I went here on Thursday and the picture of my leg is today, a Sunday. While there the lady used hot stones on my leg and burned me. They were so hot! She could barely hold them herself so she was trying to wrap them in a towel to cool them off and when she thought they were ok she places it on my leg and it burned me. I pulled back and told her it was too hot. She put it back in the towel and tried pulling it out again but it was still so hot! I don’t understand why they would heat them to that degree. When I brought it up to the lady who seemed to be running things she looked at it, RUBBED IT (which I told her to please not touch it as it hurt) and then started talking to the lady about it in Vietnamese and walked away. She came back and asked me to pay. I didn’t mind paying as the rest of the service was fine but she offered me NOTHING. And I don’t mean a discount, which would have been nice but she didn’t even offer me an apology. I told her they need to be more careful with those stones but she just continued to talk to them so I wouldn’t understand. I will not go back here.

I have been getting artificial nails for 30 years. For the past 10 years, I have been going to Regal Nails for pedicures. About 4 years ago, I met Tina, the new owner, and she convinced me to have her do my nails. Since then, I have never gone anywhere else. I also bring my 20 year old granddaughter for nails and pedicures and she agrees that Tina is the best and so reasonably priced. Tina is so knowledgeable and always has in mind what’s best for my nails and me! She is kind and thoughtful to everyone that comes in. I hope she never leaves!

We go out of our way to come here to get our nails done!! They are the best

Not cleaning/disinfecting as they should (wiping down chairs between clients) setting people too close together. Prices on signage is NOT what they charge. Pedicure was good but not the store itself.

Do not go to this place. My mother walked in tonight. The lady was rude, throwing nails around and forcing her to make decisions. My mother decided to not do her nails there. The lady got angry and took the tools that touched my mother’s hands and through them back in the box, not washed, unsanitary! This lady did not care about her business and didn’t even say good bye. Do not waste your time or money on a place who does not care about your business or value you as a customer. There are a thousand other places, especially during these times, who would.

I get a gelish manicure and a pedicure about every 6 to 8 weeks not because I have to but because I like to change my color more often than not. The girls there do a fantastic job. Since they did a renovation to the place it has even been a nicer experience. My last manicure was three weeks ago I had described a white and blue filigreed flower coming out of a French manicure. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

This is a salon that my grandma, my mom, and myself visit frequently and get very good service... but I just went for a pedicure the other day and they nicked my toe, causing blood to spill everywhere and my toe ended up swollen and black. I still had to pay full price!! It took several calls, coming back to the store, showing pictures of my foot, and continuous arguing before they offered a decent amount of money back and an apology. They’ve given me great nail service in the past but this visit and what it took to get an apology and my money back has left me not wanting to come back

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now for pedicures. I’ve tried other places, but always come back because they do such a better job getting rid of my callouses. I’ve even had to bring my grand babies sometimes and they are always accommodating and helpful. They even give me beautiful painted flowers on my big toes. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing and much needed

The manager, Tina, is the rudest person Ive ever encountered. There has been a lot of turnover with the staff and now I know why. Shes not only rude to her customers but also talks down to her staff. She should be given the option to either change her attitude towards her customers and staff or be fired.

Tina and her ladies are so pleasant to work with. Have been a client for over two years. We have lots of fun experimenting with new designs! Tina does everything I ask her today do! Here is our latest creation!! Check out the candy canes on my reverse French with green tips!

The owner TINA is extremely rude. Very uninviting! And it’s my first timecome it seems as if she is being bothered! She does not treat her customers kindly, she does not like kids, and she is very unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE READ ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS ITS TRUE! While you spend your money, owner is very nice. Once something goes wrong...she is so Rude! I have been going there for about 3 years. On Saturday the nail polish I picked slipped from my hands and broke. I apologized repeatedly but she was so upset, she would not a acknowledge me. She even pretended she didn’t speak any English. Another technician helped me clean the mess. She then took 1 1/2 hours to do my nails, answering every phone call that came in and greeting everybody. It was so embarrassing! I will never go there again!

Horrible customer service went in for pedicure amd she did a horrible job cut me a few times and my toes looks very bad

First of all, website said they open at 9:00. I was there at 9:00 and the gates were still down. Finally at about 9:20 someone shows up and tells me I have to wait 10 mintues! The lady who did my pedicure was very rude and acted like I was a nuisance. She was probably cussing me out in her language but of course I couldnt understand. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Rushed job. Felt very uncomfortable there and wasnt a pleasant experience. DO NOT recommend!!

Yesterday I went to this salon for a pedicure and full set. The lady talked me into getting gel nails. She said they were stronger and lasted longer. I went back today because it looked like I already needed a fill in and one of the nails were cracked. She argued with me and said it didnt crack my nails just the gel nail that it was fine. After finally getting through to her it was broken and needed to be fixed she did it. Then told me they cant go all the way up to the cuticle when doing gel nails because they would peel off. She was slamming her equipment around and speaking in Vietnamese with a coworker and laughing about me Im assuming while she was fixing my nail. The salon looks great since the renovations but the staff is all new and they are very rude. I will definitely not be going back to this place ever again!

This was the worst place Ive ever gotten my nails done. The lady there made me remove my own nail polish while I was getting my pedicure done. Not only that but the man who did my nails did a horrible job. I got a pink and white set on my hands and it doesnt cover the sides of my nails. Almost all of them have bubbles in them and he did a horrible job with my cuticles. They had 3 people in line after me so they were doing a rush job and were very curt and rude when I tried to point out what was wrong before I left.

Ive been coming to this nail salon longer than the new owners have been here. They use to do an amazing job and now they cant do anything right. Tina the new owner called me difficult because she refused to do what I asked for... all I asked way for my nails to be straightened... I dont know what has happened to them but this has been twice they have screwed up my nails. Im done with this place. Maybe learn to treat you clients with more respect

Verrry rude people. They kept on sending people away even though there was someone doing NOTHING at the back of the room. They were pushing around their customers and the main lady had such a nasty attitude. She was pushing the customers feet and hands around. There was only one respect person out everyone the worked there. I would give the place 0/5 stars if I could. I do not recommend you go here.

Horrible job! They left me waiting with my feet soaking for half an hour, the lady who just did my pedicure just ripped me off big time! Got a basic pedicure for $20 with $5 extra for a crappy design on nails, she did not get rid of the dry skin at all, and i paid $40 and she gave me back $10. I didnt realize that she had taken an extra $5 for herself! And i tipped $5 after, so i paid $35 for horrible experience!

Went to get my eyebrows done. When the lady finally asked me what I needed done, I told her just my eyebrows. She rudely told me she doesnt have time. Will never go back!!!

Horrible place. Tina is a very rude lady. They should have tried harder to keep their employees..Had my nails none got home and could see my own nails on the sides, went back next day, charged me 20.00 on top of the 30.00 I paid the day before.. I really liked how they painted me with Shellac, the girl did a good job on me, however I noticed that the price was a bit high just to paint me without manicure and pedicure, apart from the fact that I was comfortable with the massage chair and the girl simply He told me he will turn it off for no reason👎👎 I didnt like that. 😠
