I’ve been getting my eyelashes done here since March. My natural lashes are very thin and short, and I wanted longer, curlier lashes that still looked natural. Helen does an amazing job each time.

Great experience.I wanted to do my lashes today and luckily I got to do it with them it was a great service.I am a person who wear glasses a lot so I asked the lashes not too long and that took curly.The result makes me really happy!!!

I have been coming here for years for eyelash extensions. Helen is amazing at what she does! Every time I have come in, the salon has been very clean. The other staff is extremely friendly & very passionate about what they do. Parking isnt too bad as there is street parking & a couple of lots close by. I love using the online scheduler too, makes things easy!

Lyn use to do my lashes until I couldnt make it one day od course I called and let her her know and later she came up with she could no longer do my lashes. When she herself canceled on me several times. Other then that Helen does a good job with lashes!

We’ve been going to Linh faithfully for a year for my daughter. One time we had a large gap in between getting them done so my daughter put mascara on that was two months ago. Last Monday my daughter went in to get a fill and by Thursday half of the lashes fell off. Linh said she would do a mini fill to help then said it’s because she wears mascara but she never did. Then I went to make the appointment LINH told us too and they blocked her and said “she too much” and blocked us on her phone which she was the one who texted us in the first place. All we asked was her to fix it and it was all a excuse and she lied.

I’ve been hesitated to leave a review but after the poor customer service and unprofessionalism I got from an employee today, rubbed me the wrong way. I went to this nail salon two weeks ago and the service was great, and the nail technician did an amazing job. I’ve decided that I want to go back and made an appointment yesterday. I found out that I was on call for work and reached out to nail bar yesterday and it went to voicemail. I went ahead and left a voicemail to cancel my appointment that I had made for today and I mentioned my name. Mind you, they closed at 7 pm. So it got me thinking why they didn’t answer my call. I was hoping they will get my voicemail when they got into work today. I got two missed calls from nail bar this morning while I was at work. I called them back when I got on my break and whoever the lady that picked up, was disrespectful and rude. I repeat, DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. She didn’t let me talk, and she went about how I can’t cancel last minute appointment and that she never got my voicemail. There was a language barrier and I didn’t understand what she was saying. While I was still ‘talking’, she hung up the phone. It got me thinking this isn’t how you treat your customers. Period. I had cancel my appointment the day before. So apparently, it wasn’t a last minute cancellation. It didn’t stated anywhere on their website either. I wouldn’t go back to nail bar after what happened today. Sorry, not sorry.

I usually come here for my manicure and pedicure, clean spot, and I usually never have to wait if I make an appointment. No real complaints as an adult.I’m only giving three stars because they charged me $40 to paint (no gel just regular polish) my five year olds toes and fingers. Moms I really recommend going to sky nail spa and tanning shop. They have a kid friendly pedicure chair that’s a mermaid and they only charge $12 for both a manicure/pedicure for kids.After reading many of the reviews on this shop it seems that this shop has a history of dishonesty with their prices and services. I hope every person reading my review understands that they can file a complaint to the state attorney generals office if they feel they were charged wrongfully or dishonestly. I have already filed my complaint.

Cassandra was so helpful in helping me find the best choice for my nails ! I chose the wrong selection when making my appointment and I was super luckily she was able to make time for what I wanted ! We went with sculpted forms instead of tips and I couldn’t be happier! They feel so sturdy and look amazing! She checked often to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and the nail art was great! Went here for the first time today and although the job she did was descent there was a communication breakdown. I call ahead to schedule an appt. and get an estimate for a pedicure with gel polish. I was told $35 but when I got there they said I ask for something else entirely different🤔. The total price ended up being $45 instead of the $35.After reading past reviews it seems to be a common practice of theirs to not be honest with prices. Also, there is no prices listed anywhere. How convenient.

Nail Bar & LashesI’ve known Tien & Helen for more than 15 years so my loyalty is to them. I’ve also had services with Kim. Quality of work is excellent! I do have one major issue. In the last 6 months when I’ve gone in for services it has been challenging to relax & enjoy the pampering when it’s disrupted with another worker who is using profanity that’s clearly inappropriate & unprofessional. I don’t want to be in a place of business where this behavior & language is allowed & tolerated. If Holly is allowed to continue I will strongly consider going elsewhere.

