The staff is amazing! These are wonderful apartments in a great area. I moved in 3 years ago and never had a bad experience. They listen to you and fix any problems you have. Property manger is amazing and always pleasant. I am so glad to call this place home. Keep up the good work.
I had a great experience with Ms Tamillia in the office she assisted with leasing process and was very nice and patient. She was also able to assist a friend referral and provided the same experience. I would recommend the parc because of her great customer service.
My leasing agent was Trey. He was extremely professional and timely with helping me get into my apartment. It was supposed to longer but he helped get it done. The apartments are nice and quiet and I lived here for over a month now and definitely loving it. Thank you again Trey. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for getting you in and timely.
I am new to the community and my application and move-in process was handled by Tre. He displayed a high level of professionalism, efficiently resolved any issues, and is he is both personable and competent. His staff presence elevates the entire office and community.
Just moved here. So far so good. Only thing I don’t like is when I moved in they didn’t put the washer in dryer in my unit. I was told I’d get it by the end of this month so we’ll see... also I was not given a key for the storage on my balcony. Other than that it’s a good move... I’ll update as time goes on. Also I love that when packages are delivered in front of my door no one ever touches them!Update: I got my washer & dryer. All smiles here!
Ive been here for about a month and its been a pleasant experience so far. Everyone in the leasing office was helpful and professional, especially Trey. He was able to move me in prior to my original date, which was perfect!
Tre was a great help in my move in process he took care of me from beginning to end & made sure I was squared away it has been peaceful so far living in the complex .
Ive been here for almost 2 months and really like it. Jaylinne has been prompt from day 1 before moving in. She was patience with ALL my questions both before and after the move-in and always kept me in the know. I sent an email of something small I noticed in my apartment at about 11 PM on a Sunday and by 10AM on Monday maintenance was at me door to take care of it. They keep us in the know with emails. It wasnt easy moving in a pandemic but I will say so far they have made it easier.*1 year update*The office staff has changed a few times but everyone has always been nice and helpful. They have consistently been responsive and prompt when I send emails/text with questions, concerns, and work orders. However, Ive signed my lease for another year and rent has gone up (not much) but I still havent gotten the chance to take advantage of the gym or pool since being here also the gate is always open. These are things that we pay for in our rent and for us not to have it but rent goes up is not acceptable. The gate has only work for a total of about a month since being here and seems like now they have just given up on getting it fix. Which leaves the complex open to the nearby residents to toss their trash in the compactor leaving it often out of order. Which sucks because its right at the entrance and looks a mess when you first enter. When asked about the gate they say power was lost to the gate during the last blackout in October 2020. Its June 2021. The pool & gym they have said they are waiting for an inspection (weekly) and hopefully next week itll be open.
I had a great time meeting and receiving information from Ms. Jaylinne. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly hospitable during my time there. She was able to answer any and all questions I had, making me comfortable and confident about my decision. She showed the same courteousness when I called with a follow up question. She took time to answer my question to the fullest. Her attentiveness is greatly appreciated!
I’ve been living here since August, but very familiar with the community before moving in. Honestly a lot has improved. Don’t acknowledge most negative comments because that just may be their situation. Property isn’t perfect but it’s safe and mostly quiet from my experience so far. The leasing consultants are cool.
I’ve been here almost 2 years and I really don’t have any complaints. It’s nkt the best and it’s not the worst either. Once you get over the different women personalities in the office, you’ll be fine. Quiet place to live. I actually like it here.
The community is very quiet and relaxing and I feel safe in my living environment. It is always clean and there is no loitering going on around the community. The cost of living here is amazing. Management is awesome!
I recently moved into the Parc at 1875 and the office staff is wonderful. They made me feel like I was already home. There were a few minor set backs but they stayed very professional and kind throughout the whole process. The reviews online are not all true from what I have experienced so far. I would recommend The Parc at 1875 to anyone.
Lived here for 2 years hardly bothered the staff other than to pay rent & maintenance. In the first year everything was eh ok new management came along with staff that didn’t care maintenance orders took forever to fill with the remodeling things were done improperly. They will find a way to cut cost but hike the price up the neighbors are cool, community fairly quiet just friends on the day and month
Quiet neighborhood in the College Park/Airport area. Nice and professional leasing agents and staff. I have been living out here for 2 years now and recently moved back. No complaints and the property is improving.

