The lady that sits all the way at the end is not professional.People that is going there for the first time don’t let her do your nail. She wears thick glasses. She cut the bottom of my nail and it’s about to come off. The lady doesn’t care about clients nails. She is very much careless. You guys can clearly see what she did with my nail.😭😭 she shouldn’t be working there anymore… I wasted 155

This place genuinely sucks - for the lack of a better word. Quality is comparable to Walmart press on nails, or maybe even worse.Firstly, when we walked in they just did not understand what we wanted and would not help us figure out pricing and services.Despite asking for a specific design, they proceeded to ignore input and just do whatever they wanted; and very badly I might add. Attached are some pictures of what we got vs what we wanted.They didn’t take care of the cuticles, they were chaotic with the quality of the nails (bumps, shape, etc.) and overall the service was terrible.Super unprofessional and flat out not worth it. I would say definitely try to avoid this place if you can.

I went in for a manicure today and I thought everything was fine until I got home and the shellac completely chipped. I had to improvise my own method to fix it, but I feel like I threw $30 away going to this place. I want them to fix it but they probably wont. I dont even know what to do anymore.

I gave this place a couple chances & they have not failed to disappoint me each time terrible service, they have a hard time understanding what you want, very unprofessionally & disrespectfully complain & laugh about their costumers while their getting work done & have no idea what their saying about them, also over priced for cheap work. Just got the deluxe pedecure from them this week and they did an amazing job! We had a lady-date and they made the experience so relaxing for everyone. Looking forward for this to be a monthly tradition. All of their workers are nothing short of professional and kind to everyone that walk through the door. Cant recommend them enough

Tried this place twice and both times have been horrible. They rush, the instruments are not clean and they have a hard time understanding what you want. My nails were supposed to be square and they are boxy and wide. I hate my nails. I spent $45 only to get them redone. Don’t go here

Got my acrylic nails done here and my nails were all filed uneven/ crooked and the shellac paint chipped one day after I got my nails done. Two of my nails also has a bunch of bubbles... would not recommend at all for acrylic nails... the people were nice though. That’s why the 2 stars... will not go back.

Lyn did an amazing job! Really took the time to be precise in trimming my toe nails and massaging my legs/feet. They are also sanitary and it is a nice modern nail salon look inside. I will 💯 be going here again for her!

If you are not satisfied with a previous nail tech, all you have to do is let someone know that it wasnt a fit and you would like to see someone else. I have seen them accommodate clients.The shop and utensils are clean and there are plenty of clean towels.

Paid 35 for a pedicure for it not to be done correctly. This is my second time going i thought it was just because of who did it the first time. Im highly disappointed. I would never go back. Wish i could get my money back! They helped two other women that walked in after me after i waited 30 mins to even get my feet done. Left without my nails done. Probably for the best. Gel polish kept peeling off. Nails separating from acrylic. Went in so they could fix my nails, not only did they do a half a** poor job again but the person to walk in behind me had the same problems too.

My worst experience ever! I went in and selected a White color with shimmer and it turned out it was clear shimmer she didn’t want to fix it I paid and left the place 4 days later “ shellac “ came of like fresh nail polish after cleaning with vinager. Cheapest work very unprofessional! I asked if I could get a discount since I didn’t like them and the other lady laughed and said no in the rudest way! Will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go there!

I went in on a recommendation from a coworker and Mimi did an amazing job and she was super friendly as a trans person I always find it difficult to go to new salons because of judgement but she made it a super safe space. And gave her honest opinion when I requested a specific shape on my nails she said thats not going to look pretty your nail bed too thick she listened to what I said took my direction and counseled me with her professional opinion when she felt the need to. Not only that when you go to Asian salons you never know what they are saying. Everytime they laughed at something in vietnamese she explained what they were laughing about and I got to laugh too. Even if that wasnt what they said for her to consider her English clientele was a courtesy. And again she did an amazing job on my nails.

My tech Janice is the BEST, I see her every 2 weeks. If I am not due for a pedicure, she advises me to save my money and to just get a color change. Janice is very professional and she is not only my tech she is a friend. If you visit American Nails ask for Janice, you will not be disappointed.

This place is awful!!! I went in to get a fill. I had to tell them to correct my nails a few time. Its dirty, smells funny, and no one knows what the hell is going on. I will NEVER go backMy nails looks like my 6 year old daughter did them. I should have let her. Awful! Avoid at all cost!

Husband and I had a great Experience.

