have always been a joy to have around. David fixed our issues quickly and with a great attitude.
Big, beautiful, clean apartments with an amazing office staff who is super responsive and friendly. Maintenance is quick and respectful, and this place has great amenities. We moved from another state with over a 12 hour drive, and the staff was kind and accommodating during our move. Would definitely recommend them.
This place is attractive, pleasing, and charming. Beautiful, have qualities that invite to live in there. The pool is gorgeous, all areas are very clean and well maintained. The personal is welcoming, generous, and willing to support in every thing. It is a Great community to live in. All service is nice and neat. Do not hesitate in to visited I thing about a exceptional option for you and your relatives.

When I called to schedule an appt to come see the apartment, Ms. Shawn was very helpful and professional. Once I got to the location, all the staff was the same way. The apartments are beautifully updated and the prices are great! I will definitely rent here.
If youre on the first floor, better get a pack of ear plugs as the unavoidable creaking and stomping noise from upstairs is going to ruin your sleep. The apartment complex staff will not do anything about it. They will try to move the problem by telling you to switch apartments (and pay the lease transfer fees etc.) instead of addressing it. They will do some bogus noise test and tell you the noises are normal. There is nothing you can do to stop the noise. Like another review said, if you value your peace and sleep, please move on.

We have had a wonderful experience with the leasing office even before we have moved in. The leasing office has been very responsive and professional.
Although my stay was short, I will say that Allen by far makes sure you’re treated as more than just a tenant. I took over the remainder of a previous tenants lease because their job relocated them, and Allen made the lease transfer painless and kept the conversation light and fun. The apartments are huge for the price you pay and getting any maintenance done is easy with the portal. The on-site gym makes it convenient to exercise after work or if you like running there’s a maze of neighborhoods to explore. Would definitely recommend giving Bexley a try!
I recently moved to Austin and I am so glad I picked Bexley at Tech Ridge as my home. Their amenities are clean and their customer service peeps are so kind. I also enjoy their community events.
Lived here for 3 years and I really loved it. if I had stayed in Austin I would have probably continued to live here. Everyone at the leasing office was always really nice and helpful from the day I was looking at an available unit until the day I moved out. Maintenance was awesome. They responded so quickly to the few requests I ever had to make. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because my hubcap on one of my tires was stolen on two different occasions and my car was rummaged through when i accidentally left it unlocked. Management hired extra people because of situations like this, I think they’re doing their best. I waited until my full move out process was completed to review to make sure they didn’t take any unnecessary money from me (I’ve heard bad stories at other complexes), but happy to say that they were super fair about everything and I ended up getting most of my deposit back. Overall super pleasant and really recommend!
We have lived in this complex for the last eight months and are extremely thankful for how positive of an experience we have had. Staff have been courteous and very responsive anytime that we have had a question or concern. I’ve not lived in apartment complex thar was so well managed. They are extremely positive and it is clear that they care about the residents of the community.A few months back we got a new emotional support dog. The apartment was very helpful in telling us what paperwork was needed and getting us set up for her adoption to come live with us. They have always greeted her when they see her and one of the maintenance workers even went out of his way to bring her a small gift.A huge thank you to Allen, Maria, Savannah (since moved to another Bexley location), and all the other staff who have made this place a home.
My husband and I moved in a little less than a year ago and our experience has been great here! The apartments themselves are beautiful and the grounds are kept pristine. We have had a couple hiccups here and there but the staff (Allen and Savannah especially) have been so helpful and communicated flawlessly in making sure everything is to our satisfaction. Maintenance team is trustworthy, informative, and always makes our needs a priority. Bexley is amazing, clean, and a perfect home for all!
Unprofessional staff. Do not EVER move here!My apartment was filled with pet hair and odor when I moved, the staff did nothing to clean it. I was forced myself to live there due to other personal reasons! Eventually moved out and while moving out also staff over charged me for no fault of mine!Save your self and go to newer apartments in that area. These people are inhuman and outright treat you bad if you have a colored skin!
