Got my wedding nails done with my gals! Loved the results and they still look great almost two weeks later.

I asked for matching polish on finger nails and toe nails. Didn’t get it! The tech cut the sides of my fingers and made me bleed. I didn’t have hangnails that needed to be cut! So for the last week I’ve had scabs on my fingers. It’s been one week today and my polish is peeling off! This is the worst place! Don’t go there!

The only nail salon Ill ever go to. Friendly staff, will always be enthusiastic and careful, they are in no hurry to make a great look on my nails. Great prices and Im always happy with what theyve done.

Ive been here a few times for acrylics and this time I got white with silver foil on my ring fingers and its the prettiest set Ive had yet I love going here because the polish never chips and the customer service is great. Also very affordable.

Have done a great job with reopening for pedicures!!! New chairs, plastic between chairs and between tech and client. Took my temp, had me fill out a questionnaire. Always gloved and now using disposable pedi kits. A little more expensive than before, but well worth the few extra dollars for greater safety.

LOVED my experience at Gel Nails! A friend and I decided to treat ourselves to some pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. We made an appointment a few days before. There are a limited number of stations so I recommend making an appointment, especially on a Saturday.Being pregnant, I was excited to learn that they dont do any kind of acrylic nails so I didnt have to worry about those kinds of chemicals in the air. The salon did still smell like nail polish towards the front but once you get back to the stations, the smell disappears. I was grateful for that as I did not want a headache! I really liked that.The whole atmosphere of the salon is very tranquil. The nail techs were great! We chatted a bit but I was also able to relax and just kind of chill.I thought the price was reasonable as the techs really took their time and it was a lovely experience.

Started my day on bad note. Had been to a different nail salon that morning and had a very bad experience. Ended up walking out with my nails all jacked up and me having an anxiety attack. Went to Gel Nails hoping someone could help me fix my nails. When I arrived they made me an appointment with in the first few minutes. The Salon was very clean and staff was very friendly & understandng. They saved my day!!! My nails were fixed and looked amazing when I left 30 minutes later.I am very grateful and pleased. The staff is very friendly, professional, and the customer and her satisfaction are their top priorities. The owner has done my nails several times now, and I wouldnt even consider going any place else! I have definitely found my nail salon!!I highly recommend Gel Nails to everyone.

Ive been coming here for awhile. Ive always had great experiences. This is the only place Ive seen where they open a new packages of tools each time. It just makes me feel better about getting my nails done and not having to worry if the technician cleaned the tools prior. They are really busy so I recommend making an apt or getting there early on weekends.

Although it seemed busy, I was attended to and seated right away.This is the best manicure Ive gotten. She took her time and paid attention to every minor detail, making my nails perfect. I am just visiting so I definitely felt lucky to have found this place. Decided to try a new nail place and I found this place on Google with great reviews. I thought the guy at the counter was fantastic with helping me find parking and then also when I went in and pick the colors for my nails he told me what number of Polish to use to match my toes. My pedicurist was amazing and trust me she has some work to do. My S&S lady was super fantastic. We had good conversation the whole time that I was getting my nails done. She shape them exactly the shake that I wanted and she did them thin and square round like I asked. I really enjoyed my time there it was nice music playing and it was super clean.

Went here last year when in town for work and loved it so much I had to return. Second visit was just as amazing. Staff is super friendly and dedicated to the customer having a really enjoyable experience. Furthermore, all of their nail technicians were very talented. I randomly found this place on google after the last place I went to the gel ruined my nails. I love this place! The owner was great. Her foot massage was on the harder side which I love. My sister had nail art (I forgot to ask her name) but it looked better then the photo.

I love Gel Nails. All the girls are great. They make you feel comfortable and they do a great job. I got mani and pedicure with gel toes, she did flower 3D designs, so cute. The cutest Ive seen ever! They are truly a hidden gem!

Love this place. Best in the area where their tools are sanitized and clean. They have a variety of types of services. I went in for a regular pedicure but decided to go for the lavender pedicure and was not disappointed!! It was absolutely relaxing and worth every penny. I also got the dip power nails which made my nails look amazing for my upcoming vacation. Cat did a lovely job I would recommend it to anyone!

I traveled to Auburn for my birthday and decided to stop in for a appointment. I was greeted at the door with a smile. My best friend accompanied me she didnt get serviced but she was still treated amazingly. This business deserves 10 stars!

I would highly recommend this place for dip powder nails! They have the biggest color selection I’ve seen at any nail salon, and did the best job on the dip powder nail than I’ve ever had, and I’ve gotten them 6 other times at two other salons. I would become a devout customer if only I lived here! I was in Auburn on vacation and one of my dip powder nails started lifting because I hit my hand on something. I frantically called places near me and they told me to just walk in and they would fix it. We were able to find a color that perfectly matched the color I already had and redid the nail in about 10 minutes. More than that, they did a perfect job - way better than the rest of my nails. And then they insisted on not even charging me! I tipped the manicurist anyway and will plan on coming here the next time I’m visiting! Anyone who lives near this salon and wants dip powder nails would be crazy to not go here. I’m so jealous as I continue my search to find a place as good as this one where I live!

I have been getting my nails w acrylic and pedicure and well as eye brow wax on and off scence I was 16.. this was the second time going to this location and never left disapointed.. I am beyond greatful for the professionalism with the daughter of one of the owner for being professional kind and getting me right in for a apt.. today I went and Jimmy was my nail tech he of course will be my recommended tech due to how amazing his work is he showed me several pictures of designs and nail sets he was the nail tech of. Jimmy also was professional about letting me know of other sites he had opened and his new shop he opened in east syracuse which will be a visit soon.. I could go on and on about how clean the salon was how polite all the techs were and the fact that insted of giveing me a attitude about a small smudge I noticed he told me thank you.for pointing it and smiled and assured me he knew of it but was not done completely and I apologised to him and he smile and said your ok! But as I said I am very please and will be one of which im sure this salon has many loyal customers! I thank you again and I will let u know this is the best set of nails I have ever had hands down! Thanks for being awsome!!!! If there is typos I apologize but I am beyond impressed!!!!!

