This is probably the easiest process I’ve went through with a residential property. Nia, was very patient and kind in explaining everything to me. Even walking in everyone was so warm and inviting and the property itself is very aesthetically pleasing and an excellent location!

I loved this property! The Assistant Manager Nia was so nice and welcoming . She answered all the questions that I had and made me feel like North and Line would be my new home. This is the best experience I’ve had.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with North & Line. I have lived here for 2 years – going on 3 and cannot say enough great things about the staff, the property, the residents and location. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and the location is superb. I love being on the beltline and being able to walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Plus everyone is so friendly here. I have never lived in an apartment where people actually spoke to each other. 😊 Also, this property offers bi-weekly to monthly community events, like wine tastings, pool parties, pet meet-ups & so much more. If anything goes wrong, the maintenance staff is quick to fix it and the leasing office staff and manager are by far the best I have ever encountered. They go out of their way to make sure that residents feel appreciated, welcomed, and helped. Honestly the same goes for the maintenance team as well. If you are looking for a property that truly cares about their residents, is in a prime location with beautiful grounds & nice residents – North & Line is the place for you.

I have lived here for a few months now and I have loved it. Great location, the property is well kept, and they host several different fun events for residents each week in the club room. The leasing staff is very helpful. Nyles, the leasing agent, has been nothing but kind to us, and always makes sure we are taken care of. The maintenance crew is nice and always responds in a timely manner. I would highly recommend living here!

I lived at North and Line for over a year and had a fantastic experience. In my honest opinion, this is one of the best apartment complexes in Atlanta. The location is perfect between the beltline and Old Fourth Ward park and is a just few minutes walk from Ponce City Market. The complex is new and has top notch amenities and plenty of parking spaces. Maintenance and staff are super friendly and always responded very quickly to my requests whether it was service tickets or printing stuff. Jessica, Guisell and the rest of the N&L team, I wanted to thank you for making my stay here a memorable one

North and Line is a fantastic place to live. The location cant be beat, and the amenities are top notch. Ive lived in many apartment buildings around Atlanta, and the one thing that separates this complex is their management team.Nyles is one of their leasing specialists, and he made us feel right at home from the first day we met him. He always has a smile on his face, was always willing to help out with any problems that came up, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He is an incredible team member and a reason we chose to live at N&L..Jessica, the Manager at the building, also was fantastic. We had a few problems that arose during our time living there, and she went above and beyond to try and help resolve the issue for us. Despite her busy schedule, she always dropped whatever she was doing to help out any resident and make sure we were taken care of. After living at many apartment complexs around Atlanta, she is by far the most attentive and hands-on manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.I cant speak highly enough about the entire leasing team as a whole. They are all very good at what they do and I highly recommend living here.

I moved from out of state a year ago and, naturally, I was missing the old home and feeling like an outsider, but the team at North & Line made my transition so much easier, extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout my journey. This is my NEW home now and all of the girls downstairs at the leasing office: Guisell, Jill, and Rachel ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! together with the maintenance crew, all who have really made a difference. I miss seeing them now that we are in social distancing but very soon I shall stop by. The building is beautiful, super clean, even someone that mentioned the mail room has to understand that right now people are ordering stuff like crazy, but I see how the team goes above and beyond organizing and labeling the packages. 100% happy with my choice on living here!!

With the unbelievable amenities, belt-line access, food/drinks galore, workout classes and much more- N&L is everything one dreams of when living in a city.To make it even better- you have the most amazing employees from RAM. Andre and Jessica are the sweetest people who always go above and beyond.My boyfriend and I are beyond excited to make N&L our home!

Just moving in... they told me that they would be here to help me with getting the moving truck setup... but what do you know... no one is here. My first thoughts are that management is not run well and they really do not care about the residents that pay the over priced rent... Please step up North and Line Management! As you see in the photo no one is there... I hope this is not a trend.... DO BETTER NORTH AND LINE

This is the best place I’ve ever lived and has the most incredible staff! Guisell, the assistant manager, has been on top of everything since Day 1 and even stayed late to help me move in. Seriously floored by the great work she does around here. Jill is incredible too and is always helpful when I need her. Nyles was really great in getting me signed up with my lease, and Jessica the manager is the best! I feel grateful to live in such a beautiful place, with an unbeatable location, and with such nice staff and neighbors.

