The location was easy to find with ample parking. The office was bright clean and staff was welcoming. The office visit was run efficiently, didn’t have to wait long. Every person treated me like a human and was personable, which I appreciated! I thought the doc was very professional with his interaction and adjustment. Overall, my first experience in the office was a positive one - would recommend.

Dr. T and Dr. B are the absolute best chiropractors I’ve ever had. Everyone in the office is so friendly and greets you by name every time you walk in the door. The doctors take great care to work with you on a care plan that is personalized to your individual needs. Over the last 8 weeks I’ve been seeing the doctors twice a week and have felt tremendous relief in my lower back discomfort, and have also seen great improvements in my posture. The team equips you with tips and skills to incorporate into your daily life to really maximize your results, which I’ve really appreciated (no more hunching over the phone and computer!). I look forward to continuing my visits to their office long term to continue seeing positive improvements.

I honestly have had the most amazing experience here. Ive been to chiropractors in the past but none of them stuck because they didnt take the time to really EXPLAIN my situation to me, so as soon as I felt better, I left and never went back! This cycle went on for many years before I came to King Street Wellness and Dr. T told me that Ive had this skeletal issue my whole life and while it may get better with adjustments, I will always need to maintain it with chiropractic care. That honestly was really helpful for me to hear. He showed me my x rays and took time to answer my questions and really help me understand why in the past when I got better it always went away after a while. I see Dr. B on a regular basis and he is extremely helpful for my pain as well. He listens to me and when Im experiencing pain in one area over another, he adjusts in different ways to accommodate that. I sent my father here as well because I believed in it so much and he was on the verge of getting back surgery! I said hang on, give this a shot first, if it doesnt work, get the surgery. So he agreed to a few months (keep in mind he is 73 years old) and his pain got so much better that he no longer needs to get surgery! I mean honestly that in itself is truly so significant. But I too have experienced such tremendous pain relief from their chiropractic care.

This an excellent chiropractic office. They go above and beyond for their clients. The neck exercises that you do before you are seen are very important. I have been to many chiropractic offices and this was the only one that implemented this practice. The Dr’s and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I came to the office with some major neck issues from an accident I was in a couple years ago. Landed at King Street Chiropractic Wellness quite by accident, but happy I did. They have everything under one roof- chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and physical trainers. I generally avoid chiropractors but Dr. B is great. Very understanding and personable. At the second visit, we sat down to discuss a plan tailored specifically for me, based on xrays, preliminary findings, and my budget. Milagros, one of the massage therapists, is also exceptional. She instinctively knew what I needed and what parts needed to be worked on before I could say anything! So far, it has been a great experience and I feel on track to better health.

I came to King St Wellness 8 weeks ago in great pain caused by nerve compression in my neck. I never thought I would be able to jog again. I was not able to enjoy my favorite past time because every time I was jogging, I got tingling, numbness and burning pain in my outer thigh. I always have a great experience with Dr. B. In my experience he is very knowledgeable about the human body, healing sports injuries, and chiropractic for babies. He has provided excellent services for my family for many years. From my senior parents down to my baby when she was only 3 months old.I am grateful for Dr. B and the rest of the staff for keeping our spines healthy. Great office! Super clean - Ive had both Chiro Doctors work on me and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are responsive to my ever-changing bodily needs- I always come in all sorts of unaligned as a professional dancer. I always come out feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I havent used all the services like Massage or Acupuncture, but based off my current experience I have no hesitation to try if they are on par with all the care I currently receive. Even the front desk and reception area make coming to office a great experience, they are so wonderful and friendly.

I trust this place with my neck (and my lower back). During your first appointment, they take x-rays, so they actually understand what ails you. They explained it during an office visit. After both you and they understand the situation, they get to work. Visits are quick and efficient and I feel relief right away. As an added bonus, they have masseuses on staff, if you would like a massage. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient for about 4 months now and couldn’t be happier! I really like that this practice encompasses everything from chiropractic adjustments to physical therapy to massage therapy and even acupuncture. I recently moved about 45 minutes away and I couldn’t find another practice that had everything I needed so I still make the drive and come here every week for my treatments! It’s sort of like a hair salon. Once you find a good one, you never want to leave! The staff here is so friendly. They make you feel like family. And I feel so comfortable expressing my concerns, never feeling any sort of judgment and knowing that they always have my best health at heart when they make any sort of recommendations or adjustments to my treatment. If something isn’t working, I let them know and they immediately try something else out. They love hearing the little success stories as well! Even if it seems like no big deal - I can now sit in the for car 3 hours to the beach without my lower back hurting and I can now take an hour long Pilates class with no back or neck pain whatsoever. These little wins make a world of difference when it comes to living my best every day. I wouldn’t be where I am today without everyone at King Street Wellness!!!

