As a person who recently moved to Atlanta for work, at first I am a bit worried about finding an apartment. However when I started the application process with Solace, all my worries are gone. Gigi did an amazing job helping me throughout the process and I am very happy with the apartment that I got.Due to some changes in the moving date from my side, I need to change my application and switch apartment a few times before signing the lease. Gigi is really patient to work with me through out these changes with a very friendly and professional manner. Small tip, if you are wondering whether you want to stay at Solace. I would recommend you book a tour and then get a contact from leasing office so that this person can help you out with the entire process (in my case, it is Gigi and I own her a big thank you). Also a big kudos to Lita and Patrick who are always there to help me with questions over phone and help me with my online package orders. This allows me to have my mattresses and furniture ready on the first day so I dont have to sleep on the floor hahaThe location is good, its in Midtown (near my office) and in a walkable distance to Georgia tech, a good neighborhood.About my apartment, I prefer to stay in high floor so I chose 17th floor. The view is awesome and I love the apartment design. The apartment is ready for Google Fibers. I probably will start to try out gym in the building tomorrow :)
I felt the urgency getting to the unit was great, the follow through with repair could be better; getting the filter changed and the from top of the a/c unit was great but there is still a lot of dusty residues still under the unit that needs to be cleaned and also looks like buildup on the inner fins of the a/c unit itself. Having those thoroughly cleaned would be absolutely perfect as the mold particles still blows up and out into the air I breathe. Thanks
Isaiah was my leasing associate and I was really impressed with the level of service that I received. I had to move because of employment and he was able to make that transition for me basically seamless in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend him to anyone looking to reside at this apartment complex!
1 week since the move in and also wanted to compliment Christopher who is the concierge. He is a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help with a warm smile. As far as the apartment, we had a small punch list of things which needed to be addressed/fixed, all were done within 48 hours. While moving in the washing machines were all being replaced, which is excellent. Key cards needed to enter the building which I am told is new as well. Great small grocery/everything store in the lobby! They even have cashiers checks and ATM machine. Short walk to Georgia Tech. So far my only issue is the hallways need to be painted.
I just moved in a few days ago. So far, Im pretty pleased, much better than the house I was renting previously. Isaiah helped me through the leasing process, and was super helpful. The location is great, within walking distance within good food and entertainment. I wish the parking situation was better, but thats Midtown for you. I also appreciate the access to Google Fiber service!
I really enjoyed touring. The pretty young lady, Gigi, was so helpful and kind. From the time I arrived she had a very welcoming spirit. I have never been to a place where the the customer service was so phenomenal. Great job!
On my first day Gigi was amazing from the start. She explained all the details I needed in order to make my move-in easy. She also gave me a tour of a couple of apartments and the buildings amenities. If you are a new resident or thinking of moving into the building, ask for Gigi, her customer service skills are phenomenal.
This review is specifically to commend Isaiah in the leasing office. My son is student at Georgia Tech and moved in a few days ago. Isaiah handled the transaction and changing the lease from a studio to a 1 bedroom for us when we arrived. It’s very difficult to pick an apartment online. Isaiah was extremely professional and polite and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Isaiah for your patience & professionalism!
I just want to say Josiah has helped me so much from the time I moved in until the time I moved out. I would call the office and never get an answer, but he was always there to help. If it wasn’t for him, I would have left a long time ago. I’ve never seen him upset and he is always eager to help. He should definitely be a manager there. I’m sure a lot more people would stay.
I loved Gigi!!!! She was so nice and inviting. She explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions, very knowledge and sweet person! If youre looking to move here ask for her she was great!!
Gigi gave me a very informative tour. I left there with no questions! Great customer service! Definitely one of the best!
I’ve lived here five years. The first several years were under old management and the place was not so great, hence the negative reviews. Now under new management, things have vastly improved. We’ve undergone a lot of new renovations. Location is the best in midtown. One block from North Avenue Train Station and the Fox! A great sub shop, Italian restaurant and grocery store in the building, not to mention other great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Ashley, Trey and their team have done a fantastic job, Including concierges Patrick and Jeffery. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is fantastic if you are looking for a good work outA great place to live.
