Had to call an emergency visit. They were able to get me into there office an sitting in the chair within an hour of my phone call. The problem was solved an hour later. Dr. Williams and Ashley E. Were very impressive. Both were understanding and passionate. I was very grateful for there service. Highly recommend going to Aspen Dental in Freeport

The ability to get an appointment quickly to diagnose and treat the problem was amazing. My total experience with everyone in the office was exceptional and I will highly recommend them.

Im beyond thrilled with how Dr. Williams was when I first came to Aspen dental in the freeport location. He was concerned for all the things I had gone through, and wanted me to have the best outcome. I had a pretty diar issue and Ive felt with trauma and lots of it with dental offices being freshly moved to an area. Not Dr. Williams he was determined to get me going in whatever direction I wanted to go, we sat and had an actual conversation of what could be done and what things entailed. He treated me like a human capable of making an informed decision not telling me what I had to do, and when I decided we moved fast not wait months here and finish and then wait months again. They all were beyong compassionate, and determined to make me feel comfortable and not in a fake way either. I love this place and I even bring the rest of the family there thats how kind and professional they are! All of the staff are beyond kind and just make you feel welcome, going to the dentist for alot of people is nerve racking as it is, but at this location at least they make sure its not that way even when your at a 10 of anxiety they are great! Highly recommend this location!

Took my husband in for a simple extraction and they would do it because tried saying that he needed all this other stuff done before they could pull the tooth. Needless to say we contacted another dentist and he pulled it right away! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! There just out there to take your money!

I would urge people who fear going to a dentist to go to Aspen Dental in Freeport, Illinois and ask for Diamond first. She will make you feel so comfortable you hardly know you are at the dentist! Perfect!!!!!

I had a filling fall out and went to Aspen Dental in Freeport Il to have my tooth filled or a root canal as I was in extreme pain due to the nerve being exposed. I am 33 years old and have what I would consider nice teeth. I was told I needed dentures and all my teeth taken out. I was sat down and given all payment plan options. Heres my issues: 1) I went for a second opinion the next day and got my tooth fixed without removal of all my teeth or dentures. 2) The only thing they did was prescribe pain pills 3) They immediately said I needed dentures without discussion of the ONE tooth I came in for. 4) I am a cash paying customer. I dont need a payment plan and the fact they assumed that just irked me. 5) I feel this is a straight DENTURE company. If you are looking for a dentist for YOUR teeth go elsewhere. If you are one of the people looking for dentures no matter how good your real teeth are then this company is for you.

Went here for a very basic procedure. A check up was done, wasnt what I was there for. After giving me the talk like a used car sales person, I knew it was coming. The estimate totaling thousands of dollars with insurance. Excuses were made why my procedure wasnt done. Maybe because it was inexpensive and covered by insurance. Went to another dentist the next day, the procedure was professionally done without the hard sell. Surprisingly enough I did not need the recommended work Aspen gave. My opinion is to stay away, unless your going to Starbucks.

They do give you exrays,still had to pay 20.00 for what I dont know,all I wanted was to get out of there. Got to see dentist for about 5 minutes, couldnt understand him.dentist never gave me price,then you have to go talk to finance lady.would never go there again, so impersonal.

Extraordinary. From the moment I walked in. I only wish I could have found Dr. Patel and his staff a long time ago, I wouldnt be in the shape I am now. But, better late than never. They are the kindest, most compassionate team of dental professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and the level of service I received yesterday, exceeded my wildest expectations.

I went in as a new customer needing an extraction, saw me right away, and made a plan to correct everything wrong with my teeth. Discussed different options based on my finances and settled on a plan that i could both afford and get the most done for the money i had available. They were able to get me back in the same day and with in the same hour and start my cleaning and scaling. After i was done with that i was then seen by the Dr. and had not one but 2 extractions done. After I has numbed several times because of an infection around the tooth it didnt take the Dr. long to remove both teeth, about 10 minutes.

