I have lived here for 8 months. The area is very quiet especially considering how many people(&pets)/buildings there are here. Never had a noise issue. Parking is also always available, gym is nice, pool is nice, apartments are nice overall- great updates. Love the car port for vacuuming and washing vehicles. Definitely recommend.

My move in process was smooth and I have no hard complains. I had a few minor maintenance orders that was completed but that was all. The maintenance team is proactive and helpful. Front office can be a bit busy with answering phone calls. Overall, my experience here is going good.

I visited my cousin and I was in awe! Everyone there is friendly! The amenities are great! Love the pool and wish I could of went to the gym! It was well maintained everyday as far as grass being cut and trimmed! My cousins house was a nice size, high ceilings and clean. The washer/dryer was up to date as well as everything else and its close to everything. Literally, kroger is right across the street you can walk there in 2 minutes. Wingstop, Jersey Mikes amd a host of other stores as well. Overall great complex! When I move, this def will be on my list to visit!

The place is dirty, they have vallet system for trash but on days they dont pick our trash.People park car in front of gate during school time. During evenings cars and UHAUL are parked in middle of community road.Our neighbors trashbag Is always torn and trash is fallen out of their trash bags and because of that valley doesnt pick their trash and we have to look at their dirty trash infront of our doors everyday. It even smells bad.Overall, it is a good place to stay if people maintain it little clean and better.

Ive lived here 5 months and so far so good. The office has been quick to respond to my service requests. The gate is always working. The App is easy to use. The location is great for my job. I wish my neighbors werent such big fans of the greenery but whatever. I can diffuse oils to cover that scent. Trash pickup is reliable and parking is never a problem. Rent is very reasonable for the area. I like that its just a couple miles from the PeachPass Express lane entrance, so I can easily visit my brother in Cherokee county.

Marcos is head of maintenance. He is fabulous!!! He’s extremely helpful, timely and goes above and beyond! He never acts like any task is “too much trouble” but cheerfully gets the request taken care of. Arium Vinings is very fortunate to have him!

This is our second year at Arium Vinings. Working with the office staff has been a pleasure, they are willing to listen and try to help. I love the online rent payment app, and the ability to register work orders in it as well. Our issues (which have been generally small) have been addressed. Only place we would move is into our own house!

This apartment complex is a luxury form of living. It is not only fitting to all your needs, they go above and beyond for their residents. From the maintenance, to the front office personnel, this has been a great 5 month experience thus far. I highly recommend this place to others. It is very quiet also and the community is dog friendly. Dont think twice, its definitely worth it.

Oscar in the leasing office was super helpful. He showed us all of the options of the complex and really worked with us. He was super knowledgeable about what the Arium as a company could offer. The bedrooms are bigger and longer than other complexes. We like that the Arium will paint your apartment a different color if you want! They even have their own Uber promo code and SERVICE GUARANTEE!

The numbers are hard to see at Night. And the lawn service that was there left alot of grass un cut.

This community is very nice, well kept inside and out. The staff is always very friendly. I moved here right when COVID started and even then the process was very smooth. I really cant complain about a thing and enjoy living here!!

I have had more issues in the past 6 mos than the 3 previous years I have lived in this community.Sad thing is I rarely come home and I still have issues from the staff. How is this possible?

I write this as a warning to any potential new resident. When I signed my lease in February, I had zero clue that the world would soon be going through a pandemic and as a result, millions of people losing their source of income. I know Im not the only one out there that has been personally affected. My parents lost their source of income during these times, and I let the leasing manager know that I needed to put in my 60 days notice to go support my family. I pleaded with her that due to these extreme circumstances, I dont think its fair or reasonable for myself or anyone to be penalized with the fee associated with breaking the lease early. In this case the fee is an extra $1660 that can go towards helping my family instead of a propertys pocket. I was told they have a business to run and they rely on that money to keep it afloat. I can understand that, but how about all the millions of people that lost their jobs and need money to keep themselves afloat? I could be wrong, but Im pretty sure the federal government has been supporting properties like this during these times. At this time, we are seeking counsel from a real estate lawyer. The way they wrote the lease, there are no exceptions for extreme circumstances to break the lease. So once again - for anyone considering to move in here, either negotiate your lease - or just dont move in here at all. Times are unpredictable and I would hate for you to fall into the same lease trap I did.Other issues Ive had since move in:-despite $5 monthly pest fee, since summer has started, Ive had a roach infestation-theres a $27 mandatory monthly valet trash charge. Yes even if you take out your own trash. Yes - even if valet ends up not even taking your trash.- Weve had multiple maintenance orders marked as complete the day after putting them in without so much of a phone call or any actual maintenance work done. My father has been our actual maintenance guy.-Package room is a joke. Packages are shoved into one room with shelves that anyone can access. While its supposed to remain organized, more often than not, packages are just shoved in there and you have to dig through hundreds of boxes to find yours.-Communication is almost non-existent.

