Loved it!! Had a great experience for Mothers day with my daughter! The staff is super friendly unlike some other experiences Ive had. We both got a Mani and Pedi and were there about 3 hours. They went above and beyond what we have had in the past so I think over all the price was good for what we got. I personally think they all are a bit pricey anywhere in the area. Extra long leg rub and exfoliating also a paraffin treatment for the feet which we never had. Will go back here again!!!❤❤❤

I took my daughter so her and I could have a special day together. They were amazing here. Took us right on time. He was so nice with my 6 year old daughter and myself. We will be going here from now on. I got a fill in done and she got a manicure!

Excellent service. They were very busy and really under staffed. I felt really bad for the two workers. The gentleman forgot to do my nails like the picture I showed him but there was no way I had the heart to say anything about it. They still look amazing. Thank you for doing what you do to make people feel better about themselves regardless of the short staff and you do it 7 days a week. GOD LOVE YOU. 💘

My daughter and I came here for pedicures and a full set of acrylics for her. The pedicure was absolutely amazing the staff was so friendly and took their time. My daughters nails turned out perfect also.

Scheduled an appointment at 1:00, got there 15 minutes early just to wait even longer due to them taking walk ins first. Very upset seeing how POINTLESS it was to schedule an appointment just to not be serviced an hour later! Never coming here again, clearly they take last minute people than people who have scheduled ahead of time. Definitely not fair and very salty 🥸

Very disappointed here. I got a gel mani and regular pedi here on Sunday. The foot wax was lovely but then he put so much oil on my legs that they were greasy hours later so I showered just to get the oil off. Thats not a big deal but on Monday my gel mani started coming off. Ive never had this happen before with gel. Both thumbs have no polish one day later and now my index finger is chipping just 2 days later. I have not had my hands in water and work in an office, theres no reason for this. To think I paid $65 plus tip is disheartening

My friend and I made an appointment for 4:30 and had to wait until almost 5:30 before I could go and she had to wait until I was finished before she could get started. Also, I showed a picture of what I wanted and got something pretty different from what I asked for. I also said multiple times that I wanted flowers as my accent nail, like what was in the picture, and they completely ignored me and put top coat on. I had to ask again and then wait twenty minutes for the only other technician to come and do the flowers which look nice but that’s the only thing about these nails that I like. The shape and length differ drastically on both hands and the edges of my nails are very sharp. I’m extremely disappointed with my result.

I had my nails painted here yesterday and within one day after showering, all the polish fell off. Not to mention, I waited close to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seated with a technician. An additional half an hour to have my nails painted. Then had to return Saturday morning to have everything fixed. At this point I just want my $25 back and cut my losses ($15 mani, tipped $10) I’m sitting waiting to have them fixed while they service all the other customers...they are busy due to their location but they need more technicians and better quality polish!

I was working in the Altoona for the week and decided to get a mani/pedi. Being a nurse, I was happy to see extra precautions in place at the salon for COVID. The staff was kind and detailed oriented. Very pleased with the high quality service I received especially for the price.

I went there on Saturday with my little sister for a sisters day. The one worker barely put paint on my sisters nails they were splotchy and looked like a five year old did them. Not too meant that the acrylic nails on both of our hands looked like they already need a fill. A day later not one but two of my nails either broke of completely or broke i’m half. I will never be going to get my nails done here again.

I booked an appt for pedicure and when I showed up the guy acted like he didn’t book me the day before and asked that I come back because they are busy. Very unprofessional, very rude.

Extremely fast called then at 1:43pm got an appointment for 2pm they were extremely fast and very friendly! Show a picture of what i wanted and Got exactly what i wanted!

This place has the best nail service Ive ever received in Altoona Pennsylvania... their work is way too good for the prices they charge their prices are phenomenal their work is even more phenomenal I recommend this place for everybody able to go. Love their work. And you are treated like family here. Love this place

Made an appointment they didnt take name down should have been my first sign, then I waited wayyyyy too long to be seen and they had 6 other people there and only 2 techs working. Very mad that my appointment wasnt adhered to

The guy was really nice but all my nails are uneven and put sliver on my nails after I told him I didn’t want it three times. Really upset my friends nails were good from the other two people there tho. And my one friend he didn’t even ask the size or nothing just did whatever he thought was right they looked horrible do not recommend unless going to young girl or guy with grey hair

They were nice and offered a drink but the guy who did my friend and Is made our nails super uneven and shorter than we asked. He put silver on my friends nails after she asked him not to twice. :/ My other friends had cute nails tho. Recommend the guy w gray hair or the girl.

First time getting my nails professionally done and everyone was so nice. They got me in last minute, Offered me beverages, and my nails turned out perfect! 10 out of 10 recommend! I will be returning!

TOTALLY HORRIBLE! EYEBROW GIRL WAS RUDE TO MY LITTLE GIRL AND MADE HER CRY. TOTALLY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS EYEBROWS. THE OWNER DIDNT EVEN CARE!! THEY ARE ALWAYS TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE ABOUT CUSTOMERS....AWFUL AND BEWARE!!!