Been here for about a year now, extended my lease for another 12 months. By far the most friendly apartment community I have been a part of. As with any community there will be ups and downs, but it has been overwhelmingly a positive experience.The staff genuinely care about their residents and it shows in the interactions I have with them and the clubhouse events that they set up.If I had to be critical about one thing, it would be the garages. I wish there were some way I could get waitlisted for a specific garage unit(s) - but thats just on me to check in with the clubhouse on availability.Overall an enjoyable stay and I do not foresee myself moving any time soon.
Neat and clean apartment complex. But very thin walls. I can hear my downstairs neighbors closing doors, arguing and babies crying on a daily basis and it’s annoying. Otherwise, everything else is cool

We had the greatest experience living at Bexley. The staff is kind, helpful, and eager to respond to any needs. The maintenance was always incredibly fast in fixing anything, and we loved our apartment. The staff always hosts great events for guests, and everything (grounds, facilities, etc.) is well-kept. Residents are kept up to date about any happenings and so well cared for. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
I did a lot of research on apartments in the area before finally choosing Bexley at Tech Ridge - this was actually the first apartment I toured. In the end, the other apartments on my list did not compare to Bexley at Tech Ridge; the staff was welcoming and friendly, the price and location was perfect, and I get A LOT of space for my money. I was skeptical of this place when I read some of the reviews, and even brought some of those specific concerns to management. They did a really good job of listening to my concerns, and giving me details about how they are working to improve. I signed a lease in February and I am SO GLAD I chose Bexley at Tech Ridge to be my home. I feel 100% safe, the staff truly cares, and my few maintenance requests have been addressed and fixed within the next business day. If you are like me and did extensive research on apartments, you will find that this is the best option in the area. Its clean, convenient, and cost-effective without cutting corners on quality. All I can say is that first impressions are important, and Savannah hit it out of the park.
I stayed at Bexley Apartments for 3 months this summer, and it was a great experience. The apartments have very nice interiors, and the community is peaceful and quiet. Any time I needed help, the staff were responsive and quick to resolve my questions. The office also planned many community events which was cool. I really enjoy living at the Bexley at Tech Ridge. The units are really nice, and the complex is very well kept. The office staff is fantastic! They’ve been so accommodating and willing to answer questions. The apartment is gated, and each building has locked breezeway doors, which makes me feel safe. The community is quiet. The complementary Starbucks coffee that the office provides is also a nice plus! Love the 24hr gym!
I am so happy with my time at Bexley so far. They have an incredible office staff that is quick to help and very friendly. The grounds of the complex are always well maintained and my dog cant get enough of the dog park. The finishes in the apartment are well done and of high quality, and the new front office and rec center are incredible! For such a big apartment complex, Ive also never had an issue finding a parking spot, even when I come home late. I would definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking in North Austin.
Do not move into these apartments ! The leasing office is very unprofessional . I lived here several years ago and decided to ignore the reviews warning me not to move in because in the past the leasing staff and maintenance workers were nothing but professional. Mind you all of what I’m about to tell you occurred within two days of moving in ! Not only was I unable to take a tour of my unit before move in, upon move in I began noticing several things were not working . The apartment had been inspected and everything was checked off as working, yet a door was literally off of the hinges, the window seal looked like it was a dogs chew toy, and MY DRYER IS NOT WORKING . When brought to the attention of the leasing staff over a two day period, they told me they could not fix it because it was not an emergency, and that they did not know when anyone would come out to fix it . Over the phone, Tearra In leasing decided to poke fun at the predicament and use sarcasm So I went to the leasing office in person . Where she then pretended to be “intimidated” when she wasn’t being threatened, I’m a law abiding citizen and I don’t hit women . What I am is a tenant who is making a valid complaint. Tearra then asked me if I thought she was going to help me after coming down to make a complaint which I interpret as she is threatening retaliation through intentional negligence in resolving the matter . She also claimed she was going to file a complaint ON ME . I told her go right ahead as long as I pay rent here and have a complaint I will go to the office and express myself and that I would be doing the same . That’s neither here nor there, to tell a rent paying tenant that you will not fix their problem and you don’t know when it will be fixed, be sarcastic and have no plan of escalation is UNPROFESSIONAL.