This is the worst leasing office of all time. Seriously, if you are a self-respecting human being, avoid this property like the plague. Trying to get in touch with them as a resident and a previous resident is literally impossible. I have sent 10+ emails asking for my rental ledger and called the office numerous times. No answer other than the occasional what can I do to help? with zero follow up.Other than the leasing office, the property is messy and run down. The hallways are constantly filled with smoke and trash and feces is a regular discovery on the elevator.Again, if you are a self-respecting human being, avoid this property. I know its inexpensive but the savings are not worth it no matter what. This property is that bad. If this review convinces folks to not apply at Solace I will be happy.
My tour was super smooth and every question I had was answered PLUS more by Gigi. She made sure what’s typically a stressful experience for most, was fun and exciting for me and I’m sure for others as well. Much love!
((I have an ongoing issue, I will update and change review on,e it is taken care of.))Terrible ongoing experience.I applied in June and filled the online application and paid 200$ for it. After that nobody contacted me and when I called it was always on answering machine. After a few days I got an email to send some document in. I did within a few hours and again no response for days and my phones or emails were not answered. I figured if this is how they behave before I rent, after it its going to be worst. So I asked to cancel my application. They said they wouldnt refund me. I contacted multiple managers and after I got no where with the local building, I escalated the situation to the corporate and they agreed to give only 125$ back, even though the problem was them not my application. They said they have send a check a month and a half ago and I havent received it. I am going to take legal action to get even my last penny.Do not do business with them!
I was told that i could apply for a new apartment that was available. i was told to apply online, online the place was shown as available. the next day i called to ask what is the next step in the process, and was informed the apartment i applied to wasnt available and that i was to be put on the wait list. i told them i want my $200 i spent to apply for the apartment, they told me i have to wait 30 days to get my money back even though i paid online via card and it took one day to come out my bank. i cant even pick up my refund. seems like it was all a scam. do not apply here, it doesnt take a genius to update your site listings or to check your system to see if the apartment is available. so either they are incompetent or its a scam
I love the staff here! Gigi is literally my favorite. She has helped me so much! They very clean and make sure you are taken care of.
I love this place! The location is great. I really wish the parking was a better situation but it is the city! I appreciate the staff especially Trey!! He has helped me greatly since Ive been here so if you need help finding an apartment ask for Trey!!
I worked with Isaiah to finalize my leasing process, and was pleased at how positive and friendly he was. I look forward to living at Solace this year!
I loved living here. It’s in a great location near everything and the Staff was also very helpful with the whole move in process. Especially Gigi, she helped everything go through smoothly because honestly moving is a pain. I’m definitely renewing my lease and wouldn’t have it any other way.
I was recently in the search for a new apartment after living here for two years. I couldn’t find a place to live so I contacted Trey in the office and he was more than helpful in helping me renew my lease!Trey, thank you for not only being attentive and courteous this time but at all times. Whenever I need something done or an issue fixed on my account, he has come through and taken care of me! You’re amazing!
Just faced a couple of communication issues. Apart from this the management seems appears to be good! Thanks a lot Trey Griffith for reaching out to update me about the application status, really appreciate it!Looking forward to virtual tour and moving into an apartment soon!
Ive only been at the Solace for about a month now and my experience so far has been great. The concierge is hilarious. The overnight security always stays on top of his work. The leasing team as a whole are wonderful and take care of all of my questions and concerns immediately.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I Like Candy!
Location is everything for Solace!! At the corner of Peachtree and 3rd, this is the most iconic corner in the heart of the city. Good food and drinks within walking distance. Need help, be sure to see Trey Griffith, Assistant Manager in leasing office, handles everything timely and professional. Thanks Trey!
I thought these apartments were a great fit for me until I experienced roaches, smelly hallways/elevators, and a disorganized leasing office. There is a roach infestation at this property that they are having a hard time managing.I have experienced my bathroom toilet overflowing messing up the carpet at At least three times. The photo attached is another problem that occurs when residents are too lazy to take the trash downstairs. The trash chute is not big enough for large trash bags or boxes.