Im so happy I chose Aspen Dental. From that momemt I walked in the door I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly, professional staff. My appointment for an exam and assessment moved along nicely. Dr.Patel was kind, professional, respectful and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in a truly honest approachable manner. After consulting with Dr. Patel, I was ushered into a private office, where the manager explained a detailed treatment plan with me. I was glad the staff had contacted my dental insurance carrier and had all of my benefits figured into my treatment plan. Ive had dental work done in this region in the past and Aspens prices are definitely in line with other practices in the area. I feel the friendly, yet totally professional care I received, was without a doubt, the best Ive received in the area. Im looking forward to starting my treatment plan.

The Freeport Il Aspen Dental has been a great experience so far. The staff and dentist were very knowledgeable and kind. Unlike other discount dental offices they do not try to talk you into expensive unnecessary procedures.

Went in for a new patient exam which only cost me $19! Staff and Dentist were EXTREMELY nice and very informative. Dentist went though all my x-rays with me on a monitor. He educated me on exactly what my situation was. The dentist took his time with me and made sure I understood what the best treatment would be. Super nice and friendly. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

The people here are nice and do good work but the satisfaction guarantee is a scam. My husband got dentures and was told to wear them for 24 hours no matter what. His gums bled the whole time till we went to Immediate Care and the doctor told him to take them out. He hasnt wanted to wear them since but Aspen refuses to give him his money back. I asked about the commercial for $299 dentures and was told thats for people without insurance. Apparently if you have insurance theyre over $2,000. They already got $5,500 for pulling his teeth. They said they could only refund the $900 we paid for his dentures (didnt mention insurance paying the other $1,100+), then sent us a bill for $111 that insurance didnt pay cuz it ran out. I wonder how many times theyve been sued 🤔

The office people and the dental hygienist are really personable and lovely to talk to. However, the dentist I saw was kind of the opposite. She was ok at first then she saw my mouth and said you got cavities and literally thats it. I have never had cavities before and I needed a lot more info. After that she didnt give me any details about how she was going to help me or about how fillings were done. She didnt even mention the word fillings. I tried asking questions and she seemed really irritated. I had to go on Google and YouTube to look up what I needed to do about my problem. I shouldnt have had to do that right after going to the dentist about my problem.

On my first visit to Aspen Dental the hygienist discovered and treated an issue that had been overlooked before. I appreciated the friendliness of the office staff. And in particular, the professional and warm, caring manner of the Dental Assistant, Karoliine, immediately sets you at ease!

My son got Dentures from them and they fell apart after a year and they won’t fix them.

I went to Aspen Dental in Freeport, IL after spending 14 1/2 hrs in the UW Hospital emergency room in Madison. After looking for brain tumors, etc, it turned out that I had deep root infections on nearly all my teeth which was spreading into my eustachian tube and left eye - and the doctors made it clear that this was a life threatening emergency - that these teeth needed to be pulled IMMEDIATELY. Dr Patel and everyone there at Aspen Dental set to work on me right away, and within hours, my bad teeth were gone and replaced with a good set of dentures. They worked with me and helped me stay within my budget - as this was all very unexpected! I just cant say enough good things about how kind, and considerate and helpful EVERYONE was there at Aspen Dental in Freeport! I would highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff to anyone looking for a great dentist with a fabulous staff! I believe that they may have even saved my life!

