I believe Ms. Stanfield (Along with many other reviewers) have pretty much said it all no need for me to repeat). But now lets also add in the additional consistent car break ins. A gated entry into the garage that is always broken. And lets not forget to mention the security cameras, the few that they are (none in the garage area)that also do not work.Management: what can you do to insure some sort of security within the apartment community.Future residents: Please dont waste your time effort and/or money there are other communities much better than this and worth it.
This is the worse properties I’ve ever applied for. I applied to this property two months ago because they had an apartment ready to be moved in the week my lease was up at another apartment. I went through the whole process and got approved. However, I never received the lease to sign. That was a red flag so I kept calling and kept getting told excuses. I finally went over to the property After calling every day for a week. I was informed it was new management and they had no idea I was suppose to move in. They claim their systems were not up and running yet so they couldn’t see anything. I showed them the documents to prove I got approved for an apartment on the property. They decided to go ask the woman was she moving out (this was unprofessional) . I was informed The woman said no because she renewed her lease after she told them she was moving out and the apartment was listed online as ready to be moved in. They told me I couldn’t move in to the apartment I applied for and would have to wait another two weeks for one to come available. The new property manager wouldn’t speak with me directly and kept sending the Secretary to tell me everything. They told me to call back in two weeks or they would call me. Instead of accommodating me and working something out for their mess up and unprofessionalism I never heard from them, the phones were busy for weeks (disconnected tone) and website was down for weeks. I had to go back over there and tell them I wanted my deposit back because I found something else. It took them two weeks to respond back to my emails and was told they couldn’t refund my security deposit back so I will have to contact corporate. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are unprofessional and don’t care about customer satisfaction. Nobody in the office knows what’s going on and make up excuses to cover up for lack of work effort and customer care. The Secretary was the only one communicating with me and trying to accommodate me but she could only do so much because it was the property manager position to fix the situation. They false advertise apartments as being ready to move in on certain dates without confirming with the residents if he or she is going to renew their lease or not before listing the apartments. I’m still dealing with them on getting my deposit refunded for an apartment I was told I could move into then told 3 days before move in that I can’t move in. They change management every few months. Residents tell management they are moving out but are able to change their mind whenever even if the apartment has already been approved for somebody else. Corporate has been contacted.
This place is the perfect location and close to the city. However management changes every 6 months and nobody ever knows what’s going on. Avoid this place if you can. There’s definitely nothing luxury about this place.
Being from out of town I was expecting some difficulty in finding the right apartment. I came to this apartment and was very impressed with the staff at first. Great tour nice facility. The package and mail boxes were a complete mess tho. But other than I fell in love with the apartment. As soon as I got back home that same day I applied. And also had my co applicant apply. We both me the requirements for rent and expected everything to go smoothly. Since they day I applied I have had nothing but trouble speaking with someone at the apartment. Instead of talking to people they rather send you to a third party services and leave messages. After having my application and money be in limbo for almost 2 weeks. I received a phone call from rose at 4:30pm saying that I have until noon the next day to provide additional bank statement on top of the 5 documents that my co applicant and I had already submitted. I called to make sure this info was correct and sent my documentation because I was truly interested. It took rose less than 24 hours to deny my application saying that my income is not verifiable. I work for one of the biggest gas companies in Georgia and had very clear proof of that. I also checked my credit and there were no inquiries of a credit check. They took my money and denied before they even saw my application. Since then I have been calling and needles to say no answer. No response. No explanation. I will be filing a report with the FTC and the BBB. I’m begging you if you’re reading this do not apply. They will steal your money and shun you if you don’t fit into their mold
Anthony has been the absolute best person throughout this process. From the AMAZING tour with every detail possible, to finding the perfect unit for you with all of your needs, he will make it happen! I had so many tours set up after this one and I cancelled them all and applied right there in the office. He’s called me every day with an update on my application. Even if there wasn’t one, he just wanted to make sure I heard from him! Like where else can you get this amazing customer service?? Please give this man a tour! Ask for Anthony and Anthony only!
I must say that Mr. Tommy Moore is outstanding. He was very polite assisting with my maintenance issues and even went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed done before he left. I have only been here for one week and Im looking forward to getting to know the rest community.
The staff at TwentyNine24 was one of the many reasons I chose this apartment complex. Do not underestimate the importance of having a leasing office that effectively communicates. Anthony went above and beyond with updating & helping me in regards to my application for my requested move in date. Staff is super helpful when it comes to answering questions you may have about the complex. Rent portal is super easy to navigate. Pools and workout room are clean. The balcony and large bathroom is also a huge selling feature. You cant beat the price for a convenient location.
I had very few maintenance issues and Tommy was excellent with service and respect. Tommy completed the order quickly and checked to make sure everything was working properly.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not happy with my experience. They really do not care about business or satisfying the customer. I was really looking forward to moving here but each time it was always something. Upon my scheduled tour, this being my first apartment. The leasing agent was not even present.. the doors were locked and it was 11am.. No one ever showed up and I had to leave because I had other apartment tours scheduled. I was connected to an off site agent who I advised to please have someone call / email me to reschedule and didnt receive a common courtesy of any call back for the inconvenience... I gave them another opportunity and called last Sunday for someone to tell me the color scheme of a floor plan I was looking to lease ASAP. I was told someone would call me.. again nothing. I followed up on Monday and was extremely frustrated and vented about how difficult it has been and was told I would receive an email as well as a call because I didnt receive any correspondence and its been 2 days and guess what still nothing. Ive even sent an email after the call to ensure a follow up. There is no communication at all and no customer satisfactory when it comes to this Apartment Complex. I could only imagine how difficult it is actually living here and dealing with the leasing office.PS. Im not interested in a call back after my review has been posted. The follow up is terrible.