I was so excited to move in here in February and I love my apartment, however, that being said, the building is overrun with issues. First, there are three elevators in the building, however, usually only two are operating at any given time and they take forever to get to my floor. Second, the laundry room is small to begin with for a building with 540 apartments. I was told that they would be replaced the month after I moved in. That was an empty promise. We now only have THREE WORKING WASHING MACHINES. Three, the smell of marijuana wafts throughout the building, even though there is a drug free policy all residents sign. Finally, although the people who work in the leasing office are very nice, but, the office is very unorganized and there is very little communication with residents. Also, the amenities are still not open and theyve been getting new furniture and landscaping for three months now. It just seems like they dont care at all.
I have lived here for several years. The office staff has always treated me kindly, especially Trey. He has been exceptionally helpful in assisting my daughter and I with a variety of situations to maintain a positive quality of living. Thank you Trey and thank you Solace. Keep up the great work.
Ive been here about a year and I love the location and the view! The staff are also friendly and informative, especially Trey and Jeff, who both helped me tremendously with my leasing. Thanks guys! Thanks Solace!
So far my stay at solace has been okay, I been here about 3 weeks now. my leasing agent isiah has been great! i’m always able to communicate and he usually solves the problem right away .
So I got approved for a lease here, signed it, and paid everything I owed before moving in….tell me why I can no longer log into the resident portal that I had no problems getting into until AFTER I PAID THE MOVE IN FEES and nobody will answer the phone or give me an explanation. Next thing you know it, I log back into the application where I originally applied and it says my application is cancelled TWO DAYS before I’m suppose to move in? I need an explanation from someone immediately
I just moved here a week ago and first and foremost I absolutely love my apartment and it’s location! Getting here at 1st was not the smoothest process due to a lack of communication and miscommunication but after being paired with the leasing agent Isaiah he made it very much easier and smoother with my application and move in process. He was very kind, sincere, professional and welcoming throughout the whole process and I would definitely rate him a 5 star agent!I would definitely recommend to any future tenants who are interested in leasing these apartments to definitely have patience and once being paired with a leasing agent to make sure you get his/her email and communicate that way as well because you may have a hard time reaching someone unfortunately through calling!THE MAIN REASON FOR THE 4 STARS: is because these apartments is located in downtown midtown in which parking itself is very limited and expensive in which I understand but PARKING NEARBY CAN BE A HUGE HEADACHE BE PREPARED TO BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST FOR PARKING HERE IN WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN YOUR RENT and also to pay nearby 3rd party (lots, meters, parking garages etc.) for using their parking daily and risk getting boots/towed if not paid in a timely manner due to this.THE WAITING LIST DO SEEM SHORT BUT I DO FEAR ND HOPE IM NOT FORGOTTEN.. And let’s be honest who wants to pay $10 everyday for parking especially for parking that requires you to walk a half of block if not more from where you live :(OTHER THAN THIS.. I WOULD DEFINITELY RATE THE APARTMENTS 5 STARS ONCE THIS PARKING ISSUE IS RESOLVED
Great place to live, love the location! Right in the heart of the city!! The staff (Trey & Ashley) and maintenance are amazing and I really enjoy living here! Highly recommend 👌🏾
Wanted to leave a 5 star rating for Trey Griffith! In the 2 years Ive been here, hes always been incredibly patient and helpful with any issues Ive had be it maintenance, parking, etc. Customer service is always excellent with him and I know if hes in the office that day, the problem will be handled! Preciate all youve done Trey, bless your heart!
Great location, great views! Amazing customer service from the assistant manager Tracion! He is always so friendly and willing to help out in any way possible, what a gem!
Why is it impossible to get in touch with someone at this place? I have tried to call - the phones are out of service. No online appointment booking. And no response from the tests. Customer Service is at 0% and I was really hoping this place had promise.
