Management an staff are great. great place to live

Yk lotta noise, there roaches here and there, dirty stairs yk, the office is fine. The dumpster gets full and dirty very easily but it gets cleaned. The pools cool, kinda salty. The apartment is cool the rooms are decent sizes. Id recommend putting one of those bug killer fog cans before moving anything in. Be careful with packages and stuff, theres like a 50/50 chance of it getting snatched. Its a place to live. Its not bad. I mean you cant really complain you chose to live here. Its cool.

The bottom floor is flooded. Right in front of doorways. Everywhere. Stay away.

These apartments are just plain TERRIBLE. THEY lost our deposit AND first months rent and notified us on our move in day that we cant move in until we pay and were very insistent on us paying it despite the fact that we showed them receipts. They offered us credit on the nexts months rent that we have yet to recieve since weve moved in

Property well kept and the manager is really nice😁

Its a relatively new complex. Its a nice place but there are issues with flooding during storms not just outside but inside apartments. Its low income housing and it shows with a slightly higher amount of emergency responders having to visit the complex.

I have not officially moved in i plan on an early October move in, met with Rene despite the other reviews he was very courteous and knew what he was talking about, showed me the 1 and 2 bedroom answered all the questions me and friend had. Very nice place the only concern i have is about the gate but i would assume it’s only open fully during business hours? Anyways fantastic place urban oaks is and will recommend It to people looking for a place to live for sure

Front staff are liars...

Kim is the manager here. You’ll never find an other manger like her. She cares about all of use and dose what she can to make it a great place to live and as safe as possible for each of us. Being way South is an inconvenient for me because all my Doctors my church and family is on the East side or North side of town. But it is worth it because of Kim. I don’t want to live any where else. I’m on my 3rd year here. No matter what health problem you have Kim won’t hold it agents you all you have to be honest with her.

Theyre super cute apartments! The pool is also very nice and the office has a cute first impression! Polite management! Im excited to live here in the next week!

I toured this property today thinking it would be an amazing hidden gem but I was sadly disappointed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious, and an overall nice property for the price. That’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. But the unit the man in the office showed me today was covered in ROACHES. As soon as we walked into the unit I noticed several of them dead on the floor in the kitchen area. I asked him if this unit has a roach problem.. not sure if he was just unexperienced or unconcerned about selling the unit but his response was “I don’t know. I think it’s from them exterminating.” Not comforting at all, & IF that was the case.. why wouldn’t you clean the unit before showing it. It’s gross & unsanitary. I’m 9 months pregnant & that’s not what i wanted to see. I went into each bedroom & the bathrooms & found the same thing. Scattered roach bodies, from little to medium in size. Those are the WORST, they’re the kind that infest your home & are hard to get rid of. If this is the kind of quality you offer, I’m not interested. The price doesn’t matter much to me if the quality of the place I will be living for the next year is a health hazard. Something to be looked into.

I do not recommend this place for anyone to live unless youre really desperate hurts so much stuff going on its not even fair first of all the employees in the office are not trustworthy I have caught them tampering with money orders and mixing them up seconal they have a ranger thats not a real cop that goes around and harasses people not to mention they do drug deals! And Im always paying rent but the pool is always locked and people are just loud and very rude in the whole apartment complex there is no privacy or peace everyone is outside drinking and doing drugs and fight you and when I try to file it with the office they have very ugly attitudes and they are very rude I worry for my son and me because I always worry about whats going to happen I have had people mess with my car I dont think I should be living in fear and not being able to trust the office worker very rude people!!

The manager here at urban Oaks are friendly and are willing to help out. Ill recommend this place to my family and friends..

Very shady people run this place. They always have new people, and you NEVER see the same person twice. I have lived here almost 2 years, and God himself cannot make me stay one more year. I have been harassed and threatened by the management, and i have contacted the owner of the apartments about the harassment and ignored. My current problem is i have been given 24 hour notice on my rent being increased in the middle of my lease (P.S not legal). If you want to live here KEEP ALL RECORDS NOTICES AND COPY OF YOUR LEASE, or you will be in the same position i am in.

Like to the staff at urban oaks are cool people they are kind and understanding and if you have a problem they will help you as quick as possible the manager KIM always see to it that we are treated with respect as you give it to her and the same as her team in the office thank yall for keeping us safe and the place clean and testing is tendens like people not like we just arent yall have a nice day later

Been here since the beginning has gotten extremely worse. Can hear everything from your home have to be inside by 10PM or you get lease violations.....roach problems and mold. Office staff is completely rude!!!!

I love my new place.. Staff was very nice and helpful. Made sure my family was conferable in every way. Ready to make memories here with my family

Great spot! Convenient new road just opened to make it easier and faster to access 35. Gated and 24/7 security.

Brand new apartments and its already gone to S**T. It is dirty. Theres always cars parked and people sitting in it at all hours of the night. There is a dog near by that is constantly barking. People leave trash everywhere in parking spots. Ive seen a person blatantly smoke marijuana outside in the patio, especially after complaints of smells. A package worth $700 was stolen. I had to get a police report. Other packages keep getting stolen. My grandma is deaf and the communication is poor. Delivery companies keep leaving packages at the door despite the fact that there is a sign that says leave it at the office. There are people parking in handicap spaces with expired registration and I have a feeling, fake temporary handicap placards. Dont believe the hype of new apartments, etc. It is new, but the management of the apartment and the sketchy people always hanging around, makes me uneasy. I always worry about if someone is going to rob or hurt my grandma since packages keep disappearing. I run my own business and got my equipment out of there ASAP. I did not want my stuff stolen. The gates are always open or only work temporarily. Dont recommend this place unless youre desperate.

People that work in office are rude and unprofessional. I was told I was 1st in line for a specific unit, then that unit was leased to someone else. I was then told the other family was in line before me. My hopes were high, fueled by reassurance from the staff, those same staff members took the wind out of my sails!

Kids running everywhere poop and trash in the stairwell. Door to the stairwell is broken isn’t being fixed Slamming door which needs fixing. What a nightmare. I miss my old apt. No stars

I really enjoy living at Urban Oaks beside all the rules it a great place to stay The management are there for you and will work with you if you have any issues they help me send fax, help me get on computer, even helped me with a resume they always try to smile and ask to help you they will listem,I dont have any pets problem none and love the free coffee in rhe mornings good job Urban Oaks management keep enforcing your rules to keep crime down and keeping them nice. I dont like it that you cant have birthday party or bar b que gathering at the pool and only 2 guests per apartment at poolside.

My friend has complained for 2 years about her ac / heat shutting off they go and TRY to fix it but every time it still doesnt work and the managers are rude trash every where and people walking out ther apartments smoking weed stair ways smells like cigarettes just nasty
