I took two friends here for pedicures. It was super short notice and we didn’t schedule appointments, The employees were so kind and nice. The establishment was very clean. My feet feel awesome! And I love the polish. Massage chairs were GREAT! Super happy with my experience! They deserve so much more than 2 stars: (

DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.Absolutely horrible. The store is always empty and theres a reason why!!!My sisters went before me and got their nails done and once I saw the finished products I told them I was not interested.My sisters feet turned out ok but my other sisters nails are horrible. The paint started chipping the next day and the whole nail wasnt even painted in the first place. The acrylics stick strait up in the air and are so uneven and lumpy.When she called they told her they were very busy so they couldnt talk and she had to come in. when they arrived no customers were there. The lady said the paint didnt chip, it was dirt... she said her nails were uneven because thats how her nails are... they did not refund or fix the nails. not even so much as an apology was given.She told her that their prices are higher than Walmart? guys seriously just go to Walmart I guarantee itll be a better experience.horrible place, horrible service, expensive prices ($65 for botched nails), and horrible people.

Typically use this salon regularly, but not anymore. The lady was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I chose 2 colors for a gel manicure, one for an accent. After clipping my nails and cuticles (poorly), she told me they didn’t have one of the colors. So, I tried to find another color that would pair well with the color I chose. As I was looking, She came over and yelled at me that I was taking too much time and told me to leave, because she didn’t have time and I didn’t have an “appointment”. (When I went in there was only one other person being served). I find this deeply insulting, as I was there for a service that typically is meant to pamper me and be relaxing. She made it an anxious, horrible time.

My pedicure here at Wonder Nails was probably the worst pedicure I ever had!My technician had the worst personality AND I definitely did not get my moneys worth.I paid $40 to basically get my feet wet and to get my toenails painted.I will never go to this place ever again!!!!!

Went the first time for a refill was a little pricey ($50 for gel refill) did a good job so went back to get another fill and a pedicure, Lady charges me $50 for a gel pedicure didn’t even clean my toenails right took her all of 10mins for the whole pedicure.. polish looks a clumpy!! Uugghh what a waste 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬never going back!!

The service was absolutely terrible. My nails( yes- as in multiple nails) were left in worse shape than prior to getting them done, and started lifting hours after having them filled!! I would leave zero stars if I could. So unprofessional and just really bad service all together, my nails looked horrible.

This used to be my regular nail salon, until today. My mom and I walked in at 7:10 PM knowing that they close at 7:30 but the open sign was still on. I asked if they were still taking people for pedicures. The lady said yes and told us to pick out our polish. My mom inquired about an expired gift card that she couldnt use because of the limited hours due to COVID-19 restrictions.(First, their gift cards expire 6 months after purchase. That doent seem right but whatever - thats their rules.) The gift card was for $50 and was purchased right before the pandemic. The fact that they wouldnt still accept it was very disappointing. However, thats not why they lost our business today and forever.While we were picking our nail polish colors, the lady returned with her answer about the gift card saying no, they would not accept it. She then proceeded to tell us that they were closed and werent taking any other customers for the night and we had to leave.Im completely certain it was related to the gift card concern. She asked us to sign in and pick out colors! The gift card wasnt enough to pay for both pedis, so the difference in cash wasnt worthwhile for them to stay. What they dont know is that we expected to pay the full amount in cash.They clearly do not care about customer service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I’ve tried to come here 2 times in the past month to get a fill. Their open sign is always on and online it says they’re open until 7:30pm. I’ve got here at 6:45pm and 6:55pm both times and was told they were closed by some lady who claimed she was just waiting on the owner to come lock the doors. Probably should shut off the open sign and change the hours on the door as well as online…. Pathetic 😂

Everytime my mom calls this salon to try to make an appointment they are rude to her.

This is my first and last time going here. I waited 45 minutes for a full set of gel. They didn’t have what I wanted on my first two options, and came to realize they only had maybe 12 options they COULD do.So anyways she cut my cuticle (the first one she attempted). My nails are horrible. There’s no transition, from my natural nails to the fake nail. She missed painting the bottom of my nails, their uneven. O and I asked if their was ANY design she knows how to do and her response was, “nothing really, I don’t do them much.” All in all it looks like something I did at home. I’ll be going elsewhere from here on out. Not worth my time or money.

I wasnt impressed at all. I went in for a gel manicure. The woman who did my nails cut my finger with the cuticle cutter, continuously slapped me with the nail file to tell me to relax, and told me to wax my arm hair. I cant say it was a relaxing experience on any level. It was painful and stressful. My nails are a gel nail with a black base coat which you can see on the tips of my nails where there is a lack of sparkles. I cant say that I will ever return. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely worst manicure ever, I went in with gel polish on, just wanted gel polish manicure. I went in with beautiful nails just needed polish change. He filed them so short, no white left on nails. Didnt even file them straight, all a mess. Next the polish was bumpy, just horrible. I said totally not worth $35, he insisted $35, so I paid, went to my car in the daylight, and noticed my nails werent even painted to my skin on either side. Went back in and he said will fix, so bad.. Im so sad I chose this place today! Its not about the money, my nails look like a toddler did them!!! Do not go here! Very disappointed

Have been there twice now in the past 6 weeks and both times were great! Wonderful pedicures, very nice customer service, a little more pricey than other places but was offered a beverage and the large facility felt clean and accommodating. We will be going back!

