My car was in a terrible position to be towed. And when I tell you that the the brother named Cook came out to tow my car he did a excellent job of getting it up on the tow truck. He went over and above to get it there. This towing company is the best. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. And the price was decent. BRAVO HIGH POWER TOW.

When I called to have my vehicle towed I was given the price of $125 when the tow driver arrived he charged me $175. I do not argue with subordinates because it is never worth it. I call the next day to get an explanation as to why I was charged that much for a three mile tow. I assume it’s because I’m a young woman they thought wouldn’t know any better. Days later after they have been bouncing me around from associate to associate and lying to me about when they could get back to me they finally tell me to request the refund through Zelle because it will be instant and there will be no fees. Which would be true if they completed the request. Instead they request is pending and I’m sure will continue to pend until their unprofessionalism forces me to go down there and complete the transaction in front of me. Horrible people. Do not use. One star is to many.

When we couldn’t get anyone else to help us, High Power towing was there! Walt came through & even offered to help us with a jump box. They were my last call this time but they will definitely be my first call in the future.

I called Higher Power Towing for an emergency tow from the side of the highway. The dispatcher was friendly and provided an ETA and although they were a little late, the driver communicated with me. There was also a price discrepancy which was also taken care of without hassle. Would recommend.

Very helpful. Towed my SUV which wouldnt start (and wouldnt jump) to nearby mechanic/garage. Same price as for a sedan, as I was told the prior day when I called. The tow truck driver was efficient and professional. The person on the phone let me know when he would come, communicated via text.

I used this company to tow my car, and my warranty said they would give me back the money for the tow if I provided them with a receipt that had my name address on it. We asked him before if he could provide the receipt he said yes. He requested the payment in Cashapp (first red flag) up to this day the gentleman refuses to give me a receipt! So not only did he get his payment, he is stopping me from getting mine. Don’t do business with them! In my honest opinion the only places that don’t give receipts are business trying to skip out on the tax man. So I did you a favor and reported this business! All you had to do was give me my receipt!

AVOID!! DO NOT GET HUSTLED!! Red flags - they request Zelle or Cash App payment to a person NOT the business before they pick up the vehicle. They DO NOT give receipts! On a Friday I was assured my vehicle could be delivered on the same day – this DID NOT happen. Since my vehicle was being retrieved from a business, timing was essential in order to not accrue fees over the weekend. Around 5:30, after several calls, I was advised my vehicle was being loaded onto the truck and I would receive a call back when the driver was on the way – nearly 4 HOURS later I still had NOT received a call. At 10 PM I was able to reach someone else on a different number (used for Zelle payment) who stated that I should’ve heard from someone hours ago and he would give a call back with more details – he did NOT call back and later all calls went straight to voicemail. I was left with the feeling that my vehicle had been taken ALONG with my money. Around noon on the next day, someone finally answered my call - just to tell me that my vehicle was NEVER picked up. I was advised that the driver would pick up the vehicle on Monday morning and it would be delivered in the afternoon. HERE’S THE HUSTLE - What he DID NOT advise is that he was ordering a new driver and was NOT applying the money that I had already paid. When my vehicle was delivered, the new driver (CONTRACTED) was expecting $100 MORE than the original quote. When I called the dispatcher to clear up the confusion, he was very rude and YELLED for me to just pay the extra $100 and that he did not have time to deal with such things. He said I could either pay or he would have the car loaded back up and brought to his yard. IMAGINE THAT!! Dealing with this company cost me $100 more than every other company quoted me, the vehicle was delivered 3 days later and I had to pay storage fees. This experience was BEYOND unprofessional and was a rather unnerving.

I needed my vehicle towed from a parking deck which I contacted Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance which they work with and gave them the job order to pick up my vehicle. App showed driver was on site. I called multiple times and left messages and no one would answer. Mercedes Benz called them multiple times and no answer. The following morning they confirmed vehicle was towed to the dealership. No one could find the vehicle. Finally, I was able to get someone on the phone and they we rude and disrespectful. Asking if I can confirm if the vehicle was towed. Isn’t that your job? He just couldn’t tell me what happened to my vehicle. I finally went back to the parking deck and my vehicle was still there!!!!! These people are horrible liars and fake!!!! They want to get paid for a job they never did!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend at all unless you want a massive headache and bad customer service.

The owner is disrespectful and a rip off. Find someone else

Highpower Towing went to tow my sister’s vehicle, couldn’t tow it, told her they were going to circle around and come back and LEFT her STRANDED…for HOURS with a dead car on the highway. First I would like to point out the lack of professionalism of the company. At no point did they tell her they couldn’t tow it!! Not only that the LEFT without any care or concern of leaving a female stranded. Shame on you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. My rear wheel Yukon was stuck in the mud today -- tires just spinning. About 20-30 feet of muddy grasses in front and behind car. Walter came out within 25 minutes, hooked up 3 chains and pulled it out gently. He was so capable, professional, courteous and made a potentially tricky situation seem very simple. Start to finish under an hour. Outstanding!

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!! THEY DO NOT GIVE RECEIPTS!. They use belle and cash app so they take your money and you have no way of getting reimbursed. Extremely unprofessional. Will not anger phone calls or emails and no one is in office. Do not use them if you want to be reimbursed from your insurance company.

These guys were great! They were quick, responsive and easy to work with, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. They really helped out in a somewhat crisis situation. Im very glad I found them.

This company picked up my vehicle from Pepboys.Lied and said Pepboys didnt give them my address.Pepboys and I called them on a 3 way call they verified my address after being asked about the address situation. The driver said I have a address but irs not her address.The Pepboys agent says sir what address do you have .The driver read off my address .He increased the price from 140 to 320 .He said because he couldnt reach me by phone he had to impound my car.The impound was an apartment complex.I tracked my car and found it.I called for police escort and another towing svc to pick up my vehicle.Its been 1 week and he still wont give me my key.He still requesting a payment.VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A LIAR AND A CROOK..Not trustworthy at all.

My car died on me on 14th street and Peachtree around 12:30 pm on a Wednesday. I called them at 12:40 and gave them a rough idea of how to find me. By 1:06 I was hooked up. They even went out of their way to drop me off at work on the way to the drop location for my car. I walked in to work at 1:19 pm. Having my car die on me was a very unpleasant situation but High Power had it taken care of for me in under an hour. Very impressive by any standards.

Very timely and efficient. Didn’t need to meet at pickup point and car was dropped off perfectly!!

I had the worst experience with this company. I waited 3 hours for someone to arrive and was charged $270. He told me he only accepted cashapp and zelle and never sent any type of receipt so I could at least be reimbursed. Now he won’t answer my calls or respond to any messages and no one is ever in the office.
