I moved here in February (2021) and so far it’s been a nice experience. The amenities are beautiful and the whole property as well. They just need to work on a couple of things in the buildings(cleaning details). People from the office are very nice but i have to say something about Brenda. She’s been one of my favorites since I first met her, she’s very helpful, funny and very kind. Every little problem I’ve had she’s always been there which is something that I really appreciate. Thank you Brenda!! 🙌🏻
As the end of my lease term is approaching, unfortunately I need to relocate to a different area due to new employment. I can honestly say that I will miss this property and its convenient location . Not only do I love my apartment, and have great amenities to enjoy with family and friends, but the property is very clean. Maintenance was always prompt with repairs and very professional. As for the office staff, Brenda was always helpful and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for in my new apt. home. Her positive attitude and great customer service really made all of my office visits a pleasure. Not only will I continue to refer this property, but I highly recommend Brenda as your leasing agent.
I’ve lived in this complex for 2 years. I rarely visit the leasing office but have had to a few times over the past few months for various reasons. At any rate, Brenda has always been sweet and very helpful with any concern I have. She recently secured a new fob and was able to program my garages to the fob. Thank you Brenda!
I recently went on a tour and the agent Brenda was super helpful. She took the time to tour all 3 of their properties and answered all of my questions plus more! I really like the fact that I could enjoy the amenities for all 3 properties. I am definitely keeping this property on the top of my list!Brenda really closed the deal, just waiting on roommate to make a decision.
I have lived here more than a year and I was so happy that Brenda decided to stay during the merge ( known as Lenox Springs). She’s the only one I go to because she gets things done right away. I have a few friends I have referred and they are Spanish speakers and she’s the only one that speaks Spanish in the office. My friends are so happy I referred them here.She will take care of all of your needs and is super friendly. Recommend this place to everyone!
I recently moved to Austin, and from start to finish the whole team has been amazing. Brenda went above and beyond to help ensure my move went smoothly & I got the exact unit I was hoping for. I love all of the amenities and the location! Highly recommend this place, once again thanks Brenda for all your help!
These are semi luxurious apartments.. Ill give the amenities 3 stars but everything else seems to be lacking. Theres a ton of owners that dont pick up their dogs droppings (and you had to pay $50 for a DNA swab for your dog prior to moving in...okay what for?). People speed through the parking lot because there are no speed bumps. Paying bills online isnt user friendly. And maintenance takes a little while to service your request.
Great location, friendly staff especially leasing agent Brenda. Love my apartment. Prices have gone up but thats part of living in Austin.
Update: the leaking issue was solved and the maintenance lead was spectacular.Not really happy with all the problems going on and I haven’t even been here a month. It pains me to write this because I like to give them the benefit of the doubt but people should know this before they decide to lease here.The front office is hit or miss. Sometimes they’re there and sometimes they’re not. Some are warm and kind and others are cold. No big deal.What is a big deal is having a soggy yard (that costs and extra $100 a month) it’s so soggy that it will squish when you step on it. It’s also a breeding ground for mosquitos.Just came home to a a huge leak because their pipes are not right.The AC was down for 2 days but they fixed it in good time. It stopped working after office hours.The dishwasher rack was broken when I moved in but that was fixed promptly too.Now this next issue is not really on them but if you live here, watch out for the guy that lets his pitbull loose at the dog park. It’s probably not an ESA or Service dog since he said “I just got my dog a couple of days ago, idk how they act around other dogs” well, it acts a crazy mess. It bit my dog. Not the complex fault but still pretty messed up if that dog is not supposed to be here.This place has a lot of issues. I’ve walked into the office while a few tenants were fuming about mold and god knows what else.Hopefully nothing else happens but who knows!?
I personally felt VERY welcomed by all staff that I talked to as I was moving in. The community is very nice and seems very safe for my children. I would highly recommend anyone especially families with kids to move in at BellSouthpark!! The first night I moved in I had a small issue with the AC not working and not even 25 minutes later the very amazing and kind hearted maintenance man came and fixed it within 10 minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised that everything happened so quickly and with no attitude or rudeness considering past apartment complexes haven’t exactly been so nice.

The units are modern and new as promised. The finishes are very nice in comparison to many of the other places we’ve seen in town. The amenities are great and the facilities are well kept. The office staff has been incredibly helpful. Kami in particular has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure our needs are meet. Would recommend.