STAY AWAY!!! I purchased two different gift certificates at two different times for large values. My wife went to use them and they denied her. So I went in to question the lady who runs it and she first denied being the manager. Then after I told her that I had been in touch with the Attorney General Office, she got extremely nasty and yelled and walked away. Later, my wife went in another attempt to use them and when my wife confronted her with proof of her mistake via the Attorney General Office, she locked the door and physically shoved my wife. Many witnesses were present and the police were called. This place is unprofessional and dishonest. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been going there ever since they opened and never had a bad experience until just recently. I got a gel manicure and in about 2 weeks my nail broke off. Then I got a gel pedicure and then next day half of my toe nails were not with polish.....This place is a joke....not ever going back

Don’t waste your money.. went here because it was the holiday season and everywhere else was crazy packed. I was the only one in the salon at the time. Nails looked OK when done but were kinda lumpy? My thumb nail broke off within the first week. Two more broke the week after. Ive never had my nails last not even two weeks... very unhappy!

Terrible, the guy who did my nails told me to stop watching him and asked if I didnt trust his work. I was simply watching like I always do any other place. He said me watching would mess him up. I put my head down and he asked how long I said medium length coffin shape which any other place will cut them and shape them to what would look right. Starting yelling saying I should know how long and I should be more clear and how it would be an up charge for longer nails. So my set would be around 55$ in all. Anywhere else would be 37 at the most for me. I started crying and told him it was fine just to take them off because he was that rude before he even applied the powder or polish. He cut down my nails and yelled at me to go somewhere else. Ruined my day. I didnt even yell back. Never would suggest going here. Waste of money and terrible customer service.

This past week I visited Wonder Nails with a friend. We were told to have a seat and that someone would be with us within 20 minutes. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, they called my friend back. (Yes, we debated leaving several times, but we had planned this for today, and its hard for us to find time to do these things normally.) They stuck her in a foot tub to soak for at least another 20 minutes before starting her pedicure, and they eventually called me over to have my full set put on. When I sat down to start the full set, the man was rude to me. I asked how long he thought my full set would take, and I again was told 20 minutes. Apparently thats the only response they know. An hour later my full set was completely done. No one apologized or ever came over to us to let us know the wait might be longer than what we were initially told. They tried to talk me into higher priced services, and the full set wasnt even that great. We werent offered a discount for the wait or the rude service. It was awful. I will NEVER use Wonder Nails again. Ill take my money and my business elsewhere.

I have gone to the salon many times before and never had a problem. I have always referred other people to them and told everybody what a great experience Ive had. Today may be my last time going to this establishment. I walked in at 4 oclock p.m. after a long day of work and needed a pedicure. I signed in and after sitting there for over a half an hour I was told that I couldnt wait anymore. She explained they were busy and there wasnt enough people to do a pedi. There were two people and 2 employees I was willing to wait but the woman kept telling me I couldnt. When i commented their sign and website said they were open until 8 p.m. and I would wait She rudely told me I couldnt wait and I needed to leave.

Ive given this place a lot of business the past 2 years. Since then I have become very disappointed. When I would make an appointment with friends, they would make us wait a half hour then have 1 person for 3 people and rush through the pedicure. Then I would go in without an appointment, not busy and make me wait. This past time I went I paid with my card and left a tip in cash. When I checked my bank statement they took more out than what I signed for. After calling and going in with my receipt I was brushed off and told they would call me to get the situation fixed the same day and never received a phone call and they kept the receipt. Very sketchy and they didnt take out a lot of extra money, but makes me wonder what kind of business they are really running. I will NEVER go back and suggest others watch when paying with your card or even going there for that matter.

I don’t mind paying for a good manicure and gel polish but my French tip gel is chipping, cracking and flaking off after less than 4 days! I really wish I would have read the negative reviews before I went here!! No return business from me!!

