The building and amenities are beautiful, However, Our move in process has been less than smooth. We placed a deposit two weeks prior to our lease date with limited communication with the move in or approval. After at least a dozen calls to track down move in paperwork, We finally received our move in packet less than 24 hours before our scheduled lease signing day. With a list of items of these items if not returned we would result in a fine of $150. We showed up on the day of our lease signing with the required items. When asked why it took so long for us to received our move in packet, I was told we were transferred to a different leasing agent in the middle. When we arrived on our day of move in we were handed key cards in an envelope and we were told to register for parking. We were also given a small envelope of FAQs. The communication has been terrible throughout the entire process. Now we come to find out we can not register our vehicles, because they use a third party parking company and the basic information needed was not provided to us. If we do not register them we will be booted. Again, we reached out to our leasing agent only to be told their was nothing she could do and that we needed to call the parking authority. With little to no sympathy or solution to our parking dilemma. When asked to speak to the manager she said there is no manager on the weekend and that she would call me on Monday. In the mean time both of our cars stand the chance of being booted as they patrol the lot 24hrs day. I am less than impressed with how the entire process has gone to the tune of paying $3000 for rent. This is a terrible process and a terrible way to treat your residents.
Samantha really is amazing! She really goes above and beyond and has made my stay at the Ashley smooth. Any time I ask her for anything, she responds within a more than reasonable time and always has a positive attitude. I really cant thank her enough for all that she does. She goes above and beyond. She is a value asset to the Gables, and I hope that she continues to make other residents just as happy as us. Also, even though I cannot remember everyones name in concierge, (I believe its Kim) all of the concierge is great! Thank you!
Zanaija was AMAZING. We came in very last minute wanting a tour (4:54pm to be exact). She happily accommodated us. She gave us a very thorough tour that wasn’t rushed! We absolutely LOVED the space! It’s everything! This property is definitely one exquisite place. Thanks Zanaija, and thanks Ashley Gables Buckhead!
Thus far my experience at Ashley Gables Buckhead has been great. Its a very quiet community. Its not over crowded and it is secure. Lauren was my leasing specialist, and by far she provided excellent customer service. She was personable and authentic. The units are unique, beautiful and built to perfection. The amenities are impeccable. Great location, Great Vibe

I am not impressed with the application process at all. They are too disorganized. It is going on 3 week of our application process. After being approved, we were requested more items for approval. If it werent for my roomie loving our unit so much, I would have cancelled and gone to another apartment. You have to literally call 50 times a day to finally get one leasing agent to help with your file. The manager is pretty useless in my opinion. The building itself is beautiful, but the leasing team seems like they were all hired yesterday. If you are thinking about leasing here, save yourself the headache and dont.

My wife and I moved here looking for a luxury apartment. We moved from another Buckhead location which was older but luxury. The tour was favorable. The realty is this place is a mess. The service is awful, the concierge is rude and not helpful, the dog park and the hammock area is covered in dog poop and the halls and elevators (when and if they work) wreak of marijuana. The worst part is lack of security that is of value, a concierge system that doesn’t work and are rude and the marijuana. If looking for a high end complex don’t live here. We will be moving out once our lease is up (a lot of people are as they sold/are selling a bill of goods).
Today I woke up to a boot on my car that took over 2 hours to remove. They partnered with a 3rd party parking system while also utilizing the old one and it very confusing. WE PAY 1700+ for apartments here (1b 1b) ... (mind you this was in the residents parking) we already have the garage sensor to get in. So they knew they were booting residents. They did not make it clear and easy for residents about parking. They usually post important information like this in the elevator. They didn’t even send email directly from them about Parking only third party communication. There were 10 cars this morning booted on the second floor. What a poor way to treat residents. I was in a hurry for work and was hugely inconvenienced!
Beautiful complex. Zanajia was the best with our tour. She showed us everything was very detailed with everything on the tour. I can’t wait to make this my new home when the floor plan I want becomes available. For future residents ask for Zanajia to help you with all your needs !!!

