I called USW towing last Saturday as my car was stranded on the side of the highway, Shanard the Owner was extremely professional and had one of his drivers out to me very quickly. The driver was so polite and I really enjoyed talking to him while on the way to drop off my car. I definitely will call USW again.

My son is home from the military on leave. Hes still young and was taking his first vacation trip ever with just him and his girlfriend. They were in an accident and he was having some trouble. Shanard Weems was absolutely amazingly kind to my son and helped him so much. My mamas heart is forever grateful. Absolutely recommend this company everyday all day.

I highly recommend using this tow company. I had an unfortunate experience where my car broke down and I needed to to be towed to the repair shop. They are professional and easy to get a hold of. The worker kept me up to date with time. He was very polite and courteous. Service was prompt and my truck made it to the correct destination.

I requested a tow through my insurance company. I was advised that I would have to pay the difference out of pocket since my insurance only paid for 20 miles. Dispatcher told me it would be $64 because it was an almost 40 mile tow. I advised them multiple times that there was a different way to go that cut the milage to 25 miles. I was told we have to go with what the GPS says so I even SHOWED the driver how to adjust GPS settings to show the shorter, less expensive route. He refused to follow, saying again i have to follow gps I had to pay, in cash or cash app BEFORE he even loaded my car on the truck. They also took photos of my vehicle while on the truck, without my consent. This company purposefully price gouges.

This is the worst company ever and I’m going to use my platform to make sure people know about this company! They were dispatched by my insurance company and they lied and told me they were going to be to me in about a hour... that turned into 3 hours and they finally called me and told me that the driver wouldn’t be to me in another 45-1hr! So now 4 hours! When I called the driver, he was rude and upset with me because I was upset for waiting 4 hours and told me that he was just dispatched to me and he knew nothing about me waiting! That’s so unprofessional and it’s really sad that you’re contracted through a big insurance company like Geico and your customer service is horrible! And the sad thing is. IM ONLY 20 min away from the actual towing company!!! 20 minutes away and it takes you 4 hours?? What is it One driver for the whole day? What type of business is that??!

I had to use them more than once for a breakdown. The owner, Mr. Weens is very professional and thankful for my business. They have new, clean, tow trucks. The staff is always friendly, clean, and professional. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely contact them again.

I really wish I could give 10 stars! I lost my keys to my car and didnt have a spare so I called my insurance company to get an emergency tow and they sent USW and I am so thankful. The owner, Mr. Weems was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get my car out of my garage and onto the flatbed. Other companies would have turned the job down but he didnt. I also appreciated how he explained what he was doing and why. When we got to the dealership he didnt just unload it. He wanted to make sure he delivered it to the area where the service staff would have easy access since it couldnt be startedIf you want EXCELLENT customer service and a professional company, this is the one for you. Thank you Mr. Weems for all you did. I hope I dont need a tow soon but if I do this is the company I will call.

Be on time! My tow was due to arrive at a certain time, but I get a call at that time saying the driver just got my request and is on the way. From that moment it took them 40 minutes to get to me after waiting an hour plus already. That cut deeply Into the time the tire shop was closing. If people are not expecting to have to use your services due to unfortunate events, at least try to be prompt to make things go smoother.

Usw towing gets 55 platinum stars for their service. After failed attempts by 6, yes 6, tow truck companies in Atlanta from Friday thru monday____it was only Shanard Weems and his team at USW Towing who got my 2018 Hyundai Ioniq hybrid, open, and safely moved onto a flatbed tow truck. Shenard and his team used common sense to develop solutions that the other 6 companies didnt even attempt.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst tow service ever. Called me to tell me he would be there in 10-15 minutes, then canceled my tow service 5 minutes after getting off the phone with me. Then he sent my calls to vm when I called to find out his ETA. Not even man enough to talk to me. I will never use or recommend this company for anything.
