As an employee of TriBridge Residential for nearly 6 years my experience has been nothing short of unforgettable. TriBridge Residential values employees by offering training, internal growth, and opportunity! I am truly lucky to be apart of such a wonderful company, and to be led by intelligent and professional corporate employees. During my time I have worked and lived at a handful of different TriBridge communities and each community was not only luxurious but unique. Thank you TriBridge Residential!
If youre looking to get things done. Be prepared to not get a response. Communication is awful. We have had a ongoing leak for 2 months now. The solution was to put a tarp over it. It still continues to leak. It has leaked all over our brand new couch and left water spots on it. It has leaked on my macbook laptop and left it water damaged. It has gotten to the point where all of our furniture is in the middle of the room to stay away from the leaking. I want to come home to a place where i pay good money to and relax in the living room. However, that is not the case here.
Ive thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Tribridge Residential. Erica and her team are continuously great communicators and always provide thoughtful feedback and insights! Im looking forward to continuing our partnership through the years to come.
I am personally grateful to have the chance to work for so many wonderful communities together with the TriBridge team. The way they support their associates and work with their partners is refreshing and contagious. In my opinion, they go the extra mile when it comes to giving back. I look forward to new projects and a ton of smiles with the TriBridge family!
I love TriBridge Residential! I have worked in the multifamily industry since 1992 and this company is the best to work for! Tribridge has stood the test of time and is here today due to their commitment to excellence and full service to its customers, clients and employees. Tribridge has Amazing leadership and vision for the future of multifamily housing. I am so proud to be a part of this great company!
I live at a Tribridge community in Columbus GA and I cannot say enough great things about this company! My husband and I have lived in our apartment for 4 years and there have been countless positive improvements made since Tribridge purchased the property just a few months ago. We could not be happier with the level of service provided and the dedication the company has shown to our community.
As an employee of Tribridge residential for the past three years, I truly enjoy coming to work each and every day. A wonderful sense of community, the exceptional peers that I have the pleasure of working with, and a supportive and encouraging management team has made my experience here invaluable. I am proud to call myself part of the Tribridge Team.
Tribridge is by far the best company I have worked for. As an employee for over 10 years, they are understanding and flexible in the modern workplace. #TBRProud
I have experience with TriBridge as both an employee and a resident. As an organization they operate with compassion and responsibility. Being a smaller management group, they truly treat every employee like family. Great thought goes into planning and development and they deliver and operate superior apartment homes. As a resident of Venue Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina, I experienced apartment living at it’s finest. Modern finishes, beautiful amenities, and a professional staff made me feel welcome and at home. The building was beautifully maintained and I was proud to call Venue my home for three years. Never have I encountered a more professional and knowledgeable team of people that put the needs of me and my family first. My two bedroom apartment featured garden soaking tubs, a glass enclosed shower in the owner’s bath, a dry bar with glass front cabinets and a built-in wine rack, a spacious balcony with additional storage space, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceiling fans, pendant lighting, and more. I had access to covered parking behind an access gate, multiple elevators, a resort style pool, a dog park, multiple grills, two fitness areas, a conference room, a business center, a coffee bar, a theater room, a package locker system, and a club room equipped with a kitchenette, flat screen TV’s, and a billiards table.Having worked at multiple properties for Tribridge, I can speak to the level of service and product delivered across the portfolio.
I am a employee of Tribridge Residential and I live on one of our beautiful properties called the Porterdale Mill Lofts. This is a beautiful property that sits on the yellow river, feels like coming home to a beautiful resort daily.
As a former leasing associate, I understand that working in an apartment complex is never easy! You will not please everyone. However, there are efficient ways to prevent consistent confusion and/or complaints from residents.Since living at Tribridge Residentials City View Apartment complex, fellow residents and I have witnessed LIVE RATS, RODENTS, URINATION, and TRASH throughout the hallways and common areas. Said issues have been discussed with members of both City View and Tribridge management, but nothing has been done. The trash chute broke and was supposed to be repaired in mid July; it is now August. We now have trash bags throughout our hallways and garage area. These are just a few of the issues that have arisen.I would not recommend living in any of Tribridges properties due to its sheer lack of communication and hygiene. There are three spots right around City View that are cheaper and have much better reviews. Think before you lease!