Used to be a great place to live, I am extremely disappointed with the current condition of the place.-Neighbors smoking in their home, coming into my apartment complex. With a recovering cancer patient in my home, it is an extremely irritating occurrence, multiple people have stated that they have already complained but nothing has been done.-Dirty breezeway- I have lived here for about 3 years and no cleaning has been done, I saw some vomit stains on the staircase 2 years ago, that dried up and is still there. No one cares about the appearance of the building.-Break ins - Although this has reduced, my car has been broken into and so has multiple others.
I was there looking for rent they are very kind and nice, even the maintenance guy was very helpful. Its a nice place to live!!
Dont let that one star fool you... I had to choose at least 1 so that I can get my review posted. 1). The staff is friendly but not professional AT ALL. It would be nice if they took their job serious. Training would also be a great idea as everyone gave a different answer for the same question. 2).The model that is shown to you is different from what you get. . My son is in the service and I handle a lot of his affairs while he was away. The bedroom does not have a ceiling fan or light fixture... they will show the model with fixtures but you do not get one. I was told that I would have to purchase a lamp and a fan.3). If you have a roommate that decides to break the least, your roommate can leave free of charge and you are responsible for the entire rent if they do not have a 1 bedroom available to give to you OR IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT.... if you can not afford to pay, you will be evicted (naturally) and all the eviction charges are on you and not the roommate WHO also signed the lease and not to mention that it will remain on your credit for 2 yrs or better.4.) They hardly answer the phone because there is a shortage of staff administratives.I would only recommend these apartments if you are COMPLETELY out of options or IF its a convenience to your life style, like easy to get to work or school. If I can say anything good about these apartments is... The exterior paint color is really nice.
If you value peace and quiet at all please move on. There is plenty of housing competition to move somewhere where the units arent grouped together and you wont have loud neighbors where the property does nothing about.I really say this not as your typical user leaving a negative review but as someone who has a young child where there are times we are all awake in the apartment because of a single loud neighbor the complex does nothing about. If youre single, dont mind loud noises, and can sleep through it by all means this is a nice property. But if noise is on your priority list at all, at least tour before you sign the lease contract.
I considered moving here but the staff were rude and not willing to accommodate. I understand they close at 6pm and people want to go home but they couldnt stay one minute late to give me information about the property? Glad I decided to move on especially after reading the reviews.
Great staff! Love Shannon, she is a great GM (I think that is her title)! She has done everything that she could to make us not only feel welcome but made our move easier, and our time here since we moved in great!The maintenance is wonderful. They are doing upgrades and improvements to the property right now. The old company did not really keep up with the landscaping and they are doing an outstanding job of making it beautiful! When we have had a few problems they have been on top of taking care of it!Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
For the short time Ive lived at Bexley (6 months) I can honestly say Ive really enjoyed it. The property is quiet and gorgeous. The grounds are kept up with daily, the apartments are spacious, the pool always sparkles and I rarely have maintenance issues. When maintenance was request, they were quick to respond and and it was done correctly. To anyone looking for a new home in this area, I definitely recommend giving Bexley a visit!
I rent a unit here and everyone is always so attentive to my questions and concerns. Everytime I stop by the office, they stand up and greet me. They even greeted my puppy when he came in with me once. They were so sweet to him.

I absolutely love living here- I was the first tenant to move into this apartment over 3 years ago (I have signed 4 leases) and I think I was the 2nd tenant to move into Building 12. The Maintenance team is very aggressive (meaning very timely) when completing repairs and personally I feel they do a GREAT job. The grounds are very well kept and the office staff is attentive to your needs .
Things started out rough, but in the end the staff at The Bexley really took if upon themselves to go above and beyond to rectify the situation that I had a problem with. Thank you for listening and doing what was necessary to make things right. The property manager handled the situation in a very professional manner. With a staff that is really willing to listen to the people, I would highly recommend this complex.
