These guys were awesome. Id hoped to be able to get my watchband resized for free and that just wasnt happening. It cost $17, I felt it was a little steep, but the customer service was excellent, so. The watch fits perfectly.

Went back for a different repair later and was treated rude when I asked the gentleman to more accurately describe my jewelry on the repair envelope. Took in a watch that I bought in the same mall some 18 years ago at Zales. I had cracked the crystal and 5 years of an eye sore, I decided to check if it could be salvaged. Less than 70$ and a little over an hour later, my watch was back to its beautiful state. Professional and quick! Worth a visit

Took my Tag Heuer to change the battery today and they wanted $41 because they said it is a high end watch. I asked if the fee includes changing the seal or anything extra in addition to changing the battery, they said no.... just changing the battery. I asked how much it would be if the watch was a Seiko, they said $12..... what a rip off just because the Tag Heuer is a more expansive watch. Took the watch to Batteries plus Bulbs and changed the battery for $11.99, this price is for all quartz watches regardless of the brand. Will never do business with this outfit anymore!

It was such a treat to find this store in Coronado Mall. It has the most interesting jewelry and watches for sale, including vintage. I found & bought the exact same model watch I had in the 1990s which was my all-time favorite. I also had a watch repaired within 1 hour. The sales and repair staff were warm, knowledgeable, and did not rush me. I really encourage people to visit this store, especially for watch repair & purchase.

Had a ring soldered and came apart not even a year later it came apart and they wanted to charge to fix it. Both my mom and mother in law had their rings soldered one gold and one silver and they havent come apart. One works on a farm (silver) and doesnt take it off the other did the same as my wife work behind a desk which is how my wifes ring came apart

I went to get my battery in my watch replaced. They then asked if i wanted my chain necklace steam cleaned and i asked how much. They said it was free, so I said yes it only took a few minutes. They were very professional and fast. I definitely will come back to have another watch sized that i have.

I had a broken golden bracelet that they fixed very quickly at a reasonable price (they told me 30 minutes but they were done in less than 20), however they do not fix crystals much at all unless you have the pieces of crystal or zirconia that went missing (otherwise they gave to order the right cut and shape for your piece of jewelry).

Took my watch and had it repaired overnight for under 80.00. Got previous estimate from noble(haha) house jewelers and was over 625.00. Fast Fix was honest and professional.

I went in to this store today get asked them about fitting my watch. No other customers were inside just me and the staff behind the desk. The old woman behind the desk never acknowledged I was even there just was standing there messing with pens. I stood there for 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged to then never be acknowledged. I walked out because no one ever helped me. I was not going to let a business take my money if they cannot even acknowledge my presence. How disrespectful can someone be. Maybe hire a more lively staff.

They resized my wedding ring AND my engagement ring! Then a couple months later there was a hiccup with the work they did on my ring. However, Eric assured me they would fix it! They not only fixed it but cleaned and polished both rings—for free!

My magnifying glass is broken on the side arm and I couldnt find any small enough screw driver to fix it. This place is amazing! They fixed it within 10 mins for a very reasonable price. I cant thank them enough for the detailed work they do. I really appreciate it!

My watch was having an issue with the hour hand becoming stuck on the 12 o’clock marker. Their fix was to cut my watch hand and then lie to me about how they solved the issue. They did a horrific job of it also. Dust under the glass, fingerprints on the internal gold plating. The cut itself looked like a 5 year old did it. I called to see about a refund and they refused. These guys are hacks plain and simple. Look elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off.

Make sure you ask what your service entails. Aside from getting my battery replaced, I asked for my watch to be cleaned. When I returned I was told that they could not take the band off of my watch to clean it the way they had described, so they had to clean around it. The band was still dirty and I was charged the full amount for a job they could not fulfill. I would have to say I found the reviews about their lack of professionalism true. Employees also look sloppy.