Compared to two other chiropractors in Northern VA who treated me previously (one moved out of the area and the other retired), I feel that the care I’ve received from King Street Chiropractic Wellness Center has been the best. Dr. T and Dr. B are very experienced, encouraging, and really care about their patients’ well-being. I’ve been having back and neck pain which was causing me issues in the gym and being active in general. Thanks to Dr. B and Dr. T, my back especially is feeling much better after only a month which has helped me be more active in the gym. This place is awesome! I’m so glad I found it through my insurance company. I arrived a little early and the doctor was there at the front desk and greeted me right away. He was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know who I was. He offered me water and then the front office staff got me checked in. They were SO nice and asked me about my pregnancy, and they seemed so warm and friendly. I even got a tour of the office, which I’ve never really experienced before when going to a new doctor’s office. Finally, the doctor spent a good amount of time asking questions and explaining the different adjustments he was doing. It was a great experience overall and I’d highly recommend checking them out!

Comparing myself from when I first came into the chiropractor versus after, the difference is amazing. They not only showed me exactly what was wrong with my back, but they explained the process they were going to do to fix it. They always answered any questions I had and explained what they were doing as the were doing it as well as how it would fix my back. Everyone here is so kind and caring from the moment you walk in. For someone who’s never had any chiropractic care before and was nervous about the process and diagnosis, they really made me feel safe and comfortable. They helped me develop a wellness plan that works for me, and are committed to helping me get better. The facility is really nice, but it’s the staff and the doctors who really make this place so wonderful.

I have completed my first week of 8 Weeks to Wellness and cannot say enough how amazing this group of miracle workers are! The doctors are of course phenomenal and totally focused on improving my health and well being. Hadnt seen Dr. T or Dr. B in years after having had moved away - big mistake should have made the 100-mile round trip anyway. Hell take annual exams and x-rays of you, on top of looking for indications of what kind of spinal adjustment you need each time you visit - hint: all of us are out of adjustment to some degree - its just a natural side effect of aging and gravity and being imperfect humans - and all things get worse as you age unless you keep on top of it. Take it from me - go and visit Dr. T or Dr. B regularly and dont stop - or you just might end up regretting it like I did!

I just went back with lots of pain after a (COVID) year away and got near-instant relief to a couple of nagging, almost debilitating problems with my neck and on one side of my back. I fell and hurt myself. The required referral for physical therapy was taking forever, so a friend referred me to the Wellness Center. Best advice I have ever followed. My first visit was complimentary where they took x-rays and discussed my limitations. On the second visit they devised a plan and off we went. After only 2-months I can now walk without a limp and can once again bend my arm without pain. I love my adjustment visits as they make me feel like I am walking on air. Their massage services are above par. I have never been able to tolerate a deep tissue message, but they start soft and slide into it that I can feel my muscles release tension. The two services used together have been beneficial to me and I plan to continue. Its better than a spa day!

Ive never been one to usually frequent a chiropractor, but I went in when I started having bad headaches after working from home for a few months. Their chiropractic care has helped me so much! I used to think that everyone just lived with a dull headache all the time, but now that my neck is more aligned I feel so much better day to day and the frequency of my headaches has decreased tremendously. I have a super busy schedule for work, but this location has great hours for before 9 AM appointments and is super flexible about booking. I really cannot recommend enough.

Im so thankful i was able to find This wellness center. I go for both chiropractic adjustments and massages but they offer more services like acupuncture and training. I went in because i had really bad lower back pain that was constant and affecting my sleep and had worsened during COVID. I’m already feeling so much better half way into my treatment. The pain is not constant and my posture is so much better. The office is very clean and the staff is great!

This office has been wonderful for my health and well-being! Last summer, I came to Dr. T and Dr. B with pain in my neck and upper back, as well as some lower back issues related to my monthly cycle. They put me on their “8 Weeks to Wellness” program, which included receiving adjustments and attending workout sessions. I saw tremendous improvements over those eight weeks! I was blown away by their ability to pinpoint where my trouble areas were without my telling them, and merely by feeling the area. I feel like that is the mark of people who truly know what they’re doing! Not only are they excellent at their craft, but everyone in the office are extremely pleasant folks and it’s clear that they care about their clients. Spending long hours sitting during quarantine has done a number on my back and shoulders again, and I knew that I needed to address it. The doctors here are truly amazing. I was referred here from my Neck and Spine doctor and from the moment I walked in I felt like I was actually cared for/about. Not just another patient to be seen. The front desk knows you, they say hi to you by name when you walk in. They were very upfront with me about not accepting my particular insurance from the beginning, nothing shady. Doctor T sat with me, asked me more questions than any doctor I’ve ever seen, promised that if he didn’t feel like he could help my neck issues before then me in the right direction. They worked out a plan for me (super reasonable with no insurance mind you, plus the offer payment plans!). The workouts are amazing and Amber is so fun to chat with, she really helps explain why you are doing the moves you are asked to. Dr B does most of my alignments and he remembers everyone. You can hear the casual conversations between him and patients while you’re waiting to get aligned, he knows their families etc, just very welcoming. Plus I got a massage and it was AMAZING. Overall my neck is causing me slightly less issues, but they teach me how to address issues from home too. Working from home isn’t the easiest with neck issues, so they have taught me how to position monitors etc too. My time with them is almost up, but they truly helped better my everyday comfort of living! Thank you!