Very beautiful complex, but very disorganized management. Lost our rent and now threatening on eviction on my roommate and I. Also during the application process they kept telling us we were approved, but then kept asking for items that we have already submitted. Anyway we just moved in, this will be a looonnngg year. Also guest parking is not ideal. They use a system called Parkeaz that allows only 2 cars to be registered simultaneously (not roommate friendly), they only give 72 hours worth of parking weekly. The sad part is if your guests decides not to come anymore or leaves early, you cannot get those hours back. If youre looking to lease here, I wouldnt recommend.
ZERO stars if possible. This place has extremely poor service at the gate check in. Today, August 1st at 9:45 pm, there was a LINE of about 7 delivery people waiting to get through to complete their delivery and the person working as security did NOT get up and try to check in these people. In fact, it was only after a 20 minute wait that a resident came in and a couple delivery people were able to get in to complete their deliveries. Only then did the security get up to see why the 2 delivery people got through only to hear that they were trying to delivery the whole food groceries to the apartment. Then the security person went back inside their office and did not even acknowledge the remaining delivery people on the line waiting to get in. Seriously shocked by the laziness of this person.
They lost our signed lease and charged us with the wrong rent amount then tried to evict my cousin & I. Has been over two weeks and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. Beautiful property but going to be a loooooong year ahead of us.
I recently moved back to the East coast and was looking for a place to call home and came across The Ashley Gables Buckhead. The staff is welcoming, the apartments are great and the amenities are vast. Lauren Smith, who was an incredible help, ensured the processing was seamless for the long haul and made it that much easier. Ive been here about two weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to exploring the community.

Great amenities. This is very true. Management was great when we moved in but declined over the year we were there. Dishwasher wasn’t hooked up when we moved in. After submitting a request that was never fulfilled we figured it out for ourselves. Paid for amenities for months during COVID shutdown but no abatement when unable to utilize restricted areas for months. The hallways, elevators, and parking deck consistently reeked of weed. Residents smoking weed on balconies. Yelling in the hallways. Not always but enough to be alarming. 90% of residents wear no masks in the elevators. And elevator #4 is in constant repair. We moved out 6 weeks before our lease ended. Requested to settle the account but was denied, then slapped with a late fee the last 9 days of our lease. Overpriced. Save your money.
By far, I had the WORST service experience with Ashley Gables Buckhead. I would give this place a zero star if I could.If you want to save yourself from unnecessary stress and, not to mention, fraud, lies, and deception, please DO NOT even consider living at this place.An associate named Kathleen basically LIED and gave me the wrong price information MULTIPLE times via phone calls and emails to have me sign and submit the application.When I saw that the quote and the application letter still showed the price that was not promised, they simply claimed it as a human error and wouldnt do anything about it other than offer mere apologies and refund only a portion of the fees that were submitted… An epitome of irresponsibility, fraud, deception, and no accountability whatsoever.I talked with their manager Krystal, and she just went on to say Katie is new and basically just made mathematical errors. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the incompetence and the sense of irresponsibility that was displayed from this community.Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
After living in the Ashley Gables for a few months I have nothing but good things to say. The building is superbly managed from the top down. The building is well located and maintained, offering some of the best amenities in Buckhead. The whole team is super friendly and are always willing to go out of their way to help.Thanks for helping me to settle into my new home!

The Ashley is an amazing building. However their slogan Service is our signature amenity needs to read We provide everything but service Amenities are amazing, service could not be worse. One example is its peak holiday season at the moment. However, no residents are receiving mail or shipments from USPS. Instead of fixing the situation they argue with residents saying its our job and we need to call USPS to get the complexes mailing situation sorted out. Does that sound like service to you?
THEY DO NO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I PAID AN APPLICATION FEE AND HAVENT HWARD BACK FROM THEM ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK I CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE THE AGENTS AT THE CENTRAL OFFICE ARE NO HELP AND IM HIGH DISSATISFIED