This is an awesome spot for sure. At previous apartment homes, whenever I submitted maintenance work orders, the turnaround time would be 5-10 business days, sometimes even longer and it was such a headache. But here, I submitted multiple maintenance work requests, some minor and some a little more important, and I was shocked that most were completed the next day. Victor, the supervisor, was super helpful in resolving issues that were a little more complex where he had to order parts. I know this would not have happened in most apartment homes so I really appreciated the guys who helped me out (Ron and Doug). Very kind people all around and I would highly recommend leasing here!

The apartment is okay, it’s not all that great.....could be better. On the positive side Anthony Franklin is one of the best office staff I’ve met, from beginning to end. He’s very helpful and follows up on everything. Any questions or reasonable request that you have, he will be sure to answer and fulfill.

Be ready for the fire alarms to randomly go off. Lasting anywhere between 20-60 min.Fire alarm happens at least 2-3x a month without any explanation.This is def. one of the cons of living here!

So I did a whole bunch research before settling on this location! I even read the reviews from people that have lived on the property longer than me. I must say so far this is the best location to be if your moving from another state like I did. It’s in the center of Atlanta everything is 10-15 minutes away. I recently was a visitor here and encountered coming back to the 5th floor visitor’s parking to find my car with no rims and tires along with two busted windows. All I was told was that security wasn’t on duty during this time. They are more focused on giving out boots but not making sure people’s cars are safe. Disappointing to even be a visitor of this.
We were in the area and decided to stop by the apartment. We are considering between 4 places and so far Twentynine24 is at the top of our list! Anthony has been great! He answered all of our questions and showed us all of our options! This property was already a must see place but it got even better because of him!

How gross?!My sister’s apt is spotless and the roaches and restricted to that one area! It’s so disgusting though! Who wants roaches in their kitchen?