I had such a great experience with Oscar! He kept it real, no bs, and had me cracking up the whole time. Excellent customer service, made me feel confident that I would experience the same service after I sign my lease.

The apartment complex here is amazing so far. I moved in during the month of July and there has been only a few issues. The issues were minor and were tended to when a work order was put in. However; there tends to be many gate breaks and the trash service doesn’t come on time. There’s a gym, pool, dog park, and a nice clubhouse to host parties. They have a variety of price ranges and floor plans for the public. I would recommend staying here for sure.

Edit Jan 2021: After being in the complex almost a year, I’m actually having to change my rating. The staff is still great as usual and maintenance is doing an awesome job at keeping up with service requests. They’re also doing a great job trying to keep everyone safe from Covid as far as cleaning and distancing on the complex. My issue lies with neighbors and those who live in the complex. Be warned, marijuana seems to be a huge issue around here. Sure do it on your own, but when I consistently walk into an apartment that reeks of marijuana due to my neighbors smoking, it’s a problem and it gets frustrating. Also, be aware of the dog poop around. Don’t dare step into grass or pine straw otherwise you can expect to have dog poop on your shoes. There are several dog owners here who simply ignore both keeping their dogs on leashes and who just don’t pick up their dog’s business. Still can’t figure out why that’s an issue, since the complex so kindly provides baggies and waste bins all over the complex. It’s not uncommon to have neighbors blasting their music along with obnoxious bass - be it blaring from their porch, their car in the parking lot with all doors open, or in their home. Don’t come here if you want a quiet place. Lastly, parking is rough at times (not always, but on occasion) - so many residents prefer to block others in or park in non-existing spots. So that’s great! (Please catch the sarcasm). In general, my big complaint is the lack of respect from neighbors. Unfortunately, because you see them more than anyone it greatly affects your overall happiness with the complex.Summer 2020:Great staff (always super helpful and kind!), convenient location, clean complex, and awesome units + amenities. Havent had any issues. Any maintenance requests were completed quickly. Cant complain!

This review is for Oscar. My decision was narrowed down to 3 communities but a big part of my decision when looking for a new apartment is how customer focused the staff is because that’s going to tell me how my living experience will be. From the moment I walked through the door I was warmly greeted within 5 seconds by Oscar and throughout the entire tour process he was very patient and informative. Other than the awesome location and other great aspects, he was part of the reason why I chose this community. Thanks for the good customer service Oscar!

Oscar in the leasing office made it possible for my roommates and I to get into our new home quick! We were in a pretty bad situation, and Oscar really made things happen for us. We were able to move in very quickly and leave that terrible situation behind. We love Arium and feel much more at home, especially knowing that Oscar and the rest of the leasing staff are fighting with us here!

I recently moved into this apartment complex less then 30 days ago, however I have been plagued my many issues . One of those issues being lack of communication with the rent office . I have called and left voice mails and no one ever calls me back. I now email and call. Emailing doesn’t get a faster response but it does allow you to keep track of when you contacted the office. My apartment was not ready and needed a few touch ups including a paint job in the bathroom. There is also an ant problem . I spoke to the property manager Rachel who at the time I felt good about our conversation but now not so much . Rachel assured me that though maintenance is limited and wouldn’t be able to fix the other issues, she said the painters were available. Last week, We agreed on Monday April 4. It’s 3pm on April 5 and do you think anyone has contacted me ?? Not at all . I’m extremely disappointed in ARIUM VININGS because if I wanted to live in a broke down apartment with an ant infestation and the rent office never answers then I would go live in some cheap apartment. I expect more from them considering I’m paying over $1200. I’m extremely disappointed with the property manager Rachel because I told her how important communication was and she never let me know the painters wouldn’t be coming . I can’t recommend this complex to anyone at this time because these few weeks have been hell. I literally just got bit by an ant. Please avoid .

