If you dont plan on getting your deposit back and dont want anything fixed EVER or halfway fixed run immediately. I lived here for 2 years. Within those 2 years, 6 separate major leaks which left a gross mildew smell (If I did not leave the AC on). Be prepared to get rid of roaches and ants yourself. Management changed on 3 separate occasions. Management is also non responsive and when you do get them on the phone they always rush you off. Please make sure that you know your rights as a tenant. This company preys on you being naive and ignorant to your rights. This place is fraudulent and make up charges to try make sure that you never see your deposit when you move out. I am in the process of suing them now! One has to be really fed up if they chose to move in the middle of a pandemic.

I have been living here a year now .Well the property manager and her assistant very nice. I have not any problem living here. You will need keep your trash take out everyday and keep you place clean also nice size apartments and great location.

This is the worst place in the history of worst places. I came here in need of a place to call home! When you walk in everything is indeed renovated but it’s what is behind the walls that gets you once you are moved in. I live on the first floor and this place is roach infested, Nats fly around. All types of other bugs get into my house. I have only been here 6 months and I am getting ready to leave this place. You really do get what you pay for. Do not let the specials and the renovations bring you to the place. This is not a place to call home. I have a 1 year old son. He is constantly sick. And not to mention now I just discovered I have mold growing on my shoes in my closet. This place is unprofessional. It’s hood and it doesn’t not belong on this side of Cascade. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have reached out to corporate no response. I have been complaining to the leasing office since I moved in. Air conditioning has leaked bad 3 times I have been in here in 6 months. I hate to even cook in my kitchen because of roaches. I am barely at home. The only reason why I continue to pay rent is because I have a son that needs A home. I will be moving at the end of the month and I am so happy to be moving out of this dump. Please don’t waste your time. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever moved in.

The process of getting into these apartments was very smooth and the lady in the office was professional and very helpful the apartments are spacious and the area looks well kept even though I won’t be moving in because I got a house I was looking at this was still a top choice for me and I’d recommend these apartments customer service was great !

Ive been here since 2013 when I first moved in here it was pretty nice but the management Miss Arlene which she is now fired for embezzlement but other than that the apartment complex its pretty quiet its very decent at first it was nothing for the kids to do security was always lurking Miss Arlene had a very bad nasty attitude make up the different valence is trying to get extra money but since she has gotten fired a couple of months back this apartment complex has gotten so much better as much kid-friendly more things to do it feels so much happier you can tell by the right when you walk into the leasing office that its a different spirit but anywho I think you that I do have a roof over my head and clothes on my back Im very thankful other than the last management

I called asking about a one bedroom one bathroom, which I spoke to Ashley. At first the conversation went ok even tho she was very dry. I started asking more questions then the energy shifted. At the end I asked what was the reps name, she said Ashley. Then I proceeded to say Thank you Ashley, I will try to stop by tomorrow to view your apartments. But she hung up, I called back but no answer. Not sure what went wrong but im good on moving here if the staff is going to be having attitudes out of nowhere.

Nice area. Terrible Apartment. Spacious but underneath the paint is Mold and Mildew!!!Management does NOTHING to fix the problem. They will try to sell on Renovations.But all they have done is temporary. Its like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound. Do not move there. You wont get what you paid for.When I moved out I had to throw away most of my clothes and shoes. All molded. I had black mold in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom closet. If you are consider moving there ...Dont. RUN!

I felt harassed by management. Apartments full of mold, nothing for your kids to do. I didnt feel at home in the place I called home. The apartment manager would make a better warden. The security did more lurking than securing. This was a learning experience.

The application process was easy and the office staff was helpful I like the apartments it is your own responceability to keep your place clean. So I give it two thumbs up

How in the world do they feel like its acceptable to to tell their residents that they have less than a month to start paying utilities and that will no longer be included in rent? Nothing about this place has improved since Ive been here.Security has gone down, maintenance never comes -they only just started back spraying for bugs in January 2017- and also the staff is rude and unhelpful. Peoples cars have been busted into, the pizza man got robbed, over 20 a/c units stolen! And yet they try and raise rent?? This is ridiculous!

Recently just moved here and some of the newly renovated units are spectacular.

These apartments are horrible. They are roach infested, I have mold in my apartment so bad. I have spoke to them on different occasions I have even emailed them. They so called were remodeling but that isnt really happening. They do not care about there tenants at all. When I say run as far as you can plz do

The neighborhood seems nice. No ppl hanging out in the breezeway. ...it did look like someone bust a garbage bag in the streets and no one cleaned it up... smh

This place almost gave my mom a heart attack!!!!! Maintenece men coming unaanounced and taking a dump in you unit and leaving it for the resident to clean!! Horrible management team!!!!!!

Did a app with a woman named Lauren and never got a response back. I even went into the office and she told me I was approved just wait for the call but of course I never got one back I just ended up renting elsewhere that had more professionalism. This company seems like they make money off of app fees because nobody is renting

Really close to a lot of places like the schools stores and freeways.

I applied and paid the $50 application fee, stopped by several times to get an update on the status of my application and never got an answer from them, all they kept saying was that i had to wait, completly unprofessional and unacceptable.