The Parc at 1875 is a nice community. Landscape is nice and the size of the apartments are great! Nice that they have a park for the children to play at. I like the community so far.
LEAVING IN 8 more months. This place has really fallen in the year I have been there the people who was in the office when I first arrived was awesome and got things done. The assist manger now is nice and listen to my concerns but the up keep is horrible it is always trash everywhere the compactor is always broke. Trash is always overflowing 100’s of cats everywhere all on the cars the buildings are filled with spider webs I’ve been asking when are they pressure washing the buildings for months and the answer is always soon. My rent went up 100 dollars my first renewal and the standard has been lower.
Its a good sort of its property and I must say that I was incredibly impressed. The staff was very nice and the model was exceptionally decorated. This property also has a great family environment and I could not believe how much parking.

Moved in May 2018. Place is quiet and surroundings clean and well maintained.Staff were very helpful and polite.Got a one bedroom in 6months at first, pretty tidy..extended for another 6monthsin a two bedroom.Neighbors where friendly and decent..They have new management which I could say did a good job in making the place safer, with upgraded amenities and of course most important thing is they listens more to their renters concerns...If you live alone’ or with your kids and family I would highly recommend the parc..safest place in the hood..New management Rock!Thanks for my copies.... 😉♥️

I wouldn’t recommend it. I moved here because it’s close to work and cheap compared to elsewhere else. The leasing office is a joke. There are two girls in the office and they get so many calls that I’ve literally seen them ignore the phone. Pest control had not shown up 3 times. The display model looks nothing like what I got. The gate hardly ever works. Nothing luxuary about it. I’m only here until I buy a house next year.
I was a resident for almost 4 years. I moved only because I was laid off from my employer at the time. I resided in a modest yet cozy 1 bedroom apartment home. The space was more than sufficient for me, because I lived alone with no pets. My home was backed onto the woods, so privacy and quietness were a luxury at all times. Although I moved there because it is a gated community, the gate was often inoperable due to residents and guests breaking the divider to tailgate those of us who actually had key cards to enter the property. The management changed, as most complexes do and along with it, so do some of the perks we once had i.e. carwash area and cheaper rent; however still very affordable given the increase elsewhere. I only interacted with management to pay my rent or to rarely have something fixed or replaced. Had I found employment in enough time to stay, I would have. Truly enjoyed my time at The Parc at 1875.
Shimira was the agent that me and my roommate dealt with and she got us our paperwork pushed through really fast! We love our apartment and the environment, she still helps with any of our needs immediately. You would love to live here!
I am a current resident and I can’t wait until May 2019 when my lease is up. All the bad reviews are true. I do not like the fact that when I put in a work order, it takes weeks, even a month for things to be repaired. I’ve had too many issues in my five months of living here. Leaking ceiling which leave to a freaking hole in my ceiling, loose door knob and lock, A/C not blowing properly in the bedrooms, 3 sink leaks (kitchen and bathroom), a gnat infestation and the rent office tells you, it’s the building’s drainage system and for you to use apple cider vinegar with liquid detergent to try and get rid of the gnats, peeling wood vinyl on the floor, and broken promises from the rent office and maintenance. I’m tired of paying my hard earned money for mediocrity of service. Like one person said, all summer the pool was not working and it’s still not work. The rent office claims they had to order another part. It took the whole summer to order a part? It’s always trash coming down pleasant hill road leading into the apartment complex, it’s always huge spiders and spider webs, millions of cats freely roaming around, wood bees everywhere especially in the spring and summer, and other forest creatures. Oh yeah, and the pest control is a joke. The spray is basically like water because it never keeps the bugs out. I’ve just started to spray my own unit. So happy when I’m out this lease. Please learn from my hard time and hard headedness to NOT MOVE HERE.

