His professionalism, extra mile customer service, interpersonal skills and diligence made the burden of transitioning from Mississippi to Georgia sooo seamless! He was always available to help, to research, to answer questions and assist in every way within his scope of support. His feedback was hilarious and kept me focus on the important details of moving. I thought Pro Move wasn’t legit initially, but I’m overjoyed to say this company along with my outgoing agent Michael helped me secure my new living space. I would 100% recommend choosing Pro Move (Thanks to Mike) to assist with moving arrangements. This company assists with finding residences based on financial needs, credit,desired floor plans, etc. Pro Move meets you where you are and it was so comforting! This eliminates the time and burden of going through random apartment apps. If you’re ambivalent about taking a chance with Pro Move… do it! You’ll be so glad you did! Although Christopher C was very good at his job, the customer service regarding the rebate has been a terrible experience. One excuse after another and 8-mos later and I still don’t have the rebate that we contractually agreed to. In speaking with (manager) Joel P he wanted me to jump through more hoops and told me he couldn’t assist. Bad news

I Used Promove in 2018 and had a great experience. So when I started my search for a new apartment this year, I decided to give Promove another shot. Unfortunately my last representative didnt work there anymore but It was a blessing in disguise because I got a new representative named Jane. Jane was AMAZING! She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy with my experience with Promove and I would recommend using them to anyone who is looking for a new apartment to move into.

Jane was very helpful when I was trying to find a new apartment from out of town. I dont think I got a better deal than I would have if I looked for myself but it was nice to have a central site to ask questions/compare apartments. I have not gotten my rebate yet so I cannot speak to that.

Youre honestly better off looking for yourself. They were no help at all. I found more on my own that the complete inaccurate list they sent. 100% would not recommend

I received a portfolio from Katie and then no return call in 2 weeks,i guess I should do this on my own. Very very unprofessional and a little disappointed.

Used Michael Chislak from Promove and he was very misleading in how I was going to get the promised rebate. I was told they needed to confirm my referral and once that was complete I could claim my rebate. This week I followed up and told I was like out of luck since it’s been over 30 days. This is incredibly misleading to tell someone they have to claim a rebate online when you do t tell them the timeline and/or if this was available.Do not use them for your move, you can find the same deals directly with the apartments you find on Google!!

Don was an absolute pleasure to work with!! His professionalism extended from early mornings, late nights and even weekends. Used Promove this year for a property that was offering a rebate for using them in March. I have emailed Laci Jackson a number of times requesting an update on the rebate, and have been ignored since.

The reps here are a waste of time. They don’t research criteria. They send seekers on a wild goose chase. Their only goal is to get a referral fee. You’re better off searching on your own.

I used them to help me find a place when I first moved to Atlanta. My credit wasn’t so great, and I was having trouble finding a place that would accept and approve me for one. I wasted so much time, money and effort trying to find something on my own. Finally I tried Promove and I moved into one of my top choices within a week or two. I will definitely recommend and use them again in my next move!

YOU will not receive a rebate they will give you the run around! Waste of time and energy of giving someone you don’t know your personal information! I think they use your info for third party! This site is a fake

Darius helped me find the perfect place quickly. He knew which places were worth looking at and which places that just had nice photos online. He kept me from wasting a lot of my time and got me an amazing deal

Mike G at PROMOVE was a great help! Without his help scouring through all the apartments in the Atlanta area we would not have found the best fit for us. They are just bunch of cheats.. !!1. They did not have any information on the requirement and available apartment. They just pushed me the leasing office address. and I kept making rounds asking for apartments.. no shortlist, no apartment identified, no idea about rent...2. I identified apartment my self and then WENDI asks me to add their name in the form and ill get $ 200 cash back in my mail as check. i wrote it as i have nothing to lose.. but again she has shown her true colours..and there is no cashback.. ~~

I went into Promove with low expectations, but I cannot tell you how impressed I was with all the information Jon gave us. We told him what we wanted and he delivered. Every place was great and all the agents knew Jon. I would recommend all my friends to go see him!

Does not help people with criminal backgrounds find apartments. So if you have a steady income, good rental history, but a criminal record from years ago like me, your out of luck

I moved up to Atlanta about 6 months ago and was on a tight budget but wanted to live in the heart of the city. Promove was great from the very beginning, sending me many different options and information to help with my apartment search. Six months later, I still love my apartment, love the area I live in, and never would have found it if it wasnt for the assistance from Promove.

Apartment hunting in a new city can be overwhelming. Clark at Promove was very helpful. I love my new home, and I dont think I would have found it on my own.

Zack Schnyder was my contact and he was AMAZING!! I was sluggish, but Zack worked with me and never got frustrated. I came to him in July and will sign my lease on Saturday. Intentionally posted apartments outside of my budget and when I asked for new agent they pulled the promove site within a hour so I would suggest doing the search on your own as the information provided was not helpful nor accurate for price, fees, and also loved the agent pushing to lie to apartments about the weight of my dogs......Do have say thank you to THOMAS BOYNTON for wasting my time for a month and now making moving super stressful 2 days before I wanted to move. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE......

Promove help me find find a decent apartment even with the obstacle of credit and rental issues. I especially recommend Corey Kirk at the Buford location. He was parient and even when i had to change my prefs a few times he was willing and determined to find what i needed.

Thomas with Promove helped us find the perfect apartment right in the heart of Buckhead that met all of our list of wants and needs, also all within budget! We had an extremely tight turn around time as we are relocating for work and Promove made it happen. Thankful for them and would definitely recommend if you are looking to move to ATL!

Tony Schaeffer from Promove is the best...I really mean the best at what he does...cares.. He worked with me for 3 months on assisting me with finding somewhere to move, till the end. I had a problem with the apartment I moved into before I moved in and Tony helped me resolve the issue..He called and spoke with them previous times on my behalf. If he didnt assist, I dont know what I would have done..I am from St Louis and I dont know the laws in Georgia yet..I would suggest ANY out of towner to use Promove to help when you move to Georgia..Things are done different here..

I have used Promove several times over the last couple years and each experience has been wonderful. I have always worked with Kate from the Druid Hills office (even though thats not the area I was moving to), and she is the best in the business! She is always extremely helpful and quick to return my calls or emails. I love using Promove because they take a lot of the hard work out of finding a new apartment! I will definitely be using Kate and Promove in the future if I decide to move again!

Let me start by saying I havent actually found an apartment YET but that is mainly because I am not ready to move. I went to Promove when I first moved to Atlanta in 06/07. I honestly thought that Promove was closed down and replaced with internet access only. Im glad I checked on Yelp and confirmed this is not the case. I was very glad to go in and meet with a live person who was very familiar with the city. Promove has also stepped there game up from the days when they just give you tons of property cards to choose from.The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and got us seated with someone very quickly. Our agent was Don Smith. Very funny and knowledgeable guy. Once we started working together, he spoke to us (my sister and me), asked us questions and made us feel comfortable. He made sure to get a good understanding of what each of us was looking for so he could fit those needs. Once we had a list of hotel choices based on the area and price range chosen, he went through and with his knowledge of the areas and the feedback he has received, he hid several from the list.Right now I have a list of places to choose from and I feel confident that Don will help me find the right one. Ill keep you posted as I continue my search.

I was helped by Clark Rizzardi to find my apartment. I tried to do it on my own which became quite a task. Some many locations with different prices. I went to Pomove and Promove!

My experience with ProMove surpassed my expectations! After speaking to and meeting with Melissa Skidmore, Ive been in 5th gear because I got an apartment that I truly love in 24 hrs later. They really do take the hassel out of apartment hunting.Thxs.