I had a great experience at first, i had a wonderful girl do my acrylics, the were beautiful, one had come off while i was doing stuff so i called to make an appointment with her specifically and i show up and the guy who appears to be the owner, took me after i said who my appointment was with, he then argued with me about the color, and started painting my natural nail and i had to tell him i had acrylics🤦‍♀️. That was the first thing. Then he proceeded to put the acrylic straight onto my nail instead of putting the plastic tip on, i asked him to please do that and he told me i didn’t need it. I said i would rather have that and he wouldn’t listen and refused to do it, so now i’m stuck with a nail that looks and feels different than the rest, not to mention how bad the paint job is.

Desperately needed a pedicure in the middle of my vacation, and happened upon this place. My pedicure was perfect! The young guy even made a color to match my nails since they didnt have one, and the nail tech was so sweet and thorough! Id certainly come back!

This salon goes above and beyond what is expected. Not only do they do beautiful work, but they provide a wonderful experience. My nails get wonderful comments and I couldnt be happier. Will definitely be going back.

The women kept stopping what she was doing on my nails to look at her phone..there are bubbles in the Polish plus she was rough with my hands..it was for an anniversary gift from my love.. definitely not happy

Im not sure if this is the same gel nail everyone below is talking about, but I am currently sitting getting a pedi and its probably the best pedicure ever! Its very clean in here and the nail tech is awesome!! So happy I stopped on my way home from work. I will definitely be stopping here more when on my way home to rochester!

Super clean space, nice technicians and great color choices. Reasonable prices for sns and they fixed a chip for me for free when I came back a week later (I use my hands a lot at work not their fault it chipped!!!).

Have chosen here two days ago for my birthday. Ive noticed that if I call even just an hour in advance. I liked how to she chat to me about nails. ALSO, Midway through my service I asked if she had time to do a design on my nails. I like them thin and natural looking. Go when you have the time to relax to get a mani.

Its a hit or miss at this nail salon but its the best in Auburn. Plus, theyre called gel nails but when I asked if the did gel nails they said no. They only do gel polish over a set of acrylic nails. Im sure no one that goes there for service have a clue about what Im talking about 😂

I started coming to this local salon a few years ago- it was reccomended to me by a friend- I though they had a nice ambiance with good custmer service and professional associates. I am always please with my manicures and pedicures as well as my having my eyebrows waxed

Where do I begin? When we (my daughter and I ) had walked in I told them she wanted one color with sparkles on top. When I wanted to have them do my daughters nails (as to whom is 4 years of age) the guy walked her over to the nail polish along the wall and then left her there to choose a color instead of helping her get one off the shelf! And then he sat back down in the front of the building. So realizing he left her to basically fend for herself-I got up and walked over to help her myself. We stood there- I asked the staff 3 TIMES if we could take a color off the shelf. Finally after standing there for about 5-7 minutes I got a response. I got the nail polish for my baby- she got her nails done. Only to find out that it would be extra to get the nails done special. So we kept one color. She cut my finger and I bled. I wish I could send a pic of my nails. They look terrible enough for my own bf to make a comment on how CHOPPY and TERRIBLE they look. They are expensive-rude - and over all an inadequate place. The lady doing my nails was rude as well making a comment about my nails that was embarrassing. Then- (Mind you)- the guy at the front desk was asking me if there was a place in the area to call the IRS....I AM ONE PI$$ED OFF OVER PAYING MOTHER. NEVER EVER am I taking myself or my baby to this place again!!!!!!!! Would not recommend to my family nor my friends let alone my worst enemy.

This place used to be great, nail tech cut my finger, instruments are in bags that are not sealed and not sterile. Nail polish all over my nails as well... sad, will not return.

Went in and have been gotten the gel nails and Mimi did them as same as the picture I showed her which I appreciated that and also used a clean tool for my hands :). Will see you in a few weeks!

AWFUL!!!! Waited an hour and ten minutes before I was finally able to start my nails. I was told 2 minutes multiple times with each wait being at least 15 minutes. People were taken care of before me that had entered the salon at least 20 minutes after me. I was clearly upset and stressed, when I was jokingly asked why I was upset I explained my graduation party was in one hour and I was late, he walked away laughing at me. Then when I told him what I wanted on my nails he laughed and said dont be late.

Worst nail place ive been too and thats saying a lot. 2 nails broke THE NEXT DAY just from putting shoes on?? they looked very good but very cheap supplies. I had 7 nails break all together in 2 weeks and I paid $52. also very very rude for absolutely no reason. my first time there a girl was crying bc shes had her nails messed up every time she went there. talked to the guy on the phone and said he needed to fix them for free bc this was ridiculous and he told me to relax. hahahahahah so I came in there with a very big attitude and sat right down till they fixed them and they did but still proceeded to break AGAIN the next day. wish they used better acrylic products bc they did look very good at first design and painting wise. really dont reccomend unless youre just getting a manicure or pedicure. my mom got short nails and they werent bad but still seen better.

This place is awful. I just currently went into this location last Wednesday and got a pedicure and manicure gel polish done. First of all they charge you $15 extra for gel on top of the normal pricing and they dont tell you. I didnt even ask for Gel they just did it. I was there over two hours because I would wait for them to do other things in the shop and ended up paying $75 for a mani and pedi. Its no one week later and my gel polish is peeling off and chipped. Horrible experience will never go back
