I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but being so close I decided to test for myself. They got my ingrown toenail without me even having to ask, very clean and made us feel welcome. They however did not ask me how long i wanted my toe nails but they look really good anyways so im not too upset. Was easy to get a spot!

I’ve been to this place before for acrylic nails, after a bad experience I decided to go cold turkey on their business. However some time later I figured, a pedicure couldn’t be messed up entirely too bad… man was I wrong 😅 I requested regular polish & despite me repeating & clarifying that I did not want the (more expensive) GEL the woman cut me off & proceeded to go through with the gel mani & charge me as such. They also charged extra for a “deluxe” pedicure, they just put a extra powder packet in the water…. On top of ignoring my requests & over charging me, the oh so amazing gel manicure chipped & looked stained 3 days after. That was the last straw hahaha some things just don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.

So I walked in to get a quick manicure. I was at the front desk and I heard someone say hello, but considering that everyone including the clients were looking at me I had no clue who spoke. I waited for someone to ask what I needed, or to tell me that they would be right with me. Nothing. no service. So I walked out. I felt like they did not care that I was there to receive a service. The worst part is that Ive been here before and I already know they are on the pricer end, but I was willing to pay for a quick manicure. overall not satisfied by their customer service and they should look into getting a receptionist for such a large salon.

Prices arent worth the quality of the nails. (Shape, evening, design, ect) but all of the ladies that work there are so lovely. You get a drink with your pampering time too. Never too long of a wait.

Do not go here. I wanted to get acrylics removed, and I had never had that service done before so I didn’t know what to expect. Instead of soaking off the nails, the tech used the drill to get all the acrylic off. It was painful, and when I asked if it was supposed to feel like this she said yes. My nails are so, so unbelievably thin to the point that my pinky nail is split vertically down the middle. I didn’t realize until I talked to friends that this is NOT how to remove acrylic. It’s going to take weeks for my nails to recover.

First off I have to say pedicure is $25. Very good price especially for this area. The employees are friendly and carried on a conversation with me. She asked me before she cut my toenails to make sure I wanted them cut. She even asked how I liked the results at the end. I chose a happy color and told her I live it. She said thank you. She asked me if I wanted to go sit by the dryer or just wait where I was. I am sure this is a choice because it was not too busy. Since I wore my flip flops I will wait here. I will be back to get my eye brows done and update my review.

I was offered a partial refund/discount after the tech ripped part of my eyebrow off. She insisted that she did not and that the hair was already not there. My eyebrows are uneven and one looks much higher than the other and its gonna take me forever to grow it back. I have a birthmark that never shows. You can see the outline of it but the rest is under my brow and the whole thing is now uncovered.They did okay the first time so when my usual eyebrow lady was not available, I went to them again. Last time, I got a pedicure as well and my feet were dry, calloused and in bad shape for a month.i had to work on building up the health of the skin. I will not be back unfortunately after this event

I got a manicure and pedicure and my experience was everything I wanted it to be. Prompt service, clean salon, kind technicians, and reasonable prices.

Done with this place. They literally can not put the regular nail polish evenly, last time someones son who was obviously training did my pedi and of course, did it bad. I mean, guys, you should be professional! Dont blame the surface of my nail or quality of your polish (they said it was difficult color, and, yes, it was old and probably dried out) - a professional knows how to do every nail shape and condition! The choice of regular polish is poor, half of them old and should be tossed because it is impossible to lay them good. Customer service does not exist, it is rude to talk foreign language around your clients, btw. To be more fair, there was 1 lady who did it very good before, but I dont know her name and dont see anymore. So no, i live next door but not coming again.

I called went backed and got them fixed 1 day late i have 2 nails broken not even a week has passed that I got them done ! Waste of money here!

I will literally never come back here lmfao. I asked for Tracy because everybody usually asks for her, figured she’d be good. Um.. literally the way she was rushing was beyond me, she put like 5 coats of gel polish the shaping was horrendous. Asked for a design & had the image directly in front of her face & she barely even tried- it looked so bad I just had to tell her to stop. Horrible service 2/10 would not recommend. There’s 2 girls that are good ! They’ve done mine in the past and they looked great. But miss Tracy!!! Never again.