9 years ago I when I was 24 years old, I was in so much pain I could not sit, stand, or walk without severe pain. I started going to see Dr. B and Dr. T and they fully rehabilitated me. They are kind, they listen, they are knowledgeable, and they truly care about your health. I cannot say enough good things about them. I still see them for realignment and preventative care.

The doctors treat the whole patient, and they created a simple plan of care and helped me with my lower back pain. There is a trainer on-site that came up with an exercise plan that I could actually follow on my own. And the front desk is helpful, friendly and organized.

When I showed up at King Street, I was having back problems so bad that it hurt to look left and right. Both Doctor T & Doctor B heard me out and planned out my route to my recovery. After one month, I was riding bikes. After two, I’d gotten full mobility in my neck back. Every visit, I was greeted by the lady w the grey hair at the front desk (Michelle asked me to say that) and all of their professional and personable staff. Mrs. Paulette is an excellent personal trainer. I wish nothing but the best for all that work here.

Ive tried PT, massage, foam rollers, accupuncture, muscle relaxers, OTC pain meds, stretching, etc. and nothing works quickly or reliably. After taking a thorough history of my issues, Drs. T & B were able to recommend a comprehensive treatment plan. They are so experienced the can get right to the problem and I really appreciate their holistic approach to care. The chiropractic adjustments brought instant relief, with lingering discomfort resolving in a few days. My husband and I were so impressed with the results that my husband headed over there soon after my first appointment so that he could work on getting relief from some longstanding pain he had. The daily exercises and periodic adjustments have kept problems at bay for over a year. If we ever have a twinge of back or neck pain returning from lifting too much or sleeping improperly, I can pop over there for a quick adjustment and the pain is dissipating before I leave the office. Bee is the best ever massage therapist too! In addition, the operation runs so smoothly and the entire staff is very upbeat and helpful. They will get you feeling better in no time!

I was in terrible chronic pain when I arrived to this practice in Feb 2021. I am shocked at the amount of improvement I have experienced in only 1 short month of coming to see Dr. B and Dr. T. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing neck, shoulder and back pain! They can achieve results so quickly and efficiently! I was impressed!

The staff is always friendly yet professional. Even the new assistant has already remembered and calls me by my name, without even having my records in hand. Its these kinds of little touches that keep me coming back. Besides the staff Dr. T is aware of what he is doing and informs you of every process. I am a chiropractic life-time member due to a neck injury in college (1998). Chiropractic care keeps my occipital headaches away instead of using medications or just suffering. But not all chiropractors are equal, Dr. B is the very best and I have been seeing him for care if my finicky neck for almost 15 years! The quality of care has never changed, Dr. B listens and tailors his treatments to your needs and feedback.The positive attitude and energy that Dr. B and Dr. T ALWAYS have is contagious. They motivate me to be physically healthier without judgment or pushing. I have referred many colleagues who are quite happy with their care. Couldn’t recommend them more. Bee is also a great massage therapist.

Dr. B and Dr. T take my discomfort very seriously and have thorough, ongoing discussions with me about my diagnoses and treatments. Patients care plans are based on X-rays and objective anatomical abnormalities, which is not always the case at some chiropractic offices. Since starting care 4 months ago, Ive seen significant improvement in the level and frequency of my chronic pain, and plan to continue seeing them for maintenance. Their office is very clean, the staff is great, they have in-house PT and massage facilities, and the whole process is very efficient. Their front desk also makes booking/changing appointments incredibly flexible, which is so important for maintaining routine with a busy schedule. Highly recommend!

I was worried I wouldn’t get very individualized care because my appointment was rescheduled from weather issues and I thought they would be really busy, but that turned out to not be the case at all. The doctor really took the time to listen to my issues and seemed to really care and want to help. Great bedside manner, all the staff was friendly, the facility is very clean and nicely organized, and I really enjoyed my appointment. 100% would recommend to a friend.