WARNING : Long Review!!I am a current resident here so this is an honest account of my experience. I moved here in July of 2017. It’s now August 2018 and the property in under new management. I’m not sure if all of the issues I have with this apartment can be blamed on the new management or not but there are definitely some issues here.1. The staff in the leasing office always seemed to be annoyed when you come in asking about literally anything regarding the apartments.2. The appearance of these apartments have definitely diminished since i’ve moved in. They do not keep the grass cut and looking presentable. The entrance gate has been broken for months. The pool was out of order majority of the summer when kids weren’t in school, which is pointless in my opinion.3. I requested that pest control come check my building for bed bugs or any other insects that may have cause me to have an allergic reaction. I made this request first thing Monday morning and I was told that pest control would not come any other day besides Thursday. This was an issue for me because I believe bed bugs are a serious problem and should be taken seriously considering it can effect other people living in the building. I felt there was no sense of urgency regarding the situation. Today is Thursday. I called the office to remind them to tell the exterminator to examine my unit and the one above me. They said they would put my name on a list and he would stop by. Long story short, no exterminator came. I have been paranoid checking my bed every night and I don’t see any signs of bed bugs but I am not a professional and I pay for pest control every month. It’s included in my rent so I believe they should come by to end my worries.4. The unit above me had a leak, causing my ceiling in my bedroom to crack. It took maintenance about 3 days to officially fix the leak. This was back in June. It’s now the end of August and there has been no effort to repair my ceiling.
My sister has been living here for a year. Her lease is up next month, Thank God. These apartments honestly I can say needs to be Shut down. There is a mold problem which they have yet to resolve. Which is a Lawsuit waiting to happen, I’m not sure if they are aware. They feel as though they can come into your home whenever they want with no notice and they don’t do ANYTHING about any of the tenants concerns; such as noisy neighbors,mold,broken floor tiles in a supposedly renovated apartment. From my understanding this all was addressed in the leasing agreement, but the problems are continuously failed to be resolved. I mean, I guess I should work here too for a free check.

To whom may concern, Today is the second day we have went without any power in our apartment which is very unprofessional, disturbing, and by far a huge inconvenience, for the people that work hard to pay rent and bills every month to live in a comfortable living space/environment. Food in our refrigerator has went bad due to no power we have went two days with no heat in the house while the weather is cold and our water barely has gotten hot to take showers, we have got ready for school and work in the dark. One of these days one of us had to call off of work due to NO POWER. We work hard to come home to a normal living space without any problems just like anybody else who live in this neighborhood and I’m sure like you all also. So with all due respect we would like money off of our rent, or our money back to take up for the poor maintenance that is being kept up in this neighborhood and building. We need our lights back on ASAP and money back. It doesn’t matter who I have to talk to.
RUDE STAFF. Called and asked about apartment availability got asked about my budget I said “$1100” to be hung up on and calls ignored when I called back 3 times. Unbelievable.

I have lived here for two years along with my mother. We love it here and it relatively quiet besides the kids at the park but we dont mind it. The new staff is horrible thought. They never contact us when they shut down all the water for maintenance or what ever else. The pool is always open and clean. Really have no complaint besides the staff.
I have never visited the complex but called because the website was not helpful. The pet policy isnt even mentioned on the website and then when I asked for a price range for the units the lady just hung up. Needless to say, Ill find somewhere else to live.
If I could leave no stars I would. Dont let the renovated pictures fool you. They slapped some terrible paint on the walls and counters and put in cheap linoleum floor that bubbles and peels up. The worksman ship of the fixes is shoddy at best. I lived at this complex for over a year. Property is trashy, one dumpster that is OVERFLOWING pretty much every day. They have hundreds of cats roaming and they cant do anything about it so expect fleas. If you ask the office when the pest control comes to spray the apartments (you pay monthly for this service) The office tells you, YOU have to schedule the pest control to come out and spray the apartment. Then you call the pest control and they dont want to come out and spray your apartment so expect that money just to be gone and to have bugs. Maintenance when we first moved in was ok but under the new owners just expect them to come out say its fixed, when they did nothing. BUT you will see the Maintenance people riding golf cars smoking and playing on their phones instead of fixing or cleaning the complex grounds. The pool was down the entire year plus that we lived there, the gym is a joke all the equipment is broken, and the kids play area the cats use as their own bathroom so enjoy your kids playing in that. Expect the police to be at the complex several nights a week. After moving out in OCT 2018 I got a bill in FEB 2019 saying I owed for one day of rent....I was on month to month how do I owe you for one day rent? I moved out before the end of the month with notice. They just want your money and the girls in the office are pretty much nice but clueless on things. So avoid this place

All of the negative reviews you see are true. The best looking place on the property is the Leasing office. The trash is constantly running over and all over the property, there are cats roaming fleas infesting the area all over the place, there is always trash going up East Pleasant because of nasty tenants, they allow tractors trailer trucks to block the entry way park in the cul de sac, the maintain is incompetent, it takes months to get problems resolved. I have also had a leak from the upstairs neighbors tub that took maintenance a month to come fix. He came in trashed my bathroom with Sheetrock and I still have a large gapping hole in the ceiling I HAD TO COVER WITH WITH POSTER BOARD BECAUSE HE NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX IT!!!!!! I’m leaving pictures. The gate has not worked a year since the last cold blast of weather, the pool did not work all summer, the trash compactor was broken for a few weeks, I did not have mailboxes for about 4 months last year, and the shootings and crime is ridiculous. The new management does not even have a corporate office number you can contact so don’t bother and the rent pay website is janky. My lease is also up in April I am running from this place!!!!