Three out of the four years renting here my car has been broken into in one of their properties in Charlotte, NC. Some residents have incurred thousands of dollars worth of damage and yet TriBridge does nothing to mitigate the risk in the garages by installing video surveillance. The rent that is charged is not insubstantial, one would think that the loss of income to their rental properties and the potential for bad press is a large price to pay versus installing cameras on every level of the garages. I can only assume they do not care about the potential for human casualties. While the local management and maintenance staff here is great, I will not renew here or in any other property that TriBridge owns.
Great company to work for, great pay, above average benefits . Upper Management truly cares about the property an more so the employees that work there.Local manger Savannah Cox has truly won me over with her ability to balance a property in transition, an treat an handle all employees in kind, friendly, fair way, 10 stars. People these days are quick to post negative reviews, so I hope this good one gets just as much attention
I have the pleasure of working for TriBridge for over 10 years and Im still just as excited to come to work every day as if it was my first day. Our leaders provide a lot of support and guidance to us. I love how I feel like a family and not just a number and that I truly matter. I highly recommend this company to people I know to work for, to invest or to live at because of our vision and what we believe in. Thank you so much TriBridge for everything that you have done for me and my growth personally and professionally. I have learned so much being here.
I have emailed Tribridge 4 times(with problems i have experienced) and have not heard any response. It’s frustrating emailing your own apartment’s management team, and waiting weeks to hear a response back, and then emailing their higher ups and never hearing any response back!
Do not consider loving at any apartments managed by Tridbridge. I am sharing my experience living at M Street apartments. Here is why:The rent price may seem attractive at first but having lived here for a year I now realize it is not worth it and you end up paying significantly more. Save yourself the headaches, consider spending a few hundred bucks more elsewhere. It’s worth it, trust me.This apartment complex’s business model is similar to Spirit Airlines, except at least with Spirit airlines they’re upfront about extra luggage fees and have no hidden fees. M Street entices you with relatively cheaper rent, but once you sign the lease and there’s no going back you are faced with very expensive recurring monthly charges.I end up paying $156 a month for sewer alone! Another $61 for water! On top of that, $30 a month to use the in-unit washer/dryer, and a questionable monthly admin fee. (Screenshot of May 2020 charges attached.) Keep in mind there’s also a non-refundable $309 application fee.The pictures you see on their website and the showroom used for tours is NOT at all reflective of the actual unit you get. And I understand showrooms can be polished, well-furnished, and coated in fresh paint, but once you move into your unit you’ll see that it’s quite disingenuous.Except for the bathrooms, kitchen, and entrance, there are NO ceiling lights at all in the unit unlike the showroom. They conveniently left that part out during the tour. None in the bedrooms. None in the living rooms. We ended up having to buy standing lamps to illuminate each room. The kitchen light system is very old. We had to call maintenance literally every month to replace the light bulbs because they burnt out every month. When we first moved in there were roaches everywhere because we were on the first floor. I don’t fault management as the previous owner did not bother to call pest control. Trains can be loud if you end up on the side of the building next to the tracks. The appliances are very old and not up to date. Stovetop coils are probably over a decade old- very rusty and not cleaned from previous owner. Our kitchen sink plumbng has flooded. Our AC been broken at least two times and it has taken a while for maintenance to respond. They have a serious issue with trash management, the main dumpster has been full so another dumpster bin arrived which is also full now- trash has yet to be taken out of the complex as of June 15, 2020 (picture attached).Car break-ins are not uncommon, Ive probably received 3-4 crime incident awareness emails from the office.A lot of the tenants who live in this complex are low-income and in the government-subsidized rental program, aka Bond Program - do with that information as you will.As you can see, there are a lot of shortcomings about this place. I don’t blame the apartment complex management, they’re probably doing the best they can with what they have. Ultimately, the buck stops with the owner/investor of this complex - Tribridge Residential, namely their managing partners: (Robert H. (Bobby) West, Lee Walker, Steve Broome, and Jim Schroder.