I had a great experience interacting with The Ashley Gables Buckhead leasing office. Annika was helping me and she is amazing. I was very particular about what I was looking for in my new home and she really listened and showed me multiple apartments that would meet all my needs. Aside from being very attentive and wanting to make the potential resident happy, she was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. She is clearly very proud to be associated with the property and comes across very genuine.The property itself is beautiful, stylish and high quality and offers a great variety of amenities. I was really impressed with the product.
While I am still deciding on where I would like to live I do want to say that Justin is a great leasing consultant. He was very personable, upbeat and knowledgeable of the property. He represented himself very professionally during our calls, but was also very personable and seemed genuinely interested in trying to help me locate the perfect unit.Customer service is a major factor to me and I appreciate working with someone whose not pushy, but has a willingness to help. Don’t live here!!!! Had guests that parked in the guest parking AND registered their vehicles HOWEVER they got booted for reason- took over 1.5 hours for the company to come and remove the boot.
I just moved in yesterday, but I can already tell the Ashley is unparalleled in quality of service and amenities. It feels like living in a 5 stars hotel!!

There are some quirks keeping it from 5 stars which for the cost I have more control over my condo amenities and services at a lower price (appliance quality, new construction inconveniences and incompleteness, security/safety of parking garage, rules around keys and convenience of elevators, dogs off leash or in the main elevators which are small, need door bells for units with entryways)Oct. 2020 ReviewThe staff is still nice, property is still aesthetically appeasing and still enjoy the convenience of the neighborhood. The execution of property management requirements/rules, activities or issue resolution that is suppose to be aligned to luxury and flagstar are subpar especially the handling of pandemic and ensuring that all residents are encouraged to adhere by local, state and city guidelines. Reduced amenities, services and staff are also apparent with no visible understanding how the reduced budget is being reallocated. The location of the street access door really should be off E. Paces and not Maple. Its very inconvenient.
The leasing staff is great! Lauren and Annika really made my move as smooth as possible and answered all my many questions. The amenities here are great also.
We worked with Justin during the COVID pandemic and he gave excellent virtual tours! He showed me several different floor plans and made great videos to to help us decide on our floor plan. Really enjoyed working with him and appreciated his friendly attitude and patience!
Complex and amentities are nice however the staff and the resident support is the WORST I have ever encountered. I moved into the complex in August and it took them till the end of November to get me my mail key. This was only after mulitple attempts of asking them and continued excuses from the staff. They told me I was the 1st one to be in my unit yet once I was able to check my mail, there was mail addressed to 2 other people. So I can only assume I was either the 2nd or 3rd person who has lived in that unit. It does not end there, my windows were jammed. I have to pay for trash valet even though my unit is infront of the trash room. They would not allow me to reserve common areas due to covid, but that seems like the opposite of what should happen. There have times when Ive texted the conceirge and they dont reply. I was told I was going to get a gift card to compensate for the poor service but the manager still has not gotten back to me, it has been over 2.5 weeks. They have not paid out the referal to the resident who reffered me and its been over 3 months despite multiple emails and calls. Also, we are in the middle of a pandemic and times are tough for all and they have no lenciancy on waiving a the late fee especially when it is the first time. I hope the Ashley does better in the future because this is a pattern and its only been a few months for me.
The team worked well with me to be able to get moved in kind of last minute so I appreciate their help! Thank you again The Ashley team! You guys rock!
We moved in 3 months ago, and Ive been waiting for the shine to wear off. It has not. The Ashley is absolutely in a league of its own. From Day 1, Justin was professional, supportive, and actually went above and beyond in our first interaction. Since then, all the staff have been so amazing, so very amazing. theyve made us feel at home in a spotless, classy, super maintained property. I cant say enough about Quentin (always working to improve every little thing), and Ashley (a wealth of knowledge and a warm, friendly force in the building). Love this place!
The Ashley Gables Buckhead is truly an amazing place. Has the feel of a very high end hotel, and in fact it has even more amenities than most of them! Apart from this, it has a beautiful view, amazing pricing, and the staff seems exceptional. I received help from Samantha and am still blown away as to how professional and classy yet down to earth she was. Extremely happy with the help I received from her, she is one of the main reasons I’ll be living here. Thanks again Samantha!

