Lee Autrey was a blessing! I only wish I had found him sooner! I had been searching and searching on my own for the right place with no such luck. He came along and took the time to find exactly what I was looking for within my price range. He was so patient and knowledgeable about the industry. The places that he showed were amazing and it made it just that much tougher having to choose (thats a good problem to have!). Like he said, he is one of those rare people who really enjoys their job. It absolutely showed. Austin may seem to have an overwhelming amount of apartments to choose from, but for me, I had specific needs (price, square feet, location, reputation) that had to be met and narrowing the choices down on my own was too large of a feat! Thats where Lee came in. I contacted him with my needs and he did the rest! He was willing to work with me even though my budget was low (other locators just ignored my e-mails after I told them my price range) and was in constant communication with me. We looked at about four complexes in my desired area, and while all of them showed that Lee had listened to my needs, I was able to fall in love with one in particular. He was so helpful in that he asked the leasing agent all of the important questions I would have forgotten to ask and he gave his opinion when I was feeling overwhelmed. Even after my lease was signed, he was in communication with me to ensure that I was happy and everything was taken care of. While moving is not something I look forward to, Lee made it so much easier. I know that if I need to move again, I can rely on Lee.