I was very impressed with their service and their work. My 2 year old daughter, my sister and I all got pedicures and my sister and I also had our brows waxed. All for under $60! We have been many other places that were WAY more expensive and not nearly as personable. I would recommend them.

I have gotten a few pedicures here and the woman did a good job. Recently i did a shellac manicure and it was very sloppy. It was busy so i think the guy was trying to rush me out. They did a bow made out of diamonds and two of them fell off already. I was in there less than a week ago. I will not return.

Stopped in because it was close to home and there was a snow storm so I couldnt go to my usual place.. At first I was impressed because it was nice and clean inside. Then once it came to my service (shellac manicure) I was very disappointed... Not only was this the longest manicure of my life... (AN HOUR AND A HALF)But the worst... Took her 45 mins to take off previous gel, she didnt cut my cuticle properly, didnt even push them back. The polish was uneven and sloppy, and only wanted to do 1 coat of polish, when I asked for a 2nd coat she got really upset, rolled her eyes at me and said something to the lady next to her. When she started filing my nails she didnt even ask how I wanted them.. I told her not to file them any more and that I wanted the length she got angry and kept tugging my hand. And left every nail uneven. And when I kept asking of she could fix them she has so much attitude. And made me feel uncomfortable. I dont know why I paid, I left very disappointed, came home and did my own cuticles because she obviously didnt know how to. Never going back.

Just got my nails done here, I come here all the time but this time a different woman did my nails. She did them way too thin and 7 have broken and they are unwilling to give me my $45 back because of how many times I have had to come back for repairs. I told them this time when I came in with 5 broken in one day that I didnt want them to fix them yet again I just want my money back they told me that they wont do that because even though all I do all day is type that Im too hard on my nails. If you value your time and money dont come here!

If u want lumpy nails that start to fall off while washing them in the shop then go here! I have been getting acrylic nails for almost 20 years all over Denver and this was the worst experience EVER!!!! They barely speak English and by barely I mean less than most shops! I asked 4 times for shorter toes nails and no one could understand what I wanted and instead put a design on my toe! Then my nails were lumpy and the tech filed my skin 5 times because she wanted to talk in Vietnamese more than she wanted to do my nails. When I went to wash my hands I noticed 2 tails were already coming up and when i showed them to the tech she said it was because I asked for them too short! I have always had them this short and no other shop has ever had an issue! This place should be marked on Denvers worst list! Unfriendly, untalented, and poor quality! Avoid this shop and go anywhere else u can!

Finally found a manicurist that knows what she is doing! This salon has changed management, used to be America Nails. I highly recommend Mary. Very friendly atmosphere. I live in Las Vegas and cannot find a good nail salon. Everytime Im in Denver I make sure to get mani/pedi with Mary. Prices are reasonable.

None of the staff can do nails properly. The one lady that knew what she was doing name Helen is no longer there so Ill never go there. Its a waste of time & money. New ownership drove the place into the ground. They lie & say Helen is on vacation but she is no longer there. Too bad it was such a nice place when she was there.

Really bad it is to expensive $60 or $70 for only some nails is not worth it I go to other ones and it is like $35 it is really bad I will definitely not be coming here never again 😡

Not the prettiest shop at all. The the majority of the staff are rude and loud. There is this black lady who talks badly about other clients to her customers and if you ask them to do something and there in a rush they speak about you under there breath but in front of your face. Most of them except kim can do nails correctly . They go from customer to customer without washing there hands . While I was there this lady kept going back and forth between my manicure and another persons pedicure without washing hands it was un sanitary .. Very gross dont waste your money !!

HORRIBLE I came in because I needed my acrylics removed. They were kinda nice but super unprofessional. The the whole time she was texting and it felt like she just wanted to move on to the next customer whenever someone new came in our was trying to freaking fix her phone the whole time! Not very attentive at all. My natural nail underneath was super short and she tried wedging a nail tip on between the acrylics and ending up stabbing me several times. I kept jerking away but she just said oops sorry everytime. The supervisor ended up taking over and she over-filed my nail to the point where you could almost see my nail bed even after I told her several times that it hurt and it was too much. They offered no lotion. She rushed because she thought it would be more fun to Skype and make kissy faces with her man on her laptop. And left my hands a sticky, glued mess.

Very sloppy, when you ask for a certain nail shape they do it but VERY sloppy and some side some out very un-even. The nail polish came out bad which needed more polishing and when you ask they dont understand and do another thing you never asked for.

Smh these women will talk about you and try to tell you what to do and how to spend your money. They never on time when they open. Other nail techs have up and left this place because its unprofessional and its drama.