Lived here almost two years. Overall nice place and super safe area. My apartment was newly renovated and cozy. Rarely any noise in my building. Rent went up $100 after first year. Downfalls were Valet trash is non optional and the worst service ever. There were multiple nights my trash was never taken. My building smelled like pot constantly. The pool was nice. Gym was clean. Apartment manager Rachel was always friendly and helpful.

This place is just what I’m looking for! I can’t wait to move into my new apartment next month. The community is awesome and the staff was courteous and friendly. Mykal, my leasing agent, was super responsive and gave me a wonderful tour of the community and also made my application process seamless! Weve been staying at ARIUM Vinings Station for almost five years. We changed three apartments here mainly due to our changing needs and also excellent customer service that always fulfills all our requests and cares about our concerns and desires. The apartment complex has been thriving since we moved by rebuilding gym, implementing new mail and package system, upgrading conference room. I would recommend this place for singles, couples, and families with kids. Also, very pet friendly!

Lived here for almost 4 years now. The amenities have improved a lot. Area is safe and there is kroger, nail spa, restaurants, bar within walking distance. Rent is more, but amenities more than make up for it. Weekend maintenance can be an issue, but problems are rare.

My gf and I moved to this place and it was very effortless to be accommodated. The staff was very friendly and family oriented. The room and area were in is great right by Cumberland mall and less then 15 minutes from downtown. Don’t let all the reviews scare you away here this place is great. Maintenece also responded quick as well.

The best thing about ARIUM is the on site staff. Apartment living has been new for me so it took some getting use to but they were on top of everything I needed. The office manager Rachel was especially helpful when dealing with some cut branches in the parking lot. I blinked and the situation was handled. My apartment, well my family refers to it as Chateau Yvonne. 🏰

Been here over a year. Management team is quick to respond and the maintenance crew is second to none. The few repairs you need are top priority. Pool and gym are awesome and clean always as well. Highly recommend, well worth the price.

I have enjoyed my time living here. The apartment was renovated with nice appliances and the neighbors were not noisy at all. Been here for about a month. So far so good. Only issue, very little parking. If you get home after 7pm you have to park far from your building. There are multiple reserved spaces that regular residents cant park in so the spaces are very limited. Other then that, its very clean, very good maintenance staff. Nice sized apartments and well maintained. I would definitely recommend, hope it stays that way.

So far the new management group has been on top of things. They respond promptly and professionally to my tub being resurfaced. In the future though they should tell renters that the fumes last at least a day. My with is pregnant and we couldn’t stay in our apartment because of the smell. Other than that great service!

Ive lived in this complex since 2005 and love it! The location cant be beat! Minutes from midtown, freeways, and plenty of retail options. Friendly staff and good looking property, just more reasons to keep calling it home.

We had a 11am maintenance appointment on Thursday and so we arranged our day to be home with the dog so when they arrived the dog would be comfortable as well as the maintenance man. They did not show up til 1:45pm with no call saying they were running late. Once they showed up they were back and forth to see what parts they needed. Before he left to make a run for a part he said he would be right back, an hour and a half later we had to go to the office and ask what was taking so long. We were told that the maintenance man that was workin on our issue got a call for an emergency and totally spaced it. He said he would be by the following day sometime after 12 noon and again we tried to arrange our day to fit his schedule. He didnt call to say he would be by until almost 3pm. We could not meet him so late in the afternoon due to plans already made to be away from home. So now, they have told us they will be by sometime Monday. Lets hope they come by at a decent time and resolve the issue of our ac unit.

Reconsider moving here if you don’t want to possibly have to deal with a reoccurring pest issue (in my case...roaches). I moved here in January 2019 and initially had a pretty good experience until I encountered this ROACH issue! I’ve now had to contact the the office on 6 separate occasions (and counting) about roach sightings in my unit and whatever pest control is doing after the fact hasn’t made my living situation any more more comfortable.Update as of 9.11.2019 - Just had my 7th roach incident that I had to terminate myself.Update as of 11.2.2019 - Just had my 8th roach incident that I had to terminate myself.

I have lived in this complex for 3 years. I enjoyed the complex at first and even moved into a small apartment after 2 years. The woman got my move in date in correct and scheduled the carpets to be cleaned on my move in day. I had to move in my things and put them on pieces of plastic because the carpets werent dry. Ive had one instance where I filed a maintenance request and someone came to the door but I was getting ready & told them to come back and they marked it as completed. More recently they decided to demo the gym & communal office to make a new one without informing any residents at all. Finally after complaining they gave a gym pass to a local gym. I have also had SEVERAL experiences where they say they dont have a package but they really do. I ask them to check again and they say they looked. Then when I prove that they signed for it, they magically find it.