The amount of bugs in my apartment is ridiculous. I was told about the bugs right when I moved in and was told that theyll take care of it. Well, the bugs are still getting in and I cant tell you how many bugs Ive stepped on since being here. There are bugs in the kitchen, living room, restroom, even the bedroom closet. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I currently live here and also see the staff is attentive to issues. Comparing these apartments to LA or San Diego, theyre obviously less expensive but still a bit more pricey than most. I think theyre slightly overpriced and they need a bigger parking lot. But, Im living here, content and not going to complain. Maintenance issues are no fuss to me. Thanks for the garage offer. I also had a TV issue from another resident at the gym there. The issue was resolved and care was taken and I got a phone call about the issue. Thats the way it should be.
I highly recommend checking out Bexley at Tech Ridge. The complex is maintained beautifully, and any questions or concerns are quickly addressed. The entire staff is attentive and prompt. Catherine, in particular, always goes above and beyond and makes you feel like youre a valued member of the community.
Rough start ( roaches ) they did take care of it. Besides that, I enjoyed living here. People working at the office are attentive to your needs. I’ve never experienced break ins or felt un-safe. Parking does suck.
The front staff are all great people. Allen, Rachel, Kimberly, and everyone else have only been kind. Any service has been done transparently and quickly. I appreciate the staffs sociable attitude toward the residents, while still maintaining a professional air. The staff member Ive interacted with the most would be Allen, who has been consistently friendly, professional, and above all, useful.
Ive lived here for almost a year, very satisfied with this community. The apartment is fairly new (built in2014) and rent is reasonable compared to other places. Only thing is I have to install two celling lights when I moved in, no big deal for me though.
I have lived here for a month and my stay so far has been great! The staff is very friendly, professional, accommodating, and move-in was seamless. The property is well maintained and any issues I have had were immediately addressed. There has been the occasional noise issues but the fact is we live in apartments/close-quarters and some noise should be expected, but not excessive and constant noise as to disturb your neighbors peace. If everybody is considerate and mindful of others this should never be an issue. Overall this is a great community, a great area, and a great staff.
I’ve have been living at this apartment for a year now and I was considering staying but the office some how lost my rent payment but when I call western-union it shows that the payment have been cashed don’t see how that is my problem they are a business and if you are dealing with people money and rent that is something that should not get lost. Now I have to take the time out of my day to track a missing payment that was not my fault to begin with but Rachel the manager In charge is not doing nothing to help the Situation and the bad part is that I’m not the only tenet that this have happen to this month. I would love to speak with someone hire up but they are not answering any of my call or calling back this is effecting my leasing credit!! I have never made a late payment before now my account is showing I owe $2000 and this is not even my fault the the payment was lost this is bad business and you guy need to check out the people that are working for you. Please get this Resolved so that I can move to another place with no problem. Will not recommend living her the management don’t care about your need just their payment.
I really like these apartments, very friendly people every where, and they are well taken care of, the inside stairs are a little dirty and need some cleaning they are also doing great landscaping work and making the apartments look nice, they should make the dog park bigger they have the land for it, or it would be awesome to have a volleyball court set up. The only thing I am truly disappointed of is that our apartment didnt have a balcony and we are being charged the same for the ones with balcony which I would love to have one with balcony...
DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is dangerous and the staff could really care less. All they care about is underhanded fees they can stick you with. I have told them multiple times about break ins to my property as well as others, even told them the culprit and where they stayed. All they did was send out a crappy email stating that in all instances, the vehicles were left unlocked. Which is not true. My neighbors and I have told them time and again that this is not the case. Our cars were BROKEN into. The office stated that was what was on the police report. (Which was not) After telling the office staff, she stated it was 4/5 vehicles that were unlocked. But after reading the reviews, they clearly state AGAIN that we all left the vehicles unlocked. Even if that were true, how would this make it okay? I understand you want your image to be squeaky clean, but as a paying resident, at least pretend to care! I even told the office about the same person breaking in, lurking around my door, following me around. Made a police report, and no action was taken. The solution they came up with after the umpteenth break-in was to put signs up that there was a neighborhood watch. How is that going to solve anything, when the actual security you have dont even work? They dont seem to care. But then put notices on neighbors doors about things they can charge from months ago. That same energy you use to go into peoples homes unauthorized to check for things you can charge for, put that into keeping your residents safe. The countless crime in this area, you would think a big thing about tenant retention would be to ensure safety, especially with the prices being charged. This place is extremely overcharged. The rooms dont even have lights in them. You are told to buy your own lamp. The lights in the kitchen dont even light the room, you have to have a separate light in there as well. I honestly cannot make this up. The only thing great about this place is the maintenance staff. They are so pleasant, they should replace the office staff. Dont get me started on the manager, she is the worst of them all. Do not even attempt to speak to her, she is too busy to be bothered at all. She cant give details regarding the crime done to MY property, she cant discuss anything with you. Throw the whole staff away and start over. The staff is rude, and extremely condescending. They treat you as if you are wasting their time. What are you doing besides sending out pointless emails about ridiculous holidays and being the worst apartment complex ever? This is exactly why many tenants are moving out and breaking leases. Will be contacting corporate.
The staff has always been very kind and welcoming. Even if Im in there business I feel right at home. Allen does a great job of putting together community events and is always brightening up the day with jokes.
Fantastic Apartment Complex! When I was looking up reviews when I first found Bexley at Tech Ridge I was slightly hesitant because of the new management coming in and the turmoil this cause reported by some reviewers. I took the leap and am glad I did. The staff they have working there now is fantastic and whenever I had a problem with my apartment maintenance came quickly to resolve the issue. One of the leasing agents, Alan, is the man and was always helpful with anything I needed. I will miss this place now that I am moving!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to call bexley home. The staff at the leasing office are so nice and friendly and the maintenance team is always friendly, professional and on time. I’ve never had a problem with any employee at Bexley. The apartment complex and clean and quite. Neighbors are also nice and friendly. The only compliant I have is that the in my apartment the second bedroom never gets cold or warmer then the rest of the apartment, which is unfortunate because I hate being hot, and maintenance can’t really fix that that. Parking not the best if you come home after 8pm but you could buy garage parking but it’s a little too expensive. Any crime is always taken care of right away, it’s nice that we get email updates on everything, makes me feel safer.ANYWAYS, I love living here and would recommend everyone to come to bexley if you can. They’ve made me moving out for the first time amazing! Thank you bexley! I hope to be calling you home for years to come! 😊
Do not rent here. New management snd expected service is not equivalent to the high cost of living here. The grounds are not well kept. I could go on. There are many other complexes to rent from that are just as nice or better for less money per month.
The reason I’m giving this place four stars is because of the wonderful front staff. They’re very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had zero issues with the staff so far at my time here at Bexley. Maintence is the best. My work orders are almost always done the following day I submit a request. Someone who really stands out from everyone is Damian. He is very friendly, quick to the job, and has been on top on my late night complaints.. which leads to why this rating isn’t a 5 star. The neighbors are LOUD. I’ve never had such an issue with so much excessive noise, especially after hours (11 P.M. - 4 A.M.) whenever there is an issue I call l the after hours line and Damian is very responsive to the page sent out to him. Well here’s the deal, for the apartment to move forward with any complaints they have to verify the noise. Now of course the moment I call and Damian arrives, said noise is gone or died down. I’ve recorded the disturbances, but it still doesn’t count as verification of the issue. The complex sometimes does a follow up call, but again, if the noise is not verified by Damian or a staff member said neighbors are not brought attention to the issue.Also, parking could be a lot better.. as in there aren’t very many spots after certain times.Other than the one big issue and the minor one, Bexley is wonderful and affordable. I enjoy taking my golden to the dog park, the community is well kept, and the office is very communicative with issues happening around the property.Also the community get togethers that are planned are very fun and I look forward to them every month.

