Love the pool! Super clean and the lifeguards are nice

Very disappointed. I was back at the Alexandria Y today for the first time in a year and was reminded why we have had to have closures and occupancy restrictions for fitness clubs - people just wont obey mask and distancing guidelines. Everyone upstairs in the cardio area was wearing masks, but almost exactly half of them were wearing them down around their chin. My wife was there to use a specific piece of equipment. There was a gentleman sitting in a chair 2-3 feet away from that equipment gazing at his phone the entire time she was on the equipment. He never looked up from his phone nor made an effort to move his chair away, which he could have easily done by simply sliding his chair over.There was no indication that staff make an effort to enforce mask guidelines.

Ok but is more fun if youre working out with someone else

I had a good experience even amid dealing with covid restrictions.

Its no lifetime, but Its not the metro either. Locker rooms are very cramped, and design planners should have thought of adding more floor space in the free weight area. Other than that, the aquatic area is very nicely designed and the workout areas are sufficient.

Not just a gym! Its a family oriented inclusive environment! They have excellent child care for drop in while you work out or baby, toddler and preschool all day program all the way through preK. They also have summer day camps for school age kids.

Its a great place to work off steam. It has a indoor lap track with a good sized gym, along with a basketball court. It has a big pool that has a kids spot along with a place for diveing, swimming and has a waterslide. Its dose however have a entrance fee depending on your age.

Nice newer facility in town with numerous exercise equipment, track, swimming pool, and classes offered on site as well as daycare. Membership required or a high daily fee is charged.

Love the open swim times and variety of activites for kids. Clean, modern facility.

Great facility. Just wish they had longer hours, sometimes I need to blow off steam past 8pm.