Don’t waste your money here! My mom and I went in for a pedicure and they charged us $5 to take off our existing nail polish and when we requested the “deluxe” manicure all they did was throw some powder in the water. My mom’s nail tech proceeded to take a FaceTime call during her service and mine put spacers on, painted my nails, and then attempted to put my flip flops on with the spacers on. I asked her not to repeatedly saying she would ruin the manicure but she proceeded anyway and messed up my big toe and my pinky toe. When I requested she fix it she didn’t even take the existing nail polish off she just painted another coat over the smudged toes. If this is Nail Studio’s version of deluxe service I would spend my money elsewhere...

I “used” to prefer this place only to do my nails, in the past couple of years, today I’ve had my worse experience with my nails at this place. I requested French nails full set of acrylic, the lady took 2hrs and 45mins to finish them !!! And she did a very unprofessional job!! I truly hate my nails now!!!! I just wanted to get out of there before starting a big argument! And on top of that I was way over charged for no reason !!! And when I asked for an explanation they gave me a list of things that they’ve done that I couldn’t understand at all! And didn’t want to embarrass them and had to leave with self respect!Please don’t go to this place, and if you do, definitely don’t trust Rose with your nails unless you want time waste, money rob, and the worst nails ever.Don’t get me wrong, she was super nice lady, but works wise she just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing!My nails are uneven, very unshaped, very very thick ! So disappointed!

My appointment was at 10 and I didn’t get called till 1040. The woman took 10 minutes to do my nails and I can’t forget she did the wrong color and I had to switch halfway through the ten minutes. Nails turned out very poorly. I don’t recommend. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We have constantly had an awful experience at this nail studio. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!

I asked for acrylic nails and she avoided me. I didn’t have the time or patients to ask again after getting my toes done (the pedicure was great). The art work I asked for my nails was a joke, I honestly could have done it myself! My 8 year old niece could have done it herself.

Went in a week ago for a dip manicure and a pedicure. Very unsanitary place. They don’t use clean or fresh tools. They don’t clean the pedicure bowls. As a cosmetologist I know what the standards are from Dora and this place does not meet it. My dip is also peeling off the color is scratchy and bumpy. In consistent length. The women who did mine never greeted me and didn’t show me the different pedicure options just decided to do the most expensive one. Rinsed her tools off in my foot water and then put them back in her box to use for the next person.

Went here for a rebase and to fix one nail that broke off and they charged me $40 most expensive rebase I’ve ever gotten definitely will not go back I feel like they ripped me off next time I’ll just drive a little ways to lush

I wrote this while I’m still in the chair.Less then satisfied. The experience has declined over the years but I have gone here for years so I thought it was a bad customer service fluke . Boy was I wrong. She did a half a** job.did great on one foot but not the other. And had an attitude when I asked for something specific if im gonna okay this much for a pedicure and you can’t even NOT drill my entire nail bed 🙄. Refuse to come back after 6+ years . Speaking negatively of someone in another language is NOT cool.

I forgot the women name. But I asked for coffin and she basically did the almond shape. And when I told her that wasn’t what I wanted, and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She tells me that I should’ve further explain the exact type of coffin I wanted because there are different types of coffin. I had to let her know that every nail salon I’ve been to has shaped the coffin exactly or close to what the coffin looks like. Not ALMOND!