Tre, the assistant manager is the best! He always exhibits excellent customer service and is very helpful. He is also very courteous and always available to assist residents.
I’ve been living here for over a year it’s been a great year thanks to Trey Griffith The process has been so seamless. The location is prime literally in the middle of everything you are close to stores restaurants about 10 minutes away from the Lenox mall. Maintenance is really good I have had excellent turnaround with any request that I have put in some time same day the latest I’ve ever had to wait was the next morning. I cannot speak for every floor but my floor is quiet, clean, kid-less lol and what an amazing view. My apartment is fully renovated, hardwood floors and I have never seen a pest in my apartment which is great because I was very nervous from the reviews I read. Also during a pandemic Solace has been amazing to the tenants. Trey has went above and beyond with providing resources to help tenants in need and help during such a trying time. If you were on the fence about moving to Solace I would say do it is definitely worth the money and the office staff is amazing thank you Trey and Ashely
I have been trying to call, text, email, & even left voicemails for 2 days now to try to view a apartment I am interested in but no one gets back with me .
There is no control over the temperature settings of the A/C in Solace. Only the management can choose whether the A/C will be on the cool or the hot setting, and the change between hot and cool only takes place two times a year. The result? It feels like hell to live here in the Spring, as there is no air-conditioning. The temperature outside and inside can be in the 70s and 80s for 6 out of 7 days, and the humidity can skyrocket. But if there is a single day in the week with a low in the 40s, the management will not turn on the A/C. You have to bear the hot weather with no relief.Currently writing this while sitting in my apartment with the temperature at 80F, and the humidity at 60%.Edit: Revised to 3 stars because the manager switched the AC promptly.
Stayed with a friend here, really great layout and amenities. My job may transfer me to Atlanta soon, so Im hoping theyll have availability if I do. Love the location and the restaurants in the building, too.
I just moved in and so far have had a great experience from the start. Sue has been an amazing leasing agent. My first visit, I arrived unannounced and she happily gave me a tour. She was prompt with all communication regarding the application. She even stayed late a couple of times to make sure I could get there before the office closed. I had a small maintenance issue that was quickly remedied.
Excellent, effective, and professional service and attitudes toward customers. During my two-year stay in Solace, I truly perceive it to be my home not a rented apartment studio, due to the convenience, happiness, and enjoyment. In particular, I would like to thank all the staff members for their great kindness and accountability. I will miss Solace!
Trey is awesome. Solace is a great place to live and work. Easy accessibility for city dwellers.
This review is not about Solace however it’s directly solely on my original leasing agent Trey; who since my moving in has now been promoted to the Assistant Property Manager. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Trey by my Promove agent via the phone during the pandemic last May. He was professional, and direct to the point at all times. I didn’t get the privilege of seeing my unit before selecting it nor did I receive a tour since the building was still under Covid19 guidelines, however Trey handled this sensitive time with ease and created the confidence I needed to say yes. When we finally met to receive my keys and he was kind, accommodating and extremely informative about the building, the surrounding community and the atmosphere. Each time I’ve had to request assistance from the Office and/ or maintenance teams, or had any building concern he’s made sure that things were handled and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I have totally decided to stay in my unit because of his strong customer service skills and his professional demeanor at all times. Solace is extremely fortunate to have Trey on staff.
I must admit the whole process was very stressful, there was a lot of confusion and complications but Isaiah made everything possible and worth the stress. He accommodated my needs and was very professional even though I showed frustrations. Thank you Isaiah!
The outside of the building looks great and even the lobby decor all thatHowwwwevvverrrr the hallways looks like old motel. If they ever needed a place to shoot a scary movie this place will be great! The outsdie really don’t match the inside of the building at all !!!!! The stair case is creepy poor lighting looks like a project staircase piss on the floors. The apartments are sooooo out dated as well at least the one I’m in and I only been here a few months I can’t wait until the lease is up.