I have lived in this place since 2017. I like people in office and they are nice. However, management needs to take care of their pool and noise problem. People play music after 10 PM at the pool and so loud. Also, parking lot is small, hard to find space after 6 pm.But still I like this apartment. Nice and clean :)
Great complex, the staff has been very helpful with any issues me and my roommates have had while living here. Any time I come to the front office to get a package or enjoy a refreshing complimentary beverage the staff is very nice, especially Allen.

Weve loved calling Bexley Techridge home for a couple years now. The staff is exceptional-- Office and Maintenance. We always felt that they looked out for us and promptly addressed any/all issues we experienced. We recently had issues with our water heater and the maintenance crew came out the night before the Austin snow day, and twice over the weekends. That means a lot to us. The property manager and her team are quick to implement the feedback we provide. They really do act on the feedback, its not just a gesture. They even threw in a cute little gift for the trouble we faced, we really appreciate their empathy.The apartments are in good condition and the proximity to all things that interest our family make this place ideal for young couples/families. We will always recommend Bexley Techridge to anyone looking!
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, these people do nothing but nickel and dime you for every little thing they can..... they want to charge me $235 a month over what I pay to go to a 60 DAY!!!! NOT EVEN MONTH TO MONTH lease.... am in the process of looking for a house, and hope to be out of here before my lease, but if im not, there goes more money to these people that cant even keep their property maintained or clean. there are coyotes everywhere at night, people have complained about that, there is dog feces all over the property (which they JUST STARTED to clean up after me complaining 4 times about it) AND if you want to have a pet, be prepared to cough up $500 bucks.... $300 non refundable, $200 supposedly refundable which Ive read most people never get back... its disappointing to say the least how much management could care less about the tenants that live there, just seems they want to get as many nickel and dimes out of tenants that they can..... You should be able to be on a month to month for a couple of months without that ridiculous increase in rent..... I absolutely am so sorry that I moved here.

Ive been at this place for 3 years. When I first moved here its was called The Springs at Tech Tidge and then later Bexley bought the property.When it was the Springs, it was a great place to live. Now with the new management, its taken a turn for the worst. The front office staff are friendly but seriously under staffed. They never have enough leasing agents in the office to handle all the foot traffic that they get.But my main problem besides there being no parking at night is the noise. I have complained about my neighbors running, stomping, jumping literally all day and through the night. I have made at least 6 complaints and nothing has been done. I also called the after hours number to have the courtesy officer come listen to the noise. Every time I go in the office and ask for the manger, she is not there which makes it hard to get my issue resolved.For the price you pay here, you should have great front office service and also you should be able to watch your own tv without it sounding like a jungle gym in your apartment.I have recommend a few people to live here but I wont anymore until they fix the issues with this place. Its sad because this place is in a good location but something seriously has to be done.
I have a unit at Bexley Tech Ridge with my wife, and everyone in the office is always nice and helpful. The community is well maintained and looks great.
I love living here! The facilities are always clean and in good working order, the office staff is nice and my neighbors are quiet. Very happy with Bexeley!
My roommate and I have lived here since April 2017 and have been dealing with roaches since then. Pest control had come by countless of times and it’s still an issue.Parking during the weeknights is also a concern. There have been multiple occasions of having to park at the leasing office after coming home late from work or studying for school. Some neighbors are also loud.We were hoping to stay for a few years till I graduate, but at this rate we are looking forward to getting out.On a positive note, the neighbors and staff are friendly.

