The lady that did my daughters nails did great...took her time and put a snowman and the lady that did mine totally ruined it. My daughter started before me but I was done 30min b4 her....some nails were put on kind of slanted she just didnt do a good job, she also was in a rush, she put a fan towards me and then got up and left with her friend

I had set an appointment and as I arrived 7 minutes before the appointment they dismissed me rudely explaining that I was “lying” despite the fact of me calling them days beforehand. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating because I had a party that day. The employees, owner, and service was overall terrible, I do not trust or recommend this nail salon whatsoever.

Disrespected as customer who listened to the nail tech Tim complain about another customers no call no show and how it was the second time and how he was going to call her (none of anyone else’s business but it’s a public place so I said I was thankful they missed the appointment because I got right in... well came in and had to wait for phones to be answered and appointments to be set while getting serviced with limited time available before my shift. I said something to myself, when asked what was it that I said, I responded nothing as it was for me only, the guy Tim refused to complete the job! All because I said something to myself, we had engaged in small talk, nothing sideways or inappropriate until that point. I was so befuddled as to why he was doing this as I had not said anything to him outside of our small conversation. No one should be treated this way, it was uncalled for and rude!!Bad for business in our economy

I have gone back quite a few times to get my nails done and I love it here. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job at a good price. I definitely recommend them

Went in not knowing what I was getting myself into my hair grew pretty long and I had just given birth to my 4th baby.I wanted something different to feel more better about myself. I went for a aline bob. Didnt think Id like it but my goodness! I fell in love. Kim! Youre the best! I felt completely comfortable and after telling you what had gone through and what I hoped for you made it very easy for me to trust you. And the results were just amazing. Nails came out super clumpy, uneven and bubbly. Was super unhappy. Made an appointment. They booked too many appointments and were rushing on EVERY client.

I came here for a full on girl day the pedicure was amazing, however I told them this was my first time getting my nails done so I sled tha lady how long she was doing it for she told me nine years.so I trusted her to do a good job and tbh they seemed rushed I even let her take a break to do someone’s eyebrows. I told her o wanted the best stuff I can get for my nails.well I had so go get them redone because lost all of the were pointing up Nd were really thick. I was shocked to find out from my new nail lady that they used a cheap product call mma that is illegal in most states . So I also wanted to get my u know what waxed. Well apparently it wasn’t long enough but they both proceeded to make sure and did two strips on me and told me to come back in one week,if they are so professional would they have known and told me before they attempted to do it. The staff was friendly and all but I feel my presence there was rushed and could have been handled much with a bit more care.i even tipped her 20$ for her time but after further inspection of my nails they were thick and crooked and bumpy. Never getting a manicure here again.

Some guy came out videoing me while I was setting up my phone in my car. At the same time my daughter text me and I accidentally turned the camera on. He thought I was taking pictures of his salon. When I asked him why he was videoing me he was very rude and continued videoing. I apologized for the misunderstanding but he was still very rude and angry.