Hello Im Rob a resident at Solace on Peachtree Apts and im a newly recent tenant and I like to say that the current recent staff there is a good one, the young has a wonderful attitude led by the staff manager Trae. Initially I cant say enough good things about his customer service. Hes knowledgeable and open minded and he also tries to work with your situation. Thumbs up to Trae and his staff! Also the Apartments are in a great location for dinning and entertainment for the cost to live there. So come through and check them out.
I will sum this up: Great Location-Economical-Marta transit is nearby. I moved in November 2019-and I have enjoy myself living here. Issues from laundry room-pest-maintenance issues-I must admit the manager Kierra & Ashley has been very helpful and gets on it immediately. Covid-19-hit many of us-especially ME-however I am a working professional and I do appreciate the promptness of the maintenance guys even during this pandemic. Listen-these guys has been very nice and helpful to me. The concierges is friendly as well. I will say if you put out positive energy-kindness-it will come back to you. All it takes for patience and understand and things will work out. I am constantly needing issues-because I am away at times, however I do appreciate their concerns. Special thanks to Jeff Krombel-he Is very hilarious and assisted me with my move-in. Everything hasnt been perfect however I know they do their best in getting things done when I need it. Tune in to more of my good and maybe not so good experience. ..LOL..Either way-the location ...YOU CANT BEAT IT!! ...Robert Hunter
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Terrible communication and unprofessionalism from the staff. I’ve been staying here for a year now begging and pleading for them to just tell me what I need to do to get out of this place. Originally, Giselle at the first desk took her time to show me a unit that I planned on transferring to. Multiple times I asked her if she needed anything from me and she said no... she’d just write my name down and add it in the system. DAYS before it’s time for me to transfer units I call and she tells me she’s been absent for 2 weeks, and all the work she had to do was left abandon and untouched until she got back. Which led me finding out that the unit I was expected to move into literally days before was now unavailable. Leaving me with no choice but to stay in my current unit another 30 days until something else was available or until I was able to move into another place, which I didn’t plan on doing at all. I was also told my extra days of staying would be prorated. Where I then had to pay an added amount of $250 to my lease for staying over my lease term. They were very nonchalant and unapologetic. Giselle took accountability, but the mangers in the office looked at me like I was stupid, and tried to belittle my situation and the inconvenience. 30 days later, rent is due and my statement is indeed not prorated, the base rent went up without me being told or signing any agreement, rent is due in 2 days, and I have yet to receive a response from anyone. But I BET they won’t forget to charge me for a late fee. Even though I’ve been waiting just for a simple response to gain clarity because I’m being charged over $1400 for only 7 days. This is a money hungry place and I’m not even sure where all the money your paying Is going towards 🥴. The staff doesn’t give a care in the world about you. They have no integrity what so ever. Tracion is the one that will never get back to you but look at you crazy when you finally get the opportunity to sit down with him. The entire staff is just rude and your getting different mis-information from them all. Just be careful. Document and record everything!
Tre one of the office managers is one of the most friendly and professional I’ve encountered since living here for almost 3 years.
Great location. There’s grocery store at the building, an italian restaurant and quiznos. There’s a great south american cafe next to the building. Management team does a great job, always willing to help, specially Trey Griffith and including concierges Patrick and Jeffrey.
Once we met Sue at the leasing office, choosing Solace on Peachtree was easy for us. Sue was courteous and professional, answering all of our questions with a smile. Though it was a busy day, she gave us her undivided attention to make sure we saw all of what Solace had to offer. Throughout the entire process, communication was constant and being able to do everything online, from signing documents to paying deposits and rent was simple. Though this is an older building, we found the apartment to be clean and in good working order which made us very happy. Downstairs, Patrick has been extremely friendly and had assisted us with the service elevator and our package locker to help make our move-in process seamless. The convenience store and Quiznos being in the building is a huge plus! Residents have been friendly and outgoing here thus far as well. The location is ideal being close to the Fox Theater as well as shops and restaurants. All in all, so far, we are very satisfied with choosing Solace on Peachtree to be our Atlanta home.