My lashes were wrecked before, Helen fixed me up right!. Lynn did awesome on reshaping and my full on nails. I needed a polish change and Lynn cleaned up the poorly done pedicure I got before visiting my mom here. A+ salon!. Ill be flying back frequently for Services here!

I was a client here for almost 4 months because Holly is a fabulous nail technician. I brought my friends here as well as sent many people their way. However, I wont use your services anymore. I made an appointment for my friend and I for a Saturday, but we both ended up going the day before instead. My friend had told the nail technicians that I would be in later that same day and that we wouldnt be coming the next day. BUT I guess seeing us both there and verbally hearing it wasnt enough for them. Were regular customers who they acknowledge by name but somehow didnt connect the dots when looking at their schedule. I was told that its my fault for not cancelling online when I asked why a total of $124 was taken out of my bank account. Even if I didnt cancel online and your hidden policy is to charge 50%, how do you get $124 as being half of the $30 total service cost I had scheduled? And this wasnt even the last of it. I called to cancel my eyelash appointment for that day BECAUSE they took that money out of my account and I no longer could pay for the $170 eyelash set with the money missing from my account. I was told that they were going to charge me 50% for cancelling. But I cancelled BECAUSE they took my money that I was going to use to pay for it. So all in all, I was wrongfully charged $209 after spending $80 on my nails the night before. I dont recommend going here because they are perfectly okay with burning their loyal customers.

Tein has done my nails for years and she has never disappointed me. Her designs are one of a kind and worth every penny! You truly get what you pay for! I would and always do recommend for any of my friends to go to this salon. It’s the best! All of the staff are friendly & professional. It’s just a great place.

I was charged the full amount of the services I scheduled because I forgot to cancel my appointment (which was an honest mistake). I didn’t think I would be charged, and when I contacted them they questioned me about why I missed my appointment and if I tried to cancel it (even though I stated I FORGOT to cancel it) first of all I’m not a child and second that’s really none of their business. I went once and I liked their work but I won’t be going back again.

I’ve spent lots of money and countless visits at other nail salons who never satisfied my likings. Let me just say, I LOVE this salon. The ladies are all super nice, very welcoming, they talk to you like they’ve known you for years. Their work is amazing! They have decent pricing but hey, you go somewhere cheap in most cases the work they do will be cheap as well. This place however, has nothing but talent. I highly recommend! They got my nails out here blinding people.

I wish I could write a better review but this nail salon just turned down my friend and I at 5:25pm because they close at 7pm and said they don’t have time to do a pedicure. The older Asian lady was very rude with her tone of voice of letting us know they couldn’t service us. We drove all the way from Seattle to come here because we seen on IG a Black Nail Tech works there. I wish they would put on their website or social media pages that they stop doing pedicures at a certain time.

No more waiting for nail or pedi service its your scheduled appointment. Bookings can be hard so plan ahead your appointment, review their calendar when you want to get in. Very popular business because of its online booking and great service, Nail and pedi work lasts longer. I was referred by a friend.

This was my first time at this place, I called to see if they could take me in 30 min and they said they could so I went in. First of all the salon itself is very very beautiful, i love the design and pretty clean too. Holly did my nails, she did a long coffin French ombré, I showed her a picture and she did a wonderful job! They turned out exactly how I wanted them like the the nails in the picture I showed her. She was pretty fast too, one thing i hate about getting my nails done is that it takes so long BUT i’d rather have a quality job that takes longer rather than a fast poorly done service but she was fast and they turned out perfect. Will definitely go see Holly again!

Me and my sister stopped here as being the most highly rated place in the area. We called ahead of time and ask for an estimate on pricing. “Starting” at $15 for a fill, and $25 for a full set. Great! We walked in and were instantly AMAZED by the environment, decor, and cleanliness of the place! We sat down and i had noticed the girl before us had a glass of water, but not ONCE were we offered anything. Oh well, so we proceeded to getting our nails done. My sister who needed a fill had 2 nails completely off and needed them replaced got a Medium-Long nail with regular square shape and REGULAR POLISH. I got a medium length coffin shape full set with REGULAR POLISH! We ended up finishing at the same time. (A little weird to me as I was getting a full set and she finish same time getting a fill.) I did ask for stickers on 8/10 of my nails. One of the letters was placed upside down which I said nothing about, but when she put a wrong letter on one I asked her to remove it and put the right letter she tried to say that it was right. (Attitude completely changed and was a little rude about it.) Anywho....sitting there drying after not even getting my cuticles cut/pushed back, I asked how much for my sister fill, $30!!! (I could honestly get a full set for that much somewhere else.) As being we were the last ones there I didn’t want to be rude I said ok, than when I asked how much for my FULL SET OF MEDIUM LENGTH COFFIN NAILS WITH REGULAR POLISH AND SOME STICKERS, she said $55!!!! Idk if she was just trying to hustle me or what ever but DO NOT GO HERE!! Money hungry people!!!