So far everything has been great! Kami was amazing and took extra time out of her day to show us as many homes as we wanted to see in all three communities. The maintenance team was quick to respond to any problems that arose and were very kind and polite while they were working. Amenities are awesome and the other residents we have met have been great! Overall we are loving it!
Our experience living at Bell Southpark has been great. It’s a very quiet place to come home to everyday after a long day. The amenities are great and convenient. The pool on those hot summer Austin days is great! It’s truly a gem

I had originally rated 5 stars 2 years ago when it was under Lenox Springs and the management was actually good. Ever since being bought and changed to Bell Southpark I have had such a negative experience. We resigned our lease in December 2020 before the buy out, and we were promised a one time free month of rent for June. But that never happened, in fact our rent increased by ~$200 with all sorts of new monthly amenity fees that did not exist before. And if you want to break the lease you essentially have to pay 4 months of rent. It went from feeling like a nice community with management that actually cared, to feeling like a cash grab.
Good luck getting a parking spot if you’re disabled!My uncle couldn’t use a handicap spot because there’s always a non handicapped Mercedes SUV or some other car in BOTH spots. It’s a huge problem getting to my apartment because you basically need to go all the way around the building to access the elevator entrance.This happened at the new location, meadows. And management doesn’t care or even have towing. They are very sloppy and way understaffed. Also, how can people be so inconsiderate? They’re handicapped spots for a reason!

Ben, the manager of the property, has been beyond helpful through our entire move in! My fiancée and I were very stressed about the entire move in process and Ben went out of his way to help us through with every hiccup along the way.Aside from Ben being incredible, the unit itself is beautiful, new, and well built. The smart locks on each unit are very cool, and the apartment was impeccable on move in. The complex is so incredibly nice, the pool looks like a resort, and they have more amenities than I know what to do with.The craziest part of the complex is the rent! It is by far the best value in the area. We were on the apartment hunt for quite a while and were able to compare the Bell with many other apartment complexes nearby. The Bell was the cheapest, nicest, and best managed by a long shot. So excited to live here!
This place has went downhill since being bought by Bell Southpark. Most of the gym equipment is broken, after multiple inquiries still nothing has been fixed. They charge an amenity fee, not sure what it goes to as the residents pay for printing, gates dont work, key FOBs dont work. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
The complex is superficially nice. Though the shell looks good, it’s hallow.The gym is is terrible shape, the volleyball ball court is a hazard because it’s not maintained, the club house games like shuffle board and pool are never maintenanced, the TVs at the pool rarely operate, and the dog poop enforcement is non existent. It’s obvious that the property management is more reactive than proactive and when they do react (if ever), they take a very long tome to do so.The little events are nice, but if I’m paying for “luxury apartments”, then the property and the management should reflect that.
I’ve lived here since November 2019! I’ve enjoyed my time here! Quiet and peaceful place! Excellent community events! Staff has been great! The gym and media room are nice!
Terrible customer service. It takes two weeks to get maintenance to come and fix important things. Property halls are fairly dirty and smelly. Gym equipment is usually broken. Oh but be expected to pay for everything and not receive decent service.
Nice amenities, nice apartments, and good maintenance. I’ve lived here since May 2019 before this property was even a Bell property. In fact, that was part of the reason I chose this property, because it wasn’t part of a huge corporation. I renewed my lease last year and was debating on it this year. I gave my notice to move out but the apartment I was planning on moving into did not work out, so I revoked my notice. The original renewal rate I was offered for a 12 month lease for my one bedroom was $1242 ($30 of which is for pet rent). I looked online because my specific unit was listed as available and they had it at a rate of $1095 for a 14 month lease and $1130 for 12. I went into the office and spoke with Ryan and asked if I could get this low rate, even printed the rates out on paper, and his response was, “Our rates change daily, let me talk with Summer.” Long story short, best they could do was keep me at my current rate and instead of renewing a 12 month lease, I had to stretch it out to a 15 month. This property doesn’t value residents who choose to stay here and renew their lease multiple times. Just know if you choose to stay, your rent will definitely go up each time and you will apparently be paying more than new residents even if you have the exact same unit!!