SCAM! I went here because they had office hours that were most convenient for me in the evening and it was a HUGE mistake. They tried to deceive me into paying for things like an electric toothbrush without me knowing. I went in for a cracked tooth causing pain and they will not fix it unless I pay for an overpriced mouthguard first. Seriously? If you are like me and need something done and cant get in to a different dentist, make sure you read EVERYTHING before signing or paying and ask to see an itemized bill so you can take off the ridiculous charges like a $150 toothbrush. They are out to make money only, not help patients. In my opinion it is a pretty unethical business practice to automatically add optional items not covered by insurance (toothbrush, cancer screenings, etc) on to a bill without even asking the patient if they want or need them! Shame on this office for trying to take advantage of people for the sake of profit. I will finish the work I had to pay for upfront with them and NEVER go back.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional from a corporate standpoint. This would be a great dentist for those seeking tooth removal, cosmetic veneers, and dentures. That being said, we went there for an emergency festula on my wife’s tooth. They spent five minutes talking about that and the rest of the time telling us about all the other things that she needed to do or she was going to loose all her teeth. The teeth cleaning specialist came in and told her she must be right handed since there was more wear on that side of her mouth while she is actually left handed and does spend more time on that side of her mouth. It was a sales pitch from the moment she sat down. We got a referal to an endo, a prescription for antibiotics, and a full set of xrays for $19.00. Worth it.

Horrible scam artists! Charged me 200 dollars to clean my kids teeth and to look at my mouth only to tell me that they couldn’t work on my mouth! The dentist was not friendly at all, and I felt like I was bullied of my money! The Freeport is location is a joke, I would not recommend them and I would never return. If you want to keep your money don’t go they are obviously trying to build clientele and scam people out of their money. Don’t do it!!!!!!

I would love to give a 5 star because the office staff and the hygienist were amazing, the dentist... not so much!!! I use to go to Dubuque Aspen Dental and wanted to stay, so when you came to Freeport I was pleased.... or so I thought!Pricing was off from one day to the next. Jess told me one price and then Mandy nearly doubled the price.The office in Freeport was able to get me in right away for a consultation. When I called to make my appointment for extraction they scheduled the same day, after arriving and paying I was called back to be told my appointment was cancelled from the dentist, and I would be rescheduled to the next day.I came the following day, was able to be seen.. When giving me the numbing shot for the roof of my mouth I almost jumped out of the chair because she was so rough with it, my arm actually flinched and hit the dentists arm, which then she yelled at me.. I was able to be squeezed in for a cleaning on the one side while I waited to have my tooth extracted. The hygienist was cleaning my teeth and I told her that I could still feel the roof of my mouth and what she was doing, she told me to be sure to let the dentist know. When I went back for the tooth to be extracted, I let the dentist know, she just seemed annoyed and irritated that she had to numb me some more. When giving me the second shot of numbing stuff, if I could have came off of my chair I would have, she was so rough and I was in so much pain when she was finished I had a hard time catching my breath and actually started tearing up. Getting that tooth extracted was far from a pleasant experience, clearly I didnt expect it to be rainbows and butterflies!!! After she extracted the tooth she immediately left the room, and one of the hygienists did the explaining and gave me the prescription.I was able to be scheduled for the other half of the cleaning 40 mins after the extraction and the hygienist that did the cleaning was absolutely phenomenal, if it wasnt for her I cant tell you if I would be back or not. I sat in my car for the 40 mins, because I didnt want to go anywhere and just needed to get my bearings together from what just happened!**After speaking to the office manager, my opinion has changed, Im now waiting to hear back from the regional manager, was charged for a tooth brush that is $135 and some tooth paste and mouth wash that adds up to $59 - which I was never informed about, a deep pocket cleaning that I was told would be $400-$500 now adds up to be almost $800 without any sort of explanation, told the office manager that I hadnt had this sort of experience with Dubuque, and that I had no problems going back, she told me she would be more than happy to send over my records. What type of business wouldnt want to keep patients coming to their location??**

A complete scam operation!! Set up a cleaning, left and didnt even floss or anything. Had to reschedule and get an affadavit of proof from another dentist that cleaning wasnt done! Then, contacted to complain to regional coordinator which promised a refund within 3 weeks - waited 5 weeks never received and coordinator gave out a bogus personal business cell number and after another month went by of calling once a week, never returned my phone calls--ever! A total scam outfit! I would give it zero stars if I could after horrible treatment and calling me as a customer a liar straight from the dental hygienist! This is the first time I have ever complained about anything! Dont go here and save your money $$$ for true professionals in the dental profession! This place is horrible!!!