ROACHES!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have reached out to them multiple times about the roaches infested in the wood due to a kitchen sink water leak and oversight on their part and they refuse to fix it! The entire cabinet need to be replaced but they are being cheap and refuse to do so!They literally painted over the roaches and marked the work order as complete! How disgusting is that?!!
We leased this apartment last year during the peak of the pandemic and because of travel restrictions, could not see it in person first. This was an epic mistake on our part.- the noise level is unbelievable. Neighbors up partying at all hours of the night. Property management does nothing about it despite multiple complaints. Not a place for families.- Huge roaches in the apartment, always on on the patio/trash room. Once again complained to property management multiple times. In April, the person that they scheduled to come on Mondays didn’t show up week after week.- the mailroom: everyone’s packages thrown all over the floor. Very easy for someone to steal packages.- all amenities almost always smell like weed. Especially the pool. Once again, not a place for families.- our downstairs neighbors lit a large bush on fire under our balcony while playing with fireworks and when we complained to property management about the safety hazard this created, I was told it was within their right. Didn’t know setting the property on fire was within anyone’s right but ok.If I think a little more about it, I’m sure I can list several other reasons this place was horrible. I was originally planning to stay there for 3 years but couldn’t even make it through one and broke the lease.However, I will thank them for being the impetus for us buying our own home.
Great community! I’ve been here for 7 months and I it has been a wonderful experience. The leasing staff is amazing and very helpful. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Overall great place to live!
This by far was one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The management allowed the trash rooms to constantly overflow with trash and the residents had no choice but to leave trash on the floor. The smell in the hallway was literally hot garbage. The leasing staff often made promises they could not keep. They also allowed residents to be extremely loud in the pool area and for people to leave their dogs on the patio and bark all night. In addition to this you might want to keep your kids away from the patio as some residents find it okay to have sex on the patio on top of an air mattress. Stay away from this place as there isn’t any management company they can switch to that will fix this problem. I’m sure they’ll change the name again at some point due to all of the terrible ratings but the place will continue to be worthless. See some photos attached. I moved into this apartment complex in April 2020. Since I’ve been here the gates have been broken I have not been able to utilize my fifth floor parking deck that I purposely chose to live on to have easy access to the highway. On top of that the fire alarm goes off at least twice a month without any reasoning for at least 20 minutes or more. This is an inconvenience and the property has not tried to accommodate residents with all of the issues that have taken place. I’m not sure if they have switch management but it was definitely not like this when we first moved in. Trash is constantly everywhere on the parking deck and upstairs leading to the apartments. The elevator is always broken which is again an inconvenience for people who have to carry groceries up the stairs because the fifth floor parking deck is closed. At this time breaking the lease may be option because this is just a disaster to live here. I’ve had several friends try to move to this apartment complex and I’ll turn them around because I have experience so many issues in the few months that I have lived here. I wouldn’t want anybody else to experience what I’m going through right now and we paid a decent amount of money to live here. You can never get to an actual live person on site because the number goes straight to an off site call center. They tried to help you as best they can but since they’re not on site what they can do is limited. if you want to complain to corporate they don’t have the number you had to ask management for the number which is very weird being that this is an apartment complex that has a lot of issues. If you’re interested in moving here I suggest you keep looking and save yourself the trouble do not move to 2924 Brookhaven.
BEWARE: This is one of the worst apartment complexes in the Atlanta/Brookhaven area. There is nothing luxury about it. It’s over priced, nothing ever works, the office staff has changed so many times I’ve lost track, Vistor parking is a complete nightmare, I could go on forever. If I could rate this with negative stars I would. They definitely don’t care about the residents issues or concerns once you sign the lease...but miss a payment or be late and I guarantee they will put a letter on your door without hesitation but won’t respond to simple emails.

I had the worst apartment experience I have ever had in my life. If you moving from a different state with a new job, please don’t let these people waste your time.1. They changed my apartment number (different apt from the one on my application) and charged me more because of the pool view2. They told me all they needed was a offer letter from my job, but continued to ask me for other documents.3. I asked about the move in specials and Nichole R. Lied to me and said “it wasn’t for my apartment”, but the website clearly has the move in specials (these people will play games with you). Then I asked about a 9 month lease because I was already aggravated with them and Nichole R. Lied again and said the price would be “much higher” (FYI Nichole R. 🗣🗣 We see the prices online and we know it’s the same as the 12 month lease).4. They never answer the phone. But the call center is great. They should work in the office.5. The leasing office has the worst communication. I told them I was moving from Florida to Georgia and they did not care. They called me the day I was suppose to move in and said my file was completed. Then they sent over my lease. (I applied more than a week ago).6. All these people care about is money.***I applied for another apartment near Perimeter mall a day before I moved to Georgia because Twentynine24 was unprofessional. I was approved and I received the move in specials with no hassles about my new job. It was a reason God blocked me from these apartments, BE AWARE !!!!7. It’s been 30 days, and I haven’t received my administrative fee back. Called today 06/24 and a man stated, “the admin fee is non refundable” . I paid $225. $75 app fee and $150 administrative fee. Just a waste of time and money.-Customer Service Tip: Tell customers that they are not getting their money back as soon as they tell you they don’t want the apartment. And make sure the whole staff is on the same agenda ‼️ Actually, get a whole new team please with better customer service!