While the property and renovations were/are nice, I will say I was in complete disbelief by a comment that was made while touring. After Id been asked about my budget ($900-$1000) I was told well perhaps if you can afford a better job or hit the lotto you can then afford to live here! Absolutely, not ok!

So gracious and welcoming - I cant over-emphasize how friendly the staff are and how far out of their way they go to make me and my family feel like we belong and are truly valued residents. From pizza giveaways to pool parties to continental breakfasts to movie ticket prizes, they are always coming up with new and fun ways to give back to the people who live here; Ive never experienced such hospitality and warmth anywhere else. As far as maintenance goes, the homes are recently renovated so I have not had anything that needed to be fixed and therefore cant comment on responsiveness. The grounds are very well maintained and clean with mature landscaping. The pool is large and has never seemed crowded even on weekends. Parking is exceptional with both detached and attached garage options for those of us with a passion (vice) for cars. The gym overlooks the pool and includes its own bathroom which are nice touches overlooked at many other communities. In short, Arium is an extraordinary community that I would rate 6 stars if I could.

Olivia is great! She was patient and walked us through the units that were available. The upkeep of the property is amazing! They even provide a 48 hr garuntee for maintenance! I have lived here for over a year now and I am very happy at Arium Vinings Station. Great management staff. Excellent maintenance crew. Courteous, friendly, professional and prompt. They do an excellent job. Also, much to my delight, I have never seen a roach in my apartment! Amazing! The community is nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors. Amenities are plentiful. As long as I am living the apartment life, I plan on living here.

Its a good place until you have a maintenance issue that youre not at fault for. Maintenance staff is excellent with emergency calls, Reecio is great at keeping you informed and comes to fix promptly. So 5 stars for them. The management has improved and they try to be responsive and helpful.

By far the best apartment community in the vinnings area, nice apartments, beautiful grounds, nice gym, and the most amazing management staff and maintenance crew that anyone could ask for. The icing on the cake is that the property seems to be close to everything including downtown Atlanta!

Ive been here for almost 4 years. I honestly believe this is the perfect place to get away from the Atlanta chaos regardless the age. You have tons of great restaurants in a five mile radius and the amenities in the complex are nothing but prestine. If you are looking for a pleasant area away from the husstle and busstle this place is for you.

I’ve been here for a little over a year, 2bedroom townhouse super cute, great location. The staff is nice and and the maintenance crew is very helpful I honestly I have few complaints about this place.

I recently visited the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Jai the assistant property who was extremely professional and polite . I initially was upset going into the office about something that was being implemented that I did not agree with but she allow me to voice my concerns and she politely explained the way and the reason and that I appreciated so Kudos to her . Sometime its not what you say it how you say it.

There is only one redeeming thing about Arium at Vinings Station - the location. Everything else about this place is horrible. Carroll Corp doesn’t care about the tenants at all. The leasing office management, the maintenance, the pathetic excuses they give for not fixing problems are all reasons not to live here. If you can handle a minor problem still not being fixed after 4 months and having the staff make things worse every time they walk into your apartment, then this is the place for you. Overpriced for the unrenovated (“classic”) units. Horrible and unprofessional office staff. They change management more frequently than some people change clothes. The postal service seems to lose every piece of mail I should get and delivers my neighbor’s mail instead. In short, one star for location. If you want something better go anywhere else.

