Tommee and kim always do amazing nails and brie always does the best design. this place is super clean and welcoming. i’ve been getting my nails done here for a year and i don’t plan on ever leaving.

Been coming here since they opened and they do the best job and actually care what your nails look like when you leave. Not your typical Asian nail salon. They are very educated on products they use and care about what products are being used. I will not go any where els and I love 45 minutes away.

I love the girls and Guys at Studio West 89. Their products are so worth the cost. I go every 3-4 weeks to redo my dip powder. Great atmosphere and not for the easily offended individuals. These peeps like to have fun and don’t care who sees. Definitely make an appointment if you wanna get a service done they are almost always busy.

Been going here for years and today there was a mix up with my appointment and as a result I ended up missing it. So instead of them offering to reschedule me, I was told they would no longer accept appointments from me. WHAT?!!! I feel this is unprofessional and I feel insulted by her attitude.

I absolutely love studio west. Ive been going for a year and a half now and Kim has really helped me grow my nails being that I was a nail biter. They are a very fun bunch... every moment is entertaining plus they are very clean and professional.. and most importantly theyre work is stunning!

Relaxed atmosphere, which I appreciate. I also like how clean and simple it was. Technician did not keep me waiting and did a great job. The staff and customers all seemed to be having a good time. Customers were greeted by their first names, and the staff were talking to the customers, in English. If you are looking for a nail place that is different from all the rest, try Studio West 89.

Sin did an incredible job with my pedicure and as a tech, he was great. I let him talk me into the SNS gel powder though for my manicure and I absolutely hated it. This review is mostly for the gel powder not the staff. I only had it on my nails a couple of days before it chipped for the first time. It felt more like an acrylic nail than my nails and it was thick and unnatural feeling. Almost every single nail chipped and had to be filed down within a week of putting it on.I told you guys I would let you know what I thought about it and here it is.

The products and services are five star. Cleanliness on point. Relaxed and hilarious staff!! I always laugh and have fun in here. I wont go anywhere else. I was really hungover one day and they were so nice to me and even gave me 5 star hangover advice and a 5 star Mani. I cant say enough good things.

Amazing! Im new to the area and I loved this place. Im always weary going to a new nail salon and all you can do is hope for the best. This place did not disappoint. Mary was super sweet and did such a beautiful job. I have never liked using dip powder but Mary made me a believer and I wont be going anywhere else to get my nails done. I went in desperate for help after having a horrible experience elsewhere, my nails were clumpy, thick, heavy and just a disaster. I can not explain how happy I am with the amazing job Kim did! My nails are flawless sleek light and the shine is amazing! And the environment is so fun and I felt comfortable immediately thank you all.

Went in for a walk in said they would be with me in a minute. No hello just rude. Lady nail tech in front was very rude and unprofessional. While I was looking at colors nail tech clearly was upset and said she doesnt pay attention to people she doesnt like and told the girl whose nails she was working on that I should have made an appointment. I walked out would not recommend. NOT FRIENDLY or welcoming at all. Lost a potential customer. Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend for them.

I never leave unsatisfied. I never have to wait because its by appointment only. Prices are fair. The staff is always friendly and funny. They always have suggestions for something new. I used to feel like going to get my nails done was stressful. Not since I started going to Studio west. The staff never makes me feel uncomfortable. I cant say that about almost every other place at some point. The staff has even helped with my daughter when she was crying when getting my nails done. I love Studio West 89!!

Awesome pedicure. The nail techs were all really nice and seemed to enjoy being at work. There are tons of options for color, acrylic, gel and dips. I found my new spot.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The guy nail tech who did my nails told me he was not in mood to do my nails. He basically flung my hands away when he was done with each hand. He was extremely rude. I have my nails dipped almost every two weeks. I will never go back again. I will gladly give my 60+ dollars every other week to another salon. I would give them no stars if I could.

They always do an excellent job. They kept my appointment (for dip and pedicure) even though the tech I was scheduled with is no longer there. I didnt have to reschedule or cut anything out (which has happened before at other salons, even though I had an appointment). Very relaxed environment.