Mario is amazing in my opinion, but all other leasing team members are lack luster. They don’t seem very eager to do their jobs and get people into the property. I applied to this place, about a week and a half goes by, no one calls me. I find out they needed another form for my income. I had emailed them and called multiple times (Mario was out sick, so I guess they stopped caring). I ended up signing a lease with a better rated and looking apartment near Phipps Plaza. So it was all blessings in the end!
I originally created a review praising Mike who is part of the maintenance crew a while ago (and I still stand by that), but I’m changing my review to talk about how this is the second day in a row that someone has tried to get into my apartment and today this guy literally had a copy of our key and turned the lock! I think he was a new tenant and the leasing office probably gave him the wrong apartment number, which is ours, but it’s so scary thinking that someone random has access to my apartment and it keeps happening. Thank God I had the top lock locked from the inside, but if we weren’t home, they could’ve just came in our apartment...
My experience living here was horrible and I would not recommend. The top two floors of the parking garage were closed for the last 6 months of living there. Management was unresponsive and when they did respond, they were rude and not helpful. They screwed me over on my move out by taking my security deposit and making me pay extra for a broken sink that was broken on move in. This was my first apartment and they clearly sought to take advantage of me. I can not stress enough, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Really like this apartment. The maintenance rep, Vince, is extremely attentive and helpful. That kind of support is hard to find in large complexes. I appreciate Vince so much!!

This place is soooo nice! I simply Love It! Home is what you make it and we are so happy to call this place our home. We are looking forward to the community events because we are ready to meet some more neighbors and hopefully make some new friends. Were new to this area and were so excited to see all of Brookhaven. Weve already found a new favorite spot!
I fell in love with this apartment when I first saw it. The appliances were very clean and well maintained. In my first year, I received very professional and attentive treatment from the property management staff, quick maintenance responses, etc., but everything started falling apart once they changed staff (which happens in most cases in the life of property mgmt.) Twentynine24 has two pools, which is very convenient per the property size, but only one pool has been open in the past two summers. First year they said it did not pass city inspection. This year, the Assistant Manager told me (in a very rude way might I add) that having a 2nd pool is an “extra” and they made the decision that due to Covid-19 outbreak they won’t open it, that It takes a lot to have a 2nd pool open, which baffles me because what is the point on showing off your amenities if it’s not part of the deal right?? It is very difficult to practice social distancing in one pool that has over 25-30 people. Half of those 30 people do not even live in the apartment complex because they did not have key fobs to enter the pool!! Where’s the security?? In addition to that, the 4th and 5th floor parking lot has been CLOSED for construction for 2 months and nothing has been repaired. This is a huge headache for people that live on the top floors when you are carrying heavy items to your home.
Wanted to share an honest review of this place - I love my apartment and you can’t beat the price for the amount of space and amenities you get. That being said, my move-in process was terrible. The staff here is nice, but my apartment carpet hadn’t been cleaned at all, there were a lot of missing essentials (my bedroom door was no where to be found), broken blinds, and other maintenance issues (like the dryer being broken). Thankfully the maintenance team here is amazing and got my apartment up to speed quickly. Despite having the worst move-in experience, I do love my apartment, the overall look and feel of the place is really nice especially for the amount I’m paying, so I guess it was worth the pain in the end.
The parking here is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even visit my own sister without getting a boot on my car (while parking in the visitors parking spaces). It’s obvious that management can’t simply alert their residents about about the current status of the parking deck situation.
The atmosphere was very warm and inviting..
My family and I felt safe & secure at this property. The grounds are clean and gives a luxurious feeling. Definitely an all-star residence for the Brookhaven community.
I really recommend this place. Juwan really took his time with showing me the apartment and explaining all the details. By him being thorough and patient, I felt as if my wife and I could really trust him. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and whatever I need is in walking distance.
Booted my car when I was parked in guest parking for less than an hour while visiting a resident. This complex is as sleazy as it gets.
I’ve been here for 3 years terms now. I can truly say that like every place in ATLANTA GA has it’s on issues. But when the three Ladies with the first name that starts with “E “ Mrs Erica, Elizabeth and Erikcl see an issue they work hard to fix it. That what makes the difference in living here .It feels like HOME..
I and my family have lived this apartment for about 2 years. We are satisfied with our living quality. Staffs are very responsible for taking care of residents. Specifically, Nathan is the best! Absolutely, bug-free apartment. Secured parking deck is great. And great location to Emory, Buckhead, and downtown (super easy access to I-85).
Elizabeth at the office has to be the best leasing agent they have here, she is so kind and patient that if it was not for her I would have a lot of difficult times here. Best leasing agent ever hands down.

