I love my wedding band but wanted it to fit flush around my engagement ring. I went on google and found Johnny Dang & Co on the custom jeweler’s search. I went to 253 Sharpstown Center and talked to Brandon. I was very happy when he told me that it would be an easy fix and should be ready in 1-2 weeks. Brandon is a very good salesman and also convinced me to purchase marching costume earrings. He was very helpful and provided me with his personal number so I can keep updated on the process.A few days later he contacted me and informed me that it was not going to be an easy process and that a new mold needed to be made to fit around my engagement ring. The thought of my wedding band getting melted frightened me but Brandon assured me that everything was going to fit perfectly and that they would also honor the original price that they quoted me.The process took a little over 3 months. The end product although not exactly what I expected is beautiful and fits perfectly around my ring. I have received many complements on the ring. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service. They did not go back on their word and original price for the work. Below are some before and after pictures.I have not received my custom earrings but will definitely upload pictures of the final product.

Poor customer service.Pay for a custom piece was done very sloppy.Then tried to talk down on mebecause I paid $900 certain amount for the piece.The weight was off it wasnt what I paid for it was chipped and nothing like what I wanted never going back.

I been going here a long time and had some pieces done. But recently i had the mexican older lady help me and she was horrible. She just stood there and looked everywhere and was just looking at me without saying anything while i asked questions. I asked to see certain diamond earrings and she said she had them and just stood there without showing me. I ran out after that. I hope they fire her.

When you ask for a grill designed and they give you something like someone just slapped it together. Then you also give them a picture of exactly what you want. They cant deliver. Then I have a whole new one made and I keep telling the guy it doesnt fit right. He didnt care. Then they would have to redo it. I guess if your not spending enough money they dont care. Over rated.

I been tryin to pick up a order the past two days. But they been closed the one off Sharpstown. I paid it off and all went and got my teeth grinder to perm em. But idk what’s up. They not saying nothing. Had good customer service. But I been there two days already and been closed. But Thursday it was just open. I don’t understand

I went to buy a bracelet for my son, to begin with, when i got there the guys took like 10 minutes before they took care of me because they where busy texting & talking about how they had a section on the club for the weekend. When they finally realized they had someone waiting, they brought me the bracelet, it was much smaller & didnt fit my son at all, they didnt care at all. i asked them if they could make it bigger & they gave me so many excuses that they could only add some beads to the end so it would be longer & they would charge me 40$ i agreed thinking it would be Gold they added but instead they added some ugly looking bronze that looks extremely ugly & faded . If you’re not spending enough money they don’t care about u at all.

I would rate 0 if I could. If you are black do not spend money with them. They took my money and they wont even respond to my phone number and they talk and act like they are on the streets. Pure ignorance at its finest. I warn any black people do not spend money with these people

Took my watch to get a battery then the watch guy recommended a cleaning which I let him do but he ruined the band and didnt reset the second hand which later admitted he couldnt do. So he replaced the band with a generic one and its not the same claims he cleaned it and che me 65. I told I wish I never brought my Lamborghini watch to him. I will never be back to this location ever.

I came in to have a letter H custom pendant... I am quite impressed with the layout of a couple options that a salesman offers... choose the one that I liked the most and ... even more impressed with so nice ( much better than expected) finished pendant just 4 days later...absolutely will shop here again.My best jeweler ever!!!

Only problem was when I got the two caps, I had to get needle nose pliers and squeeze the cap a lil bit for it to fit and stay on my teeth. It worked for a lil bit, now it pops right off. If I do use dang, it’ll be for a permanent. I need one anyways. But idk bout a cap that can come off n on. I don’t know how to feel bout it tho. They didn’t rush the tooth. Maybe someone made an honest mistake with the cap and my mold.

How much for 6 top and 6 bottom grill with vvs 1 diamonds ?

I have a ring on each finger and 2 are purchased from Johnny dang and these 2 each had 2 small diamonds fall out no problems w my other rings I was told all jewelry is under warranty as like any other diamond store and I went in yesterday for maintenance on my jewelry and I was charged I explained about the warranty but nothing all he did was sit and argue w me and stare at me and then walked off it was the worst service I have ever experienced !!!!
