My nails have glitter the glitter only looks cool in a photo not what I wanted. First time I got my nails done she knew that and didn’t offer me any different type of glitter. I wanted it to pop and look unique and pretty. Not like I painted them myself. Disappointed and annoyed. I asked the front desk lady why she couldn’t have offered me those and pointed to a holographic glitter. And she just awkwardly laughed. I don’t think I’ll come again. Edit. They fixed the problem and made it better. So I’m happy with the service I’d they’re willing to make it right.

I typically don’t leave reviews because most people do it to be but malicious . Hopefully I’ll do it to be helpful. I’ve been in there many many times when the workers are arguing with people that come in the door that said they had an appointment and they tell them they don’t. I thought how strange that that happens at least once while I’m in there. Well it happened to me today. I always make an appointment and put it in my phone client book. Low and behold I never made an appointment according to them I guess I just made up the day and time. You need to get it together

I usually go to the place in the mall but I was tired of the constant wait times. I went to T and N nails to get a Mani and Pedi. The woman gave me the best Pedi Ive ever had! It was amazing!!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is they only have two employees working there at the moment. They could reach their full potential if they had more people there working.

This place is awesome. Ive been here for pedicures a few times, but never a manicure. I came here for a regular french for my wedding day, Antoinette did a beautiful job, but I actually botched them when I went to leave (I thought they were dry and they werent). Lee not only touched up my nails, he gave me a gel french manicure. Its beautiful. Im so excited with how beautiful my fingers look, and will look on my left hands most important day ever.

I am usually very pleased with this salon, but I will not waste my money again here. I got one of the american girls to do my pedi (first big mistake). I did not notice til I got home that the gel polish was not even completely on my toes. She missed half my nail on both pinky toes. Spend your money were they can actually do nails.

I have gone to T & N off and on for years. Just recently I started going regularly and I will never go elsewhere. They are friendly and do an amazing job. I show a picture and they either match it or do better. The girls there have a great eye for design as well. I see Kim and she’s always wanting to add designs, which turns out amazing. I have tried other salons and not one can match up to T & N.

This place is amazing, everyone is very friendly, and nice to talk to. I came in today just wanting a fill, which they were willing to do but one of the workers pointed out how my nails were lifting and done poorly from another business, so they suggested to get a new set. I agreed. They removed my old nails, and explained why I needed them redone too. They were very accommodating, and were willing to work around things if I was in any pain. on top of that they did an amazing job with shaping, and the nail art i requested! She did all of this with a good time manner, and great pricing. I get my nails done quite regularly, but I think by far this is my favorite set and is now my favorite location to go to :)

I was recommended this nail place by a family member and I was l looking for a new place to grab my nails done !! So I and an appt thru messenger in the am and they said I could come in at 5 I got there a lil before they were calling me to see if I was there yet !! Which I think is awesome !! I got right I and the girl who did my nails was very nice and took her time doing my powder dip! Very clean and taking Covid polices seriously everyone is paced out shields in between you and the nail tech !! They make you wash and sanitize as soon as u get in and after the tech does your nails !! It not the most convenient place for me to go personally but I might have to make it a point to go from now on !! (Even it’s like 45 min foe me to get there ) my only regret is that I didn’t have the girl go a lil bit shorter with my nails !! But thank you !! And I will be back and can’t wait to get a pedi as well !!

This is a beautiful and clean salon. Very professional and they have added new nail styles -- jelly nails, marbling and amazing designs for valentines day. They have added a new scheduling system that sends an alert to your phone a day prior to your appointment.

