I am DEFINITELY going to this place again! I booked for the end of the day (at closing time) and was a little late and they stayed very close to closing just to do my nails. The workers were beyond friendly and were very engaging with their customers. Unlike other salons which only talk within themselves. There is always somebody cleaning and wiping down the counters which I find very nice and deserving of 5 stars. I noticed that the girl besides me finished painting her nails and did not like the color, and the worker gladly wiped them off and redid them with the color of her liking. This place is amazing. 5 stars. Will come again!

Love these guys! I’ve never had an awful experience, only wonderful visits. I also like to bring my sister and niece as well for visits. I do call ahead at minimum 1 hour and have never been turned away or told to wait. Plus the nails techs are wonderful ladies and so sweet!

They saw me even though I got there last minute. A full set done beautifully and professionally. They made sure my nails looked on point for mothers day and Im so very thankful 💗

Took over 20 minutes to be seen for my wife after having an appointment and I had to ask what the hell and the poor ladies next to me were waiting over an hour for theirs, the only good thing was her nail gal I guess was the wifes favorite so she was happy once she got seen. They need to step up their game by alot, most of the nail girls were just standing around and talking while the people that had appointments were waiting forever. Would not recommend.

The young guy that works there now its phenomenal! He is the only one I let touch my nails. He is more than precise, a perfectionist and is the fastest one in there. Very friendly and will give you pretty much anything you want. He has a ton of experience and a wild nail history. Lol.

Don’t waste your time. I made an appointment for my sister and I and still ended up waiting over an HOUR before even being seated. Then when we were seated they were SO rude. No one gave us colors to pick. They just let us sit with the foil acetone on our nails for another hour. Our nails took 4 hours!!!! Just for dip powder!! Not even pedicure! When they were doing the powder dip they were rushing and not paying attention to detail at all. In the end the nails are so poorly shaped and uneven, very bumpy, they are thick, and catch on everything bc they filed so poorly (even though I asked her like 3 times to fix the rough spots). My sister’s nails were drilled so much that they felt raw. I can’t believe this place has the good reviews - they must have paid for them or something because it doesn’t make sense! Save your money and your nails and stay away from this place bc it’s a joke.

I love this place! They always always do a great job with my nails. They are clean and the owner Alan is always very accommodating. He has great attention to detail. The price is on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. Quality. So far this is my favorite place to go to and I don’t mind spending my money here because I know no matter what they will always do a great job!

Very beautiful job. I got red gel nails with ombre silver sparkles on the middle fingers. They look so great that Im afraid to touch anything..lol

Visiting from out of town and they told me I had to show a birth certificate because my daughter had breast and has a friend the same age as her. I didn’t mind paying but don’t embarrass her. I will not be coming back to this place

They do a wonderful job every time and they remember the shape I want without any conversation. My pedicures and brows stay on point thanks to the staff here 🙂

OMG...Do not go there...They have infestation of cockroaches....many...and jib was rushed..no time spent at all for massaging

The gentleman at the front is always a bit rude, plus they raised their prices significantly and are one of the most expensive in town. They dont really do any massaging of your legs men on your hands and arms like other places do when they give you the mani-pedi and their cleanliness is so so. Definitely not worth the price. Its interesting because this place is always packed, I think its because theyre open on Sundays where other places arent.

Experience was impeccable and the service was wonderful. The staff treated us very well and their work was phenomenal! Definitely will return when I am back home!

They did my nails good and it was nice but ALL if the workers either had no mask or mask mot covering their nose or mouth.

I was super disappointed today as I’ve heard great things, the lady that did my nails messed them up pretty bad, I had asked for a simple French tip design and none of the lines are straight or even, she only did one coat of paint and after gettint gel nails they were basically wet and falling apart as I left, they were not welcoming when I came in, but when she was doing my nails she was friendly. Bad quality for a high price.

Tammi has always done a good job with my nails but I went in today and this girl must of been new worst nail I have ever gotten :( I will for sure ask for Tammi next time ... and last time I got white tips and it was 30 with uv today was regular nail polish all white and they charge me 30... doesn’t make sense :(

I have gone here for over a year...... i have dealt with the owner for this whole time... let me tell you he is nice to mostly everyone except my mother and i. weve always made appointments and left great tips even if we werent satisfied. anyways. so this last time my mom got a new set, coffin french tip and came out with blunt nails they were horrible. my nails were gonna be chrome.... but there is no sparkle or no metallic look to it. And so my mom goes to pay and the guy has been saying as in the owner has been saying have a nice day merry Christmas to everybody except for my mom… And most of my mom comes to me and she is crying in front of everybody. And I ask her whats wrong and she showed me her nails and she told me what happened and she was just so upset that day so I went in there and told the guy off hes always been rude I would never recommend anybody to go here all because of the owner seriously the girl on it and the guy owner or horrible at their jobs literally horrible. We will never be going back there and when my dad went in and told them we need a refund he only give us $20 on the $95 sickening

Always great customer service from everyone. Never had to wait more than just a few minutes to get seated with a nail tech and I virtually always walk-in. Ive had my nails done by most of the nail techs there and they all do a fabulous job. They know what theyre doing here and do it well.

I have just switched from Diva nails in Walmart to SKY NAIL . What a great move! I started with Tammy and still have her. Shes amazing. She suggests stuff for me and always turns out so awesome. Alan always puts his thought in also. He comes up with some great ideas.I love Sky nails! My nails look amazing and they last a long time between fills. They dont lift. I go 4 weeks between fills, and they look as good as the day I got them done but with grow out. As you would expect. You show them a picture and they will do it. Tammy is my go to! But Im sure the other girls are great also.