Great staff that provides excellent care. I started going to King Street Wellness shortly after relocating here from Florida. Ive been dealing with some nagging injuries and lack of mobility in my hips back and neck after being in an auto accident 8 years. In the short time Ive been going to King Street Wellness I noticed my mobility has greatly improved and am virtually living pain free. Dr. B and Dr. T will put you on a treatment plan and explain exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. And are always happy to answer any questions I have. Plus the ease and flexibility of scheduling an appt or if you need to reschedule. The whole staff is nothing less than exceptional.

Dr. Trauben does a Very detailed examination of your problems, analyzes your body for issues that you might have ignored like body posture, identifies minor problems that may in future can potentially lead to major pains. He examination is very thorough and I am happy with his professionalism.

I want to say that this place changed the direction of my life. I know that seems hyperbolic, but anything less wouldn’t be true. When I found them I had constant headaches, low energy, and, in general, was struggling. I had terrible eating habits that consisted of lots of prepared foods and had no problem eating fast food three times a day. When I came to this clinic I was 205 (overweight for my height) and on track for diabetes later in life. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, but also tough and kept pushing me. I enrolled in their 8 Weeks to Wellness program which helped me understand what a good diet looked like. The personal trainer gave me a template for how to work out and exercise properly.My weight is now consistently at 170 and I just completed my first 10k. It’s been over a year and I’m still going strong, even during COVID quarantine! I wonder how many more years are being added to my life as I write this. And not just any years, but active, fulfilling years. A deep thank you to Dr. T, Dr. B and everyone at this clinic for giving me a different way of living my life.

Its really hard to find an office where both the doctors and the staff are amazing, and King Street Wellness meets the criteria! My husband and I have been seeing Dr. T and Dr. B for a few months now, and our experience has been great; the staff is professional and friendly every time, and the doctors remember you. They also offer massages, which I have been taking advantage of. I would highly recommend!Update: Had to do an updated review for the membership program! Paulette, the new trainer, has been challenging me with workouts that get my heart rate up and build muscle. She is super encouraging, pays attention to your goals and gives feedback on your form. I noticed that Ive been able to go higher in weights and have more endurance when doing more intense workouts. They also have MyZone available, which has been super helpful in seeing how hard Im working, tracking heart rate and calories exerted.

Few if any services - from doctors to dry cleaners to dentists to grocers - come to mind when I think of unquestionable excellence A to Z. However, the one Alexandria place where they do everything right, and I mean everything, is King Street Wellness. The front desk is professional and warm-spirited. The doctors are superb and caring. Their holistic view of the patient means they see me as a person. I walked in a year ago crooked, hurting, constantly sore. Thats not true today. My shoulders are level. My neck is as plumb as old injuries will permit. My pain is almost entirely gone. After 35 years of military and sports injuries, I am mobile, agile, and comfortable. Im not gobbling ibuprofen. Im not constantly reaching for my neck to work out painful kinks. I sleep well. Dr. B is the BOMB.

My intro appointment to King Street Chiropractic Wellness Center was an exceptional experience. Exceptional because from the moment I walked in I was treated with extra care. I owe my life - literally - to Drs T & B. I started treatment at King Street Wellness in 2011 for an issue with my leg that I thought was related to sciatic nerve. I had also been to a Chiropractor years before to treat my upper back and neck (herniated discs), so this was a good excuse to seek treatment for that too. But in 2012 when the leg conditions presentation started changing in odd ways during treatment, Drs T & B had suspicions it was unrelated to a sciatic nerve, or any back issue. They sent me to a recommended neurologist, but did not convey their reasons out of sensitivity.I was immediately diagnosed with MS - Multiple Sclerosis. I have been receiving treatment for MS with my own neurologist since then, and fortunately am doing well. But my upper back and neck issues continue, due to stress and a desk job. I continue therapy with King Street Wellness to this day. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind as is the entire staff. They are truly amazing!

I can’t believe I waited till I was 30 to get my first adjustment! I described my symptoms, got an xray, and was given a plan of action for my adjustments. It’s only been a little over a month and I can tell the difference!The friendly staff makes it point to remember your name and are extremely accommodating with my appointments. The chiropractic treatment I have received a the King Street Chiropractic Wellness Center has been excellent in relieving chronic lower back pain as well as occasional sciatica. I’ve been a patient at King Street Chiropractic off and on for 2 years. The doctors really emphasize patient participation in healing, in that after the initial evaluation you’re referred to their on site gym where you learn exercises that will help strengthen your problem areas. As for the adjustments, let me say that I went in last Tuesday with a very painful neck and shoulder.When I left the pain was gone. I was shocked and delighted at the dramatic improvement.I highly recommend Dr. B and Dr. T! The staff is also very pleasant and helpful.

After hurting my back lifting boxes in my attic I was in a lot of pain and didn’t know what to do. I had never tried Chiropractic services but after a recommendation by a colleague I went to King Street Chiropractic Wellness Center, and I am so glad I did.