The store employees here are very unprofessional. The whole scenario began because the employee is unable to compute 90 days from time of warranty began date.The employee claims to be the manager and also refused to give his name. Reported the incident to the franchise home office. Found it very concerning that employees passing themselves off as managers just to get away with their poor business ethics.What makes the matter worst is a person Lieing about being the manager. And then unable to follow thru on the warranty because they lack the basic knowledge of computing 90 day warranty.The franchise owner should be very concern at the risk this or perhaps more rogue employees are putting their franchise at.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, as their Customer Service is below sub-par. God forbid they have to stay a minute or two late to make a sale (not that it would have happened).So heres my story... I was having my watch battery replaced and a few links taken out of a bracelet. However, they DID NOT tell me that they close their register 15 minutes before closing or warn me of thier early closing practices, so when I went to pick up my watches, (they had only done the links and not the battery) the register was CLOSED, so they would only do transactions that I had EXACT CHANGE for. Well, I didnt really plan on paying with cash, I planned on paying with my debit card, but I did have $40. However, it wasnt EXACT CHANGE & they wouldnt wait the few minutes for me to go next door (this was in the mall) to break down the $40 & get EXACT CHANGE. He wanted me out of the store ASAP, as if he had a hot date. Isnt that CRAZY? I could have gotten the EXACT CHANGE before closing, but these crazy guys (mainly, it was the store manager who was being unreasonable, the younger guy was just doing what he was told.) would NOT make the sale to save their lives. They wouldnt wait so they let me have the bracelet free (which would have cost me $15, which I thought was totally ridiculous for less than a minutes work, but whatever). I guess thats where they get their one star.The store manager WOULD NOT open the register for a sale, WOULD NOT wait a few minutes for me to get exact change next door to make a sale. NO WONDER THEY ONLY HAVE ONE STORE LEFT! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!P.S.They should really post that they close at 8:45pm, not at 9:00pm like the rest of the mall does.P.S.S.They expected me to come back tomorrow for my other watch battery, however I live way across the river in far into Rio Rancho, so this was far for me. I had purchased Lifetime Battery Agreements for several watches at Cottonwood but that store closed, so now I have to drive all the way to Cornado to get these agreements honored. We got a watch engraved. After seeing the result (it looked good), I feel like the engraver misled us about the size to upsell a 2nd line. I very specifically asked for him to show me an estimate of the size but he was not accurate. Im happy with the result but would have chosen a single line now that Ive seen the real text size.

I didn want to judge these non looking professionals and dirty shop environment, but brought in my semi-high end watch for a battery replacement and for the first time ever theres water in it. Paid doubled for the battery now i have to take it to another shop to get it fixed.

The guy was a jerk. I usually take watches there and get the lifetime battery deal but today I took a watch there & the guy was a tool. He wanted to charge me $120 to look at a watch that cost $130. He pushed the watch across the counter & told me to Have a nice day. Inconceivable! I wish that I could give 0 stars. Poor customer service.

I bought my girlfriend a promise ring but guessed the wrong size for it. When I asked this Fast Fix kiosk if they could resize it, I was told it would be about $40 but the engraving on the inside of the ring couldnt be saved. Of coarse she was very upset but a ring that was too large wouldnt be much better so we said ok. An hour later we came back and were told he saved the engraving! The ring looked bran new, was PERFECT and he did manage to keep the engraving in-tact. WELL WORTH the money and Id recommend these miracle workers to anybody.

Lack of transparency up front about the process to pick up orders using a “ticket number”. Apparently you need a ticket number to pick up an order if you are not the individual who dropped off the jewelry. They didn’t take my id to drop it off so this screening process absolutely makes no sense. Huge inconvenience and unprofessional explanation of the process. Won’t be back!

These guys cant get a size 5 1/2 to save there lives I took a ring that fit my wife perfectly, which was a size 5 1/2 and the first guy sent it back looking like the ring band was a football shape!!!! I paid hoping it would work, the 2nd guy honestly no lie made it have a hump like a hill on the inside like this in the } band to make it fit tighter, my wife wanted me to bring it back, but I learned!!!! If the person cant do it right the first time, you should just take it some where elce the the 2nd guy made it worse!!! I paid both times!!!! The owner was there both times at least I think hes the owner and he didnt help in the least!

I asked to have a ring made for my grandson, with an eye agate, the owner of fast-fix said the eye agate would be set in a bowl setting.the quote of $150 for the ring. When I went to pick-up the ring, it was nt in a bowl setting as agreed it was set up and held with prongs like a girls ring, I was very disappointed, I told the sales man that it looked like a ring for a girl not a boys ring. Im glad I have a grand-daughter to give the ring to. I really had my grand-son in mind for the ring. Dissatisfied customer.

Got my brand new unworn Seiko resized and not 2 min after it falls off my wrist face down into the asphalt! They didnt put a pin in right and ended up putting a nic in my brand new $400 watch!!!! I took it back and they said thats weird and denied having anything to do with it. Would not recommend go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!