A really amazing apartment in great part of Austin but the they need more office staff since they are understaffed and so busy. Ben’s great though and if you communicate with him by email he responds fairly quick
I had such a great experience with my moving in. Heather was so helpful with any questions we had when viewing the apartment. Another individual who had exceptional customer service was Joe. Being that this is my first time applying for an apartment, he made sure I felt comfortable and understood the whole process. I would completely recommend living here for anyone looking for a friendly, luxury apartment!
Don’t move here. Managment DOES NOT care about your security. The gate never have worked and when it did for that brief week it wouldn’t open with a remote. I CANT KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY TIME IVE HEARD FROM OTHER RESIDENTS OF SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE WALKING AROUND AT NIGHT, THE CAR THEFT AND BREAK IN. This time I was effected. What did management have to say “we can’t guarantee your security” after the last incident they said they would have security patrol. Only time I ever saw any type of security was when APD was chasing someone who ran in though the back gate that NEVER HAS CLOSED (been here for about a year and a month and my building is by the gate). Not to mention the maintenance take forever to respond or do anything about anything. So much for a “gated community”. Considering it’s in a high theft area, they have not taken proper precautions for their residents. And I’m glad I move out in the next 30 days.
Waited 10 minutes in one of their offices with no associate coming in. Got redirected to their second office where one of the two associates completely ignored me as I waited to tour. As someone in the property management industry, they sorely need additional training on their customer service.
DO NOT RENT HERE! Especially in buildings 3 - 5, as there is MAJOR construction going on directly behind our homes {within 25 of my balcony}. Dirt work will continue for 2-6 months. Pounding & BEEPS from 6:45am - 7pm. No matter what they offer you as an incentive - prepare yourselves to deal with Earthquake type living conditions. Contractor nor Management will offer any type of compensation for the untenable living conditions. My balcony furniture, plants and decorations have been ruined by all the dirt. My car stays covered in the dust. Run, do Not walk, away from this property! $1300/month for a 1/1 + $38/month for Trash pick up **not to mention aggressive dogs roaming off leash.The only upside is Ben and Ryan in the leasing office. Both are outstanding guys and always have a smile on their face.
Joe Bourjaily is one of the kindest and most helpful human beings I have ever met in my life. Lenox Springs is a great apartment complex in general, but Joe is the reason why I have continued to live here. Any request or concern no matter how big or small is always addressed by him very promptly and with genuine care, as well as followed up on to make sure that everything is in order. He makes every resident at Lenox feel important, and treats their request as a priority making everything run smooth and easy. I feel very privileged to have him as an apartment manager, and as a friend. The maintenance team is also very professional and always has paid great attention to detail with their repairs and done very quality work.Thank you Joe, and the rest of the team at Lenox Springs for making my years here so amazing. Y’all are the best!!!
So far Ive only taken a tour, but I LOVE it! Ben gave me a lot of really great information and was very personable. I love the location, floor plan, finishes, and appliances. Its a little far from my move-in date to apply, but this is absolutely my first choice.

They are working hard to create a great experience for future and current residents. As an apartment locator I really appreciate all their diligent efforts. And the property is GORGEOUS.
I never leave reviews but I’ve had it living here. The hallways are filthy with garbage bags everywhere you go. Dogs at the pool, gates that never lock, maintenance requests that take a week to get looked at and office staff that doesn’t enforce the rules.For a so called luxury complex, it’s a shame that it’s so filthy.
Brand new place! Everything look amazing so far! Moving from KC to Austin, they were pretty busy but did take well care of me even when the system was a little glitchy, Kami and Ben help me a lot in the moving process! So nice and helpful! Thank you guys! I can see myself living here some good seasons!
I have lived here going on five years, I feel safe, quiet, clean property, staff very, very helpful !! In particular agent Kami she went above, sideways, and around the world to help me ! What A Gem she is !! She’s Definitely a keeper !!
This year has been atrocious! I had a leak in my apartment for weeks and couldnt get maintenance to come fix it. Its still a problem and they keep trying to bandage the problem instead of fixing it! Do your self a favor and look elsewhere. I am counting down the days till my lease is up.I tried to go to the front office and it is temporarily closed. Dont even try the office phone, I tried two weeks straight and no one answered. You cant even get an answer from their email either. It seems that they moved all their staff to the Lenox apartments and left bell South Park without any staff or maintenance. No wonder its an absolute mess and unacceptable!!