Im getting ready to move in next month, but my experience so far has been excellent. It took less than a week from my initial call to receive my welcome letter, and the staff has been extremely kind and pleasant to deal with. The building and apartments are beautiful, and priced EXTREMELY reasonably, especially given the location.Extra thanks to Jeff Krombel for being incredibly helpful through the leasing process!
Trey was an amazing agent (at the time of my move in) and has become a wonderful assistant manager! He is the only reason I have stayed with this complex as long as I have!
Location! Location! Location! It’s perfect. It’s convenient and the amenities are great!
Jeff is awesome and the place is definitely for me. The only reason why I havent given 5 stars is because nobody is picking up the phone or returning my voice message. Im trying to become a resident, come on, yall!
Nicole was really helpful thank you !!!
I’m so excited to be a new resident! The amenities are amazing! The area is even better!!! Surrounded by all types of shops food events and people, Jeff was amazing at making sure that not only did I get into the apartment but then I had everything I needed in order to be settled I had all the correct information and he made the process as smooth as possible Ashley The amenities are amazing! The area is even better!!! Surrounded by all types of shops food events and people, Jeff was amazing at making sure that not only did I get into the apartment but then I had everything I needed in order to be settled I had all the correct information and he made the process as smooth as possible ASHLEY the manager was also an amazing help and getting me into the place!
Move in May of 2021, Trey, my leasing agent was great. Other than the $30 service fee to pay rent online and $160 late fee if The rent isn’t paid by the 5th of the month, my experience has been great.
There are a lot other expenses not included in the website. Waste of time
Major thanks to Ms.Gigi very nice and helpful!!
I lived here going on 3 years and the front office is always responsive to the needs and concerns, Great Staff and Ashley the manager is the best!
Nas, my leasing agent, was wonderful guiding me through the leasing process. The apartment was not ready when it was supposed to be but I was able to move into another great unit earlier than I expected. I am very pleased.2021 Update- Ive been living here for 1 1/2 years now and I wanted to give Patrick, our concierge 5 stars for all that he does. From day 1 he has helped me whenever Ive needed. He is a pleasure to see and speak with every day! Ive seen a lot of employees come and go and its comforting to know a familiar face who knows you too.
Brandon Rowe is the best leasing agent i have ever done business with, however the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming before I even knew if I was approved
Awesome team!! Big thanks to Jeff & Ashley for working things out.Happy Holidays!
I am still a resident of this place but I am looking forward to the day when I can move out for good. The location of the building is perfect. The neighbors of the building are very friendly. The receptionists and guards are friendly. The apartment is old, it has bugs and its uncomfortable but not the worst (believe me). The most unpleasant thing about living in this place is the treatment by the management. They treat residents with contempt. You try to make fair and logical claims and they answer you nonsense. They follow absurd rules that supposedly define life in the building and that no resident knows about. You renew your contract and they dont even tell you about the benefits it has. I wanted to clean the carpet in my apartment (old and dirty) after almost two years living in it and they tell me that only in the 30 days after the renovation they offer that service, which does not have a logical explanation. Sometimes I feel that they are very inhuman and xenophobic people. My family and I are Hispanic immigrants and we have felt slighted. A Muslim resident and her family suffered greatly from the cruel and inhuman treatment they received in the midst of a crisis such as the pandemic. I feel very disappointed and really want to leave. I do not recommend to anybody.
Brandon was dope. He gave me all the details I needed to be able to make an informed decision.
Sue was wonderful. With Covid-19 its been so hard to get a leasing agent to return an email or a call. She answered quickly and kept in touch. Thank you Sue.
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! Thanks Trey!
I toured the complex with Trey and I love it!
Thanks greatly to Trey for assisting in the transition to Solace. He went above and beyond! Love the studio, area, and price!:)
Sue Ali was great at helping me get a property.. she was very prompt and very courteous. Thanks Sue!
