One Happy PerfectionistI have visited this facility for approximately two years. I am a frequent customer because of the quality I receive with each visit. It is disheartening to read some of the reviews about poor service. This has never been my experience, and I will be the first to admit: I can be hard to please. I am a perfectionist! Their services may take a little longer than other salons, but the time extends because they are working to ensure each detail is perfect! More importantly, they are not as expensive as some other salons who do not provide the same quality. I would recommend giving them a try and develop your opinion.

Hey I was denied service because the owner stated that I was too fat to sit in the chair. I have been to this salon several times before and had my nails done. I am so embarrassed and emotionally hurt from what I encountered today. The owner will be seeing me in court because of discrimination. Even when my sister asked her what was going on she tried to make it seem as if another customer came in and broke a chair. By the way there were some plus size women in the shop today and she serviced them. The below photos are of me. I highly recommend you skip this nail salon. The embarrassment is not worth it. I will never go to another salon again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am highly upset and disappointed at how they treated my sister. I literally come in here all the time and never had a big issue. Unfortunately this particular time my sister had an embarrassing and terrible experience with the lady I assume manages the shop. The lady told my sister that she couldnt do her nails because she was too big to fit in her chair when literally my sister came in here plenty of times with me before but never got her nails done by the lady who told her that awful thing. My sister was so embarrassed that she left out crying. I will definitely let others know that this shop doesnt allow bigger size people Their services! Im highly upset and will never return. Discrimination at its finest! If you are plus size avoid coming here These illiterate/dense people will not service you!

Very unprofessional place of business that lack respect/value for all people! This place discriminates against heavy size women! My sister was refused service today because she was “too big for the chair”. We have always received service from this salon and never had this issue until today. As a woman, I am hurt and devastated that I had to witness my sister leave in shame and crying because of her size!! This is unacceptable and need to be addressed!

Can not believe they discriminate against people and their size. So disappointed will not be returning

Ratings are based on the writers intelligence and experience with the subject. I believe my travels from around the globe and my every two weeks standing Nail Salon schedule makes me have a valued opinion. We read the reviews and try out the salon. It was clean even with an 85 health rating (You might want to Read). I digress, They waited on us fairly quick and I got a least a technician that was decent and a bit rough. However, since all went well until it was design time and then it was down hill with work that was not the worst I have endured but just to be cleared, they dont listen to their customers and they are so quick to move on. Going to the spa supposed to be relaxing and not a quick in/out. In the end if they slow down and talk (english) we would return to support the business. We hope they get better and get engaged with the customers!

Waited an hour for a pedicure. Then was charged for the incorrect treatment. Not the best customer service.

The woman that owns the place is so nice. I only trust her to do my eye brows and we also have nice conversations every time I’m there. I recommended so many friends and they also love this place. Don’t know what I’m going to do when I graduate.

Its new management but just has the same name. Tina is a very sweet lady, she does a excellent job on my nail and it looks fabulous. I would recommend anyone to her because shes very good.

What a joy to have finally found my nail home. I am so picky when it comes to my nails. I did nails professionally for 30 years and they have met my high expectations. They are super fast. I am always in and out in 30 min. or less and I have never had a lifted nail. They are worth the $3 extra they charge for some things, like some complainers said. I have been to most salons in the area and Have found my nail home. Love them

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars, thats how bad it was. The place was dirty and the people were rushing (I dont know why because there wasnt even anyone in there). They didnt replace the towel on the nail station with a new one when I sat down and it was crusty. I asked for a full manicure and the guy didnt even do any of the cuticle trimming, lotion, massage, he just put the gel color on and that was that. Not even a week later, it is already peeling off (which Ive never had happen before.) Would NOT recommend this place to anyone, go elsewhere. I was very upset as this was for my wedding nails. I will never return to this salon.

They are under new management, Nice nasty, will talk about you/ people (in their language) in front of your face and laugh about it.Didnt care. Like we dont know they are talking about people..Want go back there.

Good price and does fine on nails. Nothing super special about the place to me. They are sanitary too.

New Management Has Really Improved & Turned Things Around Compared to A Previous Visit . Clean, Friendly and One of The Best Foot Massages / Pedicures Ive Received In A Long Time. Made Me Feel Like A V.I.P Guest As They Offered Me A Drink & Was Very Attentive.

Absolutely perfect! I went in for my classic mani pedi and they took such great care of me. The staff was very friendly, and made it clear they actually cared about my needs. Nails are beautiful! Will be back soon.

Terrible!!!!!! If I could rate a 0 I would have. The salon was dirty and dingy. I came in for a full set and the guy did not ask me the shape when he was putting on the nails, so when I told him round and he made a noise like he was mad. So first, I asked him was he joking and he sort of made a face. I told him that you never asked what shape and he said Shame in a laughing manner. I did not think it was funny and at that point I just wanted him to finish because I knew I would NEVER come back there. He tried to make small talk, but by then it was over. The first time I had ever went to a salon and did not tip, but he did not deserve anything. I only went there because my usual nail salon was closed and I really needed my nails done, but I so wish I would have just waited.

Just because I wanted shorter nails it dont mean rush because you have other people walking.. It was my birthday and the same day I got them done it look like I needed a fill-in already. Ill stick to Diva Nails

I used to love this salon even though it wasnt brand new. Since all of the old staff has left, its not worth your time. The pedicure and wax are horrible and rushed.

Absolutely terrible. My nails are misshapen and weak. The people are sweet but sadly they do not know what they are doing. Prices are too high to have have such terrible results.

Lovely & clean nice service

I did not like anything about this place. This was the worst nail salon that I ever went to. The salon workers had their son running and yelling all over the place. The work station that I sat in was disgusting so I cleaned it myself because this was a very last minute thing. My nails were supposed to been gel acrylic but they were not so I was over charged and my color was very ugly and not neat so I told them and the owner corrected one nail. He did not know how to do designs at all. After that horrific ordeal was over I sat under the dryer and the idiots turned off the lights. I got up and left I would refer no one to them. I honestly hope they use the money I gave them and pay for daycare.

Omg so I go in there last week to get a full set (pink and white set) and it takes them almost 2 hours and they still look like crap. I told the guy I wanted them short due to I have a newborn and he goes I do them and if too long I will make short! Really? Thought I was the customer? I havent even gotten to the worse part. It was 100 degrees with no music or tv going, children laid all over the couch coughing, flies every where and one of the little boys that was there came out with no pants or underwear on. I thought I was at a nail salon not a day care. Even though they have a friendly staff, I would not go back to this place to save my soul... I will stick with Tracy modelnails in Phenix city, al.

Awful results. Not clean. Service wasnt bad but my fingernails and toenails do not look good.

Almost all of my nails have broken off with the first 3 days, I will never return. I went to get them fixed each time and I’m given attitudes and asked a million questions. Is there anything lower than a 1 star?
