These guys were awesome. Michelle (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly!) was running a little late but when she got there she did my nails quickly and they came out BEAUTIFUL. We had great conversations and she is so super fun to talk to. Definitely making this place my regular salon! Thank you!

Got my nails done by T and was trying a new style. She was fast, nice and made my nails look wonderful. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them.

Was my first time here with my sisters, My tech was Cindy, I would definitely recommend her nice patient person. She did an amazing job with my nails. If you ever go ask for Cyndy!!! But I wouldnt say same about the other two techs there. My sisters were not happy 😏

My daughter and I went to Gloss Nails....loved how they treated us and the nail fill they did was awesome. We will continue to drive to Rochester to get our nails done.

Worst experience ever it was my first and last time coming here came with my sisters to have a ladies day and lady was rude saying she didn’t have to finish my nail........ so unprofessional why take us in if u ain’t got the time....... then while waiting on my sister to finish cuz we were paying together they trying to hurry me up to pay

Update to owner: My last 3 visits were 7/27/2020, 8/17/2020 & 9/14/2020.Ive witnessed the owner be rude to customers on more than one occasion along with some of the staff. Ive tried this establishment a few times as I liked the tech I went to but instead of feeling relaxed I feel tension whenever Im there. Not going back!!

I had a pedicure at Gloss Nails Salon while in Rochester for the first time and was extremely pleased. Tom was outstanding every step of the pedicure, very professional, knowledgeable and most of all very kind. I plan to continue my nail care at Gloss Nails Salon and look forward to having Tom as my manicurist. The salon is top notch and Tom “nailed it” today. Thank you!

A beautiful and very clean salon, staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond! What a relaxing and fun environment. Tom is the most outgoing and hilarious nail tech you will ever meet, and takes his time to truly pamper you. Lan is an excellent tech as well especially for a relaxing time and an absolutely gorgeous nail design. Keep in mind that this is a popular place, so I would recommend calling in advance for an appointment if at all possible. That said, they were able to squeeze us in as walk-ins on a busy day. Pricing was reasonable. They also made sure to give us a good holiday discount! I advise the green tea pedicure. A fabulous experience, well worth the drive from out of town!

Great first time! Definitely coming back! My pedicure was very clean, relaxing, and just all around a good time.

Wanted basic pedicure 40 dollars, was charged an additional 20 to have gel put on. Was not informed of that up front. Polish not distributed evenly on big toes, and not all cuticles were trimmed.

Tram is a wonderful nail technician and I just love her work I’m so glad I found her you have to go see her you won’t be disappointed I promise

Of all the salons in Rochester, this place has the BEST customer service and nicest staff! They do quality work in a clean environment and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend Tom - but ALL the staff do a great job! Ive been coming here for years and would encourage new clients to give this nail salon a try.
