I used to go here alot. My nails always looked good but the experience was not always an enjoyable one. The employees are often times rude and make you sit in a chair after they called you up for up to an hour, even on their not so busy days. They don’t like to listen to you or what you want when they do your nails. They almost made my mom cry because of how they looked at her and made her feel. There are plenty of better nail salons in Auburn. I promise you’ll see the difference after going somewhere other than Envy.

Went in to get a pedicure, doors were wide open so you would think they were open to the public… got to go in pick a color and sat down in chair, only to have one of the workers to just be rude saying they aren’t even open… had a lobby full of a bridal party, if you are going to open for them then you should have a sign saying that don’t be rude to other customers..

I love this place! I’ve been using Envy for years and I’m never disappointed! Lin is my go-to for manicures and pedicures. She is personable, kind, professional, and always makes my appointments a positive experience. I highly recommend Envy AND Lin!

I had powder dip nails done a week ago at another salon. They looked so bad in just a weeks time. They were thick and not pretty at all. I went to Envy and was lucky enough to get Haley to redo my nails and I also got a pedicure today. She is absolutely amazing! I can’t get over how much better they look! I am so impressed and look forward to my next appointment! Thank you again Haley, you’re the best!!!!!! ❤️

This is my favorite place in auburn to get my nails done and it seems like it is a favorite among many of my friends too! I have been so pleased with the way my nails turned out, the price, and how long they lasted when I’ve gotten them done here. Additionally, the employees are super accommodating and friendly.

I was really excited to try this place because of good reviews. I left bleeding and in a lot of pain. I dont move and try to be very mindful of how my hand needs to be positioned. I really hate when the drill is used to removed my cuticles, rather than pushed back and trimmed. Then the edge of the file was so new and SHARP that it sliced open the corners of my nail bed on a few fingers. When he noticed I was in pain, I was told its because my hands were tense and because my cuticles are too dry. I had to keep band aids on four fingers for the rest of the week. Why did I sit through this? I have no idea.

Excellent service! Was clean and very professional! I came for a fill and toe polish and was out in less than 2 hours! T did my nails and I am in love! He was very detail oriented and met my expectations! He made me feel like I had been going there for years even though this was my first time. Will definitely be returning again and recommending this salon to friends!

I love the cleanliness and professionalism! If you make an appointment they are always on time. Very friendly and just a great atmosphere to go to relax and rejuvenate. My dip powder nails are always perfect; pedicure amazing. 😃

Took my daughter here after trying so many other places in town. Was a great first experience!! The technician was wonderful and my daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and he delivered it perfectly. This will be our go to nail salon from now on! Very accommodating, friendly, professional and a super nice, roomy salon...a win win a the way!

Customers are spaced out every other chair. Shields are lowered during the pedicure service. Masks and hand sanitizer are required but are also provided. I am extremely impressed with the amount of effort that has gone into protecting the public and themselves! Make an appointment and patronize this business.

So on the phone they said one price and when we get there standing it’s another price then when we get sat down it’s another price. Then if you pay cash it’s a whole mother price! It’s ridiculous!!!!! The service is not that great either. It’s definitely mediocre and then on top of that the lady left me with uneven eyebrows, and told me to fill them in.

This was my first visit here at Envy Nail Spa in Auburn, Alabama. Andy my nail tech who did my deluxe pedicure did an amazing job! Hes the best!!! Their prices are very good too! I loved the soothing and relaxing music that was playing. I will definitely be back!

I’m new to town and Jenny was incredible. I’m very picky about my nails and she did amazing. The staff was so kind and went to great lengths to make sure the salon was sanitary and that we felt comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

In town and decided to kill time by getting a pedicure. VERY VERY impressed with the lengths theyre going through to help curb the spread of germs. Shields come down for pedicure, hand sanitizer is used before you touch anything in the salon. Wish I lived closer than Birmingham, cause they would be my go to all the time! 🥰

Best nail salon I have found in the area. There is typically a long wait, be prepared. But to me the wait is worth it for the quality of service I receive. Just like with every nail salon, I have preferred persons who will do things just as I like without asking, but they all want to make you happy with the services you receive, speak up before you are done and they are happy to fix whatever your problem is.

Very relaxing atmosphere and I will definitely return. Customer service was awesome!! I live 45 minutes away and was just in town to visit but I will be driving 45 minutes from now on because thats how good the service was!

Rude staffs. made appointment at 7:30pm. got there after work 7:08. guided to sat at the table at 7:11. 10 minute later, A girl came and asked me about color and didnt came back for 30 minutes. I left 7:40 didnt get service done since they close at 8:00 pm. the worst nail shop I have ever been. check yelp reviews not just google.

Best nail salon in Auburn hands down. They care so much about their handiwork and genuinely want to help you feel your best. Will be coming back soon!

Just waited 30 minutes on a Tuesday night for a mediocre gel manicure with no frills... color and no lotion, hand massage, or anything at the end. He did a fine color on my nails but was not worth the hassle. Manicurist was rude and did not say a word to me until it was time to pay. Will not be back again.

If youre looking for a great salon with friendly service, this is not the place to go. My cousin, sister-in-law and I went into the salon and my cousin immediately felt uncomfortable because of the nasty faces she was given by the employees. She recorded what they were saying and had her friend translate it for her. They were talking about how the three of us would never get married because we dont keep up with ourselves. Mind you, we were having a girls day out and didnt feel like dressing up. We just wanted to go to the salon, relax, and have a good time. What gives people the right to judge other people? NOTHING DOES. Their service was horrible and I will never go back again. Hopefully, neither will you. Go to a salon whose workers are decent and respectful people.

I have been going to this salon for over a year now!!! All the technicians are amazing but Jenny is the best...Ive known her since my highschool days and her work is hands down amazing ❤️ I drive 45 mins just for her to do my nails!

The first time I came here they were great, but the last three times I’ve come here I’ve been ignored for over 30 minutes. One time I left after an hour of being left at a table, but I decided to try one more time and the same thing happened again. They prioritize customers who order more expensive packages. Only come here if you’re okay with being ignored.
