2 stars cuz the address is wrong . It’s for tractor trailers . The address is wrong if you are trying to go to the customer center. Go down to the traffic light 🚦 Carriers, make a right turn, go all the way down to the dead end. You will see FEDEX on your right & UPS will be on your left. Look to the left and you should see this building. It’s gated.

No one at this location answers the phone. This company sent a 20,000 package out of state and had it returned for a week. The best answer we could get was follow the tracking number. If it costs 100-200.00 more to ship with someone else, do yourself a favor and ship with them.

Well, I have upped my rating to Five Stars for Mr. Ian Williams....He just dropped off my second shipment and it was night and day from yesterday!!! He was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and wanted to help!!! A very present surprise from yesterday...Thank you Mr. Williams...Truck driver couldn’t locate us...which is understandable...folks get lost, but I was paying helpers to unload & he showed up at 4:20 PM & got his dispatcher on the phone...she wanted to talk to me...extremely rude! Told me I had 20 minutes to get my freight off her drivers truck...he had other places to be....there was 1 other box on his truck...1! I hope I never have to use UPSFreight out of Memphis again...I’ll go pick up my own load.

I hate coming here to get a load. Most of the time they always late with finishing up a load. 3 times i came to get a load they gave me the paper work and when i went to get the trailer it was already gone.

They hardly ever pickup the phone here and when they do, they tell lies. I had a delivery scheduled for 8am-12pm. It is now 3:20pm and the load has still not delivered. I was told by 2 separate people in dispatch that they would call the consignee to see if they could receive this freight after the time of the delivery appointment but when this still hadnt delivered at 3:00pm, I reached out to the consignee myself. I was told that they could receive beyond the delivery appointment time, but that nobody at UPS had reached out to them. I am now currently holding on the phone with Customer Service because nobody picked up the phone here at this terminal again.

The employees that I dealt with were helpful and polite. The women at the guard shack, however, were more interested in joking around with each other and playing on their cell phones than doing their jobs.

This company was suppose to deliver my order Thurs between 1-5pm, driver called at 8:30pm & I missed his call (of course) but I called back twice 10 mins later & driver didn’t answer both times. Here we are now, on Tues & driver calls at 12:47pm saying he’s on his way. I called him at 2:00pm and ask when would he arrive and he said 20 mins but didn’t arrive until 2:40pm. I will make sure I avoid this company by all costs in the future.

Front desk no help and it feels like they expect everyone who doesnt work here to know where to go and what to do they just stand there and look at you. the drivers are ok they will help you if they see your confused

The avg union person here is very rude and mean. I had paperwork signed and time stamped and found the traiker still at the dock. They refuse to let UPS owner operators pull from the docks here. I asked jockey driver and showed paperwork and he refused to get trailer. I went to dispatcher and they said theyd get it right away. I waited 57 minutes for my trailer. I think the only reason I got it was because I parked right across from it and the jockeys got tired of seeing me sit there. Also heard from other O/Os that theyve had same problems.

I had a load to pick up from this location at 8am was early on last delivery so went in at 3am on 01/30/18 waited all day didn’t get the load until 6am 01/31/18 just ridiculous

Worse job ever, got hurt on the job and i was on light duty fr 2wks and during those two weeks i took a day off to get my stitches out then on another day i got my work days confuse, mind u in still healing from my injury, so when i come back to work on a tuesday night i got fired, knowing my probation period was over knowing i was injured but came up with a lie and fired me, worse job ever