I have lived in the newly minted Arium Vinings Station for approximately 2 years and I cannot say that it has all been bad, but the few incidents that have been negative have been egregious and have affected my quality of lifeI expect few things from apartment complex management, so when those basic items cannot be handled properly, the community is not worth my rent. I expect the property itself to be maintained well, I expect my unit to be maintained well and I expect the complex will be secure.Security: The security gates of the complex have been a continuous issue since I moved in. Considering that we had several cars/trucks left on blocks when the tires were stolen and several apartments broken into, keeping the gates functioning properly should be a priority, but one of the gates was broken as recently as last week. I only have second hand experience with the previously noted crimes; however, my neighbor had a package stolen from her front door last year. The perpetrators also tried to break down her door, which set of her intrusion alarm. I notified the office – they had previously sent letters telling us to be vigilant in helping prevent crime – they did nothing. Whatever these criminals did caused my neighbor’s door to be stuck closed even when unlocked and Cobb Co. police had to come break down her door for her to be able to enter (after the swept the apartment to make sure no one was there).Complex Maintenance: While we have a lawn service come to the complex every week for lawn/shrub beautification, the buildings themselves (breezeways, stairwells, etc.) receive no attention. Luckily, I have a neighbor that sweeps are breezeway at least once a week. Additionally, people do not pick up after their pets, even though there are elimination stations setup throughout the complex. Management expects us to be super sleuths and take pictures of offenders in order to stop it from occurring, but most of the times these offenses do not occur with other people around.Apartment Maintenance: I have one of the “remodeled” units and while the exterior finishes are acceptable, the workmanship was shoddy at best. The final straw and the catalyst for me actually writing a review is the 12x12 hole that has been in my bedroom ceiling almost six weeks. The holes were made as part of repairing sprinklers that had been painted and needed to be replaced according to the Fire Marshall. What I have been told is that while the previous owners did nothing to fix these holes in several apartments, they are still responsible. So instead of the holes being repaired in the manner that would be best for the residents, they are being repaired in the manner that best suits the coffers of the new ownership. I understand from a business perspective, but that does nothing to ingratiate me to the new management. Finally, while I know that I live in Georgia, seeing bugs in my apartment regularly is not something that I expect. I pay quarterly for Northwest Pest to come treat my apartment. There is zero exterior pest control and to say the company that was used for interior pest control is ineffective is an understatement. I have seen other pest control companies in the neighborhood as well, so I can only assume others took matters into their own hands as well.I am truly saddened that I renewed my lease until May and if not for the penalty to break my lease; I would certainly leave sooner than May. Overall, I would say there are many, many other much newer and much nicer complexes in the Vinings area. While these complexes are more expensive, sometimes the expense is more than justified when paying your rent equals security and well-maintained interiors and exteriors.

Avoid this apartment.Worst apartment I have ever lived. My heat has been broken since I moved its been 3 months still not fixed, corridor and stairs have not been swept in last 3 months. Main gate is always open, coakroach infested, they charge extra $30 mandatory for valet trash who never shows up yet they call themselves luxury apartment and charge $1400 for 1 bedroom. Avoid this place in all cost.update: 11/6/2018: Apartment management never stop amazing me; got a late fee notice when i have auto pay set in their system which has worked for last 11 months and their system did not work correctly.

I enjoy the location of this place. Easy access to anywhere in the city. You pay for what you get and the upgrades in my apt are good. Everything is near by, Kroger across the street. Buckhead is only a few miles away. I Uber to the bars and it is cheap. Maintenance no problem and always great response time to my satisfaction. Staff in office are nice and funny. The gate gets broken often, but it is fixed in no time.

Everytime I’ve called they didn’t pick up. This has been going on for several months now but I would just walk to the leasing office. Unfortunately, now I can’t so I am going to complain.

I was discriminated against when I visited the leasing office to find a new apartment. My boyfriend called an hour prior to me arriving and they told him that there were 3-4 units available. When I got to the leasing office, I was helped by one of the leasing managers who came off as uninterested in assisting me. Her smile was forced and the vibe was really uncomfortable. She then proceeded to scan a print off of apartments then tells me they have nothing available in the timeframe I needed to move in by. Keep in mind someone had just told my boyfriend just an hour early that there were available apartments. She then writes down my information on a loose piece of paper and tells me that she’ll contact me if anything comes available. I’m sure she threw away my information as soon as I walked out of the door.

Recently under new management this complex has taken a turn for the worse. Everything has become more difficult under this new management. Packages are frustrating to pick up and they even threaten to send your packages back to sender if not picked up within 3 days and they dont even notify you that you have a package. Many times I have came to pick up a package and they assure me I have no package only later to find out that it was mislabeled or they just overlooked it. The front office can often times be difficult to get a hold of as they hardly ever answer the phones. The maintenance is unreliable as I have requested service by maintenance and was told straight up that they cant help me. Also, they force you pay each month for valet trash pickup even if you dont want it and then the first time you make a mistake and dont properly place your trash in the trash can outside your door they fine you. Further problems not related to management including difficult parking and super thin walls. I can hear music playing from above and below me. In short, the new management has made this place unbearable to live in, getting out of here as soon as the lease is up.

Great place to deliver

I rent at their sister property who took over as new management. Please stay away from Arium. They dont seem to care about their community like other places I have lived at.

A great place to live. Ive lived here for almost two years and really enjoyed the staff and the amenities.