Fire alarms made my 3 year stay here difficult. Staff member Nathan was caught cutting deals with tenants while bypassing background checks (which would explain a LOT of break-ins, thefts, etc. happening on the location). Lots of thefts, though we were never broken in to. Great location but I would consider thinking twice about staying here again.
Its been a very good experience here all around. They provide food and activities a lot of the times for the residents. The maintenance has always been fast and fixes the issue at that time! They always get the problem fixed!!!
I’ve been here for 4 years and have experienced new teams every so often. I will say that with this current team (2019) Juwan is very attentive and gets the job done, professionally.
Went for a tour and the grounds were disgusting. I got a tour of an apartment that wasn’t what i was initially getting quoted for. Didn’t even receive a brochure, I had to ask for one before leaving. You can keep the price I rather pay more for a better everything.
Pros: Location, Proximity to I-85, Good grounds, fast acting maintenance staff, new management team.0Cons: Too many speed bumps, lap pool was closed for an extended period last year and not sure if it is even open now.
Staff has gotten better over the last few months. Maintainence is quick responding to maintenance request. The parking lot and hallways do not seem to be cleaned on a consistent basis.
One word describes this property and that’s Beautiful! Had a wonderful tour of the property and the amenities are fantastic. Thanks to Juwan for a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely outstanding staff. Kudos to Jackie for doing all in her power to ensure that my move in was as simple as possible and the staff in general for being super excited for me to join their community. The apartment itself is practically perfect. Excellent space for a one bedroom at a very good price. The unit has excellent features and amenities and is just overall very comfortable. Lastly, the location is super convenient, giving me easy access to the highway to get to work in the morning as well as being near both Buckhead and downtown Atlanta. I am happy to be a resident here!
Insecure living, unclear parking situation and bad odors (weed) in hallways and some times getting inside the apartments thru the vent system. The gates have been open for months now and anyone can get in from all sides, on top of that they have security that boots guest cars if they are not in the visitor spot, which I’m ok with if they had proper signs for it and they don’t.
We spent 3 days looking for apartments in the Buckhead, Brookhaven and Midtown area and this was the last place we looked because it was the place we LOVED over the twenty other places we had seen! We are so excited to be living here!!

Where do I begin? I’ve lived here for 10 months and it’s been a tragedy! As soon as I signed my lease, a month later there was an unexpected shooting. The gate is always broken which allows anyone to come in and out of the community. I was constantly harassed by the maintenance workers! One of the workers followed me outside and asked for my number, when I told him no, he insisted that I take his and when I declined he was upset and asked why! I asked him to leave and he said no until I threatened to report him! I came home one day and another maintenance worker was in my apartment unannounced!!!!!!!!! The staff in the office (Nathan) is very rude and will try to belittle you! The hallways are dirty and constantly reek of marijuana! 3 weeks ago, I came outside and my car was covered in overspray! When I reported it, Dawn stated that I needed to send and email. I sent an email and Dawn told me that she would forward it to the paint coordinator. Two weeks later I didn’t hear back so I called and emailed Dawn again. Dawn told me that SHE FORGOT TO SEND THE EMAIL AND THAT SHE WAS DOING IT NOW! Can you believe that? Overall I’m glad that my lease is over and I no longer live in this expensive hood! I now live in a community that cares about its residents and I can sleep comfortably knowing that I don’t have to dodge maintenance workers or bullets.
Recently the experience that I had with the staff has been spectacular. The front office is on top of anything you need. Anytime I had a question Jessica and Juwan have been extremely patient and helpful. With one small hick up on maintenance that was quickly address, I am very satisfied in the decision I made to extend my lease. We dont give the maintenance department enough gratitude for all they do. They also beefed up security so I feel safe knowing they are around.
Twentynine24 has the most helpful office staff that genuinely cares about their residents. They go out of there way to make sure the property is well maintained. The new management has really shown a strong improvement!
Loved this place... Im speaking with 4 months experience here. Covered parking, business center, play area for children, community center, fitness center and 2 pools. Bug-free... They introduced valet trash collection; needed it too. The compactors would fill quickly. I think I covered it all. Maintenance calls were usually a two-day turnaround. Loved the two ways in and out of the parking deck and access to I-85. If I had stayed, I could have walked to work everyday.
I toured this property and the staff was just amazing. Juwan was so helpful. I love the amenities of the property. Im still looking for an apartment but because of the warm, friendly, loving feeling I received while on tour, this property will be on the top of my list. Thank you so much Juwan
Ive had a very pleasant experience at Twentynine24 Brookhaven. The office staff is upbeat, friendly and helpful. You really cant beat the prices for the location. I recommend stopping by, it is worth it!
The only reason why im giving this place one star is because google wont allow me to give Zero stars. This place is horrible, Please do not waste your money. I lived there for not even a full two months, And my car was broken into twice with several other cars. Also I spoke with my neighbor and she told me that her apartment was broken into not to long ago and shes waiting for her lease to be up. With that being said if your safety does not matter to you then move in. Theres better apartments around.. Please dont wast your money or dont put your safety and peace of mind in jeopardy.
I have lived here for a year and half now and nothing that will actually benefit residents have changed. The doors to enter into the building are open every single time I walk in, so whats the point of having doors at that point? Then they charged be $140 over for water and have done nothing to change it. Instead of fixing the security of our building like the doors and the gates that dont work and having a call box to make it easier for guests to get in, they decide to create themselves a brand new office, paint the building (which is ugly) and create a place for packages. Id rather feel safe (doors and gates that open) then have a prettier place for my packages. Management has now changed 3 times since Ive been here.
Management could be more consistent, better screening for potential resident. Parking deck is too dirty. Gates are always broken for long periods of time. Location is good, but a lot of improvement is needed based on what we pay here.