One star for Cydnee Wolfe. Horrible customer service. Cydnee, I dont appreciate the attitude over the phone. Youre in the customer service business. Please do better.
I don’t even live here yet and I am experiencing a high level of unprofessionalism. I’ve called multiple times regarding questions about a unit. When you call, you’ll reach a call center rather than an agent on-site. Ben told me “yeah, we have 1,700 missed calls” …. Umm that’s nothing to brag about or even admit. They have dates available advertised online, but when starting the application you’ll see another date. It’s confusing and you cannot get in touch with anyone to clarify. HUGE red flag. Don’t waste your time.
Extremely hard to deal with the front office. Watch out for speeding cars and pray that you can get a decent nights rest. Not my favorite!Edit/update: last time I had to call that number 14 times before someone answered.. just do what Ive asked via email please.Im not one to leave negative reviews (or reviews at all) but I do not like this place.

Do not move to Lenox springs. There are way better luxury apartments out there. My boyfriend and I regret renewing the lease just to avoid the hassle of moving to another complex.Joe is great at consumer experience as well as Brenda, but sadly their kindness does not over ride our horrible experience here.
I’ve lived in about 7 different apartments over the years, and these are by far the best. A hidden gem tucked away off I-35 with beautiful greenery and trails within. Convenient access to Southpark Meadows, and my personal fav part being right next to a brand new HEB.Ryan and Ben have also been the BEST agents, and I really can’t put into words how much I appreciate them. They always have a great attitude and truly take care of their residents.
I love living here! the property is beautiful, the staff is great and it truly feels like home.
Initially I enjoyed living here, but then my vehicle was towed. It’s a shame, because I wasn’t even so much upset that my car was towed, it was how the office handled the situation.I diligently informed the leasing office that I was using a rental car that it did not have my normal parking tag on it, they gave me a visitor pass (a lightweight piece of paper). I placed that on my dash every night, the towing company took the car anyways, stating they didn’t see it. I now am required to pay $250 to regain the vehicle.The way I was spoken to by Ben, an office agent, and Summer, the community manager, was atrocious. Summer retaliated over the phone, diligently letting me know that the situation was my fault, and that she was unwilling to assist. She spoke to me in a demeaning, harsh, and unprofessional nature. I’m awaiting intervention from the regional manager for further assistance. Regardless of the situation with the tow, a resident should not be spoken to the way Summer spoke to me.She effectively lost my interest in continuing to live here in one phone call.
I’ve lived here since it opened and I’ve been very happy with my experience. I absolutely love my apartment - the floor plan and finishes for the A1 are perfect for me. It’s hard to find an apartment with a separate laundry room and pantry so I’d consider this a gem. :) Also, as someone who loves cooking, the large kitchen island and the amount of cabinet space is unreal. Gym and pool are also an added bonus. As far as maintenance requests go, they are speedy with getting things resolved quickly. Kerry always comes to my rescue when I have an issue with lighting, plumbing, etc.. He has a positive attitude and always has a solution to the problem. Overall, this has been a great place to call home for me and my pup!

The apartment, community, and the wonderful duo of Ben and Ryan, have made our transition into these lovely apartments seamless. With how many 5-star amenities this place has to offer, this is definitely the to go place for premium comfort.
Visiting Bell Southpark was by far one of my best experiences throughout my apartment hunting. Ben is such an amazing leasing agent and is very knowledgeable about everything the community has to offer. He is also very welcoming and super charismatic. Not only was Ben super awesome, the property is beautiful and has so many great amenities! The floor plans are beautifully made and the community environment was very peaceful and clean. Definitely one of my top choices so far.

Great place to live! I enjoy the location (right off I35, close to food truck parks, all your shopping needs are in Southpark Meadows, near Buda, etc). The amenities are pretty awesome. Beautiful pool, newly remodeled dog park, fire pits, grills, 1/3 mile walking trail in the woods, really nice gym and yoga studio area). Neighbors have been great! It’s also very close to a high school, so if you enjoy running you can use the track.I highly recommend working with Ben for your leasing needs. He’s great!
