Lexie is wonderful! Won’t let anyone else touch my nails!

The service here is usually great. I get my nails done with Lexi and she is the best nail tech k0k. She wasnt here today so I got my nails done with Jenny and she was so kind and did a great job with my nails. My daughter on the other hand had Jenna. And Jenna was rude to my daughter, giving my daughter attitude when she politely asked to change colors. I am the one paying for nails and they have no right to give attitude.

I went here to get a rebase not being happy with the previous nail place I had went to. They did an excellent job on my nails fixed the issues I had from the last place I had went. I will definitely be returning here.

I visit the salon regularly for dip manicures. They are professional and do a great job.

Lexie Le is an AMAZING person! My daughter saved up her money to get her nails done...and we had the joy of having Lexie Le do them! She did a beautiful job and was so wonderful! Truly a fantastic experience!!!

Lexi is amazing, she takes her time and makes your nails perfect. I am a perfectionist and my nails can’t have bubbles or dings in them and Lexi is always happy to accommodate me and be sure I’m happy before I leave.

They always do a great job here! Never had any complaints my step mom likes this place as well. Very clean place no doubt about that. This is close to my house so it’s my go to place!

The staff here is so friendly and polite! They have by far the best customer service out of all the others nail salons I’ve been to! Yen did my nails and I’m so happy with them! Would definitely come back!

Definitely a great experience and overall good service. Very friendly staff and clean business and the pricing is very reasonable. $25 for a basic pedicure and $35 for white tip full set. Nini was very nice and did a great job. She did everything I asked and I was in for about 1.5 hours for the services and an eyebrow wax.

Clean, beautiful, stress free place. Tony made me feel pampered the whole time. Price was just right and the service was top notch. I got both pedicure and manicure from him. Totally recommend this place.

The nails themselves were very nice, however the service wasnt. At first I was told the wait time would be 15 minutes, but that soon turned into 40 minutes. The nail technicians also take phone calls while working on your nails, so it is not very professional. They also do not talk to customers that nicely, and dont provide a very good service for the price. It is better to go to the nail salon inside of Walmart than this. It takes way too long, and you dont feel that respected.

The nail technician I had was friendly but the nail shape came out uneven and slated on some nails. It was supposed to be coffin shaped. Its a nice clean place overall. They have been there for 3 months they said. The music is nice and they have kindles with movies at every station. If you pay cash you get a discount. Will be going back again to try another nail technician out and will be posting pics. Sarah is the best!!!! She is so detail oriented and very thorough in her work. Will definitely be going back to her from now on. There is another guy there not sure of his name but barely spoke and had long nails of his own and was not gentle. There are 2 more nail technicians there and have not tried them yet. Have heard good things about T and chris.

I have been going here for some time. Really liked the staff. But this last time, with a appointment, I waited 52mins. And my Pedicure was horrible, my Shellac manicure, already peeling off.....very dissatisfied.

The nail techs at Lush are SO RUDE! They barely say 2 words during my manicures. They always seem inconvenienced that they have to do their job and never seem appreciative of my business. They do however, do a good job and my nails always look nice. I just wish they were kinder to their customers that support their livelihood.

NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. Thi did my nails for almost three years. I always made appointments and was never a “no show”. I thought we had a good relationship. I had an appointment one morning and HE WAS A NO SHOW. No explanation except I was told he didn’t want to do nails anymore. Never told me. Never canceled. Just never communicated at all. Not a good way to keep customers. I wouldn’t support the shop after that type of action.

Was a great place, went to T for quite a while then he just quit working there no notice or anything. I tried new owners for a few months. Made a 10:00am appointment for Sunday, appointment ignored, took first come first served over appointment, quality sub par anyways. Done with C&U Nails

I just had a powder dip with Bonnie. She did a fabulous job! I loved how organized and detail oriented she was. I didnt feel like she was rushing at all. Between that and how clean and un-cluttered the salon is, it was a very relaxing experience. And if you are looking for color options, this salon totally has you covered!

Lexi just recently took over ownership of this location and I could not be more proud of her! As a fellow female business owner, I applaud all efforts given towards succeeding in this business world! I started working with Lexi 2 years ago at a location close to my home in highlands ranch; moving to Aurora to open her own business meant I would now have to travel if I wanted to continue using her services... it was a no brainer! Lexi does exactly what I want not what she wants, which is what you find in a lot of nail salons. If you want great service and made to feel like you matter, than come visit QL nails! Lasinda

Was so excited to go here once they opened. Mostly clean but nail dryer was gross !!!! I had a guy do my nails which I usually prefer, he tried to file my toes off. Asked not to shorten my nails he, filed away at the length of my nails. Manicure in cold water was a first for me. Overall awful experience. Wont be going back.

T and Chris are amazing!! I have found my home and no one else will do my nails. I highly recommend their salon and anyone who works with them. Thanks to all!!!

This place is amazing, I’m not kidding.,. They literally have over 200 dip colors to choose from and they turn out AMAZING every time. I never make an appointment with anyone specific because every person I’ve seen there does an amazing job

Great pedicure. Would have been 5 stars if they would not have used the lavender scrub on my legs instead of the one I requested. Feeling a little itchy right now.. but it will pass( I hope) language barriers, next time I will pay closer attention.

Came in for what I deem an emergency appointment! I broke one of my nails and needed a rebase as well. Had an appointment for 1:30 and was in a chair at 1:21. I had Linda as my nail tech today. I did dip nails and they were thin not chunky so I was super happy about that. The gentleman at the front desk is really helpful as well. I really like this place and will be back tomorrow ( time restriction on my part today) to get Pedicure and eyebrows waxed🤗Thank you everyone !

Wife says if Im going to bare my troll feet in sandals, they might as well look good. They also have CBD options for those interested. Clean, and plenty of color options, even for dudes.

Clean, pleasant, lots of colors. I like the idea they will hand you an iPad to watch a movie or what ever while having a pedicure. They offer bottled water while having your nails done. They offer other services such as waxing and eyelash extension. I am looking forward to my next visit at this salon.

I have been going to Thi for a long time. He does amazing work. My mom and I go every three weeks. I have tried lots of other nail places nothing beats Thi and his prices. His store is clean and inviting.

I just walked out of here and had a terrible experience. My nails look bulbous and awful. They are uneven, the tips he put on were way too big, even filing them couldn’t save them. I’m going to get my nails fixed somewhere after I just paid $50. The guy who did my nails had a tattoo of his left shoulder. I don’t remember his name. But the quality of work is AWFUL. I am embarrassed to have these nails.

They honestly need 0 stars, got a full set, the lady that did my nails was definitely rushing my nails looked terrible. Had to get them redone by another worker. The acrylic was wayyy too thin my nails broke so easily. Never again.

This salon takes appointments but stlll have you waiting an additional 30-40 minutes. I have also noticed they dont offer everyone soda or water just certain customers. I am not sure if its a cultural or language barrier but the nail techs come off as rude. My nail tech took off my acrylic nail without asking then charged me to replace it. Seems like common sense & customer service are no longer common anymore. See you later, C & U nails, will not be coming back.

Well this is now C&u nails they are the worst place ever! My nails broke the first day. She was filing on my skin. Made me bleed not even the shape I wanted. I will never go back there again!!