Did not enjoy my experience with Sally. When I declined an upgraded pedicure her demeanor changed and she wasn’t friendly. She haphazardly completed my mani and pedi. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went there for the first time to get my nails colored with sister really not wanting to spend much and I turned down the Gel manicure at the front desk even after she asked me repeatedly and pressured me. Then when I sat down the lady started talking about me to the other workers around the store and I could here them talking about how I’m doing the deluxe instead of the gel so yet another lady comes and keeps pushing me to do gel. So I did the gel and left no tip. HORRIBLE way to treat customers and the manicure wasn’t very good at all for the price. Will never be returning and will be letting everyone know not to go either.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. My nail technician was completely rude. I got a regular pedicure with a dip powder manicure. Let me first start off by saying I asked her not once not twice but three times if she can make the water warmer for my pedicure because it was ice cold, did she listen? No! Second of all because I did not want to get a deluxe pedicure she felt that she did not need to scrub my feet. Even with a simple pedicure scrubbing of the feet is essential. Let’s move onto the manicure process. Ladies, tell me that removal of your cuticles is not involved in a manicure? Well after speeding through the process and being very sloppy she did not cut my cuticles and proceeded to dip my nails into the powder. I asked her from the very beginning if she was going to cut my cuticles and she said that the way they do it at this nail salon is they cut the cuticles after they dip your nails into the powder. Then as she’s filing my nails I wanted a coffin shape. I have natural nails that I have been growing for months for the simple fact that I wanted a nice coffin shape. Did she do the shape I wanted? No. did I ask her multiple times to please fix it? yes. and did she do it? no. She painted my nails so disgusting I had to correct her work more than six times... THEN. To make matters WORSE... she cracks one of my nails!!!! I’m livid. Never will I go here again and I recommend if you are a nail person like me, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Sincerely, one unsatisfied woman!

Kathy does my nails... Ive been searching for a new nail tech for years and Theo I found Kathy a couple months ago. She is really all about customer satisfaction! She does her best to make sure YOU are happy with how your nails are done and not the technical way for them to be done. I love her! ❤️❤️

Would not recommend. I had an established nail tech at this salon (Lisa) who did my nails flawlessly without hiccups. I call the salon to make an appointment, they accept. I go into the salon to find out that Lisa is no longer with the company and Lucy did my dip nails and shellac manicure in which were breaking off the next day. She was rushing through the service as she had a scheduled appointment, and should not of taken me. Charged me 95 dollars for both services and i tipped her well at about 22%. Needless to say i will not be returning and I foresee clients being lost at this establishment due to this issue.

I have visited this nail shop a few times in the past and I havent really had any issues until I started noticing how they would treat different customers. Just this passed weekend a mother and her teenage daughter were getting their nails done. When it was time to pay, the mother asked why the price of their services had increased. Her bill went from $80 to $95. So the employee ran to get the manager. The manager came out and started yelling at the customer accusing her of not being able to afford the bill. The customer was sitting down drying her nails, trying to explain that she could afford to pay but wanted to know why the increase. The manager just stood over her yelling down at her without listening to the customers perspective. It was very unprofessional and I didnt understand why they were paying more money than what was listed. I will not go back. There are plenty other nail shops around this area.

Worst place I’ve ever been too and hella over priced!!Went there for a full set and she shaped my nails horrible, I had to go to Sally’s right next to the shop to by a nail file and shape my own nails!She left space between my cuticle and the NEW NAIL SET I just got, which looks like I’ve had them for a week already, so much so somebody asked me if I needed rebase!Then when I asked how much for a new set with gel polish and coffin shape, she charged me $58! I normally pay $45 at MAX other places.I’ve been there once before in 3 years and now I remember why I never go there and will NEVER EVER EVER go back!

Very rude staff. I walked in on a day that was not busy and no one said may I help you. I signed in and no one asked me what I needed or again how can I help you. I waited over 5 minutes and just walked out. I figured they did not need my money. Very unprofessional no customer service. This place deserves a lower rating than this.

This is my go to nail studio. I get a monthly gel pedicure & not so often manicure. They have 2 week brand new pedicure baths w/glass bowls. I like the mood colors cuz its like getting 2 colors (hot or cold toes)! Its only a few blocks away so its very convenient for me....