I visit quite often and I love the peacefulness and the cleanliness of the complex. Ive admired all of the extras to include the pool, weight room, and pet parks. Im very impressed that there is no dog waste on any part of the complex grounds, thats a BIG plus... The staff at the office are so cordial, friendly and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend living here. I Love it...
I don’t normally fawn over people I’ve met, but I feel so blessed! I can’t even express my gratitude and excitement to have been treated so well by Austin Devault. He attended my every needs, he went out of his way to ensure my comfort, and the conversations were some I will remember for a lifetime. You will not regret your experience!

Management is great, the apartments are lovely. They’re super timely with everything. Ryan has been so helpful. Something happened with my water heater recently so we weren’t getting hot water. I called the office and Ben walked me through resetting the heater and we had hot water in again in 20min. He was super helpful and more than willing to be of assistance. All my experiences with Ben have been wonderful plus he’s super funny and always cheerful. 10/10 highly recommend 😊UPDATE: So Im moving out because Ive decided we need more space plus there werent any apartments with backyards available unfortunately. Im really sad to go but am so grateful for the experience and the wonderful staff ESPECIALLY Ryan Blum. Weve all come across terrible office staff at apartment complexes but Ryan and the rest of the team are nothing like that. Since moving here Ryan has continued going above and beyond to help resolve any issues weve had come up whether it involves a service request, info request, or billing issues. Hes consistently willing to help and never seems bothered or annoyed by any requests/questions like other staff Ive dealt with in the past(not this complex). This has been a wonderful stay and I really wish it could have worked out because I really love the complex and all the amenities(that gym though, def going to miss it). Anyway, still 10/10 and 5 out of 5 stars HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
This team is amazing when it comes to caring about the people. Ben has become my best friend (so to speak) because he is always responding to my emails, calls, texts, etc. to make sure everything is perfect. This is why I moved here; the rent is reasonable, Ben has and continues to make sacrifices for us, the layout is BEAUTIFUL, its safe, and I could go on. Everything about this place is why we now have a place to call home. Thank you Ben and team for making this possible for us.

Toured these apartments and received very informative information about the property! I like the floor plan of the units as well as the modern feel. Staff seems amazing and the manager really went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered!
Parking situation is a nightmare. There’s no gate at the front entrance. We share a backyard with the homeless. I’ve witnessed them go through our walking trails. Major respect and sympathy for them but it’s not the safest all the time. Apartments are nice and location is great. Wouldn’t recommend
Lived here for about a year and have had nothing but good experiences. The apartments themselves are nice, neighborhood is quiet, and maintenance has been quick and responsive the two times we have needed it. The main office staff are extremely friendly and personal. All and all Id recommend it
I recently relocated to Austin from the San Antonio Area. When searching for a new home the three things that are most important to me are professional management, location and finding a floor plan that fits my personality! I was greeted by Rachel and Grant who after living here feel more like friends! What a great feeling when you move away from everything you know! Rachel was so sweet, upbeat and excited with me about my new move! She was so patient with all my little meticulous details. She even welcomed me returning with my mom to tour. I have finally met the entire team and they all compliment one another. I secured my future home within 24 hours! Brezza offers an amazing amenity package so don’t have to go out and get a gym membership. The community is tucked back a little away from the highway which make them better than the other new communities in the area! The access to and from the community are the best because you have the choice to go 35 North or South with out being forced to do the feeder road or turn around! Finally, you are so close to every store you could ever need or imagine at South Park Meadows! This Community and the team here are awesome! I love my home here at Brezza!
I am moving from another state and Ben has been nothing but the BEST!!!!! From showing me the unit virtually to making sure I am doing good with every call! He never shows frustration when I am asking multiple questions and that is great! He has made this stressful move a relief for me because I know that I will be in a great community with no worries! Cant wait to move in and call this place my home!! ☺️☺️**Update March 2021: It is still going great. The community is nice and in a great area (close to a lot of stores). Haven’t experience any problems. Also, Ryan is great!!!!! He is very helpful. It is never a time that he is not helping me with something. So, thank you Ryan!
Gorgeous property! A great place to call home with amazing, courteous and professional staff who greet you with a smile every time and are quick to attend to any concerns that may arise. They have spectacular amenities but most importantly, the grounds and facilities are kept very clean on a daily basis. You will absolutely love this place! Let this be your next home!
