I dont understand.I paid all my loan back. It cleared my bank. I got to the app and its still charging me interest.I barrowed $315 and payment is not due until November 1st and Its showing I owe $403 when I paid it off when it was at $380. Such a rip off.

If i could give them no stars I would. Easy to get a loan yes, if you want to pay your whole lifes work. You start off with a balance of your loan, they take out every two weeks only interest to remind you. When your its time to pay it in full you still at the balance that you started with, crazy you ask me. Do not wait after the 3rd day to pay it off they going to add more interest onto the balance. The girl was talking all over me when I paid my balance off. I Could not get a word in. If I ever need a loan again it will never be through them. They interest is to Dang expensive. Your best option is to save up your own money in your savings. And borrow from your self. Read your own paper work even if it takes you all day,

I have been doing business with this company for a few years. They are always willing to help specially when Im short of money, They explain the contract to you and It is our responsibility to know what we are signing up for. The ladies are very helpful and friendly and they move the line super fast.

I call this location to advise I would be coming in before they closed and they said as long as it’s before 8:00. I made it a couple minutes before 8:00 and as soon as they saw me coming they turned off the open sign and locked the doors. Very unprofessional.

I gave them three stars because I missed a payment on my 150.00 loan. The call center called me to collect. And I promptly paid. They kept calling me sporadically for the next 3 months, even though I was not delinquent. Get it together!

Good customer service

I feel that the experience was kind of lackluster because no one truly explain the payment plan to me. I wish that it would have been said to me upfront that the monies that I borrowed would have the interest stretched out over 13 payments instead of acting like you could pay them off in less payments. If you take your loan out to completion with this company you will pay three times the loan.amount. They count on your ignorance to make money instead of truly helping you

I honestly already dont like the fact that its a loan office that doesnt help build credit.. but the fact that after you have paid off a loan not even a good month has passed but you get called to take out another loan... that seems kind of a scam call to me like youre begging for my money the professional way in the case of the situation would be to call and let the person know that they still have an account you thank them for their previous service with you and when it would be out of the system not to ask if youre going to come to make another loan..

My mother has an account here to cash her checks. She tried cashing it and since its $300 more than the usual, they wont cash it.. whats the point of making an account at this place? All it takes is a simple phone call to chase to verify that the funds are there. I saw it be done last time.. its not rocket science. The girls that work there are nice and friendly but the lack of serving the customer to their full extent gives this place a 1 star.

My spouse and I Filed against :Speedy Cash 761503 N Story Rd Ste 100Irving TX 75061-1942Complaint Description:I borrowed 500$. I have paid this company 2x the amount I borrowed ($1000). And now they say I still owe $600. This is a scam! Run away! Do NOT get a pay day loan. I paid these people 9 months straight for them to say I still owe them hundreds of dollars. Im not paying them another dime. Now they are going to affect my credit (and all I did was pay them double the amount I borrowed! )They should discontinue this loan. I have already paid this company the money I borrowed plus another 500 dollarsThis case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded. Until then I will forever say run away from Speedy Cash!

Horrible, horrible manager, she literally yelled and talked over me. Very rude and i only needed a change for a twenty. I usually get my money orders from here, but thanks for your lack of customer service. I wished there was something below one star because of how she made me feel. She was so demeaning towards me, making me feel like a thief just for asking change for a twenty dollar bill.