The way this building and management have handled us during the lockdown is inhumane. We are expected to pay 2000+ a month to be locked in our tiny apartments. They locked all the doors even to get fresh air on the lawn!They have done nothing to take the burden off payments if we can’t even use the amenities. They “pride” themselves on their amenities but then charge the same amount when we can’t even use them. It should be at our own risk. Very disappointed do not move here.Even when things are up and running they don’t keep things clean and will just close off the area if you complain.
I absolutely love where I live. I’ve been to most of the properties here in buckhead and I promise none will touch this building. I mean your pay for really great amenities and let’s not mention the gym here is state of the art. The only negatives is I feel like the floor plans could give more storage space and a little better security which I rate a 7 out of 10.
The Ashley Gables has incredible amenities - they truly are top-notch, like no where else in Atlanta! The staff is super friendly, and accommodating to all of my questions. This property is spotless, I see the cleaning crew all the time and nothing is out of place. Cant recommend highly enough!

The Ashley is in a league of its own. No apartment complex in the area compares in value. The staff is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating of any needs. Justin showed me countless apartments, was patient, and always had answers to any question imaginable. Justin made choosing an apartment seamless and with his guidance and the amenities available the choice was obvious. The attention to detail throughout the complex is astonishing and the staff mirrors that standard. If you’re looking for apartments in the area you must consider The Ashley. I will recommend The Ashley to all my friends and encourage others to do the same.
I called the office this past Saturday 9/19 and again on Sunday 9/20. I left a message with the concierge twice on Saturday and she advised a leasing agent would give me a call back. NEVER received a call back that day. The next day or even yesterday. Seems as if the office is very dysfunctional. Im sure after this post ill get a response from the complex or corporate because the world can see it and thats just sad.