We had an apartment tour with Ben a few days ago and I was blown away by his hospitality. We were in a bit of a time crunch but he thoroughly went over any questions we had and was able to show us two separate units we were interested in. He’s also been very helpful following up for further assistance. The property and units are beautiful. Looking forward to filling out the application and hopefully moving in soon!
I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling that has still not been fixed it’s been over two weeks and the water is now covering my breaker box. The staff has acknowledged the leak nothing has been done to resolve issue
Update 10/17/2020... we decide to stay another year instead of move to another apartment we love this place! We have lived here a little more than 2 yrs. Ben and Ryan did an amazing job and helpful. The maintenance staff did a great job and quick works.This place is so beautiful and friendly staff. Maintenance does follow up request quicker. We will missed this place.
I have lived here for close to two months, and have had a very positive experience so far. I am new to the city and the staff here, especially Ben and Ryan, have made the transition incredibly smooth. The property is well kept, the apartments are very sleek, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. It is pretty far south of the city, but IH-35 is super accessible and for the price you pay, you get a lot more bang for your buck than you would anywhere else. There are a few minor things like some of the parking spaces being incredibly tight and some trivial neighbor issues, but nothing that has greatly affected me. Overall, I would highly recommend living at Bell Southpark!
This was by far my favorite property to tour. Its easy to say the amenities and finishes were great, but meeting Austin and witnessing the perfect mix of professionalism and humor are what made this property memorable. As I wait for whether I have a new job or not, I can keep peace in mind knowing I have a perfect place to lease when that time comes. Thank you Lennox Meadows, and thank you Austin!
I have nothing but great things to say. Heather needs a raise! She went above and beyond for me on move in(Austin’s good ol snow storm had me stressed and worried about my move in date) the apartment itself I love the layout and the yard is the perfect size for my dog. Parking compared to my previous apartment is night and day! No more tiny compact spots that barely house a Miata( I drive a truck and car and I really dislike door dings) the community is clean and the staff is all so very helpful I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! Thank you to the office staff and Lori for ensuring me I picked a great place to call home.

Today, I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. I was lied to, interrupted, and denied information. I initially spoke to Jocelyn who interrupted me multiple times. Then when I spoke to her superior, Joe, he also interrupted me and allowed Jocelyn to remain in the room and interrupt me multiple times. When I asked for Joe’s identification he refused to supply it and also refused to supply his managers information.Joe was obstinate, accusatory, rude, and inappropriate on the phone with me. I truly cannot believe that a company would allow their customers to be treated in such a manner. I have never been so insulted in my entire life.Edit* Lori replied back to my email and offered an apology same day which I greatly appreciate and have raised the rating from one to two stars.
Bell Southpark does not even compare to the past three apartments I’ve lived at. This is the best place to live! I wish i had more time in Austin because i would resign immediately. The touring, signing, and moving in process was so easy and simple and Ben was a wonderful help. He responded very quickly to all my questions via email, even after office hours. The unit i was placed in was extremely clean and in great shape that i could of been convinced that i was the first person to occupy it. I am overall impressed!
The office staff and the maintenance staff do a great job here at Bell Southpark. They are always so courteous and very helpful when i have questions or just need assistance with any concerns I may have. All the staff here are awesome they do a great job!...They go above and beyond!... I love living here!!🙂
The location is nice and amenities were great! If I would have chosen this location, I would have definitely loved using the yoga/gym and the pool. Also, theres nearby trail that would have been great for my pups. Rick was very helpful and took his time and answered all my questions.
I lived here for 3 years and sure the amenities are nice, but walls are paper thin, gates always left open, key fobs never worked, complex always had trash in common areas, and not to mention poor customer service. Not what I expected for what I paid in rent. I had my garage broken into and called the office with no response and even left a ticket with maintenance with little to no concern for my safety or the property that was taken/damaged. Garage door was fixed months later without notification of someone entering or opening the garage. I finally moved out without direction or what to expect. It has been two months since I moved out and I have called multiple times to get the last bill since I still have not received one. I still cannot get a response on what is due and how to pay. You shouldnt have to hound a business to take money for a bill that they would not think twice about sending for collection. Think twice about moving here!