This place was a disaster when I lived there and even though its been years since I moved out Im still dealing with the mess. When I lived there they decided to begin construction on the units and were constantly coming in the apartment causing a mess while I was trying to work. There was a horrible odor in the hallways and our unit. A woman was assaulted in the parking garage and another man was assaulted in the elevator. Wed finally had enough and worked with the front office to break our lease and move out. We moved out WITH PERMISSION because of the constant problems only to find out that a year later they dinged our credit with a $4000+ debt.It was disputed and removed only to show back up when they decided to refile it. Its a constant never-ending cycle with this place. This is the only place Ive had a problem with and I am so sick of dealing with them.Atlanta is a beautiful city and there are dozens and dozens of much better places to live. Do NOT choose Solace. You will spend years of your life regretting it.
I moved into my very first apartment 2 weeks ago and I love it! Everything has been good so far. Keep up the great work!
Started the process on Thursday... and it is dragging out. hoping to get more solid results today with the manager.
Straightforward leasing process, Brandon was very helpful.
I was scheduled for an apartment showing for today on Monday. The appointment was made by the property Manager on last Friday and I get all the way here only for them to tell me that the specific apartment that we were going to see and apply for was gone. Now I know this is a first come first serve type thing when living in the city. This is absolutely absurd that they wouldn’t reach out to me to let me know before I spent money to get there. And the manager was right in the office and heard all of this and said nothing when this is basically her fault. I was ready to apply and pay today for all my fees. This is very discouraging. Y’all need to consider reaching out to people who you book these tours with so they won’t waste their time coming after you give away the apartment you scheduled them to tour.*UPDATE*Months and months later even into a new year, IM STILL DISAPPOINTED LOL honestly for the sake of the people please reach out to potential tenants if you give their desired apartment away. It save them time and you time.
Havent moved in yet, but have been working with Nasrudin in rental office who has been very accommodating. We went through the application process and were ready to move in when we found out last minute that my sons classes would be all online which will delay his move. Nasrudin was very understanding and advised that our application is good for 90 days as we sort out the details. Look forward to moving in near future. Thank you!
My requests were handled alpromptly. The additional work orders that I sought after moving in were taken in account by Ashley, the property manager in a timely fashion. She even gave me permission to contact her personally with any future concerns if need be. Nas was very organized in getting me a speedy approval so I was able to move in just before my lease was up at my previous. He was really responsive and profession from start to finish. He even shared a rental special that I wasnt aware of during my application process. I really appreciated that. I am happy to be a new resident of Solace on Peachtree
Phone calls are never answered, however the leasing agents will be at their desk in front of the phone.
I would recommend this apartment as a LAST RESORT for residence in Midtown.I attended my final year at Georgia State and decided to live off campus. My experience with Solace was positive at first, but I quickly realized that this complex falls short of the professionalism and resident care that you can find nearby by paying virtually the same price.1. The office does not answer the phone. I’ve never had a more difficult time trying to reach the office of a residential building. And I lived here for God sakes!2. It isn’t difficult to access this apartment without credentials. Moreover, after the leasing office closes, you can bet that you won’t be able to resolve any issues until the next business day, as it is rare for security to be on duty, and although a number is provided for security, they never answered for me, and the voice mailbox is full! Rich! Haha.3. I had a leak in my apartment, and I informed TreShawn, a leasing consultant in the main office. Oh, he also helped in my move in process. He insisted that it would be taken care of. Three days later the leak spread to consume 1/2 of my apartment. I had to speak with someone else in the office who had to track down maintenance to have them control the leak. My carpet was wet and I was responsible for moving all my items. I stayed in the apartment for days while the carpet was pulled up and soaking wet, creating mold.I could go on about my tough experiences with this complex, but my time is too valuable. I wouldn’t be surprised if this complex is not called Solace on Peachtree in 5 years.Even now, I am having trouble contacting the office to pay them the rent for my final move out days.I hope this review helps you, and brings about change at this residence.
The concierge and my neighbors are the only reason I havent moved yet.management here is terrible. the leasing agents Sue and Tray are great and work with you really well but the management that is the issue Very lazy and rude!!!!!!!!! they dont help with anything at ALL!maintenence never fixes anything!!!!!there is a horrid bug issue that gets worse when it gets cold!!!this place is cheap for a reason!!