Definitely my favorite apt design surrounding Old Fourth Ward exhibiting uninhibited views of the Beltline and park. Certainly worth checking out if youre looking for pedestrian-friendly space and easy access to the highway (takes me 15 min to get to the airport). Amenities are top of the line and a Mexican Restaurant will soon occupy part of the first floor :) Pool is well decorated with nice grill (little to no shadows) and the gym has free weights, a spin/yoga room, cardio machines, squat rack (among other things). Living community is fun - party planning committee organizes multiple happy hours/breakfasts/workouts/etc a month for tenants. Leasing office staff are super friendly and have already bent over backwards to help me out on separate occasions - I recommend getting a tour from Darrell or Felecia in the leasing office.

Great location as amenities! Fantastic neighbors. Love people watching on the belt line. Bonus tapas place below! New garden with fresh produce! Walls are a bit thin, but everyone is respectful of the noise level at night.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They will charge you $500+ to replace your carpet, without notification, if you leave even the slightest marking on the carpet after you move out. They give you no opportunity or heads up to attempt to clean the carpet yourself, they just do it. See the photo to see what irreparable stains warranted ripping up the whole carpet.After politely requesting to the management company to work with me, they tersely refused, acting like I am simply another number...in the middle of a pandemic.

I had the pleasure of touring with Rachel this afternoon and she could not have been more gracious, engaging, and honest. She was a wonderful saleswoman for the North and Line property, but more than that, she was honest with me about why North and Line charges premium rents. She was wonderfully polite, holding doors and allowing me to video the rooms. And she was exceedingly easy to talk to throughout the tour. Even though Ill be staying in another apartment complex for now, I would strongly recommend you check out North and Line. Theyre lucky to have Rachel, the best person I met during my entire Atlanta apartment search.

I typically dont give 5 stars reviews because nothing is perfect- wanted to go with the 4.5 but 5 is more fitting due to my experience Ive had living here. Ive been a resident here for the past year and really enjoyed the experience. Every member of the leasing team has been great- really great! Rachel, Jill, Guisell and Jessica have all been super accommodating and responsive. Cant overstate this enough. This may be a non issue for some, but for me its important to enjoy who you see daily coming in and out of the front door- helping get packages, printing documents off, timely responding to emails/questions and actually going the extra mile for me upon my move out today. Cant say enough about the team here- every one of them, and of course the location is a no brainer. Thanks guys for all of the help!

I have lived at North and Line for 13 months and my overall experience has been great.Location: You cant beat the location. Beltline access and also right next to O4W park, Ponce and New Realm.Amenities: I dont use them much but the gym and pool are very nice.Staff: The staff has changed from when I first moved in but both the previous staff and current staff are great. They are always friendly and have been helpful when needed.I drive an EV so the EV charging is an added plus. I do wish they offered free charging for residents.The only downside is the parking situation for visitors. There is no free parking for visitors which is unfortunate. I understand why - because of the location - however a few visitor spots would be nice.

This is the first apartment I have lived at where everything is great. The facilities are nice, the homes are clean and beautiful, and the property management is outstanding.My favorite part is the staff. They are always willing to help no matter what, whether it is about the apartment leasing or not. They have helped us out a great deal in sorting issues related to and also unrelated to the lease. I can’t thank them enough for what they are always willing to do to help out. Fast and attentive, not to mention super friendly!I love living here. I’m so glad I chose N&L over the other options we were looking at.

North & Line has a fantastic location, along with amazing lofts, amenities (although I havent been able to utilize them due to COVID, but they look nice through the windows), security, accessibility to the belt line, and parking......not to mention probably the best staff in the world (or Atlanta area AT LEAST). They really do customer service right!! They are so accommodating and wonderful, and service calls or the slightest issue is taken care of in a jiff. Everyone here has been really great, but one extraordinary staff member in particular is Guisell. Super helpful, so pleasant and overall just effing phenomenal!!! I cant say enough about how wonderful she is. Thanks for everything N&L!!!Even the neighbors are pretty great.........and I dont usually like neighbors.