Just made it to my new home and Heather ON IT! She made sure my place was taken care of for move in. Pretty great job for someone that is NEW to the property. Shes on fire, keep it up maam!
Had a tour today with Ben! The experience was amazing, he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The property was very quiet and the amenities are very accommodating to what were looking for. The experience was worth more than 5 stars! Starting the application process soon and hoping to make this out new home!
I have been a resident at Bell South Park for the past four months and it has easily become my favorite place to call home. Each member of their leasing staff is so friendly and attentive to detail. Ben takes the time to reach out to you as a resident and personally check in to make sure things are going great with your experience. The staff knows residents by name and are always first to say hello whether you see them in the complex or at HEB, haha. Easy communication, clean and wonderful amenities, positive living environment, and definitely a #1 if you enjoy the community feel of an apartment complex. I have enjoyed every second of my time at Bell South Park so far and my roommate and I look forward to continuing our living here! (:
In January 2020, I viewed Bell Southpark (Bell) the most immediate thought was: this is an impressive property. However, the distance from work is killer. So for the next 6 months: I looked at a substantial number of properties - none of which were as nice as Bell. Here is what makes Bell one of the better properties in Austin: the price point, the cleanliness of the grounds, the fact that they have a dog park, their attentive considerate staff, their receptiveness to addressing an issue. The interior of the apartments are well done: no carpet on the bottom floors, granite counter tops, laundry room, and the ceiling height - which gives a sense of spaciousness. When I moved in the apartment was so clean that there was nothing to clean - this is the first time in the 20+ years I have been renting that I rented a place that was already clean. And last but not least: Rick Dixon - hes the kind of staff member and neighbor who is generous and helpful. His kindness is the real deal. I cannot thank him enough . Bell is lucky to have him as a staff member.
Changing my review because these apartments aren’t worth the money. Staff is not pleasant. Constant work is being done around the complex so loud! If you WFH I do no suggest it. The “trail” behind the complex is the cities property so you have homeless walking through. The complex is open not gated, so you have people driving through if 35 is backed up and speeding through. There is never any parking either so you either park in the very back or the street.
My wife and I have lived here for close to 4 months now, and we have to say it is by far the best apartment community weve lived in. People are warm and friendly, theres no shortage of parking (unlike most apartments nowadays) and the maintenance and management staff are quick to respond, professional and kind. We really enjoy calling Lenox Springs home.
Moved into the Bell earlier this year and have loved my experience so far with the staff and all neighbors! Rick Dixon did my initial tour of the Bell and truly made this place feel like home. Then, when I decided to add a dog to my lease, Ben Loftus was able to navigate the process with me in order to get her added swiftly! Both Ben and Rick have taken great care of me and continue to check in during my lease here at the Bell! I recommend this property if you are looking for a friendly environment with close amenities and outdoor activities, and an excellent staff!
Travis and Mark! 10/10 would recommend promotion or incentive to both for doing such a wonderful job overall, particularly this morning.. my dog got off its leash to have himself a good time around the complex. Travis let Mark know the dog on the loose was mine, both gentleman scurried after him in their carts and came to the rescue.. Mark with my pup in hands! So many complex crews I know wouldve just minded their own business but not these guys. These guys are doing their job in civic duty, that I dont believe should go unnoticed. To anyone its just a dog. To me its a family member. Thank you Travis and Mark. Chao thanks you too!!
The property is really Beautiful. And the Manager Austin is such amazing person. He answered all my questions. He was super friendly. Can’t wait to move in next month.
I’ve lived here for a year and half and have never once had a bad experience or any horrible issues. If I ever have any small issues and/or concerns, the staff and management have always been SUPER helpful. I’ve lived at several apartments and Ive never experienced or been in contact with such helpful, friendly, and caring staff/management. Ben and Ryan have been extremely helpful my whole time I’ve lived at Bell Southpark and are always do the best they can to ensure their residents are taken care of. As well as the maintenance is amazing, always helpful, gets things fixed in a timely manner and will always greet you with a smile and a hello if they run into you in the parking lot. Plus they always have such awesome events for there residents which is another awesome plus! Another great perk is the back gate leads right into Southpark Meadows where almost every store/restaurant is located just down the street, you never have to make a drive anywhere. I love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to Austin or in this area!