The first time I received a pedicure from this place, the woman doing it accidentally cut off half of my big toe nail. It was extremely painful, it bled a lot and I was scared it would become infected. The only thing that has kept me coming back here was Tina, to do my brows. She is amazing and probably the best thing about this place. She was not in and they advised a different woman could do them. Against my better judgement and intuition I allowed it, I specifically asked for her to just clean them up and not to shape them. When I got to my car to see how bad they I ended up in tears. This woman not only waxed them unevenly she took off a solid inch off of each to where they were oddly thin and she also took off the corners so they were also short. It took years to get my eyebrows to the shape and thickness they were and this women undid all of that in 15 minutes. I called the owner who asked me to send in photos which I did and I never heard back from him.

I honestly love kim and feel bad giving them an over all experience 4 rating and the only reason why is the guy in the front, i have never seen anyone not welcoming to they own business, on the top of that if you dont pay what he ask you to pay or ask details of anything he will then be so rude. I am always uncomfortable going there to see him. But the staff is grat my lady is amazing. The one thing i like about kim is she doesnt like to talk behind you with they language. Which you all know what i am talking about.🤔

My Wife used to get her nails here until she noticed that they are not only the rudest but also the most disrespectful people around. Their prices are inconsistent due to your social class. If your wearing anything designer or shiny, forget about getting the price that it says on their price sheet. Also people may not understand the language they are speaking but it is obvious when they are talking about you. They make you feel like you are obligated to tip even though they are over charging you for horrible service. Last thing and a big thing, the guy who is their everyday can ruin your day with his disrespectful attitude and tone.

Went in to get eyebrows done and the lady didnt say a single word to me just came in did the job and walked out. Usually when I get my brows done theyll ask if I like it or something.. nothing. Not welcoming at all.

Prices have gone up and not all of the nail ladies are equal

A little spendy but its worth it but be noted that there is a definite language barrier so make sure that you take pictures with you so that you can explain to them what you want and they will do it for you theyre very good about that and very nice.

This is my go-to nail place. I normally get powder dip and it lasts as long as youre comfortable with it growing out. They only take appointments same week, generally one or two days out, but they also take walk-ins.

Sky nails is my favorite. I only use them for my brows and my feet. They always do a great job and Ive only waited 15 minutes one time in the 8+ years Ive been going.

I will update when they start to chip. But I think they look good . Paid a lot more than i thought and the woman got upset when i told her not to file my nails (personal preference). But she obliged and did the dip powder anyways. It took about 2 hours (almost 30 min waiting in the water) but they were professional. Massage was good. No cuticle cutting or water dip (which has never happened, so Im not sure if its a new thing or she just forgot). I would go back at this point.

ALWAYS do a fantastic job. Ive never had a nail pop off. They always work hard on doing your designs. They are always busy, so appointments are a MUST.

My husband and I recently got our feet done at Sky Nails. The lady I had was wonderful. The lady he had tore up his toes. His toes left bleeding and now are infected. Pretty sure his toes will grow back ingrown. She cut the sides of the nails super short which caused them to bleed. He didn’t mention at the time since I was enjoying it. When we called today to inform them what happened I was hung up on by a male that answered the phone.

They do great work and are very professional. They are not as chatty as most places but they are friendly. They are extremely busy and it can take a while. I would definitely recommend making an appointment especially if you want to use the kids chair because it gets booked up quick.

Ive been going to this salon for years. I dont get my nails done in my hometown. I drive 15 miles because I am very picky. The owner Alan is great, the girls are friendly, the salon is clean. I would highly recommend Sky Nails.

Fast, great price and great quality nails. I was long overdue for my nails to get done after this place did them but the nails all were still very stuck on my nail. Some places, the nails come off after a week or two (horrible)... the lady wasnt a talker but I like that lol. I got a full set acrylics. They were super busy but made sure to get my friend to be able to sit by me. I moved to maple valley but I would definitely go here again!

Stephanie is the best! She always does an amazing job, if you want to see her make an appointment. She only works on the weekends.

Got a regular pedicure and it was pretty bomb. My paint is still holding up pretty well and its been 2 weeks. Would go back.

Tina is my favorite here. I ended up going to Covington nails for the last 2 months and Ill never go back there. I dont know why I switched there in the first place. Ill be back tomorrow.

Staff makes you feel uncomfortable and it’s a waste of their time. When you walk in the guy doesn’t even look at you he’s playing some game and doesn’t give you a time that you can get in. He literally just looks at the book of schedules and just makes faces and finally says come back in 2 hours mind you they just opened.

I have been going here for 2 years now since I moved to Auburn and they are the best! I have tried all the nail salons in the area and I wont go anywhere else unless they are busy (im usually a walk in) but 9/10 times they get me in with no wait!

Love this place! The girls are always so nice and do great work. I love that they do acrylic powder and that you can change the color when you get a refill, most places dont. They always have so many people working that even if you dont have an apt you dont have to wait too long. This is the best place I have been to in a while.

Full staffed on a Tuesday got me right in reasonable pricing 40 dollars even for a fill with 1 broken nail gel polish and a toe nail color change and she even filled my toes and sprayed my feet down . Lots of color choices for gel they didnt have nail foils which is the design I had last time but they have polish that looks the same or better .

First time i went was great but this last time you could tell the girl didnt want to work at all and was in a hurry and when I left i still had calluses and dead skin on my feet she hardly did anything! Waste of money and I wont be back unfortunately.