I went in and got an acrylic full set and the woman doing them made them thick and over grindedmy nails.I went in 4weeks later to have them removed. Hey he woman helping me was nice and once she found out someone at her shop had done them she apologized profusely and even gave me a few bucks off. She asked if I wanted them redone but since my nails were so thin and ripping in the middle of the bed I decided to wait to go back.I haven’t returned yet because I’m still growing my nails out but when I want shellac I’ll go here and just choose a different technician.The shop is adorable and clean and the other woman are very skilled.

First time was the greatest experience I’ve had there at Nail Bar and Lashes, went for a dip powder manicure and the service was excellent. I reside in Renton Highlands, so the commute isn’t the best. However, I really enjoyed my experience there so I decided to go back to support their business. I went for a manicure and pedicure that took about 45 minutes total. After my service, I handed the manicurist my debit card to pay and she received an error message of “decline”. I asked her if she can run it again or even try manually because I knew my card was perfectly fine, especially since I went to get a car wash using the same card, right before going to the nail salon. The manicurist shouts to the other woman in her language for assistance and informing her that my card is coming back declined multiple times. The other manicurist says in their language (Vietnamese), “she doesn’t have any money”. Little do they know I am actually half Vietnamese and I understood her clearly. I immediately defended myself in English and responded, “I HAVE money, I understand what you’re saying. I’m Vietnamese.” Both women looked shocked as they turned around and she says, “That’s not what I said.” Were going back and forth and she finally decides to use her own card to see if it was her machine acting up. Long story short, I had to wait an additional 35 minutes because her machine wasn’t properly working and she had to contact their customer service. She even suggested to take a picture of my debit card and give me a call once it was running correctly. After all the negative comments and horrible service, she apologizes at the end for the wait but not for the remarks that were made. A discount wasn’t offered or any form of sincerity. Last time ever going there, completely rude and unprofessional!

My bff went to get her lashes done 4 the first time, she was super excited! How disappointing it was when I saw her the next day n they were horrible! 3 days after she got her lashes done they had fallen almost all the way out. The left eye more so than the right. When she went back 2 get her lashes filled they were so rude to her they practically kicked her out. She was told to make n appt on line. We now understand why.....they want your credit/debit card number so they can charge u for forgetting, not showing due to personal reasons or whatever the reason may be. I dont understand how they took her as a walk in without n appointment the first time but wouldnt even speak with her about making another appointment right then for another day. Yeah, these people reel u in with the beauty n false charm of the shop and the fake niceness to get u in the door. People should remember where they come from cuz theyre is no reason 2 treat your customers so nasty...NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could even take that 1 star away!

Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t great, I have been getting my nails done for about 8 months, trying new salons in the area and this place looked beautiful but I would say they are the WORST I’ve ever been to!The nail tech couldn’t do designs so I picked a new plain color and began my appointment.While she was filing very fast, she cut under 7 of my nails and made me bleed under 2. Then the products she used after filing stung the small cuts so it made it very uncomfortable.After 2.5 hours I was beyond ready to leave and was completely surprised when she told me my total was $85!I left with uneven acrylic nails that started chipping the SAME DAY.It’s only been a week since I went to Nail bar and lashes and the acrylic and the paint is chipping everywhere, and I don’t have any stones left.