As soon as I walked in Ashley Gables, I knew my experience would be different. As soon as I went to shake Samantha’s hand I could tell she knew how to serve people. This place is absolutely amazing, a day later I’m still excited about it. Everything they do is in the best interest of the resident. They’ve thought of everything to make the living experience there spectacular! Better service than a hotel, very upscale for an unbelievable price! I heard they had the best amenities in Atlanta and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I can’t wait to move in!!
When I first moved in to the Ashley, I had high hopes. However, after less than a year of the building being open, it is already starting to look run down. Paint scuff marks all over the hallways, dog urine in the elevator lobbies, elevators that reek of marijuana and even with federal social distancing guidelines in place - groups of 8+ people walking around the building hallways at night. Ive found certain members of the leasing office to also at times be very abrasive and unhelpful, and Ive also unfortunately had to make more than several noise complaints about the same neighbour while it seems the building has done nothing to ensure residents are respecting the peace and respecting their fellow neighbours... For the extremely high premium they charge on rent, these issues should not be happening at all let alone be ongoing issues that appear to be deteriorating further with time. It pains me to write a negative review about anything, but I hope the building management takes these issues more seriously after they are posted on a public forum such as google. I think for the price they charge, there are other buildings in the area that offer more competitive amenities and customer service, as well as a higher calibre of residents that dont let their dogs pee in elevators, smoke up the building with marijuana and play loud music most nights until 3 oclock in the morning.
Samantha showed me the beautiful property this afternoon, She is ever so gracious, knowledgeable and interested in helping potential residents find a suitable apt. We saw 4 different apts - one more beautiful and pristine than the next. I need a larger living room space for my furniture and we identified the right fit after 45 minutes. She is patient and very informative, I was touched by her authenticity; it is rare to find such a caring individual in the real estate world. If Samantha is a representative of this management company - then it will be a WIN WIN situation.
If I could give a zero I would. The place is a literal drug den. Admitted they rent to people who commit fraud just so they can lease up the building. Run, don’t walk from this property.
Kristen at the concierge is VERY rude. Most of the staff here is nice and professional so I’m sad to say they have a team member that provides anything less than that. I have a newborn baby and im under the weather. During this pandemic you’d think the employees would be sensitive during this time. But instead, she insisted I come down to the desk because “she’s not going to lose her job” over me asking her to release my packages to my sister! So unprofessional!
Finding an apartment was not a simple task. After dealing with several rude staff members at other complexes I stumbled upon The Ashley! Walking in I was warmly greeted by Justin. He was simply amazing! He was very kind and courteous and showed many units until I found the perfect unit! He went above and beyond. After my initial tour I was sold! We have no regrets leasing here! The staff, the building and amenities are simply amazing! Thank you Ashley Gables Buckhead! Thank you Justin!
Sam is amazing she made me feel so welcome when giving me my tour she was so helpful gave us so much info that we had no questions at the end. She made us feel like we where at home. I love the apts she showed us. That you Sam you deserve a biggggg raise
My wife and I just moved in a month ago after researching Buckhead’a top apartments. We loved all the amenities and the location, the staff was very friendly as well. The Ashley has high ratings but was still new, which means they are still figuring things out. After settling in we were waiting on a MacBook we ordered online. All packages are normally held at the concierge but we were notified it was left in the hallway in front of our door. Once we returned home, the package was gone. The staff seemed concerned in the situation but nothing has been done to find the package. I think the residents at the complex should be aware that theft is taking place here. If anyone saw anything or has any information, please call the police as we have a report started with them. This is not our only concern since living here but the worst we have dealt with so far. I am posting this online to create awareness. We should be a community working together and keeping each other safe.
What started out promising has gone down hill. Elevators and hallways stink of marijuana smoke and cigarettes (although per lease non smoking). Team nice enough but they don’t do anything to prevent the issues so it won’t ever improve. The quality of service has gone down and what was well intended luxury has failed as the company needed to fill units (regardless of preserving the quality of the property). I would wait until the new Irby opens by Whole Foods or look elsewhere unless you are ok with broken elevators, Constant marijuana smell and broken trash chutes.
We toured The Ashley Gables Buckhead with Justin and the experience was incredible. Justin was super nice and welcoming, his level of service, his professionalism, kindness and the way he took his time to show us several different floor plans, as well as all of the amazing amenities was definitely a big factor why we decided that we want to call The Ashley our new home. Staff friendliness and a great community is a must for us and this is what this apartment complex certainly delivers on. The building itself is giving you a 5-star hotel-like feel, from details like the Great-Gatsby themed interior design and decoration, a hotel-like lobby with 24/7 concierge and security (also a plus), the clean hallways (carpeted which means more quiet), and not to forget, all of the amazing amenities. The pool area is the nicest and the gym is the biggest we have seen in any apartment complex. The units themselves have great layouts, they are very bright, and all the finishes give a very high quality and luxurious impression. There was no doubt for us that we could imagine ourselves living here. We applied the day after and got approved today! (*Yay) ...Usually I dont write reviews, but this experience as well as the apartment complex was really unique and after touring several other luxury apartment homes, we felt the need of sharing our positive feedback so you can check out the place as well.
This community has so much to offer for amenities. The staff has had multiple changes over the past year and therefore the staff is still learning the property.You would think that a high rise property you would not hear your neighbors above you...wrong. I had two different neighbors that lived above me and I could hear every foot step.
Absolutely horrific. DO NOT LIVE HERE! You will regret it. I dont want to leave details for fear of retaliation. They will enter your apartment during the day without your permission or giving you any sort of notice, which I thought was illegal. If you value privacy or competent management and staff, this is not the place for you.

After the initial unpleasant experience I had speaking with the third party off-site leasing agent for Ashley Gables, I was able to speak with Samantha who was extremely pleasant and professional. After a sincere and genuine apology, Samantha answered all of the many questions I had. A company that owns their mistakes is the kind of company you want to do business with.I look forward to visiting the property for a tour.

My wife and I cant possibly say enough about what a great experience weve had transitioning in our move to The Ashley Gables Buckhead. We fell in love with the place upon being conducted on a tour by Annika and seeing the beautiful amenities. However, it was the incredibly attentive, professional, and personal service by Annika that sealed the deal for us. Also, Annika was so very gracious and patient with us, as she offered to take us up to the apartment multiple times to see it again after having begun the application process. Additionally, all of our interactions with other staff have been wonderful. Ashley, Quentin, Justin, and others are always sincerely interested in any concerns, questions, or needs that we may have. And, oh yes, our apartment is beautiful! BTW, my wife posted a review a few days ago and was absolutely MORTIFIED that, even though she had selected a five-star rating for The Ashley Gables Buckhead and was equally thrilled with the service by Annika as I, the system somehow registered her rating as three-star. So, be assured we BOTH are equally thrilled by the Ashley Gables community and the service provided by Annika!