Lucy has been doing my nails and eyebrows for over 5 years. I LOVE the personal attention they give to you when you walk in, and are unbiased to any past experiences. A regular pedicure is around $27, but the deluxe, which I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND, goes for $37 and feels amazing with extra attention to detail and a heat wrap. Plan to spend some extra time, and you will be amazed! :)

I have been coming here off and on for about 3 years, this was the best one I had found in the area at the time. Yesterday I went in for a refill, I did not want to be there for an entire hour so that is why I told them that’s all I wanted. The nail tech begin to remove all of the powder from my nails. I was so upset, I did not want to change the color either and I explained that but she proceeded to ignore me. I told her to just remove what she had did and I left. Her and the other nail techs begin to talk bad about me, I was very uncomfortable, I will never go to them again.

The prices have gone up so much over the last few years but I would recommend Helen. She does an amazing job with eyebrows and pedicures. Over the years I would actually consider her a friend. Very good work.

Save your eyelashes!!! Do not get your lashes done here. They use cheap lashes that are to heavy for your true lashes so they will pull your natural ones out. They use way to much glue so you will see huge chunks for glue at the base of your lashes. They also glue the lashes to your eyelid and eyelash which is not only very painful but not the way lash extensions should be done. Do your research on eyelash extensions before you just go anywhere cheap or expect to lose all your lashes.

Unsanitary! I use to go there years ago and then the constant badgering to do a deluxe on top of a bad job, I quit going there. Tonight I didnt have enough time to go to my normal place so I thought it would be okay. Wrong! I realized half way through my pedicure they do not sanitize their tools. The lady took the tools out of a pencil box and placed them right back in the pencil box! Then she grabbed flip flops out of the used basket. When I told her I will not wear used flip flops and wanted new ones. She was pissed!! I cancelled my manicure and got the hell out of there. Yuck!!! I want to soak my feet in bleach. Never go to this dirty place!

Wow the worst experience ever smh. Very Very unsatisfactory and extremely unsanitary. This is by far one of the dirtiest nail salons I’ve ever visited. My nails looks worst then they did when I arrived. A group of loud unprofessional employees congregated in the back room. Only two customers in the entire place, I should have known and walked out.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is awful, I strayed away from my usual place cause its near my work and I needed a fill. My sister met with me to get a brand new full set, well first they were trying to be lazy and told my sister she didnt need a new full set (she had more than 3 nails broken off or in half) finally I was able to tell them to do the new full set. Then she wanted a color and the lady didnt want to look for the color so she said how about this color, its prettier my sister doesnt like to speak up usually but this time she was not having it and the way they were treating us so she said firmly NO, PLEASE JUST DO THE COLOR I ASKED. she miraculously found the polish she wanted. Then the lady that was working on me was giving me attitude the whole time and when I asked if they had Rhinestones she snapped and said ummm yeah, I was like oooh can I please do rhinestones and it was like I was asking for her first born child, then when I told her I wanted only 1 on each ring finger she threw attitude and was likeONLY ONE?!? So we finished up and i went up to pay for my sisters and my nails and it totaled to be $93 (dont know where they come up with prices cause its clearly not whats written on the board and I know I got rhinestones and I calculated those in my head) so I ended up paying $103 (tipped $5 each even though their service and attitude was horrible I still gave a tip) well TWO DAYS after having them done my nails just started chipping off and breaking, the gel polish is literally peeling off!! This place is just horrible and deserves 0 stars. I wish I could get my time and money back!

So disappointed with this place. Very dirty with all of their tools, towels are nasty. The workers are very rude and if you don’t drop a load of cash on their horrible work they stand around and gossip about you and then give you an attitude just to top it off. Hope they get closed down tbh.