If you are a dipped nail lover like myself do not come here and waste your money. I went to this salon to get dipped nails and a gel pedicure on August 1st. The gel pedicure was a treat. When it was time to get my nails done I asked that my old set of dipped be soaked off, which they did (I guess they normally don’t do that.. I like a fresh clean set every time I get my nails done, one of the perks to getting dipped powder) After my old set of dipped nails got soaked off, the guy that was working on my nails cleaned them up then passed me off to someone else. I then asked for pointy nails, but as short as you can go.. I explained I worked in the construction industry and they would need to be strong. I got long, pointy nails. The shape turned out good, but I wanted shorter. The young lady that was doing my nails only dipped my nails 2 times in the color that I picked, so my nails are incredibly thin and will probably break before a week is even up. But as of right now, I have a crack in one of my nails (horizontal, right where the tip is, happened on August 2nd) The clear coat that they use after dipping is complete garbage (it bubbles up, started happening on August 2nd) AND I’m missing a small chuck of out a nail (which just happened on Aug 4th) This was my first time going there and it was also my last.

I have been to many nail salon most of them are expensive and rude. However T&N has been the best place I have been to. They have great prices amazing people and a very clean place .

Ive been going here for two years now and I absolutely love it! I had been struggling to find a nail place that did what I wanted and did a great job and also somewhere I felt comfortable and where the people were listening to me. Finally I had found T&N nails and thank god I did, now I finally have a great nail place I can always rely on to make my nails look amazing and make me feel good as well! Definitely recommend you go there and try them out! Tammy is also amazing and shes such as sweetheart along with all the others! Love them all!

I have tried two separate times to make pedicure appointments for my mom, my self and my three little girls. They either say they don’t have the appointments like I never called or they take us and tell us to sit down but never get to us. I was going there to get my nails done here every two weeks but I will never go back. Not one apology, they could of cared less. I can spend my money somewhere they appreciate it.

Sadly, success has gone to the owners heads. Was a regular for nails and pedi and loved the work of Sarah my nail tech but for the second time i was told when I arrive my appointment was for a different time. And l was also told once I arrived at a scheduled appointment that my tech was not here that day. Today, the owner was standing next to the person who runs the desk and didn’t even acknowledge me. No apology and he never even looked at me in the face. Customer service is my #1 priority and any successful business owner should know it’s importance. Good work at the salon but they are in need of some serious customer service training. On to the next place.

I was so incredibly sick and tired of going to the same overpriced nail salon and not receiving the results I wanted. My sister actually suggest that I go to T&N Nails and I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Not only was the salon clean, but it was very elegant. The staff there was very friendly, and everyone greeted me with a smile when I walked in. The man that gave me my pedicure took his time, and made sure that my feet were taken good care of. I definitely will be going here from now on.

I just want to point out I am not a person who gets their nails done often. Maybe once a year around this time of year. So i dont really know what Im doing when I go to a nail salon. Let me first point out that everyone here was really nice. I couldnt get the design I wanted because the person who did that wasnt available. So I chose one of their gel designs. I chose this maroon nail with gold swirls in the middle. Looked like a marble pattern. So then the lady told me to tell the guy the number that is below that nail. Which was 18. So I go and this guy shows me 2 colors with 18 on them. They were pink and blue. Not the colors of the nails I wanted but I thought they would still look nice so I said yes. But then he only put the pink color on my nails. Looked nothing like the nail I looked at just plain pink. Dont get me wrong they look great and the guy was really nice. I didnt want to say anything because I felt nervous so i just left. Im sure if i would of said something though they would of fixed it I was just to nervous. So that is why Im only giving it a 3 star because I feel like they should improve their communication skills but I also should improve mine.

I agree with what others have written about their lack of customer service. I was a regular there (every 2 weeks) for a few years but finally couldnt take their rudeness anymore. Its a shame because their work is very good and the place is very clean. And Tony gives an excellent pedicure. However, the female owner is extremely rude and has zero customer service. I always made appointments and when I would arrive, she would tell me that my technician wasnt there with no offer for someone else to take care of my nails. Every time I walked in there, she was rude and acted like it was a hassle to have to do my nails. Getting your nails done is supposed to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience. It was never that way there.

This is the cleanest salon I have ever been in. Everyone working is kind. Olivia is wonderful and consistently does a fantastic job.

I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. Ive never ever posted something negative about any establishment in my life. I feel I must have offended them in some way and they purposely screwed up my nails.

They did nice work however all I got was my toes painted, two fingers fixed and new nail polish and was charged $38. Thats as much as a full fill. Not happy.