Looks and sounds very promising, I hope they have availability this week...looking to move now
Management was very hard to contact and fees are ridiculous
I’m so pleased with the service I got from JEFF he showed me several units until I found the perfect one for me. It’s amazing the price I got and also how I ended up with what I truly needed .. JEFF did everything in his power to make sure I was a pleased tenant before even doing the application, he went over and beyond helping... I would recommend moving here mainly because ALL the staff will make sure that you got everything you need and want for a comfortable living. I’m absolutely thankful to have found this great community at Solace On Peachtree ... Thank you Jeff and the Whole Staff for helping me !!
I have lived at Solace on Peachtree for two years and have enjoyed each year. It is conveniently located in the heart of midtown Atlanta and literally walking distance to everything (restaurant, bars, Marta, grocery stores, Fox Theater, Piedmont Park and more). Although management i the leasing office changes often, they still manage to hire great, helpful staff. The maintenance team is impeccable and very timely. The security is also very helpful and makes sure the property is safe. I truly recommend Solace on Peachtree, they have made my city-living experience very convenient and comfortable.
I lived here for a year while living in ATL & the staff is always helpful. Apartments are small, but it was just myself so it was perfect for me! Nice and cozy, neighbors were always nice when I saw them. Great location!
Had a very good experience. Nasrudin was extremely Great/helpful through the entire process. They have a great thing going on. Check em out
Their over all 3 star rating (at best) is for a reason. They do not advocate or have interest for Tenants (of coarse my opinion). Just be ware of all the nickel and dime charges they have for things, in which today’s society does not use in most situations! Say for example, charging over 4 bucks for mailing you your bill each month and such! Just saying! Every dollar adds up!
It is an older building with some quarks and minor flaws, but for the price and location it is well worth it.
It is close to Georgia Institute of Technology, so it is very convenient to GT and also clean.
Mannnnnn if I could give this place a negative star and number I would. Their customer service is awful. Literally they ignore phone calls while just sitting there at their desk on their phone. How do I know that? Bcuz I popped up on them. On top of that they really don’t reply back into emails. So if you actually need help or have an issue don’t try to reach out to them. Ashley, the manager is also lazy doesn’t want to do anything. Just lazy as well. Yeah I can’t believe an apartment on peachtree is represented in this way. It’s priced this way for a reason.
Very poor customer service. I had an appointment, showed up early, told them I was there, then waited 30 mins. I still was not given a tour after 30 mins. When I asked if anyone was coming to give me a tour I was told all the agents were still busy. I left after that. Will not lease here. Can’t say much about the apartments as I never toured them.
Horrible experience!! My clients wanted to rent the Penthouse and we tried for over a week to view the property. This is an expensive unit so my clients wanted to view like we had several other properties with masks and hand sanitizer. What if the property had a smell, what is it wasn’t the layout they wanted? We should be able to see. The virtual tour was horrible. I called to follow up on Friday was told it was already rented, called on Saturday and it’s available and was never rented. Either there is a lack of communication or they were misleading me. I would not recommend this place to no one.
This is not a smoke-free environment which is problematic for anyone who is allergic to cannabis and/or cigarette smoke, like myself. I should have done my homework and inquired about the smoking rules in advance. It is definitely low-end with many students, young people and party-goers. You get what you pay for. Its a good location if you need to be in midtown for a few months. They have month-to-month and short term leases available.
I have lived here for nearly five years. I have found the office staff to be friendly and most helpful, the maintenance, housekeeping, and other personnel efficient and are prompt to respond to my concerns. I look forward to renewing my lease in due season.
It’s been 2 weeks and I must say, my apartment is lit . These reviews have to be from before the elevator renovation. I’m happy and comfortable here. I don’t have ANY bugs tho I did see one on the first day I haven’t after that and I literally live next door to the trash shoot. Which is very convenient. Beautiful view, unique floor plan . 2019 is way to lit already.
Trey was patient and understanding. He had great customer service and anytime I had a question he was available and made me comfortable with my decision.