Would give them a zero star if possible! Staff is rude, messy and they do a terrible job! Had my nails done 2 days ago and they are aweful looking. They are filed unevenly, different shapes on each nail, acrylic was uneven and missed some spots of the nail, messy paint job on tips and some of the tips were glued on pointing upward. I went back in to ask them to fix them or to get a refund for the aweful job and the lady working there was belligerent and rude. She kept saying no body care, cursed at me and told me to talk to the manager but wouldnt tell me when the manager would be in or call the manager. When I asked for her name she said you dont need to know my name. Will be filing a claim with the BBB and wont be going back. Please save yourself the time and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and their work. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

My mother, sister, and I went here to get pedicures since they advertised walk-ins. Only two people were working and we waited around a half hour that they had initially told us. Once they got us in the chairs, one woman worked on us each, never refreshing the water allowing the final one done to be sitting in cold water for 45 minutes. Paying extra for the massage was not worth it, as the massage was abbreviated. We were never offered any of the drinks that we had heard so many people talk about. During the time we sat in the chairs, we watched four people come in and walk out without every being addressed. Many of these things would have been forgivable, had we been given the designs we asked for. My sister and I had both brought in Mickey Mouse outline designs for our big toes, as we are going to Disney. We ended up with three equally sized circles, of which only two were connected. When we asked if she could fix them to make them look more like the picture, or at least make one larger, we were told no. We were very disappointed in what could have been a lovely afternoon.

First and last time here today. Why there were only two people working on Mother’s Day is beyond me. They were busy when we walked in but we picked our color and she sat us down within 10 minutes. Then all hell broke loose when three other customers flipped out and two of the three walked out without services. They said they had been there two hours and only one of them was even started with their pedicure. They called the girl a few foul names and I did feel bad for her because they both were obviously overworked and stressed out to the MAX! The pedicure was the fastest pedicure of my life but the paint job was better than I expected it to be. OnlyOne of my nails is missing paint in the corner. I sat in the chair while she started other pedicures longer than the actual pedicure. I’m talking removing my old color, paint job, cutting my nails, calf and foot “madsage” all done in less than 10 minutes. We were there for almost two hours. If they had been honest and told us a wait we would have come back and I would be returning there as a customer. The only reason we sat down was because we thought more workers were coming out for the back to wait on us and literally the 12 other people that came in after us. At one point there were 9 people being worked on by two people. We were also over charged. The pamphlet said $25 for a basic pedicure and by basic that mean BASIC and we were charged $30.

Ive gone twice now and the staff was wonderful and the service was more than I would get in johnstown for $30. Both times they were super particular and took their time. Totally driving here for my next one!

There never is enough ppl working there too service the customers so the wait is long. Once you get in the service is fine and the work great. Best pedicure of my life.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Me and a friend went and i bite my nails which is why i was getting acrylics. I wanted to give them a chance to grow. The entire time, the man who did my nails was laughing an picking on me about how i have a habit of biting my nails. It took forever to even get seated even though we were the only ones there. Very rude people. Will never give them business again. Also messed up the design and the nails looked NOTHING like the picture i showed them and wanted done.

My pedicure was a very relaxing experience. The estsblishment is very clean and I felt comfortable being there. The man who did my pedicure did a great job.

Awful customer service. She was on her phone the entire time she was painting my nails and the third time I went in this man was trying to talk to Vivian and she completely ignored him, these other ladies wanted their money back for her nails turning green and they wouldn’t refund her and then she completely ignored me and asked the lady that came in behind me what she needed. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not worth it.

One of the worst pedicure experiences. The staff is rude. The girl that waited on me was extremely rude and talked to the woman next to her the whole time. She gave me a horrible pedicure and I even paid the reflexologyso I expected more. Rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and give yourself a pedicure. Giving it one star is one star too much!

By far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to, I left with three fingers bleeding he put some glue on them and said itll only hurt for awhile. I had my nails taken off and had to ask three times for him to soak the rest of my nails after he just ripped three off without hesitation. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and do believe it should be shut down.

Wait time is horrible. Even if you make an appointment. They do good work though once its finally your turn.

Waste of 40 dollars just for acrylics. Actual price was like 30. Lady cut my skin and made it bleed. She never did anything about it. Acrylics came off within 3 days. Every time I would get up to wash my hands she would facetime someone on her phone which took thw appointment longer than what it had to be. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

They didnt have any of the drinks I wanted. The guys all smelled like smoke. But they did do a nice job on the paint. The guys were nice too. We went 1 1/2 before they closed. They had there vacume running and it was like a fire alarm going off. They need to wait till there are no people left. There was no way to have a nice conversation with my girlfriend!

Very clean and nice atmosphere. I feel like they are a little more expensive then most places but they do a nice job. You can have complementary wine while you get your pedi or mani.

Just got pedicures 2 days ago and both are chipping already. Paid for the deluxe pedi and didnt get the sugar scrub or get to choose the scent from the menu. We were there for 2 hours as there were only 2 people working. A woman came in, but she sat and ate a bag of chips (and seemed to be yelling at the males in another language while they were waiting on customers) the entire time instead of helping anyone. Another female also came in complaining that her gel nails were chipping after only a few days.

The Manager/Owner would rather mock and try to intimidate his younger customers instead of refunding their money for poor quality. One star is to many. Their work was terrible (even after 3 tries), my 2 year old niece would have done a better job.. I plan to contact BBB for his actions toward my daughter.
