Rachel Roop assisted me in a home purchase. As a realtor she is mediocre. I found the house, she assisted with the paperwork. Once I purchased the home and she made $18k, she did some really unethical things in a social media dispute that had nothing to do with her. In short, she tried to assist a friend of hers in slandering my business because of a small Facebook forum disagreement. Completely unethical and petty and I’m sure there are some legal avenues I could pursue involving client/realtor legal and ethical practices.

However, Michelle worked so hard to search for homes that met our criteria and preview them even before taking us to view the home. She followed up on every detail and truly represented our interests. I cant recommend Michelle enough for the amazing job she did. She was a true pleasure to work with. Now, I can rest assured that my father will be nearby.