I really appreciate the service the leasing office has been able to provide. We all know that, no apartment is perfect, but the amount of time and care the staff take to make sure the tenants are happy is much appreciated. Rachel works in the leasing office and has made a real effort to make sure that we have settled into our apartment nicely. (When calling you ask questions ask for her). The place is very dog friendly and has it’s very own entrance to the Beltline. Customer service has clearly been made a priority here and has made all the difference for us in our move.

We love our new home at North & Line! The location cannot be beat, the staff is great and so accommodating, the apartments are BEAUTIFUL, the list goes on. We toured so many apartments when trying to find our new place and we knew that we had found it when we reached North & Line. We have had the best time here and even though we moved here in the winter, we are SO looking forward to being able to step right on the Beltline from our apartment every weekend once the weather warms up. North & Line is a new apartment building located on the beltline, with a park on the other side. Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and club room are always kept in great condition. The staff is attentive and responsive, and communication about what is happening in and around the building is always appreciated. Having a group of people in charge of tenant outings and gatherings is a great touch to get to know the people that live around you. Extra special shout out to Rachel for her kindness and patience in working with us to get settled into our space. I had a million questions and she answers every one promptly and with a smile.

After a long weekend of touring apartments for my upcoming move to Atlanta, this facility and their staff were a breath of fresh air! Alexis was so friendly and gave a very thorough tour, as well as made my husband and I feel extremely at home as soon as we walked in the door! She was super helpful and answered all of our questions, and then some! Bravo to North and Line for snagging such great people. that level of customer service makes them stand out immensely!

I love living at north and line. The pool is luxurious with comfy couches and perfectly positioned for summer sun. Location could not be better. The white marble islands in the kitchens are also a huge plus.

I could tell she is very passionate about her job and serving people. It was a pleasure to tour with her, and why North & Line would make a great home for anyone.

Have been living here about a month and it has been an excellent experience! Everyone in the staff is nice and very accommodating, including the repair man who has been very helpful. The building is brand new so everything is clean and modern. A couple of random things to note: parking is gated and feels safe but is not included in rent, you are required to pay for valet trash which does not come every day or include recycling, and there are only two grills outside by the pool which always seem to be full. They have the cool new package system where you scan a QR code to get your packages any time and dry cleaning drop off/pick up lockers that I will be trying out soon. They also have fun events like trivia at New Realm, pool parties, and aqua fitness classes. Overall N&L is a great place to live!

We have only been here a couple months but we are very impressed so far with the management team. Long story short, once we moved in we didnt like the layout of our 1 bedroom choice so we asked to move to a different apartment within the complex. Thought it was going to be a hassle however Rachel made the whole transition go over very smoothly. Within a week I was in a new apartment with a great view of the beltline.

My touring experience at North & Line was great. Although I went with another property, as they did not have the one bedroom floor plan I wanted, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. A huge shout out to Rachel Duque for taking me on a detailed tour. Her professionalism really stood out from all of the other leasing agents we toured with at other properties. Keep up the great work management team on hiring great employees. We looked for a new place to live for a couple of months. Our wishlist included safety, cleanliness, great amenities, location and nice people who care about the building they live in. After touring North and Line with our family and instantly feeling like “this is it” we stopped our search. Their ENTIRE staff is super sweet, helpful and only a phone call away if we need anything. A special thanks to Guisell who was our tour guide and leasing agent. She welcomed us to come back as many times as we needed to in order to see what it was like in the morning, the afternoon and the evening (and we did). She said you want to be sure you like every aspect of where you live (very true). Thanks for answering all our questions, making us feel welcomed and always holding the doors for us even when my husband tried to get the doors you reminded us we were the guest. If you have shopped apartment/condo living you know hospitality is EVERYTHING then location where normally location to work/school is everything until you find that place where hospitality outweighs location. Oh and I have to praise their maintenance team especially during this pandemic. They are always visible, wiping things down, vacuuming and keeping our building clean, smelling good and functioning properly. We have a beautiful view of the city, the beltline, shopping and restaurants at our fingertips and everyone we meet is super nice. North and Line is pet and kid friendly and a great place to raise a family. You will safe and welcomed here!