I am updating my original review. Once I was able to get in touch with TriBridge, they went above and beyond to help me correct the issue and were extremely helpful.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!currently staying in the Hoover, Alabama property called Summerchase at Riverchase. Ive had an HVAC and Electrical ongoing issue upon staying hear 3 years. Now while summer is here, me and my children are sitting in the home with thermostat is showing 84 degrees. Ive had to sit them in my car to cool them. Why should I also pay rent for a management that cant manage. Ive had to buy food out to be able to feed my family because its so warm inside the home. Ive reached out to Tribridge Residential, LLC. and have not heard anything. The managment at Summerchase has not been helpful at all. The HVAC Tech is not able to do the job. He stated he needs help to install a new unit because hes the only one staffed hes not able to do it alone. The portable AC will not work in my unit due to electrical outages that have not been fixed. Not considerate of the fact my children and I are suffering from this heat. PLEASE AVOID any of their properties as they will not have staff to accommodate you in living comfortably. If management has a resolution please respond with a phone number or email to call.
The five stars are for my manager, Savannah Cox, no matter what the situation good or bad she always is so professional .Savannah always brings something positive to the table, an always has a kind word.I start radiation treatment for a little bit of cancer, an wanted to share that,as she has made things better for me.it would be great if I could get the ceo name an email
Ive tried to reach corporate several times about the issues Im dealing with at The Lofts of Greenville. HORRIBLE experience, dealing with several issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
Exactly one day after moving into a loft unit, owned by Tribridge, I realized I had made the wrong decision. My loft was dreamy, but infested with roaches! Several encounters with pest control and two months later without resolution, I was forced to send the regional manager an email. I accompanied it with photos of my unit, and magically I was allowed to vacate my apartment, my lease was terminated without penalty and my full deposit to be returned. It has been 61 days since I vacated this unit, and no sign of my deposit in the mail. I was told by the leasing manager, of the old unit, that the check was “mailed on September 26” which turned out to be a lie. I started calling the corporate office regarding this issue and was met with a voice recorded “no one is available” several times. My best advice, this company is not worth the hassle. Feeling uncomfortable in your roach infested “home” and having to go to extreme measures to retrieve money that is rightfully yours, is undo stress you can live without! Best of luck to you!
Ive had the pleasure of working with TriBridge for over a year. The focus on customer service, team development and, overall, the ability to collaborate with a TEAM is astounding. Im truly lucky to be part of such a great organization.
Ive been with TriBridge for nearly two years. The level of talent that makes this company run is mind-boggling. They provide extensive resources to team members along with a very collaborative environment. Highly recommend as a career move.
As an employee, I cannot say enough positive things about Tribridge! This is the first company that has ever made me excited to come to work every day. They have provided me with every tool necessary to excel in my current position as well as an actual career with room for constant growth and training. Elaine Brown is such a wonderful mentor and our regional and upper-management has never been anything but incredibly accessible and kind (Elizabeth, Erica, Megan, Seth.) They always go above and beyond to recognize their employees and assist in any way they can. I also lived at The Jaxon, one of our communities in Jacksonville, and had an amazing experience on the resident side as well. Any service requests were addressed immediately and my apartment was gorgeous. I LOVE what I have experienced during my employment at Tribridge and am so excited about my future with the company!
Now let’s discuss the roach infestation. I’m such a clean person and it just irritates me to see all the roaches just crawling out of every corner. We see them while I’m in the shower, my kitchen cabinets and pantry, behind the refrigerator, my dogs bowls of food and water and the breezeways, stairways and parking lot.Would you like to live in a property the roaches and other insects are a problem? At first I couldn’t wait to move in, the community looked like something I wanted to call home but sadly it’s not. This community has gone down.