This place is okay. I had gone there one time in the past for a mani/pedi.. Didnt feel like technician wanted to touch my feet. She told me to sit down, then she walked away. She came back, turned on water. Put my feet in, and then she was so busy looking around and talking to other nail techs. I had to ask her if she was going to do my feet. So all the time she was doing my feet she getting up and talking to someone in the other section. I didnt do manicure. A friend recommended another tech, Tracy. Tracy is excellent. She converses with me. Very clean station. She is GREAT. I will only have her do my nails. TRACY IS GREAT

I live very close to this salon so I wanted to check it out. I saw the bad reviews and opted to only see the good ones. Horrible mistake on my part. (Long but worth the read!!)I was super excited when I got there and when I met Hannah and she started my first giving me the exact shape I wanted - I thought I was in for a treat! Couldn’t be happier!I was there for almost 2 hours getting A FILL which shouldn’t take longer than 45 min.She shaped my nails beautifully...but then kept messing up during the process and adding more acrylic in spots, drilling and filing away randomly.I’ve never had a nail tech that bounced around and worked on different fingers. They usually start on your pinky and work their way over (or some sort of pattern like that) HANNAH WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE I couldn’t keep up.It looked messy while she was doing it but I understand art and I understand sometimes things have to look worse before they can look better so I gave her benefit of the doubt.I kept having to ask her to correct things like she didn’t use a base coat for my shellac (aka it would have chipped in 2 days if I hadn’t said something) She was like “oh you want a base coat?” No you NEED a base coat with shellac.The acrylic was so gooped up under my nails, I had to beg her to drill or file it away.She got acrylic all around my cuticles and under my nails and proceeded to scratch it away at the end... but her nails were so sharp and she was scratching me so hard I actually had to speak up because she was hurting me that bad. I left with a bunch of gunk around my nails.She filed part of my nails WHILE THEY WERE WET so now nail dust is stuck in my polish like sand.Some acrylic is thin, some is thick. They’re bumpy, and uneven.I was there for so long and corrected her so many times I was EXHAUSTED by the end of my visit and just wanted to run home.Well I get home and I still hate my nails. I can’t stop crying about them and how I wasted $45 on the worst set of nails I’ve ever had.I decided to go back to the salon and ask a manager for my money back.Well, everyone COMPLETELY ignored me while looking like deer in headlights.i literally had to beg someone to come to the desk and help me and finally someone told me there was no manager today and they don’t do refunds.They told me they would fix my nails but after being there for SO LONG I couldn’t stand to be there any longer just to HOPE my nails turn out okay.apparently the manager will be in tomorrow so I intend to go back again and ask for at least half my money back.I’m really a simple person and I don’t ask for a lot but if only pictures could capture how poorly done my nails were ugh.PLEASE DONT FOCUS ON THE GOOD REVIEWS!!! I had a pedi and mani shellac and I have to say from the moment the nail tech started to be pushing about trying to up sell me to a higher priced pedi I wasn’t exactly happy and her mood changing after I said no for the fourth time wasn’t exactly professional. And it hasn’t even been a week and my shellac is already lifting and peeling at my cuticles. I’ve had better work done by a student at a beauty school. Will not waste my time or money here again

Terrible experience. The salon is in the middle of a remodel but that doesnt excuse the dirty smocks, gray towels, food containers and food bags near the microwave and on the floor.The woman who did my pedicure was on the phone for 45 minutes of my appointment. Then, while doing my nails, she was on the business phone for another 5 minutes.I wont ever go back to this salon.

Rose rushed through my shellac mani and pedi results were horrible. I went back to ask about their license she said yes she has one then I asked why are all my nails different shapes and my toe nails not all the way painted. People this place is dirty and over charges. They make it very uncomfortable because they are constantly trying to Howell and overcharge. I am calling the news because businesses should not be allowed to deliver horrible services

Not a good result for the price! I had a pedicure and a full set done, I was expecting the price to be higher than what Im used to (just moved to CO from NM) but I was not expecting $98!!! The pedicure was alright, although you only have 2 water temps to choose from, scalding and cold. My real problem was with the nails. The technician didnt listen to me when I asked for them to be cut shorter TWICE, so now I have longer nails than I wouldve liked. Also, 4 days after getting the gel polish on my nails, my very pink polish started turning orange on the ends, Im a full-time student and non-smoker, no reason for this to happen. It has since been 1.5 weeks and almost all of my nails are orange throughout. I will not be going back to get them fixed because I wont be listened to and will be ignored. I would NOT recommend unless you like paying out the butt for mediocre quality

Went here to get a pedicure with my boyfriend, I’ve had a lot of pedicures but this was the worst I’ve ever had. We were told aggressively that it would be 35 dollars when we sat down, they kept trying to upsell me to get gel, the pedicures were very short, my polish looked awful, they barely removed dead skin from my feet, the polish didn’t last very long on my feet either. Then when we left we realized on the price sign that the basic pedicure was 25 dollars which wasn’t even offered to us. I can’t even imagine a pedicure more basic than what we received. We felt very scammed. We won’t be back.