I went to North and Line where one of the leasing agents, Rachel assisted me with all my questions and an in depth tour. She made my family’s experience sensational. She was very professional but also personable to our needs. Rachel truly cares and is a total rockstar! Even though we decided to sign a lease somewhere else, she still gave us a huge smile and wished us luck!

Pros:- location- newCons- construction abutting both ends of the complex. One of the construction projects is right next to the pool and is extremely loud. The other project blocks off the more convenient entrance to the parking garage.- the gate coming in from the beltline to the south courtyard has been broken for months. Anyone could walk in without a key. Management has a duty to keep common areas safe, but they dont seem to be fulfilling that duty.- the package room is a mess. Management has maintained the excuse that people are ordering more online because of the pandemic, but the pandemic has been going on for 5 months now and thats not a viable excuse anymore. The room is overflowing with packages that I have to sift through to find my packages. We are supposed to get a notification that our packages are ready for pickup in a locker but that rarely happens. Management maintains the excuse that this is the fault of mail carriers who dont log packages correctly. Given that this problem has been going on for months and North & Line has a responsibility as a bailee, that excuse is inadequate.- The leasing agents are rarely available. They never answer the phone during business hours, and there have been many times during business hours where the leasing office is empty. They also do not respond to emails. All they seem to care about is posting pictures on the complexs instagram. Moreover, they wear masks sparingly. I know leasing agents tend to not be the most motivated people, but youd expect more at such an expensive complex.- The gym is small and is comparable to the gym at a Holiday Inn. This was true even before they took away the free weights because of the pandemic (which doesnt make much sense, by the way).- All the fees. In addition to rent and utilities, youll be paying a utility billing fee ($6), valet trash fee ($25), and pest control fee ($5) every month. Additional fees for parking and pets. And no, you cannot opt out of valet trash even though it can make the hallways smell like a dump.North & Line, please do not comment on this review with something along the lines of were sorry about your experience, please let us know how we can help. This review is just meant to adequately inform people who could be paying a lot of money to live in this complex.

Great apartment building in a phenomenal location. Close to great restaurants and shops with direct access to the beltline. Their amenities are top of the line, and they have great guest services.

This complex is absolutely stunning compared to the other condos around ponce city market. The staff is always on hand and ready to assist your needs. Our family have had no problems since we have moved in and are looking forward to when we can use the large pool deck and recreation room. Darrell showed us our apartment at first and has been helpful anytime we have needed something replaced in our apartment. Not to mention how convenient it is to local restaurants and bars, with the Belt-line right behind us, you can walk to New Realm and get a cold brew. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I have toured several apartments in the area, and was unsure about this one at first due to being so overwhelmed with choices. My mind was completely changed when I met the staff here, particularly Alexis. She gave a fantastic tour, and completely sold me on the place. She was down to earth, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. After seeing the amenities, and the floor plans, I rank it higher than any place I’ve seen so far. If you are overwhelmed with apartment hunting, look no further, North and Line is your new home!

Great building and great location.Yes it is on the higher priced side - but you get what you pay for. And you get a lot. Brand new apartments, off the beltline, gated garage, nest thermostat, glass shower etc. Building is quiet--you dont hear outside noise. Moved here from an older apt off the beltline and dont miss the old place at all.

Toured N&L yesterday with Rachel. She was knowledgeable, professional and excited about the property. Best layouts and location on the beltline. I plan to move in by August.

Really nice finishes but WAY overpriced. Seriously, anyone paying $2K+ for a 1BR or $2.5K+ for a 2BR should evaluate their life choices. What a waste of money!

So many wonderful things to say about North & Line! The property location is incredible, the staff are some of the most wonderful people you will meet, the amenities are killer and the community events provided are always A lot of fun and a great place to meet neighbors!

This is one of the best properties in Atlanta in my opinion. Clean, nice, new and the most convenient location on the beltline with PCM & Piedmont Park on one side & Krog Street & Inman Park on the other. Alexis was extremely knowledgable, professional, and helped guide my decision making as to which unit would make the most sense for me based on what I was looking for and was available at the time. She also made the application process smooth and resolved issues quickly and in a friendly manner. A great experience so far... 5 stars all around!