I have lived here since the place was built and was the first in my unit and have been here for 2.5 years. I have a mid-size 1/1 that is wide open, has a great laundry room/pantry and lots of storage inside. The apartment is new and well kept. The pool is a personal favorite. I was nervous when Bell Properties took over, however I have been pleasantly surprised. The entire office staff has always been friendly and very helpful including answering all my questions and assisting with any issues I have had right away. Summer even went above and beyond when I had a problem with the construction going on with the complex behind my unit. However, that is the reason I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5. While the apartment itself is great and I have had no problems with the staff, I moved into my unit because it had a great view of hill country and trees etc. Ever since the complex across the street started construction, my walls shake, my car is constantly covered in dust, the noise is horrendous and it goes on 7 days a week sometimes for 10 hours or more. So I would maybe ask to not move into Bldg 3 if possible. All that said, I would recommend this complex any day.
Joe in the front office is honestly the best person ever!!! He made moving in super easy! Any questions that I had were answered in a very timely manner and he followed up to make sure I was squared away. I’ve lived here for about 5 months and Joe is my go to guy. He takes care of all the residents here and has such a great presence to be around.
The manager and staff are great and the work orders are taken care of quickly. The only complaints I have is shady people hogging up the conference room, lack of speedbumps and reckless drivers and a weird smell that sometimes wafts through the property.UPDATE: management is always trying to make LS a great place to live. 5 stars for service, amenities and apartments. Havent noticed the smell anymore so hopefully it was a one off thing from the creek or gas etc.
I moved into Bell Southpark in early June 2020 and the process was seamless! The property is well maintained and the staff in the office is extremely responsive and great and communication with their residents of any changes happening around the property! 10/10 would recommend!!
Bell Southpark Apartments is luxurious, but welcoming. I love that it has all of the upscale finishes and amenities but also feels like place I could (and would love to) call home. Summer, the manager, was very kind and patient with me as she answered my many questions. This is one of the best apartment complexes in all of Austin!
The staff at Bell Southpark are all very friendly and helpful! I misplaced my apartment key and Ben was willing to stay a few minutes past his shift to help locate a spare key for me when I got home from work. Thankful for his continued kindness and helpfulness all throughout the time I have lived here!
My girlfriend and I had a tour with Ben today! The service he offered us was amazing. He answered all of our questions and even stayed late to do so. The property was beautiful and each unit we toured was amazing and spacious. We will be filling out applications and hopefully this will be our next home!!
Bell Southpark is an amazing community that makes quite the impression. My clients cant help but to fall in love with this south Austin gem and taking a tour with Rick only makes the experience even more enjoyable. He is very personable and incredibly knowledgable about the property and I highly recommend him and the friendly leasing staff at Bell Southpark.

I have lived in this complex for over a year now and it is by far my favorite complex Ive stayed in Austin and I have moved all over south Austin for the last five years.The landscaping is always kept up with, constantly see maintenance working throughout the day and there are prompt communication from the front office about anything necessary, ranging from community events to work being done on the buildings or concerns that needs to be addressed as a whole.Even though Bell Southpark is running a business, the staff, like Ben and Rick, whom I have interacted with the most, is amiable and meticulous in all their emails and responses to questions. I have not had an issue that wasnt addressed or answered within the next business day.I tell people about how lucky I am to stay in these apartments, they are affordable and the location is ideal, right next to a major shopping center and 30 seconds from the highway.The location has done wonders during Covid-19 to better improve the quality of living outside, they installed new lighting on the outskirts of the apt, new backyards in some buildings, renovated the dog park and installed a whole new row of visitor parking.Props to Summer, Ryan, Ben and especially Rick for making Bell Southpark feel like home.
I moved here around July and it was the most exceptional and easy experience I have ever been through when getting an apartment. Even with COVID (the social distancing, not being able to go into the office, etc), they took everything into account and answered all my questions with no issue or delay. Not only that but the complex itself is beautiful and not hectic at all, everything I wanted!Special thank you to Ryan as well for making it the easiest move-in Ive ever had and showing what amazing staff yall have!!
Not only is Ben an amazing sales person and does a fantastic job representing the community, but he listens and ensures each detail is addressed. Thank you to management and maintenance staff for making our move in easy! As an added bonus, we have already encountered friendly neighbors in our building. We picked the perfect place to live!