We moved into the apartment complex in the fall, shortly before Bexley purchased the property and since then we have had various experiences that show how the staff is not attentive and they are not concerned about the satisfaction of their residents.-A few weeks after we moved in the fire marshall entered our apartment without our knowledge. We received no prior warning from Bexley that anyone would be entering our apartment. When we inquired about this at the front desk we were told that since they recently acquired the property they were not aware that this was happening.-They do construction on the property without notifying the residents. When we inquired about this at the front desk we were also told that they were not aware that the construction was happening because it was scheduled before they purchased the property. Even though this was months after Bexley purchased the property.-There are coyotes inside the fence on the property. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they told us that they werent sure what the could do about it. As a pet owner its concerning that there are coyotes wandering around the property as I dont feel comfortable walking my dog inside the property after dark.-The landscaping is not maintained at all. There used to be areas near the apartment entrances that contained bushes or flowers and were mulched. The rain has washed most of the mulch away which has left large sections of mud around the apartment doors. Additionally, since the mulch has washed away there is about a 6 inch drop from the side walk to the mud, which can be dangerous if you step off the edge of the sidewalk.-We have found that the staff is not very receptive to any of our concerns. Each time that we have provided feedback to them regarding the experiences above they have responded with an excuse having to do with Bexleys recent acquisition of the property, or have simply brushed us off.When we first moved in we really enjoyed the staff that helped us decide on our apartment. Since Bexley has purchased the property we have had nothing but negative experiences.
If you have a color on your skin, then this place is not for you! Dont waste your time inquiring here.
I walked into the office to pickup a package. The lone leasing agent was helping a potential leasee, and she asked me wait until after she showed them a unit to help me. I knew it would take time, so I decided to come back. When I did, she was helping more potential leasees. I was ignored, despite her helping another resident who came in after me so I left again. I shouldnt have to wait 20+ minutes twice to pick up a package that takes 20 seconds to get. I guess Ill never get that package at this rate.As a resident here for 2 years, the property was sold to new management 8 months ago. After a rough few months with lots of staff turnover, looks like they still havent found as good leasing agents as they had prior to the change. Ruben was a wonderful a leasing agent from the first management, but he left after the messy transition between ownership. The property hasnt had an agent with Rubens level of service since he left.

I cant tell you how uncomfortable it is to go into the office and hear the manager berating someone, which has happened to me at least 3 times since Ive lived here, and I rarely go to the office. Every time I call, Im told she isnt there, but when I went to the office to talk to Kimberly (Allan is useless) and the manager, Rachel, was sitting down nearby and didnt bother to acknowledge me or try to answer my questions but pretended she didnt hear me speak to her, that was the last straw. Of the times that she has spoken to me, it was after looking me up and down, judgementally, and then being rude, short, and condescending. She once told me she was too busy to help residents and I should feel honored that she was getting my package. So thats what you have to look forward to at Bexley, which is why I suggest you keep searching for a community that understands how to treat people.EDIT: In response to the owner response: NO, I do not want to have a sit down visit to address my concerns with the manager, did you even read my review? You cannot communicate with someone who looks through you when speaking and simply waits for you to stop talking without heading you. No, I dont trust that she wouldnt retaliate if I gave you my name. I might come home to find my apt flooded, or wake up to find my truck towed, or have my rent go missing and get evicted. These arent simply my concerns, Im speaking for all your tenants.Everything Im talking about has happened recently, what would it matter if it was 1 month ago or 4? The problem isnt WHEN, the problem is WHO, and I told you, her name is Rachel. She is either an idiot or a shrew, but either way, you need to step in and give her some training and get her in check. So far my issues have been fairly benign, but you better believe that if she treats me this way again, especially when its a serious issue, I will be calling for her job, not at the office, but calling Corporate.
They cheated me on my lease! They had me on a month to month for a year😠They knew they screwed up! Another resident told me their AC broke down 4 times. Dont move there.

WISH THE APARTMENT WOULD GET CAMERAS INSTEAD OF GET RENOVATIONS TO EVERYTHING ELSE. So much crime...My car has been broken into many times (1st time within the month I moved in)and my neighbors have reported multiple thefts. A few murders have occurred in the past two years at the adjacent apartment complex. They do not make safety a priority. Scared to live here and want to move at the end of my lease.

The service at the office is quick and friendly. The invited guests said it was spacious and beautiful. The house is also spacious. The staffs sincerity and quick service are very appreciated. Always considerate.
