Went there to clean out a car my friend totaled out - thank God no one was hurt! A car can be replaced - feeling blessed to have great friends! And the wrecker service was great & helped get the stuff out of the car. The title was signed over to them! Thanks for all your help!

Don’t go here. And hope to god that your poor car never ends up here either. Even after a vehicle theft, the amount of damage done is in no comparison to what your car will look like after being towed by this place. How the physical location is still standing is shocking - let alone up to city code. BEWARE

My car was stolen in October the police found it at this Impound Lot 4 months later but they didnt let me get my personal possessions out of the car and were friendly while Im waiting on State Farm to pay the $4,800

I’m an independent contractor and had been tasked by an insurance company to capture pictures of a vehicle there and was denied access to the vehicle because I didn’t have a business card. I’ve been to dozens of wrecker sites in Atlanta and this was a first for me. The idiot was very unprofessional and the establishment is a real dump.

They damaged my vehicle and stole my personal items out of it while being stored on their property. I’m pretty sure y’all can guess what type of people work at this location. Bums

This family run this business professionally & work together as a team to get things done, even when they are dealing with a person who quite dont understand whats going on, but have the audacity to speak with their hands and bulging eyes (like I did on several occasions), to say the least! BEWARE! These ppl are THIEVES! They SEARCHED my vehicle and stole whatever they could before turning the car over to the insurance agency. I almost died in a terrible car accident and this is the towing company that the Atlanta police department chose to use. I had everything I owned in that car and for them to be stealing from ppl going through a hard time losing everything. This company completely kicks ppl while they are down. They stole my sunglasses cologne my girlfriend earpods smh its unreal and so unprofessional. Theyre also other complaints about theft from this company.

Scum bags. Where to even begin.My car was stolen and ended up here. When my insurance agent went to look at my car, it was backed into a totaled car with another car dropped into its side. Took me a full day and many miles of running back and forth to get the car released to a body shop for damages because nobody here seemed to know what I needed to have it released when I asked repeatedly.Two months later still no car. I called every day for two weeks asking for a manager. The response was always either that he was not there and would be back in an hour, or that I was speaking to the manager. Two times I spoke to someone claiming to be a manager until eventually they realized they couldnt resolve it and admitted they were not actually in charge. Eventually I got in touch with the real manager, Joe Butler, who admitted his fault for the damages (after I showed that I had picture proof of it) and agreed to pay it. Ive called again almost every day for a month and a half and have gotten in touch with him twice. He says he is only willing to pay about a fifth of the quoted damage from his lot.Today I filed a claim and will be seeing him in court, which I wish I had just done months ago. I know I will get my money back since he has admitted fault and I have picture proof of it, but its just another thing on the list of hassles stemming from this whole situation. Besides that, Ive not spoken to a single person from here who was not rude and uninterested. Its really sad the quality of people in this area.

I Had a auto accident and the tow driver confirmed once we left the hospital we would be able to access the vehicle. When we arrived the heavy set guy at the desk would not call tow driver to locate the vehicle and was very rude and unprofessional.

I’ll say it again for those who like to skim thru DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR PROPERTY. This was a first time for me having to pick up a car from any tow yard/junk yard. My car was stolen 11/11 and retrieved on 11/12 at 1 pm. My I came to get my car same day at 4 pm ( due to me working and being sent on a run around for a piece of paper to prove it was mines when all of those documents were in the dash) n e who I showed up and the initial fee was 150 for storage. (First I’m thinking it was only here 3 hrs) I paid it. Went to get my car and it doesn’t crank.... boom it’s out of oil I put oil in. Still doesn’t crank come to find out it’s a big hole underneath the car. I try to get refunded seeing as though I couldn’t take the car anywhere. These so called “professionals” respond “well that’s not our problem we don’t give refunds it ain’t like we tryna buy ya car”. They had the audacity to have an attitude and nonchalant tone when remind you it was MY car stolen and MY car vandalized. I do not recommend you pay them a penny until you check your car first.

Terrible i had my car towed here and the first off they lie and say they been changed it from $10 a day to $15 long time ago....but that is not what the officer told me. Then they charged me 3% twice and didnt think i noticed and returned my car with a flat tire and had the nerve to say cold weather makes the tire pressure go down .....if thats the case then why arent all my tires flat. Please I highly recommend no one uses this tow trucking service these people do not care nothing about your vehicle and drive it wreckless.

My car was retrieved by B&L Wrecker services on Dec. 28 2015 yet I was notified in March 2016 that it was found. The fees were well over $1,000.00. This is obviously a scam and we have sought legal advice to deal with these crooks.Update: The attempt by B&L to claim my vehicle as abandoned was denied however, the fees are $6,000.00! Its time to get a lawyer and finally show everyone how to deal with these people

Talk about uneducated employees, from the front office to the drivers. One of their drivers hit the side of my car and refused to stop when I flagged him down. Then I contacted their office and got some ghetto-fabulous woman with a 6th grade education that advised me to have their driver arrested and criminal charges brought again him and the company, instead of them handling it like adults...... boy oh boy....talk about a mind being a terrible thing to waste.

My car was just towed...the price is $250 ..$15 each day and some kind of state fee of $40for whatever he charged for and claimed he used a special tool to get my car out of a ditch witch it wasnt. ...it was in the grass. Worst experience every, claim to be a private tow company.

Terrible, went there to get some things out the car came back to get the car the next day and I still dont have it. Now Im running around going in circles when they could have told me what I needed from the jump. And the males are terrible, they flirt with my sister who has a 7 month old baby in her arms which they saw. Very unprofessional and inappropriate.