I toured the property recently and was greeted by the manager, Gray. While he didn’t take me on the tour personally, the welcoming conversation we had about the amenities had me already sold on making 2924 my new home. He gave a warm handoff to the leasing agent, I fell in love with the unit and applied the next day. I can’t wait to move in!
****UPDATE*****I am reducing my rating based on the response and subsequent events. It clearly shows the lack of concern, and the poor management that is evident at Prelude. Heres are my reasons:1) I reported the broken drinking fountain months before this post (3 times). That concern was clearly not communicated to management which indicates a lack of communication and management that is clearly distant from tenants - no wonder things take so long to get fixed. As of yesterday 5/2/16, the drinking fountains are still broken *shocker*. Seems like a small thing but is really, really annoying in the gym and its been 4 months.2) RE: reporting suspicious people - which we were strongly encouraged to do at the town-hall mentioned in the response. We tried, here is how that played out:Last week, while walking my daughter we noticed a very suspicious character roaming the back of Encore, and immediately asked my wife to report it. She called Prelude, because thats where we stay, to report it and they said it wasnt there problem since the suspect was on Encores side and hung up - WHAT!!! Are you freaking kidding me. This is embarrassing. Thanks for all the fake concern Prelude.***ORIGINAL*****There have been 9 apartment intrusions and multiple auto thefts in the last 3 months. Entrance doors are broken, leaving us vulnerable at least 50% of the time.Direct access to I-85 is great but probably also makes this complex a softer target.It took more than 8 months to repair the hot tub and the drinking fountains have been broken for months. Fire alarms get triggered regularly, often in the middle of the night.Management are always willing to listen but thats as much as they are willing/able to do. I have lost confidence in their ability to effectively run this place.
So far so good, nothing bad to report. I love the location and I love my apartment.
Ive been living here for a month and I haven’t had any problems. The complex is beautiful and I like the layout.
Thoroughly enjoy this complex, the scenery is amazing and the building is immaculate, also the leasing agent was very knowledgeable of the building and helped me out very well, I believe his name is Juwan Fields
Property is under New management they really don’t care for their tenants. Just not happy for the complex and the way we are treated. I have been living here for 3 years and I usually keep to myself. Erica is great but don’t really know the rest of the staff and when I try and call and speak with her she usually is unavailable as well as you will on the regular get the off site call center to answer the phone. Another thing please don’t respond back and say CALL THE PROPERTY IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP Will be breaking my lease and moving out SOON RENTERS BEWARE!!! Nice location I would suggest for a year and bounce PRICES GOING UP OVER 150 dollars for a renewal and that’s for 15 months.