The apartment complex is ok so far, we just moved in. Already saw bugs, roaches and there were beehives in the balcony. The apartment was not even cleaned when we moved in, we had to request they do it all over again. What concerns me is that the gates are never closed. It is really close to the main roads and anyone can walk in and my concern is safety in general. I have been here a week and it still is not fixed!!! We are paying premium rent but without the premium/luxury services provided by the apartment. Should they at least not fix the gates? We are paying additional for valet trash, and it comes with a lot of stipulation! I am not sure if we made the right decision or not.....If you want to pay premium service for a mediocre apartment complex, then this def is the place to be..I had hopes from Arium Vinnngs.Edit-will give a star for the maintenance guys. They were actually very quick to respond to my review, so i appreciate that! Also I am updating in the middle of the night because while I was sleeping roaches fell on me. I am seriously frustrated with the issues only been living here two weeks. We were lied to when they said there is no roach problem. I am going to call the corporate if I have too..this is unacceptable.

I relocated to Arium from DMV are (DCMDVA) and Rachel, Chris and the team were very helpful in assisting to make the transition smooth.

I enjoy much about living at this community but Im getting sick of the roaches. Every night I have to deal with at least 5 or 6 roaches crawling around on the outside of my building in the parking, on the sidewalks, on the walls. The other night, we got close to our door thinking We Made it!, and a roach flew off the wall in the direction of my fiancé. She hates the creepy crawlers and it sent her over the top at the moment. She has complain enough that something has to have been done by now but weve both seen nothing. We should not be accustomed to dealing with an infestation of roaches every single night. I see them all over the complex at night. One flying at my fiancé deserves a review and I need no response from the management via the internet. We need action. Pest control. A sigh of progression on the matter and not regression. Im sick of trying to kill bugs on the way to my home in hopes that they dont make it to a crack near my apartment.Im writing this review because if we spotted a review about bugs on the net like this one we wouldnt have considered living here. I know there are others out there that this review would help. Visit at dusk. Youd see.

It’s cleaness

I had a ton of reservations about this property before moving in due to the extreme amount of negative reviews on the internet. My gut told me to stay away and i didnt listen since the rent was half of what i was paying in Buckhead. I have only lived here for 6 months and i am already moving out. I have never felt safe in this community. The gate is often broken and left open for several days (or weeks) at a time. There are numerous parts of the fence surrounding the property that are either broken, have been cut or simply just falling down. Making it effortless for thieves to just walk or drive right in. I have had homeless people approach me and ask me for money while i was outside of my apartment unloading groceries from my car. I have seen people hop the fence and disappear into the woods at night. Just last week i caught a 15-17 year old kid trying to jump on to my back porch. No doubt he had his eye on our mountain bike which was sitting out. When he saw me, he took off running and jumped the back fence. Clearly did not live on the property. Sure enough...MY APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO THIS WEEK. They kicked the front door in, ran sacked our apartment and stole TVs, iPads, jewelry...tons of valuables that can never be replaced. The leasing office was completely useless in this event and acted as if this was out fault for not having a security system. When i asked if they would be emailing the community to let them know to be careful, they said that was not their policy. The rent is dirt cheap which is why i gave two stars instead of only one. Also, the maintenance staff is nice and helpful. Overall the community is not safe, the construction is old and the walls are paper thin. I hear every noise my neighbors make. We are breaking our lease and moving out in a few days. I should have never moved here. You get what you pay for....

Nice apartments and residential facility.

Its bad no one should rent from this apartment,i have two cars park at my apartment where im paying 1300 a month i only use one of my car they tow my car without any email, people work .And dont have time to check any notice you might put on the car over night

I had an uncontrollable leak this weekend that was promptly taken care of by your wonderful on call maintenance tech Stan. There have been many work orders that I have put in that desperately needed attention and he has always come through with prompt service with a smile. I wish all the maintenance techs were like him!!!

Exorbitant fees are charged that are unneeded. The management is passive and par at best.

Dont belive the reviews. This place has gone down hill

There has been a drastic improvement since new management and maintenance have come in. I absolutely love how on top of things they are.

I just called to get information about the apartments and after I told him what my price range was he said okay thank you very much and hung up on me.

Terrible mail system. It’s a storage locker that the delivery men just throw the packages anywhere inside. A code is needed to access the locker and they somehow forget to send the code. Can’t live somewhere if I can’t get my packages without having to call customer service almost every single time.