Bathroom dirty is a bad sign. Stations not well maintained and clean. Floors not clean. Station for drying nail color worn and dusty. Worst of all....reusing nail files and buffers! The metal cuticle snippers did not come out of an autoclave. As a minimum they should be soaked in rubbing alcohol.Various employees wandering around eating in the work space. This should be kept in a private room for employees only.Quite unprofessional and unbusinesslike overall.Will never go there again.

Ive been here twice and plan to go back. My gel polish didnt chip in 2 full weeks - both times!! Cant say that about other places Ive tried. Dont know why its more durable, but it is.

I went in to fix one nail, decided to get a gel rebase and a clear coat and the repaired nail as well as an old repaired one broke off as soon as i left. The woman didnt even paint my nails to the end of the tip and couldnt get the stiletto shape right [they were already shaped from before, she just had to clean it up a bit] she was clearly frustrated after messing up my middle nail (had to cut my actual nail off) and trying to shape it and redo it TWICE. It was a frustrating experience for me. Attempt this place at your own risk

I went to get my nails done today and they did a GREAT job!!!! Everyone is so nice and its very clean. Tracy did my nails and I highly recommend her!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

They are disrespectful and care free. The service is not good and it is a waste of money. Also I returned to discuss an issue that I had with my pedicure and instead of giving concern to my issue as a customer, the woman I spoke to began speaking to another woman in another language and they even laughed! I do not ever want to come back here simply because they do not care about their customers and they are rude. Maybe not all, but Sally definitely is not someone I recommend receiving a service from.

Rushed. Careless.They dont really seem to care about the client. The ladies talk back-and-forth to each other and giggle and laugh and really deliver just a below average job.I wouldnt visit here again. Disappointing.

Actually I dont understand, why the bad experiences? every time I go (to see Sally) its wonderful! i was pregnant, then later had the baby, so i didnt get a chance to go for 8 months. I walked in and everybody was excited to see me again and asked how the baby was, and all of us talked about it for the next hour. Sally ALWAYS does an excellent job with me and does WHATEVER I ask. she asked me what i wanted for a design, (I always get something, its my thing i guess) and im at a point where i just say, whatever strikes your fancy today, be creative! :) and its always beautiful!This has be THE BEST nail salon Ive ever been to, although i dont go too often,(for special and important occasions) I am still welcomed there, and they all remember who I am there to see. Other places treat me like garbage, and they cut me all the time, This one has NEVER cut me.

I went Very busy Sunday=Mothers day morning. Have to wait one hour. Tina was my nail tech, she was asking me questions how I want to get done. One thing I need say not excellent,why very good, I did deluxe pedi but other salons dose same job as regular pedi service. Otherwise very reasonable, fordable, easy, fun and nice experience.

I have been here about 3 times and the first two times were good but the 3rd time. I am not satisfied with the length of my nails. They are too long and when I asked to shorten them the technician Lilly said no because it was going to take too long. I am paying for the service as a customer and I am not happy. Will not go back again.

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years after being a long term customer of the family business of my tech. These women (and men) put up with a lot of unnecessary abuse from people who think they are better, think they dont understand English, and just plain rude for no reason. These ladies have taken exceptional care of my 89 y/o mother, stay after hours to accomodate my schedule, and have cut my grandsons nails his whole life (hes 2 now) !!!!! I call my tech, who Ive known since she was 14, my little sister and even bring her a gift to celebrate Chinese New Year every year. I have her personal cell number, and she is a friend on FaceBook.All I can say is you get what you give and if you treat people badly, that is what you will get back.Love you gals........................

