They do a great job sometimes they don’t have good days and my nail chip or come off but sometimes they do a good job

Ive been going here regularly for years now and have always had a good experience no matter what service and/or employee I have gotten.

I totally love this place. She is really professional! The price is not so expensive, it is valuable. She did it really fast without any mistakes. I will come here again. I’d like to recommend to come here for everyone !!!

Great place! Seemed pretty clean. The workers were very nice and polite. I got there at 9am when they opened and was helped right away. More people showed up and they had a longer wait. My advice, get there early. I would go again.

I went in for a fill in and the gentleman who did my nails was very quick, didn’t talk my ear off which was great. He didn’t file down the edge of the acrylic at the bed of my nail and just put more acrylic over it. I only ever do French tips in a variety of color and you can see the line where he didn’t properly do the job. Also I lived in much larger city before auburn and I don’t get how I had to pay 32$ for a fill in????????

The lady at the first desk did my nails, lavender. I didn’t like the shape of my thumb nail so she did it over for me. I’m very very picky but she did a great job. Nice friendly staff, and I liked watching hgtv in the process. Plenty of colors to pick from as well, a must!

One ☝️ of the women did my nails and the color was good because SHE didn’t do that but the nail shape was horrible. It was supposed to be COFFIN but mine just looked like a messed up almond and she kept making my nails shorter than I actually wanted them like it was her choice saying “that’s too long” if someone asked for a certain length then that’s what your supposed to do. Well at least I think that’s what you do when you have a JOB.

I’ve been coming to nail love for years. I remember their transition around the Kroger plaza. I was so upset when I had to use the nice company in the mall because couldn’t get to the people who treat me like family at nail love. I always let the mom pick my colors because she has a good eye for color. The last time I was there dad had made a dash for Kroger and made me wish I had stopped for Starbucks first. Any crazy design or color i or my daughters want they are very accommodating and patient.What stands out to me is the Love in Nail LoveRecently I’ve been very ill and have very many appointments to go to so the highlight of one of my daughters out of town visits was to take her to nail love and they were extremely nice to herMy next visit my friend was going out of town so I only had time to get a repair and even though the mom didnt understand why I would only want one finger done she listened and picked out my color as usualMy service was fast and just as nice as when I get a full set or a fill and I was grateful to be done by the time the vehicles were gassed up and everyone was waiting on me to go.If your are looking for a family friendly environment with awesome colors and even some entertainment for your little ones come to nail love they are awesome

I read tons of google reviews before deciding where to go to get my eyebrows waxed. He did an AMAZING job and was so nice. Definitely go here!

Been using this place for the 5 years I’ve been in Auburn & always satisfied no matter who I get!

My friend and I got the basic pedicure there, and they were great! They close at 8 p.m., but my friend and I couldnt get there until 7:45. They stayed open for us! Their basic pedicure includes a pumice stone feet scrub, as well as a feet and leg massage. Got my eyebrows waxed too and they look great.

Dont go. Nail technicians act as if theyre doing you a favor versus their jobs. Got a manicure and gel polish. Nail technician stuck my hands Im a bowl of cold water no soap or bubbles and polish chipped and peeled in 2 days. Save your money.

I have been going there for the last 2.5 years. They are really sweet and friendly. Great customer service. They dont pressure you into getting anything you dont want. Ill continue to go to Nail Love..

The staff are rude. I came in and spoke, no one said ANYTHING. I asked if I could get dipping powder, again almost silence. They looked at each other, spoke amongst themselves and said no because they were closing soon. Ive tried to give them a second chance after a previous bad experience, but never again.

Great service and pedicures are spectacular. However, I got my nails done yesterday with a full set regular polish and overall I like it but its a bit lumpy towards the tips and its inconsistent but others say they look good.! Ill return! They were cheap too only $22 . 😊

Honestly if I werent just looking for a quick manicure I would have rated this lower--they were able to get me in right away and that was nice, and overall the manicure was good (cuticles, etc.) BUT my main frustration was that the polish was inconsistent. It was like it had been thinned out poorly, so it was not super smooth nor consistent in color. It was chipping off pretty badly two days later. I added another layer of OPI top coat at home but to no avail. I dont love gel nails, so I often get just a regular manicure, and I dont expect polish to last forever and ever but usually I get at least a week when Ive gone other places in Auburn. I am assuming its better there if you go ahead and get gel nails instead. Just FYI if youre only looking for a regular manicure.

This use to be my favorite nail salon. I always would come to this salon every 2 weeks. I would be upcharged everytime because of my nail length which was short sometimes but I was still charged for long nails. I recently went in this salon to get a fill-in and a pedicure, I got the at 6:09 I was refused services because they wanted to go home at 7 which is the time they close. I only do gel polish so it wouldnt have took that long.

Very pleased with the atmosphere and staff...had white tips done by Kevin, and I have to say he did a fantastic job, so much so that when I am in Auburn I would stop and have him do my nails again and again...

Kevin is one of the best. If you want your nails done right go see him.