Let me start by saying I have been coming here since this shop opened. They do great work! These girls are truly talented and I get compliments on my nails every time I get them done. Plus - I love their decor - its modern hollywood chic environment gives the place a positive fun vibe. Also the girls are really sweet and they always make it a point to greet you and say hi. Whats most important is their work - if you want a fun trendy design - they know it and can do it! No walk in’s. So I asked to make an appointment. I was told to go online. They lost my business

I wasnt going to post any reviews but I just had to now so everyone would know how unprofessional this place is. The place is beautiful by the way but the service is terrible. I have a cleaning business based out of Tacoma. About a month ago, I drove all the way there because it was highly recommended by a male regular customer of theirs who I hired as an independent contractor a accountant / consultant for my business.This man swears up and down that this place is amazing and the folks are very professional and has a family vibe to it. I broke a nail during one of my clients home in Sumner and I figured that mightve been a good chance to visit this place. I arrive there around 4:40pm only 3 people working one was doing nails, the other one in the back room and last person doing pedicure. They asked if I had an appointment I said no, they did told me 15 minute wait. I said ok. The other lady was now just finishing with her pedicure. I asked if I could get a pedicure while I wait and she said she cannot she supposedly had an appointment scheduled with someone. 35 minutes later, I was seen by Kim, or atleast that is what she said her name was. I broke a nail and wanted her to remove the fake nail and replace it she talked me into getting a full set done which i gave in and said ok. Long story short after spending over $100.00. The work was very sloppy, I felt rush through the process and I found out later her name was Holly because the pedicure lady was calling her by that name. Lastly, after I was done and felt rushed out the door. The pedicure lady didnt even had a customer the entire time. She was getting ready to leave and it was only 6:10pm. I asked her what happen to her customer appointment and she just smiled back with no response and continues to speak vietnamese to Holly/Kim while she walks out the door. I asked Holly arent you close at 7pm? She said yes, however that day they were closing early. I felt like my money wasnt good enough for this place.These ladies made me feel unwelcome and I rather go to the same place Ive always go to in Federal Way. This place is a joke and I dont recommend it to anyone. I was so upset of this place and the way I was treated I even fired my accountant / consultant for recommending it. Atleast I got some satisfaction out of it. :)

I honestly wasnt going to do a review I was just not going to a return back to this place, but the more i think about it the more i think id like to save someone else from this expensive mistake.So to start off this place is very beautiful and clean so i really liked that, but when I was seated for my pedicure I was givin this price list which has different types of pedicures and prices I ask the nail tech what was the difference between them all but instead of explaining she kept strongly encouraging me to get one of the very high prices pedicures, she had me thinking this was going to be some phenomenal experience.yeah..nope!....I spent 50 on a pedi that wasnt worth 15 bucks(very basic) the nail tech then painted my toes and clearly wasnt taught to color in the lines because I had nail polish on my skin outside of my nail...she never filed my toes never buffed them nothing, so my paint looked bumpy afterwards.I also forgot to say that she cut me while cutting my cuticules...Then I made my second mistake by letting her do my eyebrows...omg!!!she barely touched them she pluck a few hairs and said I cleaned you up, I guess she could see I was disappointed so she offered to do more, but I refused, I didnt want her to mess them up till I got to someone that knew what they were doing. My third mistake was I actually gave this women a tip..lol..mainly because she tried...I guess:/...80 something dollars later I left this place unhappy...its definitely not worth the money...I do not recommend this place at all...dont let the fancy decor and champagne fool you...this place is below mediocre.

Came to get a shellac fill the girl that did my nails wash rushing the whole time and being extremely rude. I asked her how much do they charge for lash extensions and her response “I don’t know”? Haha okay sorry for asking it’s not like you work at a nail bar or anything. As she continues to do my nails she would throw my hand down once she was done with one side. On top of that I had asked for jewels and she tells me after she’s done that they can’t do it because it takes too long? Funny because now I have to pay for something I didn’t exactly want but oh well.

My daughter and I went to have pedi done, my daughter receive Traditional Pedi, I asked for a Specialty Jelly Pedi 1st of all I called before hand to schedule appointment, when I arrived the girls in the place of business was no nice at all, it seem as if I walked into a private coffee shop and was not wanted, they put us both in a chair an made us wait 30 min finally got feet soaked for bout 10-15 min while everyone else was receiving royal treatment. Both our pedi were complete with the 1 hr we were there. Funny thing is we were not asked if we needed anything else while there as other were....VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES WILL NOT RECOMMEND

My son got his haircut at KC s barbershop,nail and salon does not disinfect there for pedalstiles well, I ll never return there,K.C. s is FABULOUS!

First time coming to this location and holly did my nails I haven’t had nails in for a year so I was excited to get a full set dipped and I am honestly so disappointed I’ve heard great reviews about this place I was so unhappy when I left they look so chunky there’s residue left on my skin I dislike them so much my cuticles we’re trimmed at all or pushed back it gets me so mad looking at them.