Kim always does an unbelievable job on my nails! She is very meticulous and pays great attention to detail. Kim places SNS dip powder on my nails (they have tons of colors to choose from) and with her expertise and experience in using the product she makes it last WEEKS without chipping, and I’m extremely rough on my nails! I enjoy every time I visit because I’m welcomed in and Kim and her sister Kerri (who does a fabulous job on my sister’s nails) are very personable, friendly and fun to be around. They always offer us water and make sure we are comfortable. The salon is very well kept, clean and modern. I highly recommend you try it out yourself. Once you do, you won’t go anywhere else! They’re THE BEST!

My husband took me there to get a pedicure there for the first time and the guy told me that they cant give me a pedicure today because they are too busy. And he said that he doesnt do pedicures either. They just lost a potential new customer and Ill never go back there ever again.

Went in for my scheduled appt for a mani and pedi for my WEDDING and a lady by the name ... who was going to be working on my nails was rude and had such a bad attitude. I told her I would get my pedicure elsewhere not to worry about it. She then threw my hands out of hers and said I can go elsewhere for my manicure as well. I left and will never go back. I would never recommend this place.

I had made an appointment a few days before and they got me in exactly when I needed. Mary did an absolutely amazing job. I had never tried dip before and now I don’t think I can ever go back to acrylic. This place isn’t like many other nail solans and that’s why I love it.

I have always loved this place. Mary is so sweet and patient. Recently they got a new staff here and let me just say there is no where else I would go to get my nails,toes,or waxing done. The staff here makes me feel like Im hanging out with friends. Kim is one of a kind and Michele is awesome. The location is clean but beyond that eveyone that works here knows what they are doing and they do it better than any other place in town. Give them a try you wont regret it.

Mary is the best, she is nice and does exactly what you want her to do. However the other ladies are loud and obnoxious and I’ve heard them embarrass and insult other customers while I was there. I heard one say really loud I am going to charge you extra because you have fungus on your toes. Their lack of customer service knowledge is enough for me to never go there again. There’s other and better salons near by

I had the worst experience. I walked in to explicit rap music with my 9 year old son with me. I was moved between 3 people because they either did not have the equipment they needed or because they did not know how to properly file off my dip polish. I witnessed 2 women walk in with a wine bottle and began drinking with their own nail tech. As I was finishing up I heard a customer was running late so they literally locked her out with 30 minutes left til closing. My actual nail service was sloppy. I am so upset with the lack of professionalism and service. Never going again.

Fun place with skilled techs! They do dips, which are a nice alternative to gel. I suggest making an appointment because they are always hopping!

Great service. I was able to make an appointment last minute and they got me in without any wait. They were thorough and did an amazing job on my nails. I have had a hard time finding a great nail salon since moving to ABQ and was getting my nails done in CO (since we travel there often)I finally found a great nail salon here in ABQ.

Ive went there twice, first time my nails were alright but not the best the polish was messed up but understandably because i was there right before they were closing. Now as for the second time i went i will never go there again. My nails came out VERY poorly! I was so disappointed, the acrylic was place so unevenly on my nails they were very bumpy and my nail polish was done very badly. I was there for about 3 hours with only 2 customers. I paid $65 for my nails and was still nice enough to leave her a tip but my nails were done so poorly they came off in less then a week. I will not go back there it was not worth my $65.

Went in today and the Asian lady was extremely rude. She kept repeating what my friend asked her if it was okay we came with out an appointment they do not want business. Sadly you work at a nail salon and I work for the state you needed my tips to live. Went to a better deLuxe nails and they were so nice don’t give these ppl your hard earned money. Zero stars if I could.

Horrible experience......me and my friend went in today 15min ago for pedicures. My friends foot tub didnt work when she told the rude asian lady it didnt work she ignored her....we sat in the pedi tub for 45min our water turned cold my friends jets in her pedi tub still werent fixed. After an hour of sitting we decided to leave since the workers decided their appointments came first but we werent told ahead of time about no ones appointment when we first signed up for our pedis ....the lady with her appointment walked in 15min after us i clearly heard her say oh hey ur here today i want u to do my nails to the asian guy. Very poor customer service. I work in the beauty industry and at my job appointments dont come first unless they are there 15min before their appointment and we have no walk ins but if a walk in comes in and our appointment comes in right after tge walk in we MUST take our walk in first appointments are guaranteed to get u in not to be at the set time. I dont recommend this place at all. They dont care about their business. If they did they wouldnt let money walk out. 4-9-17