It has been a great pleasure working with the Tribridge team the past 3 years. Tribridge is committed to sustaining a strong company culture as well as demonstrating professionalism in all aspects of their business. It has been a perfect match with our company. I am excited to watch both of our companies grow and strength our relationship together.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont bother living here unless you have time to take on a full time job with following up on anything/everything. Ive spent MONTHS trying to get maintenance issues (water leaks!) taken care of and even went to the corporate level several times. The apples dont fall far from the trees. Im counting down the days until I can leave.
Ive had a working relationship with TriBridge Residential for many years. Their dedication and attention are what great partnerships are made of. Im looking forward to the continued partnership with this group of professionals for many years to come.
I parked in a lot owned by TriBridge that was designated for CVS customers. I walked into CVS made a purchase and then returned to my car. There was a BOOT on it. They charged me $75 to remove the boot. I was not in violation of the parking rules. At $75 per car these people are making a ton. Stay clear of them. They are dishonest.
Drove all the way from TN just to speak with them regarding proof of payment for a situation that happened 6 years ago just to get rudely turned around and not serviced. They said I have to have an appointment yet wouldn’t let me set one or direct me to where I can set one up. Customer service does not exist in that building. Don’t let them ruin your day b/c they will
I have personally and professionally known the team at Tribridge for several years and have had the distinct pleasure to watch them grow their culture into one of the finest in the apartment industry. I work as a vendor partner with Tribridge and know people both at corporate and on property and have with the utmost confidence recommending Tribridge as a fantastic place to work and/or live.
My experience with Tribridge has been fantastic. The staff I work with are very personable and we work great together. I have had tons of training with my home office and my staff onsite. When I ever had concerns, I was always assisted and I always got the feedback I needed to be successful.I was hired with Tribridge with very limited experience in leasing and I feel like I have done very well with the training I have been given.Fantastic company & employees.
Do not do any business with Tribridge, ever. Stay as far away from this management company as humanly possible -- their office staff is largely incompetent and their business practices are shady at best. They completed a sale of their property while I was a tenant and did not transfer all of my lease documents, my full accounting ledger, and several other details to the new management company. When it came time to move out and I needed to square the details with the new company, Tribridge personnel openly admitted that they had abdicated their responsibilities -- but were far less than helpful. In addition to making me jump through hoops to find MY OWN accounting ledger, they then admitted that they had misapplied payments and had not held my security deposit in escrow as prescribed by law. Despite these admissions, the attitude never changed and nobody ever proposed a solution. My only remedy here is legal, and Im having a challenging enough time getting them to provide me with contact information for their legal representative.Just stay away. These people arent worth a penny.
These pepole are the worse. They are unprofessional never answer the phone always open the office late. And the apartments that they manage are never properly managed.
I cant even rate this property. We are going LIVE on Facebook with the Infestation of roaches, uninhabitable unit rentals and more. They truly need to tear those apartments down and rebuild new ones. I have NEVER in my life - EVER, EVER experience such deplorable conditions of a rental unit. It took one day to terminate the lease. Then they had the audacity to tell me they will send me a refund check in 30 days. Thats UNACCEPTABLE - were going live on Facebook and Im building an entire website to address this BS. I want my damn money back in nano time. #TribrigeRoaches #TheAshfordApartments
Tribridge engages in shoddy employment practices. They actively recruit employees from other companies and hire them for positions, then they changes their minds, and doesnt tell the person that needs to know, after its too late. Then they dont pay for the amount of work completed for them.Do not work for this people they are the worst.
Litterally called 30 times and someone finally picked up. Then I was hung up on. Called another 10 times no one answered. Absolutely ridiculous.
Can never reach anyone. And if I can Im never transferred to the person who can actually assist me. They always give excuses about why things arent being done within the community. Takes FOREVER for someone to respond.