This place is a dump it is infested with rats outside cats spiders wood bees Roaches Nets poorly is delete it you could smell fumes Folders from other units the vent work is Dirty they deceive you saying that they have renovated h old cabinets t vinyl floor poorly installed For the amount that you will pay them monthly you are better off trying to become a home owner poor installation of carpet My recommendation is to very fairly check these are appartment out before you become a renter a cat infestation they multiplied daily Kitchen cabinets and bathroom and countertops are from the 80s with gray paint on countertop and cabinets no lie And the appliances are very very very old they are the same color as the old told that they have in these apartments BEIGE
This place has been a nightmare! The worse place I have ever lived. Donna the property manager, along with Janet, and maintenance are the most incompetent, sorry, unhelpful people I have ever met! Come to find out later on after moving in the employees are the ones who write these fake reviews. I recommend everyone not to move here and its not a great place to raise children. Going by the fake reviews I moved forward with my application process, got approved, and shortly after learned I was false advertised to. After paying my $35 application fee, I brushed that incident under the rug. My move in date was pushed back because the incompetent employees gave my original apartment away and again I brushed that incident under the rug. When it was time to do the walk through of the apartment I ended up wasting my gas to be told it wasnt ready vs someone doing their job and calling me before hand. Finally did the walk through and found a million and one things wrong with apartment including roaches. With me already paying all the fees, etc. I was told by the rent office everything would be fix before I move in. I had to spend my own money to have the apartment bombed several times because I dont do roaches.l kept ignoring the sign and I wish I havent. I have put in several work orders since I moved in and it takes maintenance weeks (more then 2weeks) to get to them or they just dont do they at all. I was even told by Janet once before that one of my work orders was marked Completed by maintenance and they never even did it! To this day I have work orders that I have put in back in August 2015 that have yet to be taken care of. I just got tired of calling the rent office for them to tell me that well get someone down there and no one ever comes. I keep telling myself its just minor and my lease is up in February. But this last work order Im not going to take lying down, I am prepared to do what I have to do and I feel who ever is looking for a place to live has a right to know how sorry The Parc at 1875 also known as Popular Pointe apartments are and how they dont gave a damn about their tents but only their monthly rent. On 11/9/15 I put in a work order because I had a leak coming from my ceiling and Mold started growning on my ceiling 2days later! Contact the rent office on 11/9 and 11/11 to be told well TRY to get someone down there and not to run the heat because heat makes mold grow fast they said, so not only dont they care about mold growing above me and my son, they dont care if were cold at night. No one ever came, I made it my business to call or appear at the rent office every day since and Im always told well get someone down there today to fix it. Its now 11/29/15 the leak is not fix, mold is still growing on my ceiling, and nor has Donna, the property manager, or Corporate has returned my calls but its fine because they will have to face me in court! Please dont move here, dont ignore the sign like I did! This review is a sign and nothing but the truth!

Since this was a last minute place to stay i should of took time to review it and Ive been living in apartments for almost 8 years by far this is not worse but not best place i ever stay atwhen applying for the apartment they took a long time for something that could of be done in one day then after been approved by the old staff i got offered /approved for one type of apartment which turn out to be different one smaller and different location than i was told before...i knew that i should of check that out before sing the contract but since i was about to be homeless i didnt have no other option!!i didnt have no problem with the old staff when i got my apartment they change them literally days after i got in so i cant tell anything about themin the other hand i cant say that for the new staff..there was this employee (black male) that seemed have a problem every time i would request something and a horrible attitude NO COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL he always acted like you own him somethingthe premises are clean well kept at least on my way to my apartment and around it i would saythe gate is a main issue all the time for me because i wouldnt like people that dont live there wandering around the area..and people can go in and out since pretty much all the time is brokenthe pettiness of your neighbors its super high so watch out who your neighbor is..very immatureover all if you consider to move to this place make sure you check everything......EVERYTHING before make any decision