I got my nails done with shellac and it started pilling from the base in two days. It got caught in my cloth and hair and was so unpleasant to look at. I was going on vacation so I could not come back right away to the salon when I came back from my vacation in 10days I showed them and explained to them what happened. They asked me who did my nails but I didnt remember the name so I showed them where I was sitting and they said come back tomorrow and talk to the person. Why would I have to come back when I have already paid $30 for a poor nail job. I asked them at least to remove it they wanted to pay $5. At least 3 of them were watching movies on their phone. They had the time but they do not care. They dont know what it means to give coustmer service. They were talking in their language for a long time while I was waiting for their decision. Poor communication, bad coustmer service and poor nail job. There might ones who do try and do a good job but I am not coming back and I advice you not too

My nail beds were needing some attention ao I dropped in for a manicure. The shop appeared clean until I sat down and began observing. They dont wash the bowls they ask you to soak your hands in and the hand towels are old and dirty. The woman doing my nails was impersonable and I was disgusted by how black and dirty her own nails were. The nail file was worn down and reused and she didnt even bother to take my old polish off before she began repainting. I will not be back here and I suggest you avoid it if you care about your own health and hygiene.

Where do I start.... very bad service.. my wife .mom and daughter ..took my mom there she came in from cali to vist me...so i wanted to threat her to a pedicure .they had the water too hot.. she ended up going to The ER.. from 1st degree burn.. my 18 daughter ask for a simple paint her nails only.. but the lady continued to do what she wanted. And told my daugther dont worry I make look good.. and charged her $30.. when all she wanted was to have her nails painted $7.... my daughter isnt the type to speak up so ya.. DONT GO HERE THEY TELL U ONE THING AND END UP DOING WHAT THEY WANT..AND OVER CHARGE YOU .. AND MAKE U PAY FOR SERVICES YOU NEVER ASKED FOR..I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB...

Love this solon! Every time I go I see Helen and I definitely recommend her to anyone. She is amazing! Ive seen a few other techs there and everyone is always nice and friendly as well as understand of what you want. Prices are pretty average /comparable with every other solon out there. But for me its the experience I have every time I go. Its wonderful. Highly recommended this solon to anyone!

Pricer than what I’m use to paying for a full set and pedicure; however their service was wonderful and the young woman who did my nails did a great job and was very outgoing.

Do not go here.It is is dirty, there is a horrible smell at manicure stations.I wanted Dip.  When you get a dip, there is not any baking involved like with gel.  My nail technician decided to cut corners.  Instead of buffing and polishing my dip, she put a layer of clear gel and baked my nails....  Here we are 4 days later and the gel topcoat is peeling off.  Worst Dip manicure I have ever gotten.  When I tried to explain to her that this was not the proper way to do a dip manicure she responded with that is how we do it here. we but the gel to make it look nice..... it doesnt look nice, it looks awful.I called the store to ask for a refund ( I live out of state and could not return to have them fix the problem).  I was hung up on twice and given the wrong number for the owner.  Dont spend your money here... go somewhere they know what they are doing.

I will never go there ever they are very bad and scammer I pay $35 for over lay on my on Nile and the man name k never lesten he start cutting my on Nile I told him I m going to keep my own Nile but he just did not and I never pay $35 for that kind service befor. Worst place ever I went once w my cousin my nails were slanted never in my life have my nails looked so horrible! I went back again a few times because I live 2 mins away so its very convenient i thought I would give them another try $40 for a full set no shellac nothing just acrylic nails! July 18 Im really busy Im like heck I need a rebase really bad a rebase cant be so much $25 thats what I pay at First nails just for my acrylic and i told her what the thats to much for a rebase last time I came they had charged my cousin $15 for her rebase that was 3 weeks ago and she said yeah prices change last week.. I told her how convenient! so I asked her okay you did my nails last time how much is a full set she said $25.. I told her why had I been charged 40 then I didnt do anything special!!! never ever coming here they rob you and then act like they cant speak english!!!!
