In many organizations, people will push others to a certain solution because of the kickbacks they get from selling you X. Even though that solution may not be right for you. This was the complete opposite experience. Michelle cared about the process and more importantly, the solution that was the right fit for me. I never thought it would be so hard to pick an apartment due to SO many good options.(4) I ranked the apartments and Michelle took the time to call each and every one that I was interested in to get all the best deals and information for me and was extremely patient while I took the time to choose which apartments to tour.(5) Michelle also didn’t act like she was pressed for time, which I LOVE. It took us a while to discuss my expectations and needs and then to get all the details down, yet she still scheduled tours for my top 3 choices.(6) I told her my top concerns before the tours and Michelle STAYED ON TOP OF THINGS! She made sure each leasing agent/manager providing the tour answered all the questions and concerns I had initially and put me right at ease.Honestly, it felt like I was hanging with my cool, older cousin who knows the city and is trying to make sure I’m taken care of. This was the easiest move I’ve ever had to make because Michelle did all of the hard work! So much so that even my sister was jealous that she hadn’t met Michelle before she got locked into her apartment lease lol.Thank you Michelle! You are THE G.O.A.T. for real!!

I worked with Matt and he was an absolute delight to work with! I had been apartment hunting and emailing left right and center all week almost when he came in, gave me a small list (about 6 places, i really dont like decision fatigue) that all fit my very strict criteria and we had decided on an apartment within the next two hours over text!!!He answered all my questions diligently with pictures! He was straightforward and very informative. Im still very impressed by the list he gave me because they were all such great places! I wanted a place thats affordable with a good view and he was able to deliver. Im very happy I worked with him and I look forward to working with him on the future maybe for an office space or my next apartment!

I have nothing but 5 stars for this company and especially our Apartment Specialist Michelle Morgan. We were relocating back to the area from DFW, and when I tell you that Michelle took care of our every need and even worked closely with the apartment representative to ensure the easiest and most affordable way to accommodate our needs. Did I mention she did all of this for us while tending to her sister who had a very serious wreck during this same time. She never missed a beat.
